skincare lover looking for some new product recommendations! ig: sikkiiim
rainbow tie dye eyeshadow
Decided to do a fun look yesterday! This look was inspired by @maytahmi on instagram! REVOLUTION - Reloaded Palette This palette has great colors but not amazing color payoff, i wasn’t too fond of the shimmers. AOA studio - Hush Cream Blush I love this cream blush! It’s super blendable w fingers or a brush, and the color is perfect for my skintone Glossier. - Brow Flick I want to give this 5 stars, but the bristles in the tip have started splitting and the pen is a little bit dry. It’s a perfect concept though. Hope y’all like this look, it took me a long time and I definitely want to try it again!
Here’s my current nighttime routine! I’m currently in the process of bringing some new products into my skincare routine and it seems like I’m liking everything but I want to give my honest opinion on what I’m currently using! cocokind - Facial cleansing oil This was kindly gifted to me from cocokind and I’ve tried it a handful of times! It definitely works well to remove my makeup and I really like it. However the smell is a little bit overpowering, and sometimes the pump gets a bit stuck. Other than that it’s a great oil based cleanser! YOUTH TO THE PEOPLE - Superfood Antioxidant Cleanser I absolutely love this cleanser!! I switch between this one and the simple foaming cleanser. This cleanser is perfect because it’s not stripping, but my face still feels super clean afterwards. I love the texture and the scent of this cleanser and hopefully I’ll purchase the full size when I run out! Does anyone know of any dupes for this, it’s quite expensive lol. cocokind - Glow Essence This was also gifted to me by cocokind and I really like this product! It’s a light mist that makes my skin glow instantly, and gets rid of any tightness that may come after washing my face! It’s a great product and I love that it’s all natural! The Ordinary - Mandelic Acid 10% + HA This is the end of my third bottle of this acid! Quite literally a lifesaver!! In August of last year I reached out to The Ordinary and asked them for product recommendations for dullness, some light scarring, and super light acne! This serum is amazing for brightening up scars and giving more glowiness to my skin in general! When first bringing it into my routine my skin purged a little bit but it cleared up within 2 weeks and was definitely worth it! The Ordinary - 100% Organic Cold Pressed Rose Hip Seed Oil This is my 3rd bottle of this oil, and I really like it but it can be just a tad too heavy on my skin even though I only use it at night. I still think that it’s a great product and will continue to use it! The Ordinary - Natural Moisturizing Factors + HA I’ve tried this moisturizer a lot honestly, but I’m never impressed by it. The consistency isn’t creamy enough for my liking and I don’t feel like it really locks in my products at the end of my routine. I’m hoping to find another moisturizer that feels less tight afterwards and really leaves my skin soft and supple! cocokind - Full brow balm This was gifted to me by cocokind, and I’m honestly obsessed!! This brow balm smells like fresh coconut, and holds my brows in place for pre-makeup application, and at night it helps stimulate growth. I’ve only been using it for a week, so I haven’t noticed any growth in my brows but I’m obsessed!! I really love this product. I hope you all recommend me some products and I’ll do the same!

my favorite spring looks
lately i’ve been trying to get out of quarantine slump with makeup looks - and my goto spring color is LAVENDER! i think lavender is a shade that’s flattering on all skin tones - if you use the right base. in this look i used white concealer, and packed some lavender shadow ontop. the creaminess of the product has the perfect amount of tackiness so shadow sticks perfectly!! i love pastels but sometimes they can wash out us darker skinned folx, so i think lavender is a great universal springtime shade.
Milk MAKEUP-Glow Oil Lip + Cheek
A gem 💋
I’m a sucker for limited edition makeup. I can’t find this one on the Make Beauty website anymore but they have brought it back in the past so I hope they bring it back again! Let’s talk formula, it’s lovely! So creamy and pigmented. Very easy to blend and looks gorgeous on a variety of skin tones. Looks just as pretty as blush as it does on the lips and wears well throughout the day. It’s a bit on the pricer side but one thing I love about makeup sticks is that they last for so long, specially since this one is so pigmented! A favorite in my collection for sure ❤️❤️❤️ MAKE - Lip & Cheek Stick

This dreamy look was inspired by my favorite 80s makeup trends and a heavy base! I wear my favorite Becca foundation, primer and highlighter! I used my morphe boss mood palette and my Nyx palette! I used my Becca foundation to carve out some clouds and used pixi glowy blush as my blush with some flesh pot on my eyes and cheek for a wet look!

A dupe worth the hype 🙏🏼
A friend told me about this, they said this wet n wild - Mega Length Mascara was a perfect dupe for the Glossier. - Lash Slick Mascara First thing I’ll say is I like the Glossier mascara a lot, but it doesn’t lift my lashes too much and it definitely does not look like lash extensions as advertised (at least not on me). Now, the wet n wild mascara is definitely an amazing dupe for glossier lash slick. They had a very similar plastic brush, it’s super flexible so it gets every lash and as you can see, the wet n wild side looks a lot more lifted and separated not to mention it was only like $3 compared to $16 for lash slick!

Let me start by saying, if I were to repurchase any more products, it would definitely be this one too. I am impressed by this product. Not only do I try a lot of products but I have extremely dry and sometimes oily skin. / Combo skin. The best product I have used and is made for combo skin. As soon as you apply it, it smells like watermelon. It feels like candy literally in a tube. It can be very sticky when you apply it to your face and I feel that is what helps your foundation stick. Throughout the day it makes your face feel glowy and shiny, smooth. It makes my face look very matte. And it’s only $8??! What?!! If you want to try it out I would recommend because this is such a great primer!! :)

Silky, soft, and matte! Oh my!
SUNNIES FACE - Fluffmatte I hate how much I love this lipstick since it currently is only available in the Philippines, but it has been receiving lots of hype on social media. I was gifted this from a family friend and currently have Fluffmatte in the shade Girl Crush which is a lovely terracotta rosy color that is universally flattering on different skin tones and great for everyday use. Application is smooth and silky, and the coverage is just amazing. My lips haven’t felt dry while using this and the lipstick hasn’t cracked when wearing this out. I hope they release this in the US soon! 🌸💕
