New pickups and first impressions!
SEPHORA COLLECTION - Best Skin Ever Liquid Foundation Honestly, after reading @heynoonoopost about this product I took a sephora trip lol. Her skin looks so flawless and natural! I tried this product out, and wowww I love it. I’m not a huge foundation wearer and when I applied this on it looked like I had nothing on my face. It also feels super light on the skin. It has sheer coverage, but it’s buildable for sure. My skin is oily, so at the end of the day my skin was oily. I just paired it with a mattifying primer to balance my skin. Here are some more facts about this product found on the Sephora website: - Natural Finish - Medium Coverage (I would say it’s more of a light coverage) - Fragrance- Free - Hydrating - Hyaluronic Acid Shade I purchased: 25 N Would I recommend? Yes! Charlotte Tilbury - Hollywood Flawless Filter This brand is super hyped up and I have not had luck with her products. I’ve noticed that CT is coming out with more travel size products, which I like since I can try the product out before I decide if I want a full-size. I’m really loving this product!! It looks so natural and glowy on the skin. I love that I can wear it without makeup, under makeup, or over makeup. I haven’t been into highlighters lately, but this adds a radiance to your skin without adding glitter or shimmer. It truly is beautiful. Shade I purchased: Fair 3 Would I recommend? Yes, but get a travel size first!

The best tinted moisturizer I’ve ever used!
The Beauty Counter Dew Skin tinted moisturizer is the perfect product if you want a nice dewy finish and not a heavy makeup look. It’s so easy to apply, I just use my fingers! And a 1.35 fl oz. size runs about $45. It’s currently on sale on their website by the way! It’s very light coverage but I find it to do a good job of concealing light pigmentation and just make your face look more awake. I apply it right after I cleanse and apply my eye cream and serum. You can just use it as a replacement for your moisturizer during the day. I’ve been using it for about 3 months now and would definitely purchase it again! I’m almost out of my container anyways since I use it daily. It doesn’t have a harsh smell and is very blendable. I use about 2 pumps for the whole face. I find makeup to stay on over it pretty well and it does last almost all day, even in humid conditions. Hope this reviews helps if you’ve been on the market for a good tinted moisturizer! xx #Beauty Counter - Dew Skin[products]#[FiveStars]
The Erborian CC cream is amazing! I posted my before and after picture of putting it on. I did use primer before putting it on but that’s it. It’s light weight and has a natural look. It does not have a strong smell, maybe a light smell of sunscreen. It’s SPF 25! Highly recommend! erborian - CC Crème
Just the right blush ☺️
🌹 If you are in search for the right blush, Milani have various shades for people with different skin tone. I’m in love with my blush, because it is buildable and the shade fits me perfectly. A little bit goes on the way, even when you put on a lot of blush, this does not cake up your face. If you feel like there is too much blush your face, an easy fix would use a damp beauty blender and pat it softly onto the face. 🌹The one that is on my face is Tea Rose (08). This color fits me very well, and I love how natural it is. I love how esthetically pleasing the blush looks. It coasts on smooth, the shading is so lovely, it remains on, it's an incredible worth and to top it every last bit of it is CRUELTY-FREE. 🌹The instance of the become flushed is incredibly beautiful. I typically like to add blush on my nose to add extra color to my face. There are times where I mixed my blush and a bronzer together and it really add a nice color to the eyes. Bringing out the innocence look. MILANI - Rose Powder Blush

When you have a foundation that doesn’t match...
So recently I was gifted the BECCA - Ever-Matte Poreless Priming Perfector and BECCA - Ultimate Coverage 24 Hour Foundation from the brand to try out and review. It’s incredibly hard to try and colour match foundations through a screen, so when it arrived it was much to light for me..... so I had to do some work!! First off: the foundation is great for coverage. It’ll hide any imperfection you may have with a slightly thick layer on the skin. It’s thicker but still feels wearable. This foundation would be perfect for me if it just lasted longer. I spent a full day shopping and afterwards I noticed that it had separated and was pretty patchy. But omfg did it look perfect for at least 3-4 hours!! The primer is lovely, I used it under this foundation and under a couple others and it truly just brightens up the complexion. It’s incredibly serum like and watery and hydrated the skin fairly well, the glow was what made me want to continue to use it however! So now for the colour matching fiasco. I applied a tinted sunscreen to help darken my complexion slightly hoping it would mix with the foundation a little and it did help it look less white on my skin. I then went in with a powder that gives a slight coverage (Smashbox Hydrating powder) knowing it would darken the colour a bit too. And then I took my brush and swiped on a generous amount of my Milk Baked Bronzer and Werk Blush all over and not as precise as I normally would. Then I topped it off with BECCA - Shimmering Skin Perfector Pressed Highlighter in champagne pop!!! Having these four products be the star instead of the foundation definitely disguised the product tong colour match and safe to say I loved the look!!!

