not sure about this one...
I’m always open to trying new skincare products, especially moisturizers. After receiving a sample, I recently picked up the Sunday Riley ICE Ceramide Moisturizing Cream. This is a fairly new addition to their product line and one that is not talked about very often. This cream is is formulated with ceramides, vitamin F, as well as coconut. It’s marketed to be a product that strengthens the skin’s natural moisture barrier and replenishes the elasticity and firmness of the face. Overall, I found this product to be just okay. Some days it works really nice, but other days it just sits on the top of the skin — but that could just be dependent on how my skin is. One really great thing about this product is the way it clings to the skin. It’s a very thick and creamy texture, so it grabs on the the surface of the face and remains there until removed. This isn’t necessarily a product I would recommend (especially because it’s pretty pricey), but one that you could purchase if you want to try something new to switch up your routine!

💋pillow soft lips💋
I’ve already done a review on the Laneige Lip Glowy Balm, but now I want to talk about the original Lip Sleeping Mask! This lip mask is an all-time favorite among beauty lovers because of its buttery smooth texture and nourishing ingredients. This mask is formulated with Vitamin C, hyaluronic acid, and antioxidant minerals. It has an extremely soft balm-like texture which glides very easily onto the lips. As you leave it on overnight, your lips become replenished supple. A plus is that this mask comes in so many yummy flavors! I have the original Berry flavor as well as their holiday exclusive flavor Mint Choco. Although the different flavors vary in color and scents, the formulas are exactly the same! This is a great mask that is perfect for completing your skincare routine — day or night!

💎Summer Fridays’ Hidden Gem💎
When it comes to Summer Fridays, the first thing that comes to mind is their ever-popular Jet Lag mask. A very underrated product is their R+R mask. This is a fairly new product in my collection but I have incorporated it into my regular very quickly! This product is an exfoliating mask that doesn’t dry out the skin on your face. Instead, it leaves your skin feeling nourished and silky smooth. This is because the mask contains Bulgarian rose and rose flower powder; both of which are suspended in a mix of luxurious oils. I typically will apply this mask to clean skin, and then begin to gently massage it for a couple of seconds. After leaving it on for about 10 minutes, I will remove the product with a damp wash cloth. Immediately after removing the excess product, what’s remaining on the skin is the residue from all of the different oils. I absolutely love this product for whenever I need an extra pick me up!
SUMMER FRIDAYS-R + R Mask
Good, clean beauty is so hard to come by these days, but the Kosas 10-Second Liquid Eyeshadow completely won me over. I was a little skeptical to try these out since they aren’t the most affordable, but I am so glad I bought them! This shadow is a water-based formula that dries down almost immediately after blending it out. Even though it’s water-based, this product does crease and maintains its impact throughout the day. Some of the ingredients in this shadow include — galactoarabinan, jojoba oil, and orange flower water. I find that the easiest way to apply this product is with the finger. I typically will use the applicator and run it across my lid, and then follow that with my finger to blend out the harsh edges. Doing my makeup every day for work has been so exhausting, but this fast and easy product has made my routine much simpler. I recommend this product for anyone looking to freshen up their collection with a new and innovative product!!
Fourth Ray No-Go
One of the most enticing aspects of Fourth Ray Beauty products is that they are 100% vegan and cruelty free. I have discovered some of my all time favorite skincare products from the brand, but their Rainfall 2% Hyaluronic Acid Serum is one that is a miss in my book. The brand advertises Rainfall as a ‘replenishing’ serum that ‘instantly drenches the skin with hydration.’ The product is formulated with a mix of — hyaluronic acid, seaweed sugar, cucumber water, and coconut water. Although it sounds like it would be a moisturizing dream, I found this product to be very underwhelming. It feels perfectly comfortable on the skin, but I wasn’t able to see any results on my skin. At the end of the day it just seems like an extra step to add into your skincajre routine, but not one that is effective.

