1. REPLENIX - Restorative Nighttime Bio-Therapy
I have used the replenished line since It was recommended to me as a teenager by a dermatologist. I’m 24 1/2 now and I always get mistaken for someone around 20. This stuff really works. A few times over the nearly past 5 years, I ran out of this stuff or tried some other skin care lines. My skin always starts to suffer and just not look as good. Over the past year, I did some pretty bad damage to my skin working outside with horses and wasn’t really using this stuff. Just recently bought another jar along with the 3x Retinol. I can see a DRAMATIC difference in my lines, skin suppleness, and overall quality. This cream literally reverses signs of aging, it’s crazy! I swear by this stuff. What I love about it, besides the fact that it has stem cells in it, is that my crazy sensitive skin loves it. I have psoriasis on my hands, and rosecea on my cheeks, along with skin that will burn or break out if it doesn’t like the way a paticular product is even looking at it. This cream calms my skin down and decreases redness over time. It does not dry out my skin and keeps it smooth and supple. I have had problems with previous nightly face creams causing breakouts. This one is perfect for my combination dry/oily skin. I will continue to use it as long as they make it! 2. Elta md am therapy One of the reasons I love this moisturizer is because it takes a lot of the guess work out for MANY people. For example, because it doesn’t contain any fatty acids or oils it is a great option for those with sensitivities to malassezia like in the cases of pityrosporum folliculitis, seborrheic dermatitis, pityriasis versicolor, atopic dermatitis etc. None of the ingredients in this formula will exacerbate the yeast on skin that makes these conditions flare. Secondly, the lack of comedogenic ingredients and addition of willow bark extract makes it great for those that are acne-prone. Thirdly, it doesn’t have any fragrance which is excellent for eczema. Fourthly, the niacinamide content makes this a fantastic companion for anti-aging routines that include retinol, or those who simply want to improve the appearance of wrinkles. So on and so forth. It’s just an all around FANTASTIC moisturizer for pretty much everyone… The only scenario I can imagine where it wouldn’t work, is if someone’s skin is sensitive to ascorbyl palmitate . But even that is pretty far down the ingredient list, meaning there’s very little of it (plus it’s an antioxidant anyway). In all likelihood, the EltaMD AM Therapy Facial Moisturizer will remain a staple in my skincare routine for the rest of my life. I can’t see any reason why I would ever leave this new sexy babe! 😀 3. Aesop - B Triple C Facial Balancing Gel
The is my current nightly moisturizer. I have some issues with combination skin and hyperpigmentation. Since I started using this product, my marks have faded notably. It also manages to moisturize dry patches while not making my nose and chin look like an oil slick. I'm a bit of an Aesop freak and this is one of my favorite products. Thie hand soap and lotions are also fantastic! They only use top notch ingredients that are safe for your skin, which can't be said for many beauty brands. As a guy I also appreciate that the packaging is not overly feminine. Here are some other thoughts: ➕this is made for sensitive skin and imparts a lovely cooling sensation on the skin. While it does contain a hint of fragrance and essential oils (lavender oil) this has been nothing but kind and soothing to my skin. ➕most sensitive skin formulas I’ve tried are really thick, balmy and heavy. This one has a lovely gel-cream texture that feels light but still keeps my skin hydrated through cold, windy days. ➕the key ingredients are ginger root, bisabolol and squalane, which sits very high on the ingredient list. This contributes to the super nourishing, smooth feel on my skin. I always look so plump when I use this! ➖as I mentioned, this does contain potential irritants (fragrance, essential oils) to some very sensitive skins. There’s also citric acid in there, which some people may want to watch out for! I would like to see them come out with a fragrance-free version in future. — Overall I’m a huge fan of this and think that the formula is one of the best I’ve tried for my combination, sensitive and prone-to-dehydration skin. I picked this out in the Edinburgh Stockbridge location and I do have the lovely ladies in store to thank for guiding me to this choice! 💕

