Hey everyone! Here’s a little throwback to my #selfcaresunday I just had this past weekend. Lately I’ve been super busy and haven’t had a lot of time to decompress and give my self some alone time. A lot has been going on and I’ve been struggling mentally and physically. I have had to spread myself pretty thin with all the work on my plate as well as being a support system to my family. And guess what, my skin is taking a big hit. And by “big hit” I mean pimples, everywhere! I’m breaking out like never before. The stress, anxiety, and self esteem issues have been piling up and I haven’t been handling all the pressure very well. I decided while I can’t just give up on my responsibilities, a little spa treatment would probably do me some good. And for $30 dollars it was worth it. I treated myself to this fun and classy manicure. Even though it wasn’t the full day to myself, sometimes even an hour can go a long way. Remember to take care of yourselves. Just because you might not be where you want to be, doesn’t mean you have to settle for anything less than what you need. We all need a little tlc sometimes. 💕💖
Shaved Legs for the Graduate
I have finally graduated from high school!!!! Yesterday I shaved my legs using Gillette razors and aveeno shaving cream. After shaving I exfoliated in the shower with my homemade exfoliant and my legs feel so soft. I do have strawberry legs so if anyone has any tips on getting rid of them please let me know. 🖤✊🏾Gillette - Venus Swirl Flexiball Razor

Best shaving tips
Figuring out the best way to shave was very and extremely hard for me and paying for waxing every couple of weeks/ a month was a bit on the pricey side. Shaving is now easier for me personally Products to gather: * this is depending what you are shaving I’m just listing everything for every body part - SOFTSHEEN CARSON LABORATORIES - Shaving Powder Fragrant for everything except intimate areas ( I have hear people used it on them but personally I just don’t think it’s would be a good idea) - Schick - Intuition Naturals Sensation Razor (the only women’s razor you would need for Intimate area) - Bikini Zone - Medicated Cream ( for intimate area) - TREE HUT - Tahitian Vanilla Bean Shea Sugar Scrub ( for a whole body except for intimate area) - equate aloe Vera ( for entire body) Let’s begin with intimate area ( I wanna get this over with because I hate that word): 1. First step is to apply aloe Vera gel to the area 2. Grab razor if choice I either use Schick - Intuition Naturals Sensation Razor or the Gillette ( both work amazing but the refills for the Schick are very pricey) 3. Begin shaving but make sure to shave down or left to right to get a closer shave 4. Last apply Bikini Zone - Medicated Cream For rest of body: 1. Make sure to exfoliate, I use TREE HUT - Tahitian Vanilla Bean Shea Sugar Scrub 2. Shave with aloe Vera (my preferred preference) 3. I also use the schicks razor but I have two of them dedicated for two different areas 4. Rise off Let’s talk about SOFTSHEEN CARSON LABORATORIES - Shaving Powder Fragrant use this on your legs if you sufferer from razor bumps I’ve it work like literally magic but the only bad part of it is the awful smell it doesn’t personally bother me though. Hope this post can help my girlies that have problems when shaving. If you have any questions feel free to ask

DIY Exfoliant For Shaving
Ingredients 3/4 cup coconut oil 1 1/2 cups brown sugar 3 tablespoons citrus extract (optional) Just mix these 3 ingredients and voila! Smooth and scented legs. It doesn’t make my acne any worse and it’s suitable for anywhere you want to shave (even intimates), because it’s all natural. It’s a cheap, DIY alternative to all those expensive exfoliants.
CBD defeating eczema!!!
If you got eczema.... please read!! I’ve had eczema since I was a kid, and I used to rely on steroidal ointments to calm redness and itchiness . As I got older, I didn’t want to use these creams anymore bc I wasn’t experiencing a change in my eczema frequency. Fast forward to adulthood, I upgraded my diet and general lifesfyle and see MUCH less eczema. But I still get occasional flare ups! Usually when I get flare ups I try not to itch but then when I’m desperate, I reach for my emergency ointment. I wanted to rid of my emergency ointment all together, so I set out for CBD. Since CBD is meant to calm inflammation I figured it would work with my eczema. And IT DID. If you’re choosing CBD for eczema I recommend it be high potency. ·BEBOE· - High-Potency CBD Body Balm is 750 mg of CBD!! Now that is powerful. After one week of applying this balm on my eczema, the inflammation went down SIGNIFICANTLY. Honestly, it went down even before the 7 days but by the end of 1 week, it just completely dried out the eczema. Have you tried CBD for your eczema? Or for anything in general?

Here I am . Just me. No makeup, hair not done, natural light. Raw Jordana. My biggest skin issue is redness, but I am starting to see age around my eyes, and my forehead could be more taut. My hair is fine and curly/frizzy, and I haven’t been able to have my treasured Brazilian Blowout for months due to salon closures. What are your biggest beauty concerns? We’ve all got them. #cheriecreator
