So far I am super happy with how my skin is looking! I started on January 6, and today is February 16. The end of my 90 days will be either at the end of March or at the beginning of April, so I’m about halfway there. The struggle for me right now is that my skin changes day to day. One day I will wake up with lots of cystic pimples, and one dat, like today, my skin will have none. I definitely still have dark marks, but I’m okay with that for now! As long as they aren’t active I am happy lol. I still seem to get acne flares on my period, which is discouraging considering Spironolactone is for hormonal acne. I’m just trying to trust the process🧐 I realized that I haven’t talked about my daily morning and night routine, so here it is! Morning: -cleanse with either PEACH & LILY - Power Calm Hydrating Gel Cleanser or CeraVe - Hydrating Cream-To-Foam Cleanser -moisturize with either PEACH & LILY - Matcha Pudding Antioxidant Cream or FIRST AID BEAUTY - Ultra Repair Cream Minis Original & Cranberry Pomegranate -apply spf with Supergoop! - Unseen Sunscreen Broad Spectrum SPF 40 -my makeup routine At night: -remove makeup with DHC - Deep Cleansing Oil -cleanse with CeraVe - Hydrating Cream-To-Foam Cleanser -moisturize with FIRST AID BEAUTY - Ultra Repair Cream Minis Original & Cranberry Pomegranate -apply a pea sized amount of .025% Tretinoin formula from Apostrophe - Topical Formula -and of course some Aquaphor - Healing Ointment Skin Protectant on my lips before bed!
January 11, 2021 My skin was not the greatest. It overall got so bad and honestly I was eating so much junk food, drinking not a lot of water and skipping out on my skin routine because I was lazy. After 2 weeks my skin has just a few pimples but overall makes me feel confident. January 24, 2021 I stayed with my regular skin routine: CeraVe - Hydrating Cream-To-Foam Cleanser Cetaphil - Cetaphil Moisturizing Lotion Avène - CLEANANCE SUNSCREEN SPF 50+ And just trusted the process and tried to not pick on them. I am super happy with how I’ve recently managed my skin and all I needed to do was stick to what i should do and continue doing that. > I drink 1500ml+ a day >Started to workout daily, even for just a few minutes > And felt more confident I have a hard time maintaining healthy skin but I will continue improving my diet, drinking more water and etc... I got so mad but I needed to love myself no matter what because, acne just makes you even more beautiful. I have learned to love myself and I’m happy with who I’ve become throughout this 2 week journey.
My Go-To Cleanser!
CeraVe - Renewing SA Cleanser For Normal Skin This is my ride or die cleanser!! This cleanser by CeraVE gently cleanses my face while also lightly exfoliating my skin. It does not leave me dry and works really great with my sensitive skin. It has wonderful ingredients like salicylic acid which gently exfoliates, ceramides which repair the skin’s moisture barrier, and niacinamide which can help the skin appear healthier and smoother, and hyaluronic acid which helps keep your skin hydrated. I use this in the evening after my oil-based cleanser to completely cleanse my face ✌️
CeraVe-Renewing SA Cleanser For Normal Skin
The CeraVe hydrating facial cleanser is a very gentle face wash that is great for dry, sensitive skin. The cleanser is very creamy. It almost feels like I’m putting a very watered down moisturizer on my face to cleanse it. I truly believe that it has worked wonders on my sensitive and dry skin. I have notice that my acne has gone away and my skin feels much more hydrated due to the ceramides in the cleanser that helps lock in the moisture. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone who had sensitive skin. My sister has very oily skin and she did not like this cleanser, but everyone’s skin is different. I think this product is worth the $11.99 price tag. I love it! CeraVe - Hydrating Face Cleanser For Normal To Dry Skin

Etude House SoonJung pH 6.5 Whip Cleanser
Ever since I started using Korean skincare products, I’ve know that when it comes to my face routine I’m not going back. The Etude House SoonJung Whip Clean is one of my favorite facial cleansers I use on a daily basis. It’s supposed to gentle clean the skin while keeping it moisturized with a 6.5 pH and 98.9% naturally derived ingredients. It’s a foam texture and feels great on the skin. I’ve used this cleanser for 4 months and here’s what I think: My Experience I decided to try this cleanser because I was looking for a new one after using CosRX’s face wash for so long. The idea of foam seemed really nice and was one of the reasons I bought it. I like this face wash because it cleans very well and my skin feels great after. It’s gentle so it’s great for my sensitive skin and the pH of it doesn’t leave my skin stripped at all. It’s great. Overall Thoughts I would recommend this cleanser for all skin types because it’s the best. If you’re looking for a Korean face wash or one with a Low pH, this is the one for you. It’s price is at $13 on the Etude House website and I think that’s a great price for such quality ingredients. I definitely think it’s worth it. #Etude House - SoonJung pH6.5 Whip Cleanser[products]#[FiveStars]

