💴$hu Uemura ‘urban moisture’ $hampoo & Mask🧸🧡
Just got around to trying these very sleek samples of the (very expensive) ‘urban moisture’ line by Shu Uemura. 🇯🇵 Shu Uemura, whom passed away in 2007, was a Japanese makeup artist & founder of the cosmetics line which bears his name. 🌳The all-star ingredient in both of these products is Moringa seed oil. Moringa seeds have a high oil content & have many nutritional compounds, including monounsaturated fats, protein, sterols, tocopherols (Vitamin E) & 18 essential amino acids. The small tree native to the Himalayan mountains is sometimes referred to as “the miracle tree” because virtually all parts of Moringa, including the seeds, roots, bark, flowers & leaves, can be used for nutritional, industrial, or medicinal purposes. Moringa seed oil can be used to grow thicker & longer hair because it’s chock full of beneficial nutrients, protein, vitamins & minerals to stimulate healthy growth. 📲🌳Swipe through for more info & pictures of this amazing ingredient. 💇🏻♀️About my hurr: Very very thick hair, both strands & density. Dry & grows slow. Type 2B waves that can either look really frizzy & lack definition, or when hydrated, can appear pretty straight/lots of body. Natural dark brunette, currently no color damage. No heat ever- shoulder length. shu uemura - Urban Moisture Hydro-Nourishing Shampoo

This Shu Uemura duo was gifted to me via @influenster. shu uemura - Urban Moisture Hydro-Nourishing Shampoo shu uemura - Urban Moisture Hydro-Nourishing Conditioner This luxury shampoo and conditioner duo is meant for those with dry hair who need a lot of hydration and can be used on straight, wavy, curly, kinky hair. The formulation is very lightweight with minimal scent. The products also help to strengthen your hair. When using this product, very little product is necessary per use. Considering the steep price of these small bottles, I would love to get 30 uses out of this at least. The shampoo retails for $48 and the conditioner for $58. They are both available for purchase from Sephora. My hair has dried so nicely every time I’ve used this product. My frizzy, sometimes crazy hair dries smooth and straight. My hair is usually very knotty after the shower and I have to spend a lot of time brushing it out but with these products I didn’t. I’d love to continue using this haircare brand but I can’t justify the steep price. The packaging is also amazing! 😍 I give both these products 5/5⭐️ but unfortunately I will not repurchase due to the price.
Nourish your Curls and Discover your True Texture...
My hair texture is thick and curly, and I can suffer from frizz, it’s a big struggle to define my curls. So I was so happy when I discovered these three products. The combination just works for me and helps me embrace my natural hair texture. Elvive Extraordinary Oil Deep Nourishing Shampoo and Conditioner Set L’oreal Paris makes this shampoo and conditioner, and it’s incredible, the quality of the products are what you would expect from this brand. The Shampoo is uber moisturising, and your hair feels silk even before you put the hair conditioner on. My hairdresser recommends two washes, but with this shampoo, you only need to wash it once. Infused with sweet-smelling flower oils the conditioner is fantastic, luxurious, and my hair feels so good after using it, soft and much more comfortable to manage and style. You must use the two together which is why I’m recommending the set, you can buy them separately, but it better value this way and as they say in Paris “You’re worth it”. Palmers Olive Oil Formula Leave-In Conditioner Straight from Jamaica straight on to your hair, this leave-in spray is the bomb, use it after you have washed and dried your hair, spray on the ends to create nourished and lightweight curls. Protects the hair from holiday heat and humidity, I love this leave-in spray - you just spray and go!

MY HOLY GRAILS FOR COARSE HAIR
I still haven’t gotten around to getting my hair cut after lockdown, and as a result my normally straight and smooth hair is feeling pretty coarse, especially the ends. Here are some products that I’ve found help make my hair look and feel much better! Mise En Scene Perfect Repair Hair Serum This oil and silicone-based hair serum comes in a pump bottle that dispenses the perfect amount of serum for my hair. I usually apply 1 to 1 ½ pumps of hair serum, any more than that and it can weigh my hair down. It contains a mix of plant oils including: Argan, Camellia, Coconut, Apricot, Marula, Jojoba, and Olive Oil. My tip for this product is to apply it to slightly damp hair, then blow dry for maximum shine and smoothness. It has a floral smell (which I love) and a single bottle seems to last a really, really long time.I bought mine in Korea in January this year and I’m barely a quarter of the way through it now, so it will last me a while! L’Oreal Elvive/Elseve Extraordinary Oil Conditioner A good conditioner helps smooth coarse hair, too. This one also has a lot of plant oils to condition hair and make it smooth and silky. It also has a floral yet sweet scent that I love—I love nice-smelling hair care, okay?! I apply a pretty generous amount to my lengths and ends of hair (never roots, that’s how you get greasy flat roots). I’ve actually repurchased this many times before and I’ll continue to buy it (until I get bored of the scent, that is…) Both of these are affordable, drugstore picks that I’d happily recommend to anyone that’s looking for great hair care that smooths down coarse hair.
