How to Make Your Beauty Bones Pop in One Minute?
Clavicles (aka your collarbones) are sometimes referred to as beauty bones for a reason - the more defined those lines are, the more “lifted” and dancer-like you’ll look! Collarbone contouring is not something I do every day, but it’s no longer a trick exclusively for red carpet events either. Since it’s the season of exposed collarbones, I like to pull out this trick when I’m in an off-shoulder dress or spaghetti strap top, ready for parties and drinks. You may not have tried it, but collarbone contouring is actually pretty easy. Essentially only two things are required: a bronzer and a highlighter - nothing different from what you use for contouring your face. I use MAC - Mineralize Skinfinish Natural Face Powder #Dark as an alternative to bronzer. It’s a slow-baked powder that has a super fine texture. This colour I use is two to three shades darker than my skin tone and has low-level pearlized pigments, so it adds dimension to my collarbone area in a very natural way. I also like how it works on foundation-less skin: it blurs pores, fine lines and sunspot effortlessly! For highlighter I use the MAC - Extra Dimension Skinfinish Highlighter#Double Gleam. It’s a liquid powder highlighter with prismatic reflections. With just a smidgen of it, I find my skin shine with a soft, luminous glow. With the right products, contouring per se is easy. First draw some dark lines along the outline of your collarbones using the bronzer; then sweep some highlighter on top. Use a fluffy brush to blend well - you’re all set! Make sure to buff those harsh lines away, because we want a dimensional yet natural look. Now, change into your favourite low-cut dress and turn some heads with your sexy beauty bones!
TikTok Hack: Hiding Tattoos in 2 Steps
I’ve never had the urge to hid my tattoo before but I was intrigued by this TikTok hack because of how simple it was. In the hack, the user applied full coverage foundation to their tattoo and blended it in with their fingers until the tattoo was no longer visible. When the foundation was fully blended, they went in with a makeup sponge dipped in translucent powder to set the foundation. I don’t think I used the right foundation for this. I went with FENTY BEAUTY - Pro Filt'r Hydrating Longwear Foundation and it didn’t hide the tattoo has well as it did in the video. I think this would work with a different foundation formula. I would recommend this hack if you have the right products.

Say goodbye to hard pan!
#ad #cheriepartner I recently realized that my favorite (and new) Charlotte Tilbury bronzer had developed hard pan. I immediately turned to my google search bar and found a super helpful blog post from Subtl Beauty-I learned what causes hard pan (not washing your brushes often enough or using the same. brush for creams and powders, oops) and more importantly, how to get rid of the dreadful hard pan. If you don’t know what hard pan is, it’s when the surface of a pressed powder product hardens and doesn’t give much color payoff. It usually also darkens in color. I’m using the scotch tape to remove the hardened product, making my bronzer look (and perform) good as new! This hack worked like a charm! I am so happy I was able to save this bronzer. Not only is it my favorite, it’s expensive! 😅 Who else is committing to washing your brushes more often?! 🙋🏼♀️

tried the new morphe gloss and idk how to feel😳
i got the new morphe eye lip and cheek gloss in their most recent glam fam package and i was so excited!! there’s nothing i love more than a clear gloss. in a lot of ways, it didn’t disappoint but after wearing it for a day i do... have some opinions. i don’t think this product is released yet so i’ve just used their current eye and lip gloss but i’ll update with the actual product when it hits the streets! MORPHE - Gloss Pop Face & Eye Gloss pros it is very glossy, leaves a super pretty finish on the lips and i felt like a doll the applicator is nice considering it’s for the lips AND face, it’s just a circular squeeze out instead of an applicator so it doesn’t collect any residue it feels good on the lips lol it’s so smooth cons it wears off pretty fast. the consistency is quite thin so it kind of melts into the lips or transfers off fast it smears lipstick down my chin! because it’s so thin, it’s easy to wipe off but it transfers a lot and i had to wipe it sooo much the tube is kinda small :/ i like a lot of gloss and after reapplying multiple times i can see myself running out kind of fast overall, it’s pretty for an instagram or photoshoot look but i wouldn’t wear it every day which is pretty standard for face glosses. i think it’s worth the money if you use it for that purpose but definitely not an every day buy. #cheriepartner
