5 Step Skincare Routine?!?!
Everyone always asks me what is your skincare routine. I get a little hesitant to tell them because I do not want to overwhelm them with my 5-6 step routine. But who am I to make the decision for them. Here is my full skincare routine with my favorite skin care products at the moment. Step 1: I cleanse with my @tatchabeauty Deep Cleanse. You can use this gel cleaner everyday. It's great for normal to oily skin and has a natural fruit exfoliant to get deep and clean out all the dirt in your skin. Step 2: I use the @goodmolecules Caffeine Energizing Hydrogel Eye Patches I do not do this step all the time but maybe once or twice a week. These eye patches are amazing. They hydrate, firm and energize tired eyes. They come in handy whenever I've had a long without sleep. I put these babies on the next day and I look like I’ve had a full night of sleep. Step 3: I tone my skin with the @goodmolecules Niacinamide Brightening Toner. This tone is my holy grail. I have seen a major difference in the brightness of my skin. I usually gently swipe the toner over my skin with a cotton pad and let dry before I move onto the next step. Step 4 : Serum. My go to serum at the moment is the @goodmolecules Discoloration Correcting Serum. This has helped me tremendously with the hyperpigmentation around my mouth and cheeks. I do not know what I would do with this serum and definite must have. Step 5: Last but not least I finish my routine with @tatchabeauty Water Cream. I love how light weight it is. It does not leave the skin weighted down with product not to mention the amazing scent of wild rose. I’m obsessed. This is perfect for normal to oily skin and great for minimizing your pores.
Night Owl? Save Your Under Eyes!
I'm a night owl and have been forever! Most of the time this means I wake up looking like I haven't slept in years because my under eyes are puffy. I have a ritual for those days! Here's what I do: 1. I wash my face, being sure to use cool water! 2. Apply my NuFace Line Smoothing Serum 3. Apply my Good Molecules Eye Patches 4. Let the depuffing magic happen! The NuFace serum has an immediate effect on my under eyes, smoothing and tightening them. It's a lightweight serum texture and immediately sinks into the skin. I love that the tip is cooling metal so it also helps to depuff! The Good Molecules Caffeine Energizing Hydrogel Eye Patches are the star of the show! The caffeine reduces puffiness and swelling. They also contain niacinamide, aloe and hyaluronic acid to help brighten and smooth! This system works to depuff my under eyes in 10 minutes so I use that time to do my hair or get dressed, then I look like I got my full 8 hours! #GLOW RECIPE - Avocado Melt Retinol Eye Sleeping Mask[goods]#[FourStars] is described as “An eye sleeping mask formulated with avocado, encapsulated retinol, and coffeeberry to help brighten, depuff and treat the appearance of dark circles”. Their star ingredient is the encapsulated retinol that claims to help the look of uneven skin tone all the while releasing slowly throughout the day/night making it a gentler alternative to traditional retinols. It aims to help dark circles, puffiness, dryness, and loss of firmness and elasticity that happens around the eyes. I’ve been using this for a couple weeks now and I do see a difference! I have the full size but I bring this mini with me since I don’t want to take up too much room in my makeup bag. The milia that was once there is now gone and this is light enough that it does not cause any more milia to form. The consistency of this is thick at first glance but spreads evenly and sinks in the eye area very well. Usually when I use eye creams I wake up feeling there are still residual products around my eye but with this it felt great. I don’t really have dark circles but I do have puffiness around my eyes from time to time and I haven’t had any since using this. A little goes a long way with this and I usually just tap my ring finger into the product and tap/apply around the eye area. This retails at $42 for 0.5 oz/15 ml and honestly I feel this is a fair price for the product. You honestly don’t need a lot and 15 ml will last a long time. I barely made a dent in mine. I give this product 4/ 5 stars only because they do add “flavor/aroma” to this product which I don’t necessarily think they need to. Overall I would recommend this to a friend!

Patchology duo Restoring Night CloudMasque™ ☁️ The 🔑 ingredients in this sleeping mask are hyaluronic acid to hydrate the skin and help improve elasticity, retinol to help with cell turnover, and peptide complexes to reduce fine lines and crow’s feet. This mask meant to restore the skin’s moisture levels overnight, and that it does. The first couple times I used this guy, it did take a long while to sink into my skin - even with my facial roller, it was a struggle. After all was said and done, though, I had no heavy or greasy feeling of the mask on my face, and it ended up sinking in very nicely. I did break out after a few days of using this, but I’m not 100% blaming the product, and I haven’t been scared away from using this. Maybe I was just due for some breakouts? 🤷🏻♀️ Anyway, I can definitely attest to this mask keeping my skin hydrated well into the morning, and for that reason and its whipped, dreamy, luxurious consistency, I can confidently say this is a good product. 🌙 FlashPatch® Restoring Night Eye Gels The 🔑 ingredients in these eye patches are retinol to speed cell turnover, cedrus atlantica bark to brighten and reduce dark circles, peptide complexes to reduce fine lines and crow’s feet, arnica and cucumber extract to reduce puffiness and inflammation, and squalane to hydrate, soften and protect from free radicals. These are supposed to provide one with a brighter, more youthful-looking eye area. I’m sad to say it, but I didn’t really see huge results with these 😕 I just didn’t notice anything different to my eye area the next morning (I left these on overnight). To be fair, I’ve only used 2 sets of eye patches, so these are first impressions - and, I always struggle to gauge how eye products work for me. I’m not giving up on these and will be reporting back! I love Patchology and their products and will definitely continue to purchase from the brand.