Best Aesop products for this Summer
It’s that time of the year again and our skin knows it, humid weather and hot temperatures affect our skin’s appearance and sadly, not always for the better. That’s why we need to change our skin care routine to an appropriate one that can keep up with this weather. Today I will talk about a very popular brand which you may have heard of before, Aesop. And also, some of their fan-favorite products that are ideal for this season. Aesop is an Australian cosmetic brand established in 1987, and it’s been quite popular for the last years thanks to its approach to skincare beauty in which they fusion traditional Botanics extracted from natural herbs and science. They have become a very popular brands not only because of the high quality of their products, but also because of the packaging’s design and their whole philosophy behind it. Their containers have a minimalistic style, are fully recyclable, thinking of the environmental impact first. Another reason why customers love shopping this brand is because of how unique their stores are. There aren’t 2 Aesop stores that look alike! I didn’t believe it at first until I did some research and looked at pictures online of different locations. Their philosophy of achieving harmony goes truly beyond their products and it can be seen just by the aesthetic, art and architecture in their stores. When you visit a store, it’s like a sensorial experience in a way, not to mention a perfect Instagrammable spot for nice pictures. Aesop - B Triple C Facial Balancing Gel Because of sun exposure our skin can look and feel more dry than usual. That’s why this balancing gel is great moisturizer option thanks to its ingredients like antioxidants, vitamin B and vitamin C. It is completely safe for all types of skin including sensitive and acne-prone skins. It has a very thick texture, almost like honey but surprisingly is absorbed really quickly by the skin. It doesn’t leave the area sticky and instead leaves it fully hydrated with a matte finish, which is a plus! So if you suffer from oily skin it will control that extra shiny and big pores that many people struggle to get rid of. Many customers have also mentioned that it made acne scars appear lighter over time. Another great plus that makes this gel a Summer ally is that it works wonders as a quick cure for sunburns. Simply apply it every morning after doing your regular face cleansing routine. Like we mentioned, its consistency is quite thick so make sure to apply small amounts at a time and spread it evenly throughout your cheeks, chin, neck, and forehead. Aesop - Purifying Facial Exfoliant Paste Once your face is getting enough hydration thanks to the balancing gel we just mentioned, it’s time to take care of the outer layer of our skin and do something about the dead cells that tend to increase for some people, especially those with dry skin and combination skin. Nothing helps more than a proper exfoliation with the right ingredients. This paste will do the job! It’s boosted with botanicals like Rosemary leaf and Rosehip that will make sure your skin is soothed. This cream formula is boosted with a very unique ingredient that is rarely seen in other products; I’m talking about quartz! You read it correctly, this paste is enhanced by extremely tiny quartz that will remove any dead skin and impurities and lactic acid will leave it smooth and soft, so it’s not an aggressive exfoliation.  To apply it simply put some paste on your palm and massage your face and areas you want without applying too much pressure, after a few seconds just rise the remaining cream with lukewarm water. Your skin will look revitalized and like new ready for this Summer!

