KUSH stash bag set products RANKED: Last place: Milk MAKEUP - Cooling Water I just don’t really feel like this stick is doing anything? I even put it in the fridge for extra cooling powers 🥶 and still 🤷‍♀️ Almost last: Milk MAKEUP - Cooling Water Eye Patches These are just OKAY 😐 they are slightly cooling and I do enjoy going about my morning business with some eye patches on like a fancy heiress 👸🏻 BUT no visible results in my experience Middle of the pack: Milk MAKEUP - Cannabis Sativa Seed Oil Hydrating Face Mask Very easy to apply, glides on real smooth and nothing says “I’m serious about skincare” like a full face of GREEN 🐸 I feared it would be drying but it does deliver on hydration 💦 skin afterwards is overall plump and moist (ugh that word) Runner up (get the flower bouquet 💐): Milk MAKEUP - KUSH High Volume Mascara Volume! No clumps! LOVE ❤️ the brush and now it’s one of my regular rotation mascaras. The price for the full size is a bit steep but PRO TIP 🤫 the mini is the perfect amount of product that you will actually use it ALL before it gets all dry and gross. WINNER (tiara time 👑): Milk MAKEUP - Kush Lip Balm I can’t say enough about this stuff. It’s SO SO SO hydrating. Not at all sticky or goopy, feels like it is healing your lips and lasts longer than any other lip balm I’ve tried. Even in CANADIAN 🍁 WINTER keep my lips lovely 👄

A 📚TALE 📚of two STICKS: $$$ vs. Dollar store??
Okay so, I can’t be the only one who get mesemerized in the dollar store 🏦 beauty aisle like IMAGINE: if all these $4 treats could do the work of their very lovely but pricey counterparts. JUST IMAGINE 💭 And to be honest I’ll gladly spend the $$$ on the goods but who doesn’t love that special high that you get from getting an 💸EPIC DEAL??💸 So I set about to do some 👩‍🔬SCIENCE👩‍🔬 and test Milk MAKEUP - Cannabis Sativa Seed Oil Hydrating Face Mask (approx $34 CAD) against SPASCRIPTIONS - Superfoods Moisturizing Clay Mask Stick(approx $4 CAD). The 🔬TEST🔬: One mask on each side of the face for 15 minutes, wash off and gander at the comparison. Application notes: The Milk stick is much more pleasant to work with, glides on evenly. The dollar store one, NOT SO MUCH. It was sticky and chunky 🤢 and hard to evenly distribute. I was already prepared to crown a winner 🏅 at this point BUT... The 🔎RESULTS🔎: After rinse both sides of my face felt softer and slightly moisturized (both sticks are meant to provide moisture). The dollar store side looked somehow healthier than the Milk makeup side 🧐? I had to check it out up close to ensure I wasn’t seeing things but my pores were less pronounced and there was an overall glowy effect? (I tried to capture via photo but they were subtle differences). To summarize: You certainly won’t be missing out if you swap the pricey for the bargain (maybe the glow is partly from that I-just-saved-some-mad-💰 feeling) What other hidden treasures 💎 are lurking at the dollar store? STAY TUNED 📺

Fav Clay Mask 💚
Milk MAKEUP - Cannabis Sativa Seed Oil Hydrating Face Mask This clay mask is my absolute favorite thing and I can’t live with out it! No kidding.. when I suffer from acne, redness and need hydrated skin I immediately grab it. This is the only thing that worked for my skin. At first it doesn’t seem to help, thats because all the bad stuff needs to get out first. After that say hello to clear and soft skin.

