🌟 ANTI-DANDRUFF SHAMPOO SAVED MY SKIN 🌟
#cheriecreator #ad #cheriepartner I came across this product a couple months ago on TikTok. Although it is meant to be used as an anti dandruff shampoo, I used it as a face mask to remove my fungal acne. Fungal acne is essentially clogged pores with yeast. These breakouts are caused by fungi instead of bacteria like regular breakouts. Due to this, traditional acne fighting products don’t usually work to get rid of fungal acne. I was super excited when I heard about this product because I have been suffering from this for years. It’s not easy getting rid of this type of acne. I ordered the shampoo through Amazon and it arrived within 2 days. I instantly wanted to try it out. I began with a clean face.. I didn’t wet my face or anything. I slathered the shampoo all over my forehead and left it there for a few minutes; until the shampoo started to dry up (5 mins). After removing the shampoo from my face, I moisturized. I would use the shampoo every other day for a couple of weeks. I instantly started seeing results. Those little bumps on my forehead slowly began to go away. I would honestly recommend this product to anyone no matter what skin type. I would definitely consider buying and trying this product if you are dealing with fungal acne. I still use the product because it seemed to clear up my skin, I just use it less often now. Who would’ve thought shampoo would clear up my skin! 😁

Instantly cured my dandruff
Long story short I used to bleached my hair all the time and my scalp was suffering. It got so bad to the point where my scalp was bleeding because it was dry and begin to notice that my dandruff got worse overtime. My head was like the North Pole, dry skin was literally falling off my head and it was so embarrassing and at times I had no motivation becuase I was irritated. I try so many methods to cure my dry scalp and it would work for a short while and it would come back. I came across this product on TikTok, many people gave it a great review. I had to get my hands on it. The first couple of uses the shampoo effectively did the job and now I my hair in the most healthiest condition ever. If you suffer severe dry scalp and dandruff like I did you should definitely check this out. Additionally you don’t have to worry about your hair falling out. I use this 2-3 times a week. Shampoo for acne?
As many of us, I started struggling with an acne I've never had before. After a couple weeks of struggling, I figured out what was causing my acne (if you are interested on that, I made a post on that... It's about B12 vitamin). With that being said, I had now to look for options as to how to fix my face. I am a rather logical person. Who usually questions everything, specially now after a terrible experience (again, that story is on my B12 post). By that I mean, if I do something I have to know why I do it, what are the pros, what are the cons, and everything in between. So here is what I did: I full on investigated the different causes on acne, what their triggers were, what the cures, what made them worst. Everything. I was well aware htat my acne was triggered by an overproduction of sebum on my face, which was triggered by a higher than normal level of B12 on my body. So what description did my acne fall in exactly? I was suffering from mild acne, which consists of a combination of white heads and some pimples here and there in my face area, maybe neck and chest. I knew it wasn't the normal typical, hormonal acne or anything of that nature. It was mainly triggered by an overproduction of sebum. So then I started looking there, with sebum and what triggers its overproduction. Upon many google searches, I came across with the following: "Hormonal medications often increase sebum production." Which to me was still not it, I was not having the breakouts related to my menstrual cycles so it could not be that. Then, I read the following: "In many cases, pituitary, adrenal, ovarian, and testicular conditions can cause either an increase or decrease in production." I knew from previous tests that I had an inflammation of my pituitary gland. In other words, I found myself in a loophole, which I did not seem to be able to get out of. What did I do next? I decided to continue researching about sebum, given that obviously I was not going anywhere with the causes of my acne. Somehow, while researching I came across the following search: "is sebum the same as dandruff?" That is the statement which changed my life. Literally. Turns out, overproduction of sebum causes dandruff. Not going to lie, it is quite obvious and I felt rather dumb for not even considering it. So what next? Well it was a simple cause and effect: excess sebum causes dandruff, what do you do when you have dandruff? You use dandruff shampoo. I was going to wash my face with dandruff shampoo. I have super delicate skin, and to be honest I was sort of skeptical at first. However, I was also desperate to get rid of my acne so I figured that it was worth the shot. I ordered the shampoo. The one I got is a little bit on the pricier side, not going to lie. BUT hear me out, it actually worked! Was it the only thing that I used? no, BUT it definitely contributed. I think it is important to note, that I barely wear any makeup, literally just mascara and eyebrow powder. Maybe a little bit of concealer if my under eye bags are showing and translucent powder if I want to be fancy -yeah, I know, scandalous LOL. As per how I washed my face (which was in the morning by the way); I have always washed my face with glycerine soap, so I did that first. Then I took a tiny portion of the shampoo and washed my face with it afterwards. Then I proceeded to dry and moisturize my face. I kid you know my face was no longer irritated. It definitely did not make my pimples go away, however, I did notice that the redness had gone down and that during that day, my face did not get as oily as it had been the past couple days. The shampoo did not make my face itch, or have any real issues really, it felt like any other face wash. It did not smell like roses or anything in particular, but it did the job and for the first time in days I did not hate the state of my face! Conclusion: regardless of what your acne might be, I honestly think you should give it a try, if your acne trigger seems to be coming from an overproduction of sebum. This will most certainly help you regulate the sebum production on your skin, which honestly can be a life saving tool!!! In case you are wondering about my skin type, I have super light skin, freckly and actually suffer from atopic dermatitis (eczema). So yes, you could say it was quite risky to do this in a way. However, I would like to add that I had used Nizoral in the past on my scalp, and it showed great results so I was not too worried about having a reaction.
Shooo away dandruff!!
Now I’m sure everyone has seen this product being used for fungal acne. Let’s just turn the table around and talk about hair. A year and a half ago, I had my hair dyed from a salon and my hair and scalp were damaged from the chemicals the hairstylist was using. I was wanting a lighter reddish brown tone for my hair so I’m guessing she had to bleach it to get to the desired color. Apparently, she over did it and burned my scalp and hair. As a result, my hair became super dry, to the point where I could not even comb it after shower after tons and tons of conditioning. On top of that, I had seborrheic dermatitis. I had to go see another hairstylist and get my hair treated. My hair was less dry but the dandruff stayed for months. I used many different kinds of dandruff shampoo and this product is the only thing that works! Ever since My scalp is very prone to dandruff due to my seborrheic dermatitis, so I use this when I have flare ups. I wash my hair with this shampoo twice a week, until my dandruff clears out and then once week just to make sure the fungal from the dandruff is gone. Now this shampoo can make your hair and scalp very dry so I would be cautious in using it and to follow the directions on the box. This is my holy grail for my dandruff. I would never use anything else. With all the frustrations and shame I had to go through with this condition, I am thankful that this product eases my stress. I encourage you to try this shampoo (if you haven’t yet) if you have dandruff issues...

Hair loss 😱
I’m still a young teenager but I lose about that much, or more hair whenever I shower. I don’t know if it’s that bad right now but since I’m still pretty young, I feel like it’ll get worse later. Does anybody have any suggestions on what to use to decrease hair loss? Thanks!
This hair mask saves my thick hair!😱
Briogeo - Don't Despair, Repair! Deep Conditioning Hair Mask My friend highly recommended this hair mask- Don't Despair, Repair! Deep Conditioning Hair Mask and I decided to give it a try. I have med/thick hair that's naturally straight. Claims: ✅ It's good for all hair types- straight, wavy, curly, coiled and even tightly coiled. ✅ It's an intensive weekly treatment to restore essential hydration and enhance hair’s resilience and strength. ✅ Its key benefits include restoring moisture, creating vibrancy and preventing future damage. ✅ It's free of silicones, DEA, and artificial dyes. It is cruelty-free, color-safe, and safe for use on chemically-treated, relaxed, and keratin-treated hair. My thoughts: Overall I think the product does what it claims. It smells heavenly and makes me feel so relaxed. I usually leave it on for at least 15 minutes just because I enjoy the smell so much that I don't want it to go away. I haven't tried the other popular method (putting on a plastic shower cap) though. So far I'm happy with the result as I noticed and continue to notice how soft and smooth and healthy my hair is because of using this product. The moment I rinse off the hair mask, I can immediately see the difference. People kept asking me what I use on my hair, and it’s this mask that makes the difference. However there's downside too. The jar only has 10-15 uses. I have thick hair and I also use it quite often, 2-3 times a week, so it doesn’t last as long. The product is also a bit pricey.

