Step: ? Face wash
Continuing off the last post, were talking about what step is face wash in your routine? Depending on the routine will determine what step it is. The cycles are color coded and match up with my previous posts. The product I’m currently using is GLOW RECIPE - Blueberry Bounce Gentle Cleanser I have been using this for the pass 5 months. What I like about this product is that it is free from harmful ingredients that my skin cannot handle. I recommend it for anyone with sensitive skin. Scent? Slightly sweet. Not over whelming Texture? It’s like a jelly when it is first placed in your hand, then it foams up into a conditioning and thin lather. Recommend? 100% Downsides? It is on the pricey side as all of Glow Recipe products are. What are some of your favorite cleansers?? Leave me a comment. Checkout my step by step routine posts to determine what fit is best for you. Have a wonderful day lovelies! 🥰🥰
GLOW RECIPE-Blueberry Bounce Gentle Cleanser
Hi loves! Today is another victim on the journey to finding the right sunscreen for me. TULA SKINCARE - Daily Sunscreen Gel Broad Spectrum SPF 30 This product was a follower recommendation. And I love testing things that y’all send my way! And shout out to @HeatherSavell07 for recommending this! This product beautifully glides on the skin and is such a refreshing texture. The formula included: 🎃 probiotics to help hydrate and prevent water loss and help strengthen the skin barrier! 🎃 pineapple and papaya to help promote even skin tone 🎃 wild butterfly ginger root: which protects against blue light stress in this crazy Covid time while were all on every kind of electric device. So all in all this was a great product and I really enjoyed the benefits! The only thing I struggled with loving was the extra shimmer and the color of it. It would be the same shade of my skin-tone and that’s something people struggle to look for. For me it just made me look extra greasy since it so perfectly matched my skin. I just couldn’t get past this one small thing. 🎃Do I recommend this product?? Absolutely!! It’s a great formula and just because I didn’t like the look doesn’t mean that it wouldn’t look great on you! 🎃Downsides? None really. Only for me was the shimmer, it was just a bit too much. What about you guys? Has anyone tried this?? What are some other products I should try?? Thanks loves!! Y’all are the best!! ❤️💋

Step 1 for some: Oil cleaning
The first step of all steps combined is an Oil cleanser KLAVUU - Pure Pearlsation Divine Pearl Cleansing Oil This is my Favorite product right now. Over everything! I use this any time I have makeup on and need to start cleaning my face. Light scents of vanilla just grace your nose. It’s not very strong so those sensitive to smells don’t need to worry. When you put some product in your hand. Just lightly rub your hands together to lather your hands with oil and warm it at the same time. Now apply to your face. Watch as this very light oil washes all your makeup of. When you go to wash it off with water. Give it a little scrub and you’ll start to see little bubbles as it’s washed off. The oil comes off very easily with water too. Formula: free of many harsh chemicals so my sensitive skin loved it. Texture: it’s very light oil. Not like a heavy oil balm. It’s lightly sits on your face until you wash it off with water. Recommend? YES! I adore this product. It is on the not cheap side. So it’s a up to you product. Downsides? It could have a bit more skincare concerns ingredients. But it does it’s job and you can get the ingredients you need from other products. Give me a shout out about your favorite oil cleansers! Love you guys ❤️😍

10 Step Routine
Hi Loves! Time to talk about the Last Skincare Cycle. I’m going to go over the new additions made to the Cycle and why they’re in the step that they are. If you would like to know more about a certain step, check out some of my earlier posts. AM🌞: Step 1: Oil Cleanser. Now typically I don’t use an oil cleanser in the morning, because I’m not trying to over clean my skin of all the good overnight oils it has created. Step 2: Face Wash. Ok, ok, I know in my earlier posts I’ve said that I don’t use a face wash in the mornings. It’s true, but if I’ve added a Overnight sleep mask or any other heavier night products I want make sure I remove any leftover residue. Step 3: Exfoliant. After washing our face we want to make sure to exfoliate. Now there are a lot of different types of exfoliates, Physical and chemical. You need to be super careful about which one is used on your skin, many are too harsh for Sensitive skin to use. We also shouldn’t use an exfoliate everyday; twice to three times a week is enough. For Sensitive skin just once or twice a week so not to cause irritation. Step 4: Toner. Step 5: Essence. Step 6: Serums. Step 7: Sheet mask. Depending on how thick your serum is, we want to use a sheet mask before or after applying your serums. Mine is currently a thin formula so I use a sheet mask after, if you use a thicker serum apply the mask before. Sheet masks are made to cover all issues with the skin: Hydration, Illuminating, Soothing, and Toning along with so much more. You can use one as often as you want, I keep my use of one to once or twice a week with a Mud mask on the in between days. (The mud mask would go before or after your toner). Step 8: Eye Cream. Step 9: Moisturizer. Step 10: SPF. 🌘 PM: Step 1: Oil Cleanser. Step 2: Face wash. Step 3: Exfoliant. Step 4: Toner. Step 5: Essence. Step 6: Serum. Step 7: Sheet Mask. The sheet mask step is also a good time to throw on some eye patches too. Step 8: Eye Cream. Step 9: Moisturizer Step 10: Facial Oils. Face oils, like serums, can help with all types of concerns it just depends on finding the right one for you. Face oils have the largest Molecule size thus are the heaviest step so we want to make sure to put it on last. So loves, Let me know what you think and if I missed anything. What’s your favorite Step?? Once again my beauties, I am an enthusiast not an expert. If you see something that’s off don’t hesitate to correct me. Thanks Lovelies!❤️❤️❤️ All artwork is my own, please ask before turning it around to use for other projects.