smooth, silky, light
Taking care of my hair has always been a chore for me. I don’t like spending too much time or product on my hair and prefer to keep things simple. This MorrocanOil Treatment is the perfect solution to all of my dry hair needs. After I wash my hair I let it air-dry for about 30 minutes. While my hair is still a little damp, I work in about 1-2 pumps of the oil into my hair and distribute it using a hairbrush. Next, I will just begin styling my hair as per usual. I love this product because it’s super light on the hair and doesn’t weight it down. It’s almost like a dry oil- in the fact that you can barely feel it. Another amazing plus is the beautiful scent of the oil. It’s a delicious scent and it leaves my hair smelling so fresh! I 100% recommend this product, you will not be disappointed!
Moisture Rescue Gel Cream
I'd like to talk about my experience with this Moisture Rescue Refreshing Gel-Cream by Garnier because as you can see it is such a beautiful product. This gel cream is formulated specifically for dry skin. It feels sort of sticky on application and has a bit of fragrance that I like. The fragrance is not strong and both the smell and feel goes away quickly and I like how cool it feels on the skin. My face feels moisturized but not greasy. At first application, I did get a tingly feeling around my eyes and mouth area but it went away quickly. On second and succeeding days/nights of applications I did not feel it anymore. It's in a pretty cute bottle, a little goes a long way and I love how it is easy to spread on the face. It hydrates my face but I find I still need to use a moisturizer on top as what usually happens when I use gel creams on my dry face. I recently just finished it and though I did enjoy this product I won’t be repurchasing since I am trying to be conscious and aware of products I buy and Garnier is not cruelty free.

Green Goddess Facial Oil✨
My skin is combined so it gets really dry on my cheeks, where my pores are largest. This helps balance my skin like no other thing, and the smell is so natural, no fragrance, just pure herbs. It’s made of 99% natural ingredients and that one 1% is a safe conservant. It’s the only Avon product that’s legally said to reduce redness. Best CBD product I’ve tried so far.

Farmacy Honey Drop 🍯 ✨
FARMACY - Honey Drop Lightweight Moisturizer Farmacy’s Honey Drop lightweight moisturizer! Emojis inspired by it’s main scent (honey 🍯) and it’s light color (✨💛) I had high hopes for this Farmacy product! I have oily skin so I thought a lightweight moisturizer would be perfect. The texture seems nice and creamy while still a lightweight gel. When I first tried this, I layered it on top of my normal moisturizer and my skin felt really smooth and hydrated! But when I used this alone the next day, I had a totally different experience. It felt as though I didn’t even moisture my skin! It was like my skin had sucked the moisture right out of this, leaving my skin dry and parched. So strange! I did enjoy the scent and the texture though, and it layered well on top of other products. I’m not sure if this product is worth the money. $45 for a product that can’t moisture well by itself. I wouldn’t recommend this because it took a lot to try and make this work for me. Such a shame!

Origins 🍄 Lotion
ORIGINS - Dr. Andrew Weil for Mega-Mushroom Relief & Resilience Soothing Treatment Lotion This lotion is perfect for someone looking for soothing and powerful toner. I have combination acne prone skin. I have fungal acne so I was not able to test this product on my forehead since it contains lots of oils and fermented ingredients but I tried on my cheeks where I experience redness and it was really nice! I received this lotion as a sample along with my Sephora order. Texture is liquid with a little bit of oily consistency. Since it contains orange oil and lavender oil, if you have sensitivity to fragrance, this might not be a good fit. I soaked this into cotton and l put it on my cheeks for few min as a quick mask. I repeated it for few days and my cheeks were so soft and hydrated. I recommend this product if you have dry skin since it contains lots of oils! I liked how my cheeks looked after quick masking for few days.

I have tried few things from fenty, and I keep falling in love with every single one of their products! I love the mission of the brand/company and I love the price range as well as how amazing their products are! The eyeliner from fenty is one of my favorites! Its so dark and matte, and I love the thin pen and the way its designed is so easy to use! I love the long-lasting staying power! FENTY BEAUTY - Flyliner Longwear Liquid Eyeliner The new mascara from fenty is just as amazing as the eyeliner! I actually received this in a recent raffle from cherie, and I was shocked to see this was one of the products (THANK YOU CHERIE!!) and I love the brush and the way it applies! It makes my lashes super feathery and voluminous! FENTY BEAUTY - Full Frontal Volume, Lift & Curl Mascara Do I recommend? I recommend both of these makeup products!!
