Elf Antioxidant Booster Drops!
e.l.f. - Booster Drops, Antioxidant I add this serum into my night routine, mixing it in with my moisturizer. This serum helps with leaving my skin glowing and seals in extra hydration. Applying it directly to the skin did cause some irritation at first, once I started mixing it with my moisterizer I haven’t had any issues! I personally love mixing it with Elf’s Holy Hydration Fragrance Free moisturizer. It also does a great job in helping my face look energized and plump in the morning. You can find it at any local drugstore, or the Elf website itself for an amazing price. Hopefully you can get amazing results just as I did. + follow to see more content.🤍

Transitioning into fall skincare!🍂
Just as much as the weather changes, so does our skin. Let’s show love, and end the season with beautiful natural skin! + follow me to see more content.🤍 - With the climate getting colder, your skin gets dryer. Switch to a creamy, milky cleanser to get the extra hydration your skin will need. - Switch to a more gentle toner, harsher toners tend to dry out the skin which is not what u need at this time. Or replace it with a mist! - Add Vitamin C serum to your regimen. - Don’t use retinoids & exfoliates as often, as they dry out the skin faster. - Ditch your light moisturizer, and switch to a thick moisturizer! - Adding a supplement to your regimen boost your skin! - Make sure you use chapstick and lip mask more frequently! Lip scrubs are going to be a life savor this fall. Don’t forget your face isn’t the only thing needing more moister, don’t forget to moisturize your body morning & night with a thick lotion. If you have any more recommendations drop them in the comments!😊
Skincare products I’ll definitely repurchase!
Spending a lot of money for Items that just don’t work, and disappoint you are never fun! So here’s a few things that I’ll gladly repurchase and why, to hopefully help you save that extra $$$.🤍 Let’s get into it-😊 FREEMAN - Glacier Water + Pink Peony Gel Cream Mask- This mask is very gentle, and feels cool on the skin. When I j want extra hydration, I use this mask overnight. It’s a great mask to have on hand! Neutrogena - Soothing Clear Turmeric Gel Moisturizer- I love using this moister in the AM, it’s very hydrating and absorbs fast. It calms down some redness, and just feels great! Also has many advantages with the ingredients! NOXZEMA - Classic Clean Moisturizing Cleansing Cream- I do not use this as a face cleanser, I use this as a shower mask. This is product that deep cleans, when I feel my skin needs rejuvenated I use this baby in the shower instead of a face wash. I apply a thin layer for ab 5-10 min then rinse off. Once a week. e.l.f. - Illuminating Eye Cream- I was not the person to use eye creams, as I found no reason to do so. Until I saw a bunch of people bragging about this, and now I know why. This is a hydrating eye cream that leaves your under eyes feeling/look amazing once you start to see results! Even if you don’t see the point like I did, try it, because it’s now a must for me! yesto - Grapefruit Vitamin C Glow-Boosting Paper Mask- Paper mask are not my go to, but this is one that I will repurchase. Unlike other paper mask, my face actually felt as if it worked. My skin looked brighter, more hydrated, and felt NEW! afterspa - Magic Make Up Remover Reusable Cloth- You can find alternatives and cheaper ones but switching to a reusable cloth to take my makeup off has been much more pleasant. I get more makeup off, and my skin doesn’t get irritated/red. Plus it saves me a lot of $$$ in the long run. I usually wash it once a week just by throwing it in my washer. GARNIER - SkinActive Micellar Cleansing Water All-in-1 Cleanser & Waterproof Makeup Remover- This is the best makeup remover to fully get all my makeup (even waterproof) off. My skin feels clean just after using it, but I always wash my face after. There’s just a few things I had bought, I’ll do another haul soon so keep posted!🤗 Follow me to see post in the future that you’ll love!🤍