7 Step Routine
Ok Loves, lets go over the 7 Step Skincare Routine. This is the routine I use the most! The steps are in the order I personally use, you don’t have to follow the steps exactly the same way I do but I will explain why I layer everything in that way. Also if I something’s not quite right in my process of explaining things, don’t hesitate to call me out on it in the comments. We are all learning everyday, and I am not an expert. 🌞 AM: Step 1: In the mornings I tend to wash my face with just water. Over night your skin releases oils that help the healing process of your skin. And though we do want to get the top layer of oil off our faces, we also should keep the natural oils that our bodies know we need. If you do want to wash your face with a cleanser in the mornings, maybe go with a more gentle one something that won’t strip your skin completely of those healing oils. Step 2: Toners. A toner will help also give your skin a splash of hydration Step 3: Essence. Not everyone uses an essence, and that’s ok! I just recently started using one myself. From what I understand is that an essence is a nutrients packed set up for a serum, it’s a thin water like consistency that helps with cellular turnover and deep hydration. Step 4: Serums. There are so many different kinds of serums to choose from. And if something isn’t working for you, don’t continue to use it; there are plenty of other brands. It will take up to a month if not sooner to see a real difference in your skin, but if it doesn’t work for you, you will find out almost immediately. Step 5: Eye cream. We should always make sure to hydrate the skin around our eyes, this will help prevent wrinkles from forming. Eye creams can easily be too much sometimes. I am prone to getting milia, so I can’t use eye creams that have oil in them and usually go with something that says gel or water based. Step 6: Moisturizer. You guys know this one. Moisturizer is important for everyone, don’t skip out on making sure your face is hydrated. Step: 7 Sunscreen. It is crucial for everyone to wear some form of Sunscreen. Sunscreen helps prevent fine lines, discoloration, and possible skin cancers. 🌘 PM: Step 1: Oil cleansers. This is where the double cleansing process starts. To take off the makeup, dirt, and grime from the day, it’s best to start with the oil based cleanser. If you’re thinking “I have oily skin, I can’t put more oils on my face” no need to worry. After this step is Face wash, which will help remove the oils left over. Step 2: Face wash. Take out that favorite cleanser of yours and get to washing the beautiful canvas that is your face. Clearing everything so that we can start anew on a blank surface. Step 3: Toner. —> : this is the spot where you would do a face mask if you want to do one. Or a sheet mask after the serum (step 5) it’s where ever you want to do it really. Step 4: Essence. The same as in the morning routine, this is where we are starting that hydration cycle. Step 5: Serum. Just as in the AM routine, I also recommend it in the PM routine. Serums are packed full of nutrients for you skin. Step 6: Eye cream. The PM routine is where a heavier, more deeper penetrating eye cream can be used. A lot of people use sleeping eye masks which is a cream-like mask to leave on overnight to gain the best results. Step 7: Moisturizer. Time to breakout those thicker nourishing moisturizers to help you skin heal overnight. You can also add a sleeping mask on top too. These are just like the sleeping eye masks, where they provide a punch of healing qualities during the night and washed off in the mornings. Once again my beautiful people, I am an enthusiast not an expert. If you see something that’s off don’t hesitate to correct me. What’s your favorite step in the 7 step routine? Thanks Loves!! ❤️❤️ All artwork is my own, please ask before turning it around to use for other projects.
5 Step Routine
As our routines get larger they get more complicated, I’ve split up the routine into an AM and PM. I will also continue to do this for the 7 step and 10 step routines. Like I said in my earlier posts, theses steps are the ones I personally do. You don’t have to follow the steps exactly the same way I do but I will explain why I layer everything in that way. 🌞 AM: Step 1: Make sure to wash your face. Now I typically just use water on my face in the mornings, or you can use a face wash. It’s up to your preference. Step 2: Toner; toners are used after a face wash to help get the remaining impurities and hydrate your skin before you layer on the next few steps. I have been searching for a good toner if anyone has any recommendations. Step 3: Serums. Serums are used from here on out, they are packed with nutrients that your skin craves. Depending on skin types you can get one that directly works for your skin. Step 4: Moisturizer. Your last touch of finishing hydration. Typically a light, maybe a gel, type of moisturizer so your skin can breathe throughout the day. Step 5: SPF. It is crucial for everyone to wear some form of Sunscreen. Sunscreen helps prevent fine lines, discoloration, and possible skin cancers. Now some people do combine step 4 and step 5, they will get a moisturizer that already has SPF in it. I personally don’t have one at the moment but there are a lot of good ones out there, it just makes your routine a bit easier and you’ll never forget your SPF since it’s already in your moisturizer. 🌘 PM: Step 1: Face wash. At night you do want to use a good face wash, to wash off all the dirt and grime from the day. Step 2: Toner. Step 3: Serums. Step 4: Different from the AM routine we want to add an eye cream. I like to add mine before my moisturizer because that way it can sink into the skin first before you add another layer. Step 5: Moisturizer. A thicker nourishing cream is best for the night time. Something that will help rejuvenate your skin while you sleep. What’s your favorite step in this routine?? Thanks Loves!! ❤️❤️ All artwork is my own, please ask before turning it around to use for other projects.
Just Slide Into Their DM!!!
I just love the movie Home Alone!!! 😂😂 One good thing about 2020 is that we have more access to skin care companies than ever before. A lot of companies are offering consultations online to help you create a skin care regimen with their products. All you have to do is DM the company on Instagram, tell them what needs and concerns you have regarding your skin and they will help you put together a skin care regimen. The skin care brand Naturium always responds to all of my questions and helped me create a skin care regime. And Youth To The People recently actually allowed you to schedule a phone consultation to help you put together a skin care regime. Basically any skin care brand that I reached out to on Instagram with a question about their products had always responded with an answer. So if you have a question about what products you can layer, if a product can go in the refrigerator, or how long a product is good for after being opened, I would slide in those DMs. Have you slide in a skincare brands DMs??? Would you now?? #cheriecreator
✨🦋 Sulwhasoo Perfecting Cushion Compact 🦋✨
This years Sulwhasoo limited edition refillable compact was created in collaboration with Antoinette Poisson. Sulwhasoo is a Korean luxury skincare & cosmetics company, known for their “ 한방 /Hanbang “ (traditional, holistic Korean medicine) formulations. ‘A Paris chez Antoinette Poisson’ is a world renowned design house inspired by 18th Century decorative arts & production techniques. Founded in 2012, the collective produces exquisite printed papers, decorative objects & fabrics from their atelier in Paris. Named after Louis the XV's favorite mistress, The Marquise de Pompadour, both patron of the arts & wallpaper enthusiast. Sulwhasoo - Limited Edition Perfecting Cushion 2020 Spring Collection 🧵So beautiful... & plush, just like a real pin cushion! For this limited edition compact, the studio of artists at Antoinette Poisson reinterpreted traditional Korean symbols of love, prosperity & happiness in colorful & metallic embroidery. Both limited edition & regular Sulwhasoo cushion compacts retail for $65 & come filled, plus 1 refill. This is no longer available on Sulwhasoo’s site, but online stores like Bergdorfs, Nordstrom & Bloomingdales still have it in a few shades! I included some pictures of gorgeous ones from years past in my slides🦋🦌 Now onto the formula! Sulwhasoo - Perfecting Cushion Broad Spectrum SPF 50+ Sunscreen shade: 23 I didn’t know if the shade I purchased was going to be correct, but I really wanted the limited edition compact! I figured I can grab a refill in