I’ve struggled with acne for 8-9 years and have even tried accutane, yet I STILL struggle with acne! It’s only been a couple of weeks, but I think I finally found the right skincare routine for my dry and acne prone skin! All these products in the picture are cruelty free and are from Korean Skincare brands! For my skincare routine, I start with the Saturday Skin Rise + Shine Purifying Cleanser, then use the Banila Co Dear Hydration toner, follow it with the Aromatica Rose Absolute First Serum, use the Mizon Snail Recovery Gel, then the Aromatica Rose Absolute Eye Cream, and finish it off with the Mizon A.C. Care Solution Acence Blemish Out Pink Spot treatment! Three times a week, I use the Femmue Gypsy Rose Calming Mask as well! I love the Saturday Skin cleanser because it doesn’t dry out my skin! Every other cleanser I’ve tried lately irritates my skin and strips it of its natural oils, leaving my skin dry and flakey! Not this one! I use the Banila Co toner because it has peppermint extract to help calm acne! This product does not dry out my skin either! The Aromatica serum has niacinamide to help calm acne and fade PIE (Post Inflammatory Erythema aka the RED/PINK marks leftover after a pimple). The Mizon Snail Gel has snail mucin to help with acne while also hydrating with anti-aging effects! My skin has definitely been more hydrated! I use the Aromatica Eye Cream under my eyes (obviously). I haven’t noticed a difference with my dark circles, but I mostly use it for extra hydration to prevent wrinkles. The Mizon Pink Spot treatment is to shrink any pimples! BUT GUESS WHAT!? I don’t have anymore pimples after 2 weeks! I barely even had any purging from these products which was super shocking. The Femmue mask is really nice because it doesn’t dry out my skin unlike a lot of other clay masks! I hope this helps anyone who is struggling with acne or PIE! SATURDAY SKIN - RISE + SHINE Purifying Cleanser AROMATICA - Rose Absolute First Serum MIZON - Snail Recovery Gel Cream BANILA CO - Dear Hydration Toner I was on accutane for 4 months in 2019, and I thought I found the cure for my acne. Unfortunately, I started breaking out again in February of 2020. My breakouts went back and forth, but either way they left me with more PIE (Post Inflammatory Erythema aka those RED/PINK marks leftover from acne) My skin was also insanely dry and painful!! Any face wash I used just burned and irritated my skin even more! I didn’t have a consistent skincare routine, so I turned to peachandlily.com to look for a Korean skincare routine that’s also cruelty free. I think I found my new go to routine! It’s pretty simple, but after only 2 weeks I am satisfied with the products so far. Of course they don’t create miracles, but I don’t have any current breakouts (which I’m surprised my skin didn’t purge), my skin is MUCH more hydrated, and I feel as though my PIE looks slightly lighter! I started with the Saturday Skin Rise + Shine Purifying Cleanser, then use the Banila Co Dear Hydration toner to help with my acne, follow it with the Aromatica Rose Absolute First Serum, and finish it off with the Mizon Snail Recovery Gel! The Saturday Skin cleanser surprisingly leaves my skin moisturized! The Banila Co toner has peppermint extract to help calm acne. The Aromatica serum has niacinamide which is supposed to help calm acne and fade both PIE and hyperpigmentation. The Snail Recovery Gel has snail mucin to help calm acne and also moisturize with anti-aging effects! Overall I’m very satisfied with this new routine, and I will update in a month to see how my skin is doing!

My biggest skincare goals right now are focused on texture and hydration. I find it can be challenging to find a routine that is balanced in exfoliants and hydrating/ calming products. I’ve tried to rush my skin into results and it never works, and while I wouldn’t consider this my “holy grail routine” it’s something that’s working for me right now to target specifically texture, without drying out my skin. Here’s what I’m using, and why I love it! 1st cleanse: EARTH HARBOR - Sunshine Dew Antioxidant Cleansing Oil a heavenly smelling, effective oil cleanser that gently removes any sunscreen, makeup, or gunk from the day. 2nd Cleanse: CLARISMA - Cool Ocean Breeze Daily Cleanser this cleanser has really been the driver in retexuring my skin, the fruit enzymes in this cleanser are gentle exfoliants that didn’t give the dead skin cells on my face a chance! It really brightened and purified my skin. Serum: #Intoxicated Cosmetics - Snail Venom Serum[products]#[FiveStars] I just did a results post of this serum, and was amazed and how effective this serum was! Check out the post, you gotta see it to believe it 😉 Eye Cream: FARMACY - Cheer Up Brightening Vitamin C Eye Cream with Acerola Cherry I like this eye cream, nice texture and good brightening results! I’ve enjoyed using this eye cream but will probably go back to BIOSSANCE - Squalane + Marine Algae Eye Cream when this pot is finished. Treatment: HERBIVORE - Bakuchiol Anti-Aging Serum I love this natural retinol alternative! I’ve been nervous to integrate a retinol into my routine so I’ve been happy to use this alternative as a placeholder. Great hydrating and plumping qualities! Moisturizer: SATURDAY SKIN - Waterfall Glacier Water Cream love the bouncy gel texture of this cream. I like that it’s a little bit cooling upon application, calms my skin and makes me feel ready to catch some zzZZzzZ’s. If my skins feeling really dry I’ll add 1-2 drops of HERBIVORE - Emerald CBD + Adaptogens Deep Moisture Glow Oil to my moisturizers, this oil is amazing for hydrating, calming and reducing redness! And of course lip care! I always slather on a nice coating of SUMMER FRIDAYS - Lip Butter Balm before bed, smells amazing and gives my lips a nice drink! Helps me wake up with soft, hydrated lips. I also have been rotating these three masks and using each once per week! LATHER - Honey Moisture Mask with Propolis Extract : For deep hydration, and soothing dermatitis flare ups. HERBIVORE - Blue Tansy Resurfacing Clarity Mask : For resurfacing. I only use this for 8-10mins at a time right now to ensure I’m not over exfoliating or over-drying my skin ORIGINS - Clear Improvement Active Charcoal Mask to Clear Pores : For pores, T-zone only!

Yay for bringing back mini brand reviews! 🥰 This is where I do a couple sentences on every product I’ve tried from a brand. If you have any questions or want an in depth review on a product comment below! GLOW RECIPE - Avocado Melt Retinol Eye Sleeping Mask - I love this! Creamy formula melts into the skin without being too heavy. Very hydrating but I would only use 2-3x a night. Good beginner retinol. GLOW RECIPE - Watermelon Glow Jelly Sheet Mask- They don’t make this anymore but I did like it! A hydrogel sheet mask that felt resfreshing on the skin. I didn’t see many benefits though. GLOW RECIPE - Watermelon + AHA Glow Sleeping Mask - The texture is not for everyