Essential Pop of Color!! - Huda Neon Obessesions
I am a eye palette fiend and out of all palettes eye (hah) have seen this is visually pleasing and creative. If you hate glitter I wouldn’t get this because the NEON part is essentially the shimmers. They’re very opaque besides one which is a duo chrome but when applied wet, they pop!! Huda’s glitter formula is very soft and reflects in insane ways because they usually have 3-4 different coloured particles. The mattes give a soft pastel look rather than neons but if you really took your time you can build it up- ❤️ The glitters have a little bit of fallout and since the glitters are very fine it’s very annoying to clean them up. I’d try a oil based cleanser or balm to take it off. Other than that. This is a ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ from me. HUDA BEAUTY - Neon Obsessions Palette

Urban Decay Naked Heat palette
So... I don’t wear eyeshadow often. To be completely honest, this is the one palette I own 😂 But because of that, it’s a good one! I feel like every single one of my friends had a Naked palette back in high school. It was THE eyeshadow to have, and there’s a reason—the shadows are pigmented and east to blend, and they go together well. Honestly it’s hard to make mistakes with this palette, at least in my experience—and remember that eyeshadow is not my thing. I love that there are shimmer, metallic, and matte shades, and they go from light enough to do a very subtle look all the way to dark enough for a more glam look. I’ve even used some of the dark ones for eyeliner before, and I love getting multiple used out of one product. The overall effect of the palette always reminds me of a sunset! This palette is $54, and with how many shades you get—and how quality they are—I think it’s a steal. Honestly, this could probably last me until the end of the world since I barely use it, but I think you could use it every day and it would still last years. If you’re looking for a palette with a mix of finishes and shades, this is a great deal.

Pat McGrath vs Huda Beauty, worth it?
Pat McGrath vs Huda Beauty EYE SHADOW palettes, worth it? Pat McGrath and Huda Beauty are two makeup brands that became popular in these few years. Eye shadow palette is a top category for both brands, but they have huge price differences. Pat McGrath $125 Bronze Seduction Palette Pat McGrath, a British make-up artist. She is one of the most influential make-up artists in the world by many commentators. And she launched the luxury cosmetic brand, which the brand shares her name, called Pat McGrath. The first time I saw the brand was in Sephora, I remember it was a gold plastic bag with gold glitters in it with make-up products. After that, I heard about the brand lot of time from my friends. I got the classic eye shadow palette called Bronze Seduction Palette. I have to say that the package is amazing. The black plastic palette is really heavy, with shine effect. There are 10 colors, 6 of igniting metallic, pearlized pigments and amplifying colors and 4 of them are matte texture. Every color is fully pigmented and opaque color saturation. Creamy and soft textures make the product blendable. I love every single pigment in this palette! After I received it, this is one of my favorite eye shadows. Huda Beauty $65 Desert Dusk Eyeshadow Palette When the first time I heard about the brand, the desert dusk palette was so famous, everyone was talking about it. And I bought in from Sephora. You can totally see that the palette has lot of choices and possibilities to make different looks. One palette can satisfy your daily and party needs. 18 shades with 1 dazzling glitter, 8 creamy mattes, 6 shimmering pearl shades and 3 duo-chrome toppers. Combinations of layering different textures make unique dramatic looks. When I use this palette, I like to use the colors for my blush, too. It makes my make-up look consistent. But I don’t use the glitter one, I think the glitter is too much for me for now. I feel the texture of Huda Beauty is not as good as Pat McGrath. The prices of Pat is twice times of Huda Beauty, but Pat McGrath is totally WORTH that price. Those shimmering pigments are SOOOOO beautiful!!!! I LOVE IT SO MUCH!

Sweet Peach Palette
I love this palette. I usually tend to go with natural colours or pinks/peaches and this has what I am looking for but with a little variety. The sweet peach scent you get whenever you open it or brush some on your eyelid is just a bonus! The colours are very blend-able and they have a nice range of both matte and shimmer colours. I don’t notice too much product fall if you make sure to lightly tap the brush and I haven’t had an issue with it staying in place once I apply it. My only complaint and the reason I only gave it 4 stars is although the colours are quite pigmented they could stand to be a bit more so you don’t feel like you have to use as much to obtain the look you are going for.

My Favorite Eyeshadow Palette
This is a palette that I ALWAYS go back to. I use it on myself if I want a simple 2 color look, or if I am doing something dramatic. Many people complain that ABH shadows have to much fall out and are too soft, but it doesn’t bother me. I usually go in with eyes first when using this palette in case this is fallout. My only complain is that the brown sparkles on the packaging get EVERYWHERE!

So far I'm happy with the rest
toofaced Gingerbread Spice Palette ($49) Swatches! Okay so I've played with her twice now and while I'm not ready to do a proper review yet, I can at least give you my first impressions. Firstly, it swatched beautifully with the exception of Frostbite Me. That one is kind of a chunky mess. I had to finger swatch it because it was impossible with a brush. On the eyes, I'd say that you'd need to use a sticky base and your fingertip. Unless you want a face full of sparkly white mica, of course. The rest of the shimmers are all really nice. The cranberry/copper/gold duochrome on the bottom in particular (you can see the shift in other photos if you swipe left). It has a really emollient 'foiled' texture. It applies well with a brush but on the eyes, I'd probably use it over a glitter glue for maximum color pay off and to prevent fall out. The mattes are a mixed bag. They all swatched great but the light shades aren't great on eyes. Sugar Daddy is bad. Powdery af with mediocre color pay off. And I was also disappointed by Lookie at my Cookie and Oh Snap! Those two weren't awful but they required a good bit of building which is disappointing as they're beautiful colors. The rest performed well. I was especially impressed with Gumdrop and Figgy Pudding. So if you're keeping score we've got two duds (Sugar Daddy, Frostbite Me) and two mehs (Oh Snap!, Lookie at my Cookie) but so far I'm happy with the rest. I've tried all the mattes but not all of the shimmers yet. But I think that you can get a decent gauge of a shimmer's performance through swatching and I don't anticipate any issues other than the one that I already mentioned. Lighter colors tend to be problematic for TF, I've noticed but I'm happy that eye catching shades seem to be performing well so far.