Girls with fine hair must try these!!!😍
One of my recent favorite shampoo and conditioner set is Dove's Moisture + Oxygen shampoo and conditioner from advanced Hair series. This shampoo and conditioner set has a fresh, floral smell, just like the smell of a sunny day after pouring rain. I bought it because the packaging is very nice-looking, light blue with milk white, very fancy. Also, the shampoo and conditioner packages are clearly distinguishable, perfect for someone like me who tends to confuse shampoo and conditioner. The shampoo’s texture is transparent and two pumps are enough for me. My hair is medium to long. You can lather very quickly, and the foam is very thick. The texture of conditioner is also very light, after wiping your hair with your hand, the residual conditioner on your hand can also be cleaned quickly. My hair quality is very fine and soft, the amount is not much. In summer, my hair would be easy to get oil at the end of the day. This shampoo and conditioner set is formulated without silicone oil, which is very fresh and also smells fresh too. Regular silicone free shampoo may own less bubbles when you wash your hair, and after washing , the hair would become very dry, need to use hair mask to protect hair quality. But for this product, the bubbles are fine and dense, and the hair won't be dry after washing. Hair would become very full and fluffy. The conditioner is also great because it won't be fake smooth after washing, and it will stay soft after a blow-dry, the scent would also last long. After using this series for a few months, it really does have the "air feeling", as the package says, and the hair becomes lighter and fuller, like a cushion of air in the hair. With this product, you can keep your hair fluffy all day long in the hot summer. Recommended!!!
My Fave👉🏻&honey Deep Moist Shampoo and Treatme
This is my favorite shampoo and conditioner recently My hair is dry and stiff, what's worse, I have dyed my hair 2 months ago. Well, now I have dry, stiff and damaged hair, so I pay special attention to the protection of my hair. This pair of shampoo and conditioner was bought when I traveled to Japan last month because it Iooks so beautiful, and I didn't expect it to work well. But now, I really want to fly to Japan and buy a bunch of this product because it is so great!! This product is a silicone-free shampoo and conditioner. Its main ingredient is honey and also contains Moroccan essential oils to repair damaged hair and restore frizz. I have medium long hair, and I squeeze about 4-5 pumps every time I use it. The foam is quite rich and the scent is particularly good. Compared with ordinary hair masks, the conditioner's repair ability is not weak at all! After washing, my hair feels super smooth and silky, just like I have did a hair spa! And it has a floral and fruity fragrance ~ I really like it!! If you have damaged hair, I really recommend you to try this shampoo and conditioner from & honey!!
Baby shampoo is perfect for my fine hair!
Klorane Bebe Gentle Cleansing Gel si Nuxe Reve de Miel Hair Conditioner One of the most annoying things when you have fine hair is that it gets greasy like within hours after washing it. And if you are prone to excessive sweating, it gets even worse. I’ve tried tons of shampoos and treatments in the last few years, and I was really surprised to notice results where I really didn’t expect them. So, have you ever run out of shampoo and washed your hair with your daughter’s shampoo? I know it happened to me once or twice 😊))) And the thing is my hair smelled and looked absolutely amazing. It was like a big wow for me! And this is when I switched to washing my hair with Klorane Bebe Gentle Cleansing Gel. Don’t be fooled by the “bebe” in the name, I’m enough of a babe to make my hair A-mazing! And the smell is just incredible. It says “organically farmed flowers” on the label, but I didn’t expect my hair to smell divine even a day or two after washing it. What I do now is just get my hair wet, wash it with a generous amount of baby shampoo then rinse well. I repeat once more, and I’m done. This used to be my twice a week hair routine before I discovered Nuxe Reve de Miel hair conditioner. It’s actually a funny story with this conditioner, as I found it in the bathroom of the hotel. I very rarely if ever wash my hair with hotel toiletries as they usually make my hair incredibly dry and impossible to detangle. But I knew Nuxe and I thought I should give it a try. And since then, I’ve been using it on and off because I still fear that conditioner will make the hair go greasy faster. But when it comes to fine hair, this is without doubt the best conditioner I’ve ever tried.
Amazing hair products for my medium-dense hair!
Many people think that things with characteristics lie right in the middle is perfect, not too big nor small, or being thick or thin. There are actually a lot of issues as well for those with ‘middle’ stuff, like middle-age crisis and medium-density hair problems. Since we are talking about skincare and haircare stuff here, I really wanna share these two cute products from Maui Moisture, which is a brand I just fell in love with and especially friendly to my medium density hair. The Maui Moisture Shea butter shampoo and conditioner are two products I received from a gift package from a pharmacy and they target for dry and damaged hair. It contains coconut oil, macadamia oil and shea butter to nourish and repair the hair. Personally, I don’t dye my hair often so I assume I just have thick hair, in medium-density, sometimes oily on the roots. There are also some splits near the hair tips, another problem I worry about. I tried this shea butter shampoo and conditioner in the same shower and I have to say they are really different from the ones I am using. These Maui Moisture products smell so good! I can sense the blend of coconut and even some sweet tropical fruits in it to provide a balmy feeling. The lather is quite thick and that’s another aspect I pay attention to when using hair products. Still in the regular step, shampoo goes first and then conditioner but I leave on this replenishing conditioner on my hair for around 5 minutes, bit longer than usual. They are easy to put on and wash off and after blow-drying, I touch my hair and it feels so smooth and great, and I haven’t used my regular hair oil yet, which is astonishing. These two cuties work so well on my hair and I did not expect that at all! I have to say I gotta explore more on this brand and I think these are worth trying with their budget-friendly price. Hope this could help you out!
