Hello, I am not a professional but I have done many research on skin and ingredients so don’t be afraid to ask questions.
Let’s talk eye creams!
Eye creams are made to target concerns (dark circles, puffiness, fine lines, etc.) around the eye area, which is very sensitive. They are not necessary to a skincare routine but if you struggle with any of these issues, it can help. Here are some of my favorites (all under $30) and what they can help with. >$10 THE inkey LIST - Caffeine Eye Cream (Brightens dark circles) $10-$20 REVOLUTION - Targeted Under Eye Serum 5% Caffeine (Brightens dark circles) PACIfICA - Vegan Collagen Recovery Eye Cream (Brightens dark circles, hydrates) Sweet CHEF - Turmeric + Vitamin C Booster Eye Cream (Brightens, hydrates) florence by mills - Look Alive Eye Balm (Brightens, reduces puffiness, hydrates) My personal fave :) $20-$30 NATURIUM - Retinol Complex Cream Retinol is best for severe fine lines but if you are going to use it, please make sure to keep your under eyes hydrated because it can be a little drying. HONEST - Honestly Bright Eyes Tinted Eye Cream (Hydrates while also covering dark circles)

What’s in my beauty fridge?
I finally caved in and got a mini fridge even after telling myself not to. I love the soothing experience of cold products and I don’t regret buying it. However, don’t feel the need to buy a mini fridge because it really isn’t mandatory and you have a big fridge that you could certainly use to store your beauty products in. Anyway, this is what I keep in it. Jade Roller (Mainly use this to spread my toner and/or serums across my face) Jade Gua Sha Tool (Came with the Jade roller and I rarely use it) wet n wild - Perfect Pout Sleeping Lip Mask Hydrating the first few minutes I put it on but I don’t wake up with hydrated lips. peach slices - Snail Rescue Blemish Busting Toner Favorite snail mucin toner 🐌 peach slices - Snail Rescue All-in-One Oil Free Moisturizer Similar formula to the toner but not moisturizing enough to be used as a moisturizer. The Ordinary - Ascorbic Acid 8% + Alpha Arbutin 2% Good vitamin C but it’s a little greasy. The Ordinary - Mandelic Acid 10% + HA Gentle acid for clogged pores and hair follicles. (Also good for fungal acne) VERSED - JUST BREATHE Clarifying Serum The results are good but the ingredients aren’t as much. cocokind - Texture smoothing cream Hands down best moisturizer for combo/oily skin. cocokind - Turmeric stick Has really helped with my hormonal acne. Banana Boat Kids Mineral Sunscreen [ThreeStars] Good job in protecting against UV rays but gnarly white cast.

Acne Skin Routine 🧴
I have acne-prone skin so I do this routine 1-2 times a week. I start by using the DHC - Deep Cleansing Oil to remove sunscreen and/or makeup. Although this one clogged my pores and made me break out, I still want to finish it before I find a new one. Next, I use the CeraVe - Renewing SA Cleanser For Normal Skin to gently cleanse while exfoliating. I’ve been using this for a few months and haven’t noticed transforming results like others have. I tone with the peach slices - Snail Rescue Blemish Busting Toner which has snail mucin (anti-aging), hyaluronic acid (hydrating), Centella Asiatica (soothing), and Tocopherol (Vitamin E). Overall great toner! I mildly exfoliate again with the VERSED - JUST BREATHE Clarifying Serum which has willow bark, niacinamide, sodium hyaluronate, zinc gluconate, and more. Finally, I moisturize with the cocokind - Texture smoothing cream I’ve been loving this! It has a lot of squalane which hydrates while balancing oils. Occasionally, I also use pimple patches when I’m breaking out (which is often). My favorite ones are the HERO COSMETICS - Mighty Patch Original for Madewell ones.

Morning routine updated
Ok I’ve made a few changes to my routine and sometimes I keep switching a few things in and out depending on the day.... I start with The Ordinary - Glycolic Acid 7% Toning Solution which I love. I think glycolic acid is an important ingredient to have in your routine for oily skin and wrinkles and even acne too. I always use insta natural - Zinc Vitamin C Serum but I go between also using insta natural - Age Defying & Skin Clearing Serum which I love for acne, insta natural - Dark Spot Corrector I don’t notice a huge difference with this but it has great ingredients or insta natural - Skin Brightening Serum, Anti-Aging that has alpha arbutin to help brighten dark spots or hyperpigmentation. So I alternate with those! Love using COSRX - Advanced Snail 96 Mucin Power Essence to have a dewy glow and helps with skin texture and pigmentation issues I’ve recently added The Ordinary - Niacinamide 10% + Zinc 1% to help with acne and oily skin and love it too. I top with a thin layer of Clindamycin gel and then moisturizer which I alternate also between a few different ones. BEEKMAN 1802 - Bloom Cream Daily Probiotic Moisturizer has great ingredients but a funky old woman smell I do not like, thank goodness I only have a sample size.... Honest has a great soothing moisturizer I’ve tried and also ARBONNE has a great calming moisturizer as well as a lightweight jelly moisturizer I go between. Then I do a few drops of The Ordinary - Ascorbic Acid 8% + Alpha Arbutin 2% and I’m done. I usually let it sit for awhile or at least a good 5 minutes while I do my eye makeup and eyeliner before I use any face makeup but I love the texture of my skin so far using this all together.