The glow I never I thought I needed in my life
First, let’s talk about the packaging. Charlotte Tilbury is a luxury makeup brand so it’s just fair that the way she packages her products is that they look and feel expensive. This particular beautiful product has her signature rose gold cap going on. And honestly, it’s just super instagrammable. When I lightly squeeze the product out, it comes off as white with tiny particles that I assume is what’s responsible for reflecting the light when I apply this on my face. It’s one of my 2 very first purchases from Charlotte Tilbury and she didn’t disappoint. A little product goes a long way. The product is white but it transforms into a bronzy color once being applied onto the face. It has an airbrush effect that just looks soooo good! I swear I didn’t know I needed such a beautiful product but now I just can’t stop using it. It gives off a natural bronzy, tanned glow but not too much. It makes me look like I just had a very natural-looking fake tan. It’s a very pricey makeup product at $40 for 40mL but since you don’t need to put on a lot, I think it’s worth every cent!

Which one to choose-Bronzer or blush?🤔
When choosing makeup products, it's great when one product can be used multiple ways. Bronzing powder can, and some blush colors also can, be used in multiple ways as well. And different applying ways can also show different features of the face, create better light and shadow decorative effect. •Bronzer it's about adding a copper tone to our skin, and using the principle of light and shadow, darking and warming it to make our face look as it's always shining. They are generally warm colors with a slight shimmer. Suitable for people with high cheekbones. （or as long as u like, just put it on your pretty face but you need to make sure it blends evenly) People often use these 2 bronzer methods (picture) The 2 in the picture may be more suitable for the contour stick. （I like Fenty Beauty match stix matte skin stick! Just use it draw lines on face, then use sponges or brush to make evenly) Sometimes Bronzing powder is more effective, even reduce the steps we take to put on makeup. Since bronzing powder tends to come in large-sized pans, you can also use it on your cheeks, eyes, and nose. Just select the correct brush for each job. For example, use a detail brush, brush a small amount of bronzer in a straight line on each side of your nose to visually straighten your nose. A fluffy brush is ideal for cheeks. Grab a blending brush to use bronzer as eye shadow, then use a detail brush to lightly contour your nose. And as always, be sure to pick a shade that's 1-2 shades darker than your skin tone to get the natural shadow effect. •Blusher As a general rule, we might overlook blush as an add-on, only use it as a tool to improve our complexion. Just a few swipes of blush can make your complexion look healthier, and make your skin look more youthful. Of course it would! but It's not as simple as a swirl on our cheeks. （wrong shape with clearly line in the picture） You can also blend cream blush onto your cheeks, sweeping the blush from the cheekbones up to the hairline using a loose synthetic brush. Or use what's left over on your finger to dab it on your eyelid. You can just draw round shapes with a trim, or use blush instead of bronzing powder. May be worn alone or over makeup. Using sponge applicator, glide over face and neck for a natural-looking tan glow. To accentuate and contour, apply more over cheekbones. Sometimes I prefer to put my blusher on the end of my nose to make it look cute and small, which also makes me look cute and sexy. Tip: Align the brush in the middle of your nostril, but be careful not to draw the lines too close together. Diffuse the bronzer gently by blending toward the center of the nose, then blur the lines even more with the tip of your finger. A great tip is to apply your bronze or blush lightly and blend it very well! This is what I think is the most important point, more important than the color you've shown too many times! And chooses one that fits your skin tone or your makeup. (Depends on your face shape and skin tone.or foundation colors, lipsticks)The best way to apply them with brushes.
