My favorite two products from theouai - Memory Mist is a girl’s best friend. Especially the type of girl who hates having to do their hair every day (like me). Memory Mist gives me up to three good hair days after styling, which makes my mornings so much easier. Ouai’s Matte Pomade is the perfect texturizing product, creating gorgeous separation minus the gritty feeling of other products. My hair still feels soft and looks perfectly undone when I use it.

After a few weeks of using Glossier solution, I’ve definitely seen a noticeable difference in my skin. My face is brighter and clearer. The texture of my skin has improved. I like to give skincare a full 6-8 weeks to fully see results before I review, but I’m impressed with what I’m seeing as far. If you’re new to chemical exfoliants, I would recommend starting with every other to every third day use and building up to every day.

These two products from cosmedix, Clear + Clarity, have seriously helped to get my skin under control. ▪️Clear Deep Cleansing Mask - this mask uses powerhouse ingredients kaolin clay, salicylic acid & sulfur to help balance oil production and remove impurities, while soothing botanicals hydrate your skin. Using this mask a few times a week seemed to help with my breakouts, but I’ve also been using it as a spot treatment overnight, which seems to help shrink breakouts. ▪️Clarity Skin-Clarifying Serum - contains retinol & salicylic acid to fight breakouts, as well as aloe, willow herb & tea tree oil to soothe irritated skin. This serum absorbs into the skin in minutes and seemed to seriously help to clear my skin. ▪️A few weeks ago, my skin saw the worst breakouts it’s seen in years, but after adding this duo into my routine, I’m breakout free. I also noticed that the typical after effects that I suffer from after a breakout (those annoying red spots that take FOREVER to go away) weren’t an issue since using these two.
If there’s one skincare product that I’m guilty of hoarding, it’s moisturizers. As a dry-skinned girl, I can never have too many (and there are SO many good ones in the market right now). I was intrigued by the Deep Dive collection by redearth, mostly because I love moisturizers with a gel/cream texture (like belif’s Aqua Bomb). Here’s the rundown on this collection: 💦 Deep Dive Water Cream - At first glance, this moisturizer is similar to Aqua Bomb, but as you massage it into the skin it feels lighter, less creamy and more watery. I’ve been loving it for days (like today) when it’s brutally hot and sticky and a heavy moisturizer is just too much. Due to it’s light texture, it absorbs almost instantly. It’s the kind of moisturizer that would work for all skin types. I’ve found that it wears well under light-medium weight foundations, but I’ve yet to test it with full glam, as it’s been SO humid here in Boston. 💦 Deep Dive Water Essence - I love a good essence! Ive been using this in the morning to balance and hydrate my skin, as it’s packed with hyaluronic acid to lock in moisture. My favorite way to use this, however, is with Happy Pills. 💦 Happy Pills - I absolutely love Red Earth for their creative and fun approach to beauty. The concept of these travel-friendly Happy Pills is that you can drop whatever essence or serum that you have onto the individually wrapped “pill” and it expands into your own customized sheet mask. I popped a couple of these pills into my bag for a weekend trip and I love that you can mask with whatever it is that you have on hand at the moment.
I get to keep my summer glow with the isle of paradise Self-Tanning Water. This product never turns out streaky or blotchy and is so easy to use. I’ve also been using the Self-Tanning Drops. I mix 3-4 drops into my moisturizer every few days. You can add more drops for a deeper tan, but I prefer just a subtle glow. I’ll definitely be repurchasing both of these when I run out.
