TONER FOR DRY SKIN
I’m personally not into toners. I just don’t think they do much for my skin. But when gothamista recommended this, @imfrom rice toner, I had to try it! This toner consists of 77.78% rice extract which is extremely moisturizing and brightening. It also forms a protective barrier over the skin to prevent water loss and overall rebalances dry, lacklustre skin. The texture is quite interesting because it has a double layer consisting of a water and emulsion layer, so you have to shake it to ensure that both layers are mixed well before using. You can use a cotton pad or your fingers to apply the product. I personally prefer my fingers/palms. I’ve had this toner for a little over a year now and I do like it, but I’ve been quite inconsistent with it, so I can’t really speak on it’s full potential. What I can say is that it makes my skin feel less tight, a lot softer and more supple whenever I use it. I also find that it’s quite calming which my sensitive skin really appreciates. I think this toner is very unique so I would definitely recommend trying it out. I know it’s not that cheap, which can turn most people off, but if you have dry skin that needs some major TLC, then I would suggest considering this toner. I love this brand and their products so much, especially their masks. I feel like they’re so underrated! I got this from wishtrend btw, in case you have trouble searching for it online!

Secret Key Milk Brightening Toner Great but...
The good: - Milk Proteins -Green Tea Extract -Soybean extract -Berry extract -rice, tomato, potato, carrot, cucumber, pumpkin extracts and galactomyces -Alcohol free - no parabens and animal oils I’ve been using this toner for the last four months and I have a love hate relationship with it. I do believe it’s claims of helping with brightening and it does moisturize my skin wonderfully. It absorbs into my skin quickly and easily and you get a lot of product for the great price of 10 dollars. It also has good ingredients and the watery consistency feels nice and cooling in the skin! I especially recommend keeping this in a cooling fridge. There’s no alcohol in it so that’s another huge plus! The reason I hate it is because it’s so good but it has a strong fragrance in it! It’s listed as the very last ingredient in the list but the scent is strong though it’s the not a bad one. I don’t know if this would be good for those with sensitive skin or not since it has fragrance but no alcohols. I recommend this toner highly to anyone who doesn’t mind their products having a scent. I hope Secret Key can make a non scented version of this toner in the future!
GOBDIGOUN Skin Milk Conditioner The ingredients list reads like a who's who of effective skincare ingredients. Niacinamide is the THIRD ingredient! Also goat milk. Licorice root extract (high up on the list). Sodium hyaluronate. Vitamin C (ascorbyl glucoside). Oat extract. Olive leaf extract. Ceramide NP. I've been using this for two weeks and I've seen a VERY noticeable brightening of my complexion. My skin looks more even, less sallow, and more glowy. This is a watery toner that absorbs super fast, which to my mind is perhaps part of the key to why it's so effective. It's hydrating and gentle. I never want to be without it. Highly recommend!
Sake Milk Toner for Dry Skin
Daiso Sake Milky Toner [product not on catalog] -- RATING ⅗ STARS TONER FOR DRY SKIN This stinkin’ adorable bottle contains a sweet milky toner that your skin will drink up! As far as product claims, the bottle simply states that it’s “moisturizing,” and does not target any other concerns. Fittingly, this particular “sake” product is made out of Junmai sake which doesn’t contain any alcohol. Also, when it comes to moisturizing, I tend to go for products that are marketed as “milky,” so I was hoping this toner would do the trick for my dry, dull skin - especially the porous, flakier areas such as around my nose, chin, and forehead. A few white drops onto my palm and I was in love with the fragrance. I picked up hints of lychee, plum, and hops. Although this particular milky toner was rather light and thin, it didn’t take much to moisturize my entire face! Within seconds, it settled into my skin, leaving it plump and smelling sweet. As this product doesn’t have any other effect apart from the moisturizing, I’d only recommend it if you want to settle for an affordable, no-fuss, super straightforward toner to aid dryness. Giving way to bouncy skin, this is your go to if you’re simply looking for hydration.
I’m from rice toner
This is a hydrating toner consisting primarily of rice water, which is meant to brighten your complexion. I don’t think I’ve noticed this result from using this product, although maybe it is subtle. I use this as the second step in my routine and usually add a few layers depending on what my skin needs. The texture of this product is a milky liquid, which feels slightly thick and almost oily on the face. I recommend giving it a try but don’t think I will personally repurchase!
The Tasmanian Sea Kelp Toner is my star! I have been using my own DIY toner cause I never found something that attracted me but this is wow plus I love the way it smells! Whats in it? Giant Brown Algea, Tasmanian Sea Kelp, Ginkgo and my favorite, Cucumber! The Brighten refining scrub smells amazing! I’ve only used it about 5 times so far and I’m quite happy with it. Its got lots of Vitamin C in it which comes from the Kakudu Plum. This scrub is also super gentle as it doesn’t have any small or large particles in it. So I feel comfortable using it everyday. The Deep Dive water cream, I’ve only used twice, so all I can say is that it does keep your skin hydrated from morning to evening. I will use this and tell you more later.

My review: Woodlot kindly gifted this to me a month ago. This toner is different from others, by that I’m talking about their packaging, it’s different from usual toners. This one came in this crystal bottle that usually oils and serums came in. I found this toner very interesting haha. This toner is very nourishing. I love that contains hyaluronic acid, a key for plumping and hydrated skin. Sometimes my skin gets very dehydrated and those times it’s when I look up for this baby to give me that moisture and nourishing mix that I need. Other thing I love about it, is that it’s organic, 100% eco-friendly, vegetarian and cruelty free! And have amazing ingredients! Suitable for all skin types. The texture of it it’s watery very runny. I totally recommend even for sensitive skin. It hasn’t caused me any irritation. I totally recommend. Good toner, good ingredients = Perfection 💕 price it’s $28 but it’s totally worth it.