My 2 favorite primers!! 🙌
Using a primer in your makeup routine is a MUST. The best (affordable) primers I use are the #Wet n wild - Dewy lumineux primer[products]#& the PHYSICIANS FORMULA - Spotlight Illuminating Primer. These both help me achieve a dewy finish.🤤 #Wet n wild - Dewy lumineux primer[products]# This primer is more on the affordable side, and still leaves you with a flawless base for your foundation. Has a thinner consistency, but is thick enough where it isn’t running down your hands. It has a nice glow to it, and moisturizes your skin. The foundation grips on awesome, this is a primer I can count on daily to give me a nice glow, and know my makeup isn’t going anywhere throughout the day. I just wish the bottle came with more product in it.🙂 PHYSICIANS FORMULA - Spotlight Illuminating PrimerThis primer has a tacky feeling, to which your foundation Instantly grips to. This is VERY illuminating and has your skin looking pearly before you apply any foundation. I use 2-3 squirts and it covers my neck + face. My foundation never looks dull or dry using this, as long as I moisturize well before hand! Has a good amount of product in the bottle and lasts me a good couple months, sometimes even longer, although I do not wear makeup daily. This is a great brand, and doesn’t have any harmful chemicals. Has some advantages, and well is just great overall!😁 Both are AMAZING and I switch up which ones. I have found both of these products to achieve what I prefer in a primer, and has left me satisfied. 🥰

DIY manicure that lasts up to 2 weeks! 💅
I’m just gonna come out and say it.. I’m awful at painting my nails. and not for lack of trying. I’ve been switching between going to the salon and doing my nails at home for years. I just don’t get any better, so I end up going back to the salon. I’ve tried gels, dip powders, acrylics, regular. I don’t know if I’m just impatient or sloppy but it takes hours and the end result is always below mediocre and doesn’t last. until.. I started using press-on nails! 🌈KISS - Natural Euphoria I was very wary at first. I remember using them in my early teens and the nightmare of them popping off constantly. However, after about a month of trial and error, I’ve figured out the trick to keep them on for nearly (usually) two weeks without popping off AT ALL! I mean they are on there solidly! They take no time at all and look very realistic. Fake nails have come a long way! The NUMBER ONE tip I can give is.. make sure you wait around 4 hours- before and after your manicure- to let your nails get wet. So no baths, showers, dish washing, etc. I try not to wash my hands either but we’re in a global pandemic.. sooo I’ve been letting that slide and it doesn’t seem to affect the wear time. I’m always at home when I do them anyways. I got this tip from Brittany Vassuer on youtube and it was a GAME-CHANGER! I take baths and use my hands quite a bit and they hold up well. Comment below if you want some more tips or an in-depth tutorial on how I do my press-on manicure! 💅🤯👌
The best product to save my acne-prone skin
I have sensitive combination skin and I suffered from acne. I thought that there was acne because of bad diet and sleep insufficiency. In order to solve the skin problems, I tried many acne treatments and would like to find a product that can both reduce the acne and protect my sensitive skin from irritation and redness. #LA ROCHE-POSAY - Effaclar K Renovating Acne Treatment[products]#is a product that I highly recommend to people who suffer from oily problematic skin. It can keep my skin clear from pimples and blackheads. This treatment use breakthrough technology that can transform skin texture. It helps a lot when I have a pre-acne situation in my face. It can also reduce mild acne symptoms. The texture of it is refreshing and cooling. It provides moisture to the skin, which makes my skin feel calm and comfortable. The treatment contains Linoleate, Salicylic Acid, and Micro-exfoliating LHA. These acids remove dead skin cells from the surface of the skin, which can prevent the skin from clogging and stop forming new spots. Salicylic Acid is a beta hydroxy acid that is well-known for its ability to reduce acne. It can correct the abnormal shedding of cells and unclog pore. LHA is less acidic so is less likely to irritate sensitive skin. the ingredients of the product help to clear my acne blemishes and prevents the reoccurrence of acne imperfections. This product is oil-free, which is very comfortable for me to use. Every time I found there is a breakout, I used this and the following day there is visibly less redness and inflammation. When I use it, I clean my skin thoroughly before applying this acne treatment. After using toner, I cover the entire acne-prone area with a thin layer of this product twice per day. I use it along with the cleanser, toner, and moisturizer. This spot treatment works well on my sensitive face. The only downside of this is the pricy price. However, a little goes on a long way, so I think the product is worth the price.
BEST FACE MASK
This one is my fave face mask!! It cleans my skin, and helps to minimise pimples. I notice that I have some pimples coming up, then I put this mask in at night, then in the morning the size of them has decreased a lot. I love this one!!!! FREEMAN - Manuka Honey & Tea Tree Oil Foaming Clay