another shade later. I was extremely impressed by this! I love that it has SPF 50 from a mainly mineral source & the moisturizing formula has Niacinamide as the 8th ingredient. Other botanical extracts include, Honey, Sacred Lotus flower, Peony, Solomon’s Seal, White Lily & Rehmannia. In addition to the shade concern, I was worried it would be too high coverage or too dewy for my liking based on some descriptions of the product. It boasts patented “Slim Fit High Coverage” claiming to “conceal discoloration & uneven tone as it lightly applies to skin...” Fancy descriptors can be really confusing, & often cushion compacts offer lighter coverage in general, so I still decided to try this based on so many 5⭐️ reviews on their site. I was looking for an easy to blend, light-med coverage, that would even out my tone & add radiance... this is IT! So natural!✨ I couldn’t be happier with the formula! It has a lovely soft herbal scent with a hint of light florals. So pleasant, not strong. Hydration wise, it’s very comfortable to wear & apply. My skin felt moisturized all day wearing this. After 5 hours, I could have used a light touch up, but nothing major (check all photos) I didn’t lose any coverage, just got a little shiny around my nose, quite normal for me. I don’t think the shade is that wrong either, it blends so well, & I hate looking pink! The finish is perfect, smooth & radiant, not overly matte, so I feel healthy & glowy! i💚the refill concept♻️

Worrying About Hair Loss Problem?
Try Some DIY Natural Hair Growth Oil! Home-made DIY hair growth oil, using natural ingredients, can not only make the hair refresh but also solve hair loss problem. Here I will share my own hair growth oil recipe. Try and make some budget-friendly hair growth oil at home! Secrets for the hair growth oil: Peppermint essential oil Peppermint oil has menthol that not only helps you relax but also stimulates thick and strong hair growth. It also nourishes your hair, scalp and helps tackle problems like dandruff, hair loss, dry, frizzy hair and more. Coconut oil Coconut oil is high in medium-chain fatty acids called lauric acid. This fatty acid allows the coconut oil to deeply penetrate your hair shaft and moisturize your hair. It also seals the moisture in your hair, making it soft, smooth and manageable. It contains antibacterial and antifungal properties. This helps in eliminating the dandruff-causing fungus that could slow your hair growth. Recommended Recipe: Coconut oil + Peppermint essential oil Ingredients: 3 Tablespoon Coconut Oil 10 Drops Peppermint Essential Oil How To Use: 1.Mix all the ingredients properly in a bowl. Apply it to your scalp and then to your hair strands. 2.Gently massage for 3-5 minutes. 3.You can keep it overnight or you can rinse it off with shampoo after 45 minutes. Repeat it 2-3 times a week. After using this hair growth oil for a few months, the hair around the hairline apparently grow more! Strongly recommend this recipe!
Hair thinning? Here's how you can slow and stop it!👉👉
What’s the most disturbing thing? My answer is absolutely the thinning hair. The feeling is like your hair keep falling out, and one day you become bald eventually. That’s so terrible! Nowadays, thin hair no longer a sign of the elderly, the younger generation are faced with this serious problem, due to their habit of staying up too late and other unhealthy lifestyles. Unfortunately, I’m part of the group. I originally had thick hair, but every time I washed my hair, I experienced much hair loss. My hair then become thinn now. I began to pick products for help one year ago. And I tried many products and found that many of them didn't work. Here I wanna introduce two shampoos. AVEDA - Invati Advanced Exfoliating Shampoo andGROW GORGEOUS - Intense Thickening Shampoo both produce shampoo for thin hair. I have to say, they are both effective in improving thin hair. But differences exist between them. Personally I prefer Aveda shampoo. When using this shampoo, you can definitely feel that you are losing less hair. So the process of washing hair for me is not that unacceptable. I am not afraid of shampooing now. After using it for two months, I can see some new baby hair appear on my forehead, and I felt that the amount of hair I tied up increased. One bug of Aveda is that it lathers unfriendly, you have to apply much of it. But since it’s a big bottle, it doesn’t matter. For Grow gorgeous, my review is that its texture is a little bit greasy, your hair will easily plastering to your scalp after using it. And it also make your hair oil more easily. So it might not suitable for girls have fine hair, like me. Patience is key. For thin hair, choose the most suitable brand and insist on using. You can definitely notice an improvement on your hair!