Milk makeup, is it worth it?
Over the past couple years I’ve really wanted to try out milk makeup and I thought the brands aesthetic was so pretty/ minimal. It’s perfect for a quick on the go person or someone who wants to look glam. Hydro grip primer, this is really good. It has become of my fave ones to use. It provides a great base for my foundation or even for my bb cream. It’s feel kinda like gel but not thick. Spreads easily and has a slight tackiness, also leaves my skin moisturized. The only downside is the smell, it’s kinda like a plastic/agave scent mixed together. The scent does fade which is great so it doesn’t linger around. $30 for 1.52 oz and $15 for 0.33 oz Milk MAKEUP - Hydro Grip Primer Kush mascara, this one is in my top 5 fave ones to use. The bristles coat my lashes nicely and make them appear thicker. Doesn’t have a strong scent. When I apply them to my bottom lashes they don’t smudge onto my skin. $24 for 0.34 oz/10 ml and $12 for 0.13 oz/4 ml Milk MAKEUP - KUSH High Volume Mascara Tattoo stamp in star, it’s super cute! I’ve had this well over a year and it’s still pretty pigmented. I use this on my lids, cheeks and anywhere on my face to give me that cute vibe. It lasts all day and hasn’t smudged on me. $12 and they come in lots of designs. Milk MAKEUP - Tattoo Stamp Kush lip balm in plushberry, it’s a sheer berry color. Moisturizes my lips and gives them a super cute tint. I’m definitely more into sheer colors and glosses. It has a slight minty scent to it that I love. $16 for 3g Milk MAKEUP - Kush Lip Balm Kush clear brow gel, it sets my brows nicely but it isn’t a strong hold. It’s more of medium. Doesn’t have a distinct smell which is good. $20 which is pretty expensive. Milk MAKEUP - KUSH Clear Brow Gel Holographic stick in supernova, I really like this. It pretty creamy and I like applying this with my fingers. Looks super cute as an eyeshadow as well. It’s more of a duochrome. It has a purple/blueish shift. I wish it had a bit more pigment in it. Currently on sale at Sephora for $18 for the full size 1 oz/28 g. Mini size $15 for 0.25 oz/7.1 g Milk MAKEUP - Holographic Stick Watermelon brightening serum, this was ok. Wasn’t my favorite. It feels nice on the skin, kinda moisturizing but I didn’t see any brightening effect. $36 for 1.2 oz/ 34g and $18 for 0.22 oz/ 6.25 g. Personally not worth the money. Milk MAKEUP - Watermelon Brightening Serum Cooling water stick, same as the watermelon serum and this wasn’t my favorite. Yes it moisturized a little bit but I saw no difference in my skin. Too expensive to buy and not worth the money for me. If you have the money for an overpriced “serum” go ahead and get this but just save your money for something else. Milk MAKEUP - Cooling Water Blur stick definitely not worth it. Bunched up too much. Milk MAKEUP - Blur Stick

☀️ summer to FALL🍁 skin
as the temperature cools and the air gets drier, my morning skincare has two new additions! NEW to my skincare family are! Murad - Nutrient-Charged Water Gel an extra dose of moisturizer before my SPF containing moisturizer that is oil free and super hydrating. I like using two moisturizers when the air gets drier outside. This lil baby is also a cool pink color DRUNK ELEPHANT - Virgin Marula Luxury Facial Oil as a last skin step and a pre makeup step, i use a few drops of oil on the parts of my face that need it. it helps lock in the ingredients of my moisturizer so that the moisturizer stays in my skin. This is pricey, but there are other, cheaper oils out there. my skin type: oily and acne prone, tan The other family members: cleanser TATCHA - The Deep Cleanse Exfoliating Cleanser A splurge, but a pretty good cleanser for gentle exfoliation. Its not perfect, but i do think my skin is less oily with this cleanser treatment SEPHORA COLLECTION - Clear Skin Days by Clarifying Serum The BEST product sephora ever came out with. 1.72 fluid oz of acne killing salicylic acid with skin loving hyaluronic acid. 11/10 Murad - Invisiscar Resurfacing Treatment a post acne treatment that fills in scars and reduces their texture and discoloration. i may get this big size because this one is so great! moisturizer dermalogica - Clear Start Oil Clearing Matte Moisturizer SPF 15 a creamy oil free moisturizer with SPF and mattifying benefits. This is my second tube! eyes Milk MAKEUP - Cooling Water This and the Matcha toner are Milk’s best skin products. I use this on my upper and lower eyes for depuffing boscia - Indigo Eye Cream a new addition to my eye routine — the lavender pigment brightens and the long term benefits are excellend