Ultimate Quick Fix for Thick Oily Hair😍
I have lived with straight, thick hair my whole life - yes, the type of hair that is most prone to collecting oil. As the hottest day of the year is approaching, even just going outside for half an hour in sultry weather can easily give me an oily hair day, let alone when some intense workout is involved! As someone who is particular about hair, I put lots of effort into research on home remedies and quick fixes for oily hair. I came to realise that the ultimate solution to thick oily hair is not more frequent washing (over-washing worsens the problem!) but to regain a healthy scalp. Among numerous products available in the market, the Davines The Quick Fix Circle Hair Mask is my recent favourite. Knowing that a greasy look of my hair is caused by sebum mixed with sweat and dirt that gradually collects at the hair root, I want something that cleanses my scalp and hair root, and keeps my hair hydrated at the same time. The Davines hair mask meets all my requirements. With no silicon or artificial colours added, it has a semi-liquid texture with a tangerine appearance resulted from red clay, which is packed with iron that helps to remove waste ingredients and impurities from hair. It also contains hyaluronic acid, which enhances retention of moisture and protection from environmental factors and physical stress. Not only does it work, but it also works quickly. I use it once a week after shampooing. In just 3 minutes of application, my scalp feels deeply purified. After rinsing it off, my hair feels clean and hydrated, with a soft, natural shine. Now, my thick hair is untangled and fully prepared for the following styling steps. If you want a regenerating hair mask with immediate action to save you from embarrassing, slick-looking hair, don’t miss this one out! Feel free to leave a comment!
I Can Not Keep My Hair Without It!
Some time ago, I permed a curly hair to attend a party. For the hairstyle, I am very satisfied, because it is very fluffy, it could appear that I have a lot of hair and a small face. But what troubles me is that my hair is too soft. After washing my hair the day before, my hair would become straight the next morning. I need a product to maintain my hair style. Schwarzkopf Osis Upload Volume Cream $10 Schwarzkopf Osis Upload Volume Cream provides a medium hold that gives multi-functional volume. It will support the style without drying out the hair plus leave it smooth and silky with a natural shine. If you want lightweight volume with no stickiness then this is the product for you. Its usage is even simpler. You just need to open the product, squeeze some in the palm of your hand, massage it with both hands to make it evenly mixed, and then gently press it on your hair. Ordered this by accident but I like it, it keeps your curls softer rather than stiffer and more defined. I usually use it, which does define your curls more but this just gives you another look for maybe a more casual style or day. Schwartzkopf brand are great products and smell good too. Light but not sticky. I did change the top from a pump to a flip top (I had one from another bottle that fit) so it was easier for packing. I always have a hard time trying to roll down a pump top once it is unlocked. The product gives some body but not like a styling cream. my favorite hair style for a long, long time.
My Hack for Hair Loss and Hair Health
Way back in 2016, at the young age of 19, I was challenged with significant hair loss and thinning. Whilst there are many, much more horrible things to be faced with, losing a lot of your hair at a young age is still very much a nightmare, particularly for someone like me, whose hair is important to their identity and how they like to present themselves. I noticed more and more of my scalp becoming visible when my hair was tied up, and my hairline was getting thinner, and on one side even looked like it was receding! I eventually went to see a dermatologist about my concerns. He told me that my hair was indeed falling at an increased rate, but that it was growing back too, just at a much slower rate than I was losing it. He said this was likely due to stress, as I was a busy full-time student, had a part-time job, and a crazy personal life at the time dealing with anxiety. This is just my personal story, but I want to recommend a hair hack for healthier hair (and nails) that I have been using ever since. You’ll have seen a million hair, skin and nails multivitamins marketed across the internet, but the ultimate hack lies in the main, active ingredient, called Biotin. Biotin is a great product that supports your body in strengthening brittle hair and nails, and plays a role in metabolising some amino acids and fatty acids, which are related to the production of protein (found in hair, skin and nails as Keratin 🧬). Any brand of Biotin will have the same effect, but I have included a picture of my latest bottle in this post. I combined this with regular scalp massages using my finger tips, as well as extra care to detangle and gently comb my hair after washing, to prevent unnecessary breakage. ❗️Remember to consult your healthcare provider before taking any supplements on a daily basis, just to make sure that the ingredients are suitable for you and any other medications you may take. When taking Biotin for a number of weeks, you will start to notice improved hair and nail health, as well as a slight increase in the speed of hair and nail growth over time. Products containing Biotin support your body in the biological functions related to hair, skin and nail health, supplementing these functions along with your diet. ❗️This product is not a replacement for a formal diagnosis or medical treatment. Depending on your unique hair loss situation, you may require prescribed medical intervention! This product might not work for you, in other words, but for those who struggle with hair fall due to stress and anxiety, this may do the trick. Let me know your favourite hair hacks for hair loss in the comments 👩🏻