Must-Have Products From Aesop!💖💖
I have combination, sensitive, and acne-prone skin. I want to share some Aesop products that I've used recently and found useful. First is the renowned Aesop - Parsley Seed Anti-Oxidant Facial Toner. I normally use half a dropper of it and rub it between my palms before pressing it onto my face. It has a light plant scent, and a slightly thick but runny enough consistency. It leaves my skin with a radiant glow but a little sticky as well, which, fortunately, vanishes after a while. I read online that some suggested not following it up with a facial cream, but I think it either way is fine. Facial cream can be easily absorbed, but without it, your skin won't feel dry either. I will consider repurchasing this product since it's a reasonable price. Aesop - B Triple C Facial Balancing Gel It has a thick honey-like texture and you'll need to emulsify it by gently rubbing it between your palms until it's warm before applying it. Wait a few seconds for it to be absorbed. It really leaves me with smoother skin and reduces my acne. In conclusion, it doesn't offer the best user experience, but it does offer great results. Aesop Chamomile Concentrate Anti-Blemish Masque This is an acne-fighting clay mask which offers great results. It's herbal scented, has a soft and smooth texture, and it reduced my acne significantly in just a short time, so I will repurchase it. Aesop - In Two Minds Facial Toner I wanted to buy the Aesop B & Tea Balancing Toner, but when the beauty advisor saw the acne on my face, she recommended me the In Two Minds Facial Toner instead which is suitable for oily, acne-prone skin. It has a light yellow-brown texture and its main ingredients are witch hazel, nicotinamide, and chamomile flower. My T-zone gets oily easily in summer and I find it does a good job at controlling the skin's water-oil balance. Aesop - Parsley Seed Facial Cleanser It gently resurfaces your skin with lactic acid, so it's quite useful for my acne-prone skin. It lathers wells and doesn't leave the skin feeling tight. Aesop - Resurrection Aromatique Hand Balm It has a fragrant citrus smell and it's doesn't leave the skin feeling greasy. It's absorbed easily and leaves a matte finish.

My Night Routine for Acne + Anti-ageing
My Night Routine for Acne + Anti-ageing
If you ask me three years ago how acne and anti-aging can be relatable, I definitely do not know how to answer because I don’t know how’s that possible. It took me pretty long to discover these powerhouse products with potent ingredients and thanks to the Internet for teaching me these! This night routine is strong yet effective; even so, it might not satisfy everyone. My acne-prone skin is the issue I want to solve so I did a little research on the web and found these. They mainly address wrinkles and dullness problem but for me, the acid and retinol work better together on my face. Step 1: Cleanse with This gel-like cleanser contains polyhydroxy acid(PHA) which is a non-irritating resurfacing ingredient, but it is formulated without soap or fragrance, so it is also suitable for sensitive skin for daily cleansing. Even my face gets oily in the day. This cleanser is totally enough to erase all the grease. This is the preparation for the following products. Step 2: Pre-protect with After learning that retinol can make the skin more sensitive and flakier, I went online and bought this emulsion. Retinol is an amazing and traditional ingredient added in cosmetic products and drugs to solve wrinkles and aging issue. It also boosts the production of collagen and new blood vessels to make skin look younger and evener. This emulsion replaces toner and serum for its hydrating and moisturizing effect without being sticky. As a signature product, it reduces redness and itching of irritation by supporting the skin’s natural barrier. I see this as a protection serum to fight the side effects from the following retinol moisturizer. Step 3: The main courseWrinkle Repair Moisturizer> My friend recommended this to me, and I can’t wait to see the result. I first tried it alone and then added it to this routine. This is a silky moisturizer; it doesn’t give a matte finish, but the floral smell is quite classic. It is non-comedogenic and perfect for those with aging concerns and mild-to-moderate acne problems. Considering retinol’s instability in the daytime, I use this at night only. It is not irritating at all, especially with NIOD emulsion. I have tried this routine for two weeks and my red acne scars are fading away gradually since it takes time to fight it but that is already good news. Currently, I am not suffering from wrinkles, but this could definitely be others’ anti-ageing routine for sure. And for those with sensitive skin, choose retinol products wisely when there are non-irritating alternatives.

🌞🌞🌞The BEST skin care products for summer are...