Makeup for Special Occasions: Clubbing 💃🏽
Omg can I just say that doing this look made me miss going out even more! 😢 I personally thrive on the dance floor 💃🏽 But anyways, you guessed right this is my clubbing makeup. Let’s be real when we’re going clubbing, it’s important to keep in mind that most of our makeup will be sweated off by the end of the night, so I prefer to keep it as glam yet simple as possible! I achieve this by using fun colours that I normally wouldn’t, with a few products. So here you see I am wearing blue eyeliner, which takes a while to come off & a purplish pink gloss to give my lips a tinted shine that I won’t have to keep maintaining with several lipsticks and lip liners! By the way, I’m not wearing foundation bc that’ll definitely get messy throughout the night with the way I’m dancing & I just love my skin how it is, honestly! 1. I started this look off with doing my brows. I got them waxed today ✨ so I didn’t need to shape them up, just filled them in with Milk MAKEUP - KUSH Fiber Brow Gel 2. Next I used SAPPHO - New Paradigm Concealer to let the ĀETHER BEAUTY - Crystal Grid Gemstone Palette eyeshadow last a bit longer throughout the night. I used an icy blue from this palette to just brighten the eyes more, which would look nice when the light hits em. (For shadow on the eye crease and contour I used MISMACK - Large ART Shadow in 'Shade' which is not captured bc it crumbled after falling oK?!😭) 3. Then I did a cat eye on each side in blue with L'ORÉAL - Infallible Paints Eyeliner . Oops it’s not “clean beauty” but it glides so nicely and the pen doesn’t dry out mid stroke, which I really respect. I also have this in white for future face art experiments 🖼 4. Completed fanning the lashes with the superb Milk MAKEUP - KUSH High Volume Mascara we all got for our birthdays from Sephora 💝 5. Used FENTY BEAUTY - Killawatt Freestyle Highlighter to warm up the cheekbones with both the orange and pink and then LAWLESS - Lucid Skin Highlighter to highlight the usual areas. 6. I know in the last post I gave it a 4 star rating, but honestly, I finally found the use for the BITE - Yaysayer Plumping Lip Gloss in Plum Tart, as I noticed it lasts quite a while without needing to be reapplied. Such a win! It tastes like Coca Cola and isn’t too sticky, but gives enough of shine and pigment to make it look like you’re wearing something 👌🏽 #CheriePartner

Mini Mascara Reviews!
Mascara mini reviews! I love a good fluffy, natural bristled wand that gives good volume. The Nars Climax Mascara and Milk Kush mascara definitely both aim for that. So I thought I would compare these mini’s with mini reviews. The NARS - Climax Mascara definitely dries out quick. I haven’t used it all that much and it’s already almost gone. It gives decent volume but I wish it gave a little more length and could build a little more. It also flakes a too much for my liking. Decent but I definitely wouldn’t pay the full price. The Milk MAKEUP - KUSH High Volume Mascara is definitely my preferred of the two. It’s super volumizing but is also buildable for length. It lasts throughout the day but does have some mild flaking. Less than the Nars. I already bought a full size of the waterproof version at @tjmaxx and I’m excited to try that!

September Empties: mini edition!
Today I’m doing mini Monday a little different! I used up a ton of products in the month of September, including lots of mini’s while traveling. So today I’m featuring my thoughts on the mini’s I finished. Stay tuned for my full size empties tomorrow! ✨ . . 🤷🏽‍♀️ voir - Sunrise Rituals: Signature Shampoo voir - Sunset Rituals: Signature Conditioner : Nice but I have long hair and it’s really hard to tell my thoughts with a tiny packet! But it did smell amazing. . 👎🏼 ORIGINS - High-Potency Night-a-Mins Mineral-Enriched Oil-Free Renewal Cream : this is a nice thick moisturizer for night time. But I can’t get past the smell. It reminds me of some bad fruity drink I had in college 😂😬 . 👎🏼Kiehl's - Calendula Serum-Infused Water Cream : this is just way too light weight and not moisturizing enough for my skin type. You might like this if you’re oily. . ❤️ philosophy - Purity Made Simple 3-in-1 Shower, Bath & Shave Gel : yess this is the lemon custard and it smells soo good! . 👎🏼 DRUNK ELEPHANT - Umbra Tinte Physical Daily Defense Broad Spectrum Sunscreen SPF 30 : this is SO greasy I can’t stand it. . 🤷🏽‍♀️ DRUNK ELEPHANT - Protini Polypeptide Cream : I don’t get the hype behind this. It’s also too greasy for me. And I’m not supporting DE right now. . 🤷🏽‍♀️ Milk MAKEUP - Kush Lip Balm : I like it! But not extremely long lasting. It did melt and get messy though. Would maybe repurchase on sale. . 🤷🏽‍♀️ NARS - Climax Mascara : nice for volume but it dried out quickly and flaked a lot. . ❤️ CLINIQUE - Take The Day Off Cleansing Balm : yes really enjoyed this. Would get on sale. Probably will save this little tub to put some balm from my full sizes in for future travel! . ❤️ REDKEN - One United Multi-Benefit Treatment Spray : yes a solid leave in conditioner!