KBEAUTY SAVED MY SKIN🥰
I know tons of people now use Korean skincare products, however it’s been part of my routine for almost 4 years now and I haven’t looked back!☺️ SWIPE 👉🏽 for my raw skin!! Kbeauty is the one line of skincare I think everyone at least needs to try because not only is it affordable but the ingredients are insanely good and formulation is everything ✊🏽 it’s stuff you won’t get here from western brands, and if you do, it’s extremely overly priced When I first got into skincare to help with my acne, on a whim I decided to try a whole Korean line without even knowing. When my skin calmed down from using a line that had nothing to do with claiming to help you acne, I knew I had to do more research! 🥳 this is where I found out more about the kbeauty world and overtime, my collection has grown and these are some of my favourites💕 COSRX - Advanced Snail 96 Mucin Power Essence an amazingly hydrating essence/serum gel that works wonderfully on damp skin kind of like a HA which has helped overall hydrate my skin, keep it plump and not dry it out + helps with any hyperpigmentation (it’s slow but effective) I'm from - Rice Toner another amazing toner that has rice extract and niacinamide added to really help hydrate and soothe the skin and immediately brighten my skin!! This is my go to morning toner and my second bottle because I’m in love!!❤️ THE FACE SHOP - Chia Seed Hydrating Lotion my pm toner snd the line that really started my kbeauty journey and helped completely clear my skin in a couple months! Chia seed is such a powerful ingredient in skincare and in food and my gosh is this hydrating and instantly soothing. I will forever to continue to buy from this line (especially the moisturizer) because I know it works for me all the time! I'm from - Mugwort Essence second bottle and I can never stop talking about it! After hearing about tea tree and it working sometimes for me, I found out about mugwort and how it’s referred to as the Korean tea tree but soothing and way less irritating and my gosh they got this right! One of my all time favourite products! I apply two layers am and pm and my skin instantly feels soothed and relaxed and also helps with any irritation or acne ☺️ COSRX - Ultimate Nourishing Rice Overnight Spa Mask I use this as a moisturizer during the night and even sometimes in the day! It’s super hydrating without being heavy. It also has some niacinamide for that brightening affect. It sinks right in and leaves your skin feeling moisturized and not greasy and my gosh, this is also wonderful under makeup! Again, kbeauty really knows what they are doing and my gosh, I don’t think I’ll ever be able to just stop using Korean skincare! #cheriepartner

Spray on meditation
I love being outside and am in the sun most of the year. I swim in chlorine. I swim in the ocean. I take showers that are too hot. I know these things aren’t great for my skin but everyone’s gotta live right? I also love simplicity in a product. This rose water and glycerin spray is gentle. It’s moisturizing. Is it going to solve your acne? No. Is it full of big words and highly researched ingredients? No. BUT... Does it smell amazing? Yes. Is it cheap? Yes. Is it the most user friendly, go with any skincare routine or no routine? Yes. The best thing you can do with this product is to put it in the door of your refrigerator and when you come in from outside or just feel stressed, go over and spray yourself down and take a deep breath in. It will cool and calm you. And you deserve that at the very least. J.R. WATKINS - Heritage Store Rosewater & Glycerin Spray #cheriecreator