K Beauty fave: avocado retinol eye mask
Glow Recipe is a K Beauty brand that uses fruit extracts to power their products. I’ve been trying out the Glow Recipe Avocado Melt Retinol Eye Sleeping Mask. The mask included encapsulated retinol, avocado, and coffee berry to help brighten, depuff, and reduce dark circles. This is always an area I have struggled with. Lately, fine lines are becoming more of a concern. I decided to try this product because of the added retinol, hoping that it could help address these issues. It’s my first eye product with retinol. In the past, I have been very reactive to retinol. It usually leaves my skin flaky and sensitized. I am so happy that I have not experienced any sensitivity at all with this. I actually find it quite gentle on the eyes. Many eye creams leave me with crusty, watery eyes in the morning, but I haven’t experienced it with this one, which makes me happy! It is very hydrating and silky to apply, which I love. I mean come on, look at that texture 🤩 In terms of results, Its too soon to notice anything substantial, but I do understand that retinol takes some time to show noticeable improvement. I am also prone to milia, and haven’t noticed any new spots or congestion since using. It has a thick and ultra creamy texture that spreads easily and applies like a dream. All in all, it feels nice and provides lasting hydration. I don’t have any negatives to report, so that’s a win in my book! 🥑 GLOW RECIPE - Avocado Melt Retinol Sleeping Face Mask

This k beauty fave was meh for me
The Avocado Melt Retinol Eye Mask from Glow Recipe is designed to brighten, depuff and treat the appearance of dark circles. It contains retinol, avocado and coffee berry to help with loss of firmness and elasticity. It works for all skin types. I can only describe the texture of this as “chunky.” I used a sample of it three times total and while it was soothing, it didn’t do much by way of brightening. I don’t really have anything to depuff, so I can’t speak to that claim. While there were no adverse affects to my sensitive skin and the cream felt nice on, I don’t think that this is worth the money. I wouldn’t recommend as there are many other less expensive eye creams that do the same thing without harsh actives. GLOW RECIPE - Avocado Melt Retinol Sleeping Face Mask

Had a Late Night? 2 Quick Fixes!
We all have “those” nights. Whether it’s up late working on a school or work assignment, watching too many YouTube (or Tik Tok) videos, stressed about something, or whatever else that prevents you from having a good night of sleep, we all want to look well-rested! In addition to a splash of cold water on your face and a cup of coffee, tea, or matcha, there are 2 things I usually do to help my face and under eyes look like I got the recommended 8 hours of sleep. Puffiness and extra darkness under the eyes are common if you didn’t get a good night of sleep. An easy way to de-puff, hydrate, and instantly lift your under eyes is to use eye gels. I use the GOOD MOLECULES - Caffeine Energizing Hydrogel Eye Patches when I need an extra pick-me-up. They contain caffeine, acetyl tetrapeptide-5, niacinamide, aloe, and hyaluronic acid to firm, hydrate, soothe, and smooth. My under eyes visibly look and feel better in 10-15 minutes. These patches don’t slip and slide like many others I’ve tried. This particular product is great because they’re a good bang for your buck - $18 for 60 patches (30 uses), and I have repurchased them. I am a makeup lover so I do dot some concealer on after my skincare routine, but that’s optional! My next tip is to use some sort of brightening mask that contains vitamin C. Vitamin C will wake up your complexion and leave your skin looking glowing. I have been using the fresh - Vitamin C Glow Face Mask (sample size) in the mornings when my skin is looking dull. This citrus marmalade smelling and looking mask is easy and fun to apply. It contains AHAs such as orange, lemon, and clementine extracts to gently smooth + glow. After about 10 minutes, my complexion looks refreshed and plumped. I like this mask a lot but won’t repurchase because Fresh is not cruelty-free. This mask retails for $62 for 3.3oz or $25 for 1oz at Sephora, but you can use any vitamin C-enriched mask you’ve got at home! Pro tip: Use the eye gels and mask together to save time! About my skin: dryyyyy and acne-prone

Multimasking sheet style
@neostratacanada Biocellulose mask has 0.15% Pure Hyaluronic acid, which just means its not a hyaluronic acid derivative like sodium hyaluronate. Hyaluronic acid is the form that’s naturally found in the skin. I love the way this mask makes my skin feel after application and I love that the mask is biocellulose instead of a sheet mask, it just makes the experience feel more hydrating! The @pixibeauty Detoxifeye gel patches contain caffeine for dark circles and for brightening, cucumber for soothing and hydrating, and tiny gold specks to nourish the eye area. This combination is the perfect eye treatment combo in the form of a “mask”