Vitamin C & Alpha Arbutin to Treat Dark Spots
🍊I’m slowly making my way through The Ordinary’s Vitamin C products. I love love love TO’s alpha arbutin so the fact that it’s mixed with vitamin C, it’s close to being the perfect product. This product is 8% Ascorbic acid and 2% alpha arbutin. It’s water free which allows for the vitamin C & alpha arbutin to be stable (they’re unstable in water). To get technical, this means it’s an anhydrous solution :) The Ordinary - Ascorbic Acid 8% + Alpha Arbutin 2% This is classified as a serum but does have an oily feel once applied to the skin (it IS oil-free). It takes maybe 10-15 seconds for it to absorb into the skin. It also has a scent to it which almost smells metallic to me? The Ingredients: Ascorbic acid: brightens the skin; helps with fine lines and other signs of aging Alpha arbutin: helps reduce the look of hyperpigmentation. With that being said, this product is ideal for anyone who is looking to: reduce dark spots, reduce fine lines & wrinkles, treat acne/blemish marks, provide an overall brightness to the skin This can be used in the AM or PM. While I didn’t notice any tingling or irritation, be sure to spot test — especially if you’re new to vitamin C. This product has a “moderate potency” according to Deciem :) Also, thanks to this product, I have noticed a change in some scarring on my leg from a pesky ingrown hair. With this product, less is more, especially since it has an oily feel to it. If your skin is oily, this may not be the best vitamin C to try; however, I think this is great if you have dry skin! Recommend this 100%. Retails for $10 CAD. PS Don’t forget to wear sunscreen when using vitamin C products 🧴☀️😎

Skin Care Hack?
So, you did the forbidden thing and picked at, popped, and ruptured your zit. What do you do about the red, irritated, and bloody mark it left behind? You should avoid popping zits at all costs. When you pop a zit, it basically becomes a micro-wound on your face, open and exposed to bacteria in the air that could inflame the spot even more and leave you prone to scarring. But sometimes, the temptation is just too much and we do it anyway, so what’s the best way to avoid further complications? Neosporin, while unconventional, is a common over-the counter anti-bacterial for small cuts and abrasions that prevent many common infections of the skin. It’s active ingredients contain antibacterial agents to increase healing time and the inactive ingredients can help create a barrier to protect ruptured skin. Before y’all come for me a MAJOR disclaimer: this won’t work for everyone, this is just what I personally achieved. Neosporin does not work against the most common bacteria that cause acne, nor does it really penetrate the skin enough to make a difference against large breakouts. Neosporin is a healing and coating agent that prevents further damage and inflammation, and of course, you may be allergic to an ingredient that can make an issue worse. Neosporin may also contains ingredients like mineral oil and petroleum jelly or wax, which coats the skin and, when used chronically can clog pores and make breakouts worse. Use it sparingly and only when absolutely necessary. So all that said, here is how I use it: After popping a zit, I wipe the area clean with water and dab the TINIEST amount of Neosporin only on the affected area. I’m talking like a tiny pinch. Only use in once and only immediately after you’ve popped a zit. There’s really no need to reapply since the skin will have scabbed or healed over and it won’t penetrate. I do find that the redness and scabbing is significantly reduced, and scarring is super minimal when doing this, but of course, it won’t work for everyone. I also don’t use it on clusters of zits, really only if I have an isolated huge one somewhere that is ripe to pop and I squeeze it dry. This is a last-resort method; Salicylic acid spot treatments for zits that aren’t popped work well for me to get rid of them, and patch treatments can keep you from picking at them. Bottom line: Don’t pop your zits. But if you do, it doesn’t have to be the end of the world and there are ways you might not have thought of to prevent further inflammation and scarring!
Fun way to wash your fave beauty tools!
This is something that I saw on TikTok and just had to try!! I bought it from Amazon for under $15. It also came with cute little stickers! All you have to do is fill it up with water, and then add a little bit of liquid soap, shampoo, or whatever you use to clean your makeup sponges with normally. Then just pop in the beauty sponge, shut the door and press the button! You can also use this to clean makeup brushes by leaving the top open. Just let it run for 2-3 minutes, and then use the little tube to drain out the water! It is also super easy to rinse, and makes all of my makeup tools so clean! #CheriePartner