Rosacea/Sensitive skin routine!
This is my new routine for the fall. I recently found out I have rosacea and hormonal acne so I have been experimenting with what products would best suit my skin. For reference: the hormonal birth control pill is what has cleared up my skin dramatically, and I cannot attribute my routine to clearing it up. But my routine is keeping my skin’s moisture barrier soft, healthy and glowing. I will add a brief overview of my routine and why it’s working so well for me! HERBIVORE - Pink Cloud Rosewater + Tremella Creamy Jelly Cleanser This cleanser is everything.... it’s low foaming, soft and gentle and effectively melts off any and all makeup and sunscreen. It’s non stripping, the only smell to it is very natural and not strong at all, and it’s also very hydrating. Tremella mushroom provides more hydration than regular Hyaluronic acid, and plant based squalane emulsifies all of the makeup and dirt on the skin to gently yet effectively whisk it away. When you rinse, your skin feels so comfortable and never tight/dry. My tried and true CeraVe hydrating cleanser started burning my skin so this cleanser has been a game changer for me! evian - Brumisateur Natural Mineral Water Facial Spray I made a post about this mist. I find that the water in NYC can be a little hard so using this resets my skin’s pH balance and makes for a very soothing product in my routine. I follow with moisturizer after using this lovely fine mist. Kiehl's - Kiehl's Ultra Facial Moisturizer This is such a lovely, simple cream. It has squalane, glycerin, apricot, avocado, olive and rice bran oils, and glacial glycoprotein. This moisturizer is thick enough to help the skin retain moisture and stay soft and supple without being heavy. I love this and I think it’s perfect for the fall to keep combination/normal/oily skin in check! DRUNK ELEPHANT - F-Balm Electrolyte Waterfacial Mask Such a lovely product from drunk elephant! This is a multi use moisturizer/mask. It’s a leave on treatment chock full of hydrating and nourishing ingredients like electrolytes, vitamin F beads (they melt when you massage it in), a large dose of Niacinamide and squalane. This product is so lightweight yet moisturizing and really locks in hydration. I use this on top of my moisturizer night and day for glowy and happy skin! SUNDAY RILEY - Auto Correct Brightening and Depuffing Eye Contour Cream One of the only eye creams I actually like! There is a slightly botanical smell to it, but it doesn’t linger. This cream is very moisturizing, illuminating and instantly brightening/depuffing. When I use it I don’t have to use much concealer for my dark undereyes! GLOW RECIPE - Avocado Melt Retinol Eye Sleeping Mask A very gentle retinol eye cream. No peeling/irritation. I find this helps to smooth texture and helps milia too! Not very clinical but still a nice product.

Amazon Finds #1 -$20 Vitamin C Serum
TruSkin - Vitamin C Serum TruSkin Vitamin C serum is crowned best seller on Amazon over 26k+ reviews and ratings. It is only $19.99! I was just giving it a try and it was not a love at first sight. Unlike any serum I have, it is very thin. I did the patch test as it recommended. The liquid absorbed really quickly as it is so thin. I begin apply to my face and realized it made my skin dry. I also noticed the residue in the serum so I contacted customer service, they’ve explained to me all and each ingredients and which might have residue is totally normal. I was satisfied with the customer service and committed to try. I am so glad I did and it definitely brighten and smooth my skin. Sweet CHEF - Ginger + Vitamin C Serum Shot SweetChef made me think of food. I love ginger and turmeric. I first saw this at Target and later went home decided to buy it. You know that feeling when you saw something during the day and think about it at night, that’s the sigh you need to buy it. This shot is what you feel love at the first sight. The serum smell amazing, again I love ginger. The thickness is just right. My forehead always expose under the California sun. It definitely contain enough antioxidants to balance and smooth my forehead winkles. Don’t we all love rich and thick!

🌤Easy A.M Routine🌤
I love to sleep, so the last thing I want to do at 5:30am when I wake up is a ridiculously long skincare routine. However, the A.M routine is just as important as your nighttime routine. Especially when it comes to UV protection. simple is sometimes all you need. 🌤🌤🌤🌤 I always use a cleanser with active ingredients in the A.M, really no particular reason other than so use a gentle one at night. Some by Mi- 30 Day Miracle Acne Clean Foam It’s really creamy, but if you have skin that’s more sensitive it may be a little drying. To me it smells like menthol and it does have a minty feeling. Usually this would be bothersome, but it’s super gentle. It also contains Centella Asiatica which is great for redness relief. I then liberally spray HERITAGE STORE - Rosewater Aromatherapy Water Rose Petals as a moisture/toner step. I don’t really need this step but I love the smell so much. It does provide some moisture but nothing too crazy. ETUDE - SoonJung 2x Barrier Intensive Cream This is by far my absolute favorite moisturizer. It sinks in really fast and has no scent and is perfect for any skin type. I can’t possibly count how many tubes I’ve purchase but it’s so so incredible. I love Korean eye creams. Unlike their western counterparts you get so much product for a very wallet friendly price. MIZON - Snail Repair Eye Cream is by far my favorite, the snail mucin can have brightening effects and I have seen a decrease in my dark circles, but it could be because I’ve been getting more sleep. My eyes are really sensitive and dry from allergies, but i’ve had no issues with irritation. It sits well under concealer and it’s the first eye cream that stops my concealer from creasing. My final step and obviously the MOST IMPORTANT is sunscreen. All you young humans please wear your sunscreen, you won’t regret it! I’ve been using Bioré - UV Aqua Rich Watery Essence SPF50+ for around 8 years and its the best I have found so far. It has a very light scent, leaves no white cast, and is non greasy. It sinks in really quickly, and kind of acts as a primer for makeup because it has make me less oily. If you hate sunscreen, do yourself a favor and try this. I really don’t think you’ll regret it! 🌤🌤🌤🌤 Have you tried any of these products? If so what’s your favorite?