I’m amazed over how much pink
I’m amazed over how much pink products I have and Pink is not my favourite colour. Guess what my favourite colour is? ✨ Anyways, how are your lips? Are they well cared for or are they chapped AF? Here are som pink products for your lips so they can be pretty and rosy and kissable at all times 💋 ~ Laneige Lip Mask ~ So this is my all time favourite night lip mask, it’s amazing, smells wonderful and lasts FOREVER 👏🏼 ~ The Body Shop Lip balm ~ It’s practical, it’s solid and smells beautiful. The part isn’t as good as others though. ~ ACO Stay Soft Lips ~ I tried it and loved it! It’s super , very glossy and shimmery too ✨ ~ The Rituals lip gloss ~ This one is something I put on my nude lipsticks for the glossy look, it gives me moisture during the day if I want to reapply my lipstick and gloss.

Burt’s Bees conditioning lip scrub is something I go in with when my lips are feeling dry/when prepping my lips for lipstick, to remove dry skin and keep my lips smooth and moisturized! This has come in especially handy this winter with my skin being more dry than it usually is. This scrub is sweet and crumbly when scrubbing it onto my lips, and can be licked off or washed off with water like most scrubs. I like to spread it on using my hands & then press my lips together for an extra scrub before removing it. Overall, I think this is a great product at drugstore pricing!

My Lip Products Awards - I don't think it worth the hype...
Conclusion First: 👍🏻👍🏻: HOURGLASS - N° 28 Lip Treatment Oil,CHANEL - HYDRA BEAUTY Nourishing Lip Care 👎🏻👎🏻: LANEIGE - LANEIGE Lip Sleeping Mask 😐😐: Valmont-Prime Contour, clé de peau BEAUTÉ - The Lip Serum HOURGLASS - N° 28 Lip Treatment Oil It's a light yellow lip treatment oil with a weird smell when you first apply it but the smell doesn't stay. It's moisturizing and non-greasy. It doesn't dry on lips and is suitable for evening use. LANEIGE - LANEIGE Lip Sleeping Mask It's a pink, strawberry-scented lip mask with a creamy texture. The official website suggests using it overnight. It's thick and heavy in consistency and very greasy on the lips. Your lips will peel the next day but it doesn't dry on your lips. Personally, I really don't like it. Valmont-Prime Contour It's a white creamy eye and lip serum. It takes time to be fully absorbed and your lips go numb for the first few times using it. Normally, I wear a thick layer and treat it as a lip mask in the evening. I will suggest using other lip care products together as this prime contour is not moisturizing enough.Ultimately, it's a prime contour that doesn't do much. CHANEL - HYDRA BEAUTY Nourishing Lip Care It's a very very light yellow creamy lip care product which is moisturizing. It doesn't leave your lips dry the next morning. This packaging isn't very suitable if you want to reapply it throughout the day, so I recommend this, but only for early morning and evening use. clé de peau BEAUTÉ - The Lip Serum It's a light pink liquid lip serum which gives a cooling sensation after wearing it. It's not oily on your lips, but it's not moisturizing either.

The perfect lip scrub for this dry winter! It has a yummy, but subtle mint flavor and sweet sugar granules that help exfoliate the lips. It buffs away the dry skin as promised and helps prep them for the next application of product. It's also a nice factor that all ingredients are vegan and cruelty free. I especially love that it makes my lips feel moisturized and plump. For $16, it's worth the price, especially during this time of year.

LANEIGE - LANEIGE Lip Sleeping Mask This lip mask is from a Korean beauty brand: Laneige. Their Lip Sleeping Mask is very popular and very hyped up! It is AMAZING and all of the hype up is definitely true!! I use this lip mask every night and my lips are super smooth and hydratey by morning! This saves my chapped lips especially during the winter! I recommend this lip mask to everyone! They also have several other flavors but I enjoy the original because it has a berry scent that I adore!