I live in a hot and humid place, especially in the summer, my face is really sticky. When I was younger I rarely used face cream in the summer because it was very uncomfortable. But as I got older, I had to use creams to keep my skin stable, so I was looking for a fresher face cream. Recently, a friend recommended the moisturizers of Clarins to me, I was so excited because I finally found the right face cream. I bought CLARINS - Extra-Firming Wrinkle Control Firming Day Rich Cream For Dry Skinand CLARINS - Extra-Firming Wrinkle Control Regenerating Night Cream and use them every day. About the day cream, which impressed me most is the melting, non-greasy, oil-infused texture, this goes on so smoothly and feels so moist, and my skin absorbs it easily. After using it, the skin is not sticky, but feel slippery. I put on my makeup every morning after using the day cream, and it fits better. Moreover, this face cream is very suitable for mature skin. After using it for a while, I found that my wrinkles were less and spots were a little lighter. When it comes to the night one, it is a little more moist than the day cream and it can restore vitality to mature skin. When I'm busy with work or often stay up late, I applied more on my face, the cream was fully absorbed overnight and then my skin always glowed the next day. In addition, this two products are good for sensitive skin, which can effectively relieve facial redness and allergies. The two creams are best used together, after a month with the day and night creams, my skin looks and feels smoother and healthier. The creams will be my first choice for summer. For those of you who like being fresh and are afraid of being sticky, just try it. If you have any questions or suggestions hmu 😘

Aesop - Parsley Seed Anti-Oxidant Serum Ever since I started using skincare religiously, I have always been so curious about a brand named Aesop. It’s not so highly raved but one of my favorite Indonesian skincare gurus, one of my friends loves the products so I was keen to try it. Since it’s an Australian brand and it was quite pricey to buy in the UK I asked my boyfriend to pick some of its products for me. I began my research and they do have some great products. Here’s the Aesop Parsley Seed Antioxidant Serum review. Ingredients There are two ingredients that you should watch out for as based on CosDNA analysis they are comedogenic (the underlined ones). But since these ingredients are not the main ingredients, I wouldn’t worry too much about it. Meanwhile, the main ingredients, the parsley seed oil is a great anti-oxidant. In addition, it also provides antibacterial and antifungal protection. Which makes it suitable for those with acne-prone skin to use daily. What it claims to do This product claims to provide moisture for dry, combination, and sensitive skin type. It also claims to be the alternative of cream moisturizer or oil-based hydrator. In other words, you can use it as a moisturizer and be done with your routine. As the name imply, this product also an antioxidant that can protect us from free radicals and to avoid skin cell damage. Basically, to help you to slow down the aging process. How I use it This product is actually my first antioxidant skincare product. I initially didn’t want to start using antioxidant until I reach 24 but after reading a lot of articles, I found that antioxidant offers a lot more benefit than just for anti-aging. Despite its claim to be the alternative of cream moisturizer, I use is as its name imply, as a serum. I use it at night after I cleanse my face, exfoliate, toner, and essence. Usually, I use 3-5 pumps of the product and it’s sufficient to use all over my face, neck, and decolletage. I apply it by rubbing it gently on my palms first and then lightly dab it all over my face. What it did to my skin One thing that threw me off at first was how thick it’s consistency compared to other serums I had used before. It’s almost like a gel and if I rub it too hard it turn into an almost foamy consistency. Do you know what I’m saying? It’s also quite sticky. But after awhile, I get accustomed to it and began to fully love the product. Since it also works pretty well with the moisturizer I use on top of it. Despite the thick consistency, it gets absorbed well and rather fast into my skin. After several months of using, I can feel that my skin gets healthier and more supple. I also get a boost of hydration every time I use this. It doesn’t make my face greasy and I love a matte-looking face. I also notice that this product does help with the acne problem. Every time I get hormonal acne and I apply this serum at night, I can see that the redness reduced in the morning. And for that, I love this serum. I can’t say much in the anti-aging department since I have yet to show any sign of aging (knock on woods) but let’s see if it helps to slow down the process in the future. Concluding remarks I love this serum! It’s safe to say that this is my holy grail serum at the moment because not only it contains antioxidant but it also helps me with acne problems. I haven’t mentioned this above, but I also adore its packaging. It’s minimalist yet so elegant with an apothecary vibes on it. Despite the bank-breaking price, I’d love to purchase this product because it holds a place in my permanent skincare arsenal. Each bottle contains 100ml of the products anyway, so to think of it, it’s not that expensive. I’ve been using it for 6 months and the bottle is still 1/4 full. Any recommendations for face serums TIA😘😘😘

