Grateful to be chosen by @stylekorean_global to review 𝐂𝐨𝐬𝐫𝐱’𝐬 𝐀𝐂 𝐂𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧🌹 Cosrx AC line contains BHAs & essential oils. Because i’m on tretinoin, I tested out the line 𝐎𝐍𝐋𝐘 𝐝𝐮𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐦𝐲 𝐦𝐨𝐫𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬 & max of 3 times a week. So this review is based on the limited usage of these products ☺️ _________________________________ 🔆 𝐜𝐚𝐥𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐟𝐨𝐚𝐦 𝐜𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐧𝐬𝐞𝐫- salicylic acid face wash that helps unclog pores & treat lesions. This may be a lil drying for dry skin but works perfectly fine for me. It’s not as stripping as other SA cleansers I have. Does the job. 🔆 𝐥𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭𝐰𝐞𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭 𝐬𝐨𝐨𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐦𝐨𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐢𝐳𝐞𝐫- propolis & aloe based gel moisturizer, i love its texture! I like its combination of powerhouse calming and hydrating ingredients— green tea, niacinamide, panthenol, sodium hyaluronate, zinc pca, centella complex. This feels very soothing & really does calm my skin. Also has tea tree which is a great anti microbial, was previously one of my favorites ingredients but apparently, it has fragrant compounds so it isn’t safe for long term use. The formulation also has Mint extract. Tea tree, mint, propolis are huge potential irritants. But overall, I still really enjoy this product. ~this is more like a humectant only, has to be sealed in with an occlusive 🔆 𝐚𝐜𝐧𝐞 𝐩𝐚𝐭𝐜𝐡- as usual it works great! Cosrx is my most trusted brand for pimple patches. They work wonders on cystic acnes-look nowhere else! 🔆 𝐛𝐥𝐞𝐦𝐢𝐬𝐡 𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐭 𝐜𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐬𝐞𝐫𝐮𝐦- could have been a great niacinamide serum w/ ceramide and peptide. The addition of tea tree & propolis being on top of the ingredients is my only apprehension. This is very hydrating but I would not use it everyday. 🔆 𝐜𝐚𝐥𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐥𝐢𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐝 𝐦𝐢𝐥𝐝- i find this formulation a great anti-inflammatory. It’s a green tea based toner w/ BHA (Betaine salicylate) & PHA plus tea tree & centella. This is free of alcohol. But works really well in breaking down sebum. 🔆 𝐮𝐥𝐭𝐢𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐭 𝐜𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐦- this was okay, did not do much for me. I will opt for the pimple patches.
CosRx x Style Korean Global
💊 Style Korean Global kindly gifted me the CosRx’s AC Collection. These products all contain CosRx’s skin soothing CentellAC-Rx complex consisting of madecassic acid, asiaticoside, and asciatic acid. This collection gently treats acne and calms redness while replenishing the skin barrier. I love that these products focus on healing rather than drying acne this line has really helped with soothing my redness and hormonal acne without drying my skin at all. Laroche-posay ultra micellar water
✨ABOUT ME✨ My skin is combination, normal everywhere except my nose which is oily. My skin is also acne-prone. ✨ABOUT THE PRODUCT✨ This is marketed as a gentle and soothing micellar water which may be used for cleansing, makeup removal, and more. ✨MY EXPERIENCE WITH THE PRODUCT✨ I’ve found that it removes my makeup well and acts as a great first step in double cleansing. I also use it to effectively and easily remove any unpleasant patches of self tanner (lol). No complains about this product and would totally recommend it! LA ROCHE-POSAY - Micellar Water ULTRA

Clarins re-move micellar milk
This is not a micellar water, but rather a thick milky liquid that I assume uses micellar technologies. It is very smooth and rich, and has a light scent. I use this to remove my eye makeup before going in with a double cleanse, although I suppose this could act as your first cleanse on its own. It easily removes my makeup without much effort, and works even better if you add a little water to it. I definitely recommend this! CLARINS - RE-MOVE Micellar Cleansing Milk

FARMACY - Green Clean Makeup Removing Cleansing Balm Long overdue on this review but here we go: Not a fan 🤷🏻♀️ I really like Farmacy but I couldn’t say the same for their extremely popular cleansing balm. What’s weird is that I like the cherry version better? I figured it’s the change of oils and essential oils. And smell. First of all I’m not so fond of the smell. I’ve read before somewhere that it smells like starburst or candy but I don’t agree. Overall not too pleasant. It cleans well and melts away makeup so I don’t have complaints about how it actually does the job, because it emulsifies beautifully and cleanses well. But I think the essential oils upset my acne a bit. Even when I had a stronger skin barrier it was slightly irritating. Second, the texture. I don’t like when balms have these chunks. I have to press them with my fingertips or on my skin for them to become an even balm. This was my issue with the cherry one as well and same problem (although less) with the Slaai balm. The only balm I’ve found with a perfect texture is the Then I Met You living cleansing balm. That texture is out of this world, not one “bit” or chunk to be seen. I won’t be repurchasing this one because I’ve found other balms I like better, so that’s why I’m so picky I guess. Too much effort and not worth it. But for cleansing, which a cleansing balm is for, it functions wonderfully and does the job! Doesn’t strip skin either! An average balm but I wouldn’t recommend not discourage.

KOSÉ softymo j beauty cleanser
KOSE COSMEPORT - SOFTYMO Speedy Cleansing Oil This is the KOSÉ softymo cleanser. It claims to get rid of all the dirt and oil on your skin from the day. It targets any skin type but is especially good for irritation prone or sensitive skin in my opinion. It has an oil like texture that turns milky when it comes in contact with water. I first brought it when @the.skincare.diary on insta recommended it! She’s the best lol. This hasn’t broken me out at all and I love it as my first cleanse when I don’t wear makeup. It never breaks me out and I’ll continue to repurchase. I would recommend this to anyone looking to double cleanse when they don’t wear makeup. But this stuff!!

Glossier. - Milky Jelly Cleanser conditioning face wash I love this cleanser! The name really says it all it is milky and jelly and very gentle and it’s a cleanser. I love how the skin makes me feel and love the scent. As with many cleansers I don’t know what to say beyond that, as it does the job and leaves my skin not feeling stripped, which is important. Recommend!

CeraVe Healing ❤️
CeraVe - Healing Ointment This product is absolutely my rock when my skin is super dry. I have combination/acne prone skin and at times my skin decides to dry up like a desert. It does not feel greasy or slippery or any weird feeling. 💧 This is such a versatile product and these are the ways I use it:💧 👌🏻after moisturizing literally all over my face 👌🏻after using acids or a peel 👌🏻when using retinoid, I apply in different regions on the face BEFORE applying retinoid (nose creases, around mouth, around eyes). 💧 CeraVe is one of those brands that are in par with everything you need. I’d say pricing is on point since it is affordable and their products work! 💯
