Ready in 5 minutes!!!! 👀
Hey y’all!!! It’s been forever since I posted but I’m back!!!!!!🥰 Anyways this look was completely on accident. I usually just use an under eye cream to try and hide my dark circles from mostly lack of sleep. But today I used brow gel, concealer, bronzer, blush, and mascara to do a quick 5 minute look to brighten up my eyes since that’s what people only see!!! At first it was a disaster but blending is everything let me tell you!! Mask acne is killing my face right now so I left that part alone except for my daily moisturizer. Stay tuned for a video tonight because I’m going to turn my 5 minute look into a full natural look!!!! NARS- my favorite concealer!!
This is the NARS creamy concealer in the shade vanilla. I was introduced to this concealer last year through a sample that I received at Sephora. I have been obsessed with all of NARS concealers since then. This formula is so creamy and blends incredibly well. I sent this with some powder and it is there all day. I absolutely love this concealer and I highly recommend it to anybody it is definitely worth it! I know that NARS prices can be a little steep so I recommend looking at your local Marshall’s because I have seen a bunch of their products there.

Both because I love their formulas (especially in the heat) and because I adore their packaging, I thought I’d make today a bit of a Kjaer Weis one cosmetics-wise. Starting with their Cream Foundation in Lightness, I really like warming a little of this between my hands before making something of a cocktail with a few drops of my Herbivore Orchid Facial Oil and a little Drunk Elephant D-Bronzi. Because this foundation normally has a powder finish, I find this mixture still provides a fair amount of coverage but with an added dewy effect (as well as a teeny bit of bronze-yay!) Also, because the Cream Foundation's emollient formula also works well for me as a concealer, I like adding just a teeny amount more of neat foundation under my (currently very dark-circled) eyes. Here I find the powder finish (thankfully) helps detract slightly from my circles- so this is one of my favourite ways of using the Cream Foundation. In terms of finishing touches, Kjaer Weis's Cream Blush in Reverence provides a soft petal pink flush of colour on the cheeks or lips and lasts all day (especially important while it’s still baking here). And finally I’m putting the Kjaer Weis’s Lip Tint in Sweetness in my handbag in case I want to add a little coral pop throughout the day. Containing beeswax to nourish parched pouts, as well as natural oils (jojoba seed and rosa rubiginosa) this tint's formula mean I don’t need to pack a separate lip balm, and can also be used on cheeks if I need to top up there later too. Plus points: Long-lasting, natural products. Nourishing formulas which bridge the gap between skincare and makeup. Cruelty-free. Minuses: Sadly pretty expensive but for me these products really do last and last (plus the refills are a lot cheaper).
I’m so sad this stick highlighter didn’t work for me, I usually really like stick highlighter since they’re so easy to use, but this one was kinda disappointing :( I love all the highlighter formulas Colourpop has to offer but this one didn’t wore well. It applies very nicely, looks like a nice sheen on the skin but after a few hours there just tiny glitter specs left and I personally don’t like glitter in my complexion products. I’m sticking to the super shock and powder highlighters myself 💔 COLOURPOP - Lite Stix
Super shock Highlighter ✨
✨What are the claims? Colourpop Super Shock Cheek Highlighter is a bouncy, blendable, buildable & so buttery soft you have to feel it to believe it. ✨Texture/consistency? It is a very wet, almost putty/cream like formula. ✨My thoughts? I got this sometime last year when I ordered from Colourpop & I’ve really liked it! It’s in the shade Fanny pack which I believe they discontinued. It isn’t my favorite formula, I prefer a more pressed powder not a cream like consistency! It feels so nice to apply & it is very pigmented, but it just isn’t my favorite! These are super affordable though & I love using them on clients. ✨Price Vs. Size? It is $8 for this component & it’s lasted me more than a year. But I wouldn’t repurchase. COLOURPOP - Super Shock Highlighter

fenty beauty has become one of my favorite makeup brands!! i love Rihanna, & what she has done with fenty beauty is simply amazing. thus is one of my favorite bronzers. mine is in the shade “private island”. it’s very smooth, & super easy to apply & blend. the “bronzed looked” will literally stay on your skin all day. you can use this for anything...contour, eyeshadow, bronzer. it’s a stunning shade & her packaging is one my favorite. the product is also not chalky, or patchy, which is great. It’s very buildable too. i truly love this bronzer, definitely grabbing another as soon as I’m done with this one. 💛FENTY BEAUTY - Sun Stalk'r Instant Warmth Bronzer

NARS - Limited Edition Tinted Glow Booster Shade: Simos (medium) On the website, it says it can be worn a few different ways: -Alone as a light coverage tint -Under foundation -Mixed in with foundation -Over makeup on high points of the face This was the last purchase I made right before committing to a low-buy for the rest of the year. Let me first start by saying, I absolutely LOVE this product! I usually wear it alone as a skin tint and it provides a nice subtle sheen, making my skin very healthy looking and adds a touch of warmth. Makes it look like I spent a day out in the sun! Or, if I want slightly more coverage, I will wear this under my foundation. In certain lighting (yellow lighting) you can actually see the champagne pearls glisten, making them ALMOST look like glitter pearls. But be aware, this product is not chunky. You can’t feel the pearly bits. In other lighting, it is undetectable. It’s very subtle, and hard to detect under makeup. I am so sad that this is limited edition - quick, grab one while they’re still in stock! I also purchased the lighter shade (Kalvoya), but have not tried it. I usually just use my fingers to apply, warming the product up. This provides such a nice and effortless glow! I wish it became a permanent product!