🌿𝐂𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐕𝐞 𝐇𝐲𝐝𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐅𝐚𝐜𝐞 𝗪𝐚𝐬𝐡🌿 * Contains 𝐜𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐦𝐢𝐝𝐞𝐬 𝟏,𝟑 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝟔-𝐈𝐈 * Has 𝐇𝐲𝐚𝐥𝐮𝐫𝐨𝐧𝐢𝐜 𝐚𝐜𝐢𝐝 to help retain skin's moisture * Fragrance-free * Non-comedogenic Newest addition to my Cerave family 💚 I have combination skin and non-foaming cleansers are honestly not my most favorite. However, I do like using them on days when my skin is irritated or just when I feel like it needs a little break. I enjoy using them on the sides of my face too - as they can be super dry sometimes. I have only few favorites and this one has quickly became one of them. Really leaves the skin super soft and hydrated. Also has ceramides and hyaluronic acid to deliver extra benefits. This alone won’t remove makeup so make sure to use a makeup remover or cleansing oil beforehand. I highly recommend this product. It’s a great, no fuss gentle cleanser 👍🏻 𝐏𝐫𝐢𝐜𝐞: available at walmart for $10.98 - $2-$4 in-store coupon is always available on cerave.com - beware of buying from Amazon sellers. CeraVe-Hydrating Facial Cleanser
Don’t Ignore This Part of Your Routine! 💦
I feel like out of all of the skincare items, people pay the least attention to their cleanser. I think this is a mistake. Your cleanser sets the stage for your whole routine. If your cleanser is too stripping, it can damage your skin’s barrier and make you feel like you have to make it up with lots of moisturizing items that won’t help. If your cleanser isn’t strong enough, you may deal with product buildup and breakouts. I have found CeraVe - Hydrating Facial Cleanser to be a perfect balance of cleansing and hydrating. It works so well for my dry, sensitive, and acne-prone skin! What is it? - CeraVe Hydrating Facial Cleanser is a gentle face wash. This cleanser was developed with dermatologists to cleanse and refresh the skin without over-stripping it or leaving it feeling tight and dry. - Suitable for normal to dry skin. - Available in sizes 3-16oz, with prices ranging from $4.99-$14.99. What’s in it? - Ceramides: Essential for healthy skin, ceramides help restore and maintain the skin’s natural barrier. - Hyaluronic acid: This ingredient attracts hydration to the skin’s surface and helps the skin retain moisture. - MVE Technology: This patented delivery system continually releases moisturizing ingredients for 24-hour hydration. - Non-comedogenic, non-irritating and fragrance-free My review- - I absolutely love this cleanser! It’s adorable and effective. It’s cleanses my skin, without leaving it feeling tight and dry. My skin feels soft and moisturized after using it, but not heavy or sticky. It feels clean! - I apply one pump of the product to my soft silicone face brush and gently massage it into damp skin for approx. 30 sec. Then I wash the cleanser off with lukewarm water, pat dry, and proceed with my skincare routine! - This product does not foam up, but remains a thin, creamy texture. This may bother some people but it doesn’t bother me since it’s so good for my skin! At first it may not feel like it’s cleaning your skin, but once you wash it off you’ll be able to tell that it did! I personally love the way it feels but I did want to include a warning for people who are used to a foaming cleanser.
CeraVe-Hydrating Facial Cleanser
The Most Gentle Cleanser Ever 🕺🏼
Cerave Hydrating Cleanser is the most gentle face wash for normal to dry sensitive skin ever! The formula is white, light, creamy, and scent-free. It does a great job cleaning oil and removes dirt out of pores, without stripping the skin of moisture. Ingredients: Ceramides (moisturizer), hyaluronic behentrimonium methosulfate and cetyl alcohol (cleansers) This is my everyday face cleanser in the AM time since I started using it about 2 months ago. I love the consistency and how it makes my skin feel than when I have used other foaming face cleansers. They usually make my skin dry out and it can be too rough on my face. Cerave is gentle on my skin and leaves my skin feeling soft and hydrated. I noticed a positive difference in how clear my skin was after I started using the product. My skin is clean and strong. Price: $10.98 / 12 oz Thanks to Cerave! 💕CeraVe - Hydrating Face Cleanser For Normal To Dry Skin I definitely recommend. 5 out of 5 stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My Mental Wellness Improved Through My Self AcceptanceWhen I was around 13 or 14 years old, I remember routinely taking one of my older sister’s black eyeliner pencils before school every morning. I’d arrive early so that I could slip away to the girl’s bathroom to apply a single black line to my eyelids. My parents didn’t allow me to wear any makeup at the time. Although this smudgy line on my eyelids didn’t make me look all that much different, I never felt comfortable at school without it. My teenage mind convinced myself that I needed some sort of cosmetic symbol in order to appropriately express my femininity. Up until that point in my life, society had told girls that looked like me - tall, Black, and with kinky hair - that we somehow weren’t as beautiful as the other girls. For far too long, I believed it too.1 DAY AGO