Daily Routine for Sensitive Blemished Dry Skin
1. LAMER the treatment lotion It always makes my skin hydrated and divinely soft and glowing. Now it's essential part of my daily routine. Besides, it doesn't take a lot to get the benefit. I also like to use this on neck and chest, and often hands and arms. Highly recommend if curious about diving in to La Mer line for anti aging, hydration and prevention. Very good for sensitive dry skin. 2. SkinCeuticals Correct Phyto Corrective Fluid is a soothing serum that reduces redness and irritation, thanks to its botanical extracts that have calming activity. With hyaluronic acid to deeply hydrate the skin, it is formulated without any oils, which makes it perfect for all skins at all times, even those with rosacea or acne. The formula helps to reduce pigmentation and discoloration. After using this serum 2x daily over the past month, I've noticed my discoloration has faded, especially on my cheeks and forhead. I still have some redn splotches on my cheeks, but I imagine that will continue to improve the longer I use this. I only need 2 drops each morning and night to cover my entire face. I'm sure this bottle will last me the next 3-4 months at this rate. 3 LAMER moisturizing cream The thickness in the cream makes moisturizing simple. It goes on evenly and seeps into your skin to create a smooth soft surface. Bye bye fine lines. I saw results in a week. My skin has never been so moisturised and it felt like silk!!! I also noticed my acne scars started clearing. Now this cream has come my MUST HAVE.

Most of time, using Sisley products’ customers will use all series of Sisley products, same like La mer. For example, someone use Sisley ecological compound will use Sisley anti-aging hydration booster or some other Sisley serum, or someone use La mer concentrate will use La moisturizing cream in the same time. But in the recent times I have seen some bloggers recommended the combination of Sisley ecological compound with La Mer concentrate. They think this way can make the skin better maintain the stability of water and oil. So I started to use these two brands together, and found that the effect was pretty good. Both of them are top products of their own brands. I remember one time I went out for a tour, sleeping at 3 or 4 a.m. every day, and got up at 7 a.m., but my skin is still in good condition! I think the credit is due to this combination! First of all, let's talk about Sisley ecological compound. Since using this, I seldom used other lotion. Its smell is very light and good. its texture is not very thick and can be absorbed well. I did not find any stimulation reaction. it is very moisturizing, and sensitive skins can also use. Secondly, La Mer the concentrate, a translucent and thick texture, has a very good effect on inhibiting acne and pockmarks. Although it is mainly used to repair skin, most of time it can only be used as moisturizing essence. The combination of the two will not cause any skin acne and redness. I like this combination!! Mixing can keep my skin always in a good condition! LA MER - The Concentrate sisley - Ecological Compound

I’m always one to be open to trying new products to see how they can benefit my skin. If it doesn’t work, I simply move onto the next product. If I ever come across something that works extremely well, I’ll add it to my list of must haves and will usually not steer away from that product unless I happen to stumble across a better working product. ESTĒE LAUDER - Advanced Night Repair Limited Edition ESTĒE LAUDER - Revitalizing Supreme Global Anti-Aging Crème For my skin care routine to keep my skin hydrated, I’ve consistently been using Estee Lauder’s Advanced Night repair and their Revitalizing Supreme+. These two have worked great in keeping my skin hydrated which helps keep my dry skin away and whenever my skin is more hydrated, I look younger. These two also have great anti-aging affects on your skin, and you can really see the difference after a few applications. Your lines and wrinkles start to disappear after a few application, that along with the more hydrated skin really makes your skin feel amazing. The Revitalizing Supreme+ creme is non-acnegenic, so it doesn’t clog my pores and helps me reduce my acne. This works great with the advanced night repair because that serum is oil free. I’ve always had acne prone skin, so using these two has helped my acne and even helped reduce breakouts. I highly recommend these two products if you have acne prone skin, dry skin, or have dehydration. These two products go hand in hand and will work wonders for anyone with similar skin issues as me. Results may not show right away, but constant application will show great results!
