Going to start by saying: if you have dry skin and live in extreme cold, then you need to run to the nearest Sephora and grab @drjart’s ceramidin cream! This is by far the best product and moisturizer I’ve discovered this year. It is super duper moisturizing and contains 5-cera complex (ceramides) which overall help strengthen the skin barrier and prevent moisture and water loss. The texture is quite thicccc and feels like butter (it’s soooo smooth)! It spreads super easily and never ever feels heavy on the skin. Anyone who struggles with dryness, itchiness, roughness and skin irritations will highly benefit from this cream. It’s not only moisturizing, but it’s also soothing and calming. I’ve been using this moisturizer every night since winter started and I cannot imagine my skincare routine without it. I always wake up with soft, moisturized skin. I’m so obsessed! I know this cream may not be for everyone, but if you struggle with dry skin then I HIGHLY recommend trying it out. It’s honestly SO worth the money. I would repurchase it over and over again because youu absolutely get what you pay for! A little bit also goes a long way, so it’ll last you quite a while. The last thing I will say is that the hype is SO real! Dr. Jart+ - Ceramidin Cream

Dr. Jart ceramidin and tiger grass creams
I’m a longtime skincare fanatic who’s only recently gotten into Asian beauty products. Some of the first ones I tried were from Dr. Jart, including the tiger grass color correcting treatment, which is one of my faves (scroll back for a review I did a while back!) I’ve seen these creams all over the place, so I finally gave in and decided to try them myself. I was about to need a new daytime moisturizer anyway, and since I’ll be bumping up to a higher percentage of tretinoin soon, I also wanted a thicker nighttime cream. These two have some distinct differences, but so far I’m loving both of them! The ceramidin cream is hyped up to be a miracle for dry skin, given its five ceramide complex and other ingredients like hyaluronic acid and beetroot extract. It also contains a good amount of shea butter. It also contains less than 1% of synthetic fragrance, though it has multiple essential oils. It’s not vegan or cruelty free, however (unless I’m wrong? someone please tell me I’m wrong). On the other hand, the tiger grass cream has centella asiatica extracts and Dr. Jart’s Jartbiome, a “microbiome complex.” It also has shea butter pretty high up on the ingredients list, and there are multiple essential oils, which can be irritating for some. Tiger grass is one of the best ingredients for reducing redness. I don’t think this cream is cruelty free or vegan, either. As you can see in the second picture, both are thick creams, though I would say the ceramidin (which is the one on top) is a bit thicker. Both spread very easily and honestly, they feel amazing on my skin. The ceramidin does feel heavy, but I got it for that reason because I live in New York and use a lot of products that will dry me out if I’m not careful. I use it as my last step at night, and it feels like it seals in all my other products. It does have a distinct scent, which I’m indifferent to, but I know it can be off-putting for some. The tiger grass cream has a light herbal smell—kinda similar to the color correcting cream—and it feels light enough that I’ve been loving it as my daytime moisturizer. It also mixes well with a few drops of oil, which I love adding in. Neither has broken me out (thank goodness!) because these cost a pretty penny. Long story short: While I love both, I definitely prefer the ceramidin as a nighttime moisturizer. The tiger grass cream is wonderful, but if I’m being honest with myself, I don’t really need the redness relief because redness isn’t my main skin concern. I could probably survive with just the color correcting treatment, if you made me choose. Both creams cost $48 each for 1.69oz, which is a good amount of product. However, I would suggest getting a sample size—Dr. Jart has some great sets with minis of different products—before committing to the full size.
Amazing moisture
Today I’m talking about Real Barrier Intense Moisture Cream. Made from powerful hyaluronic acid to help hydrate your skin from deep within. I love that it is unscented and gentle on my sensitive skin. Plus I love that it also came with a little scoop so you can keep it more sanitizing instead of using fingers. Skin Barrier Formula reinforces the skin barrier for long-lasting moisture that lasts for up to 48 hours. Skin instantly feels hydrated and calmer thanks to a combination of panthenol, madecassoside and allantoin. Absolutely perfect for dry winter skin. My skin drinks this up. Plus I like to use this on my hands and elbows. I like to thanks @08.l_usa and @RealBarrier for sending me this product for free for review purposes in exchange for my honest opinion. • •Have you tried this #kbeauty brand before? • •It’s available on Amazon for $30 • • • •

Perfect moisturizer in the morning
It's about time I make a review of this moisturizer! ☺️ The extreme cream Real Barrier has been constant in my morning routine. It has patented ceramide complex to reinforce weakened skin barrier. With 3 calming complex that immediately soothes and protects irritated skin. I wasn't expecting much from this cream since what I was looking for was at par with the cerave moisturizer I used in the night time. I was actually surprised because I did not think it was possible for a very creamy moisturizer to be lightweight on the skin! It does not feel as heavy as the Cerave but it is just as moisturizing and soothing. I love how creamy it is and lightweight which is perfect for me in the morning and perfect for my dry skin! It has fragrance in it though like the Lavender Oil but until I find another one that has no fragrance and just as good, it will remain in my morning routine ☺️
A ceramide-packed moisturizer
I love any product with ceramides, so this COSRX - Balancium, Comfort Ceramide Cream, 2.82 oz (80 g) was made for me. It retails for 26$ for a 2.82 oz tube (9.22$ an ounce), and this is free of parabens, artificial fragrance, mineral oil, animal ingredients, and sulfates. The first ingredient on this moisturizer is actually one of my favorites (centella leaf extract water), and that combined with the ceramide NP makes for a soothing and nourishing moisturizer that my dry skin absolutely loves. This is a thicker cream that I think is best suited for dry skin, but I definitely recommend checking it out if this fits your skins needs

Winter Moisturizer for Sensitive Skin
Dr. Jart+ - Cicapair Tiger Grass Cream This is the Dr. Jart Tiger Grass Cream. This thick moisturizing cream is for normal to dry skin types. It is intended to soothe dry sensitive skin, as well as protect it from more stress. It also claims to strengthen and balance stressed skin. This cream comes from Dr. Jart’s cicapair line where they address irritated skin through a variety of products such as a facial mist, a serum, a gel cream and many other products. I really like this line because I have really sensitive skin and this winter, my skin has been drying out. The texture of this cream is sort of like a slightly thinner version of their cult favorite ceramidin cream. It’s very thick and moisturizing without feeling greasy or heavy. I LOVE this product. It has been my saving grace this winter as my skin is starting to dry out. I apply a layer of this in the morning and it protects my skin on my way to work. I love that it also has the added benefits of the Cicapair line as well. I would totally recommend this product to anyone trying to go outside this winter and suffers from dried out skin like I do. I think that even though the price point for this product is pretty
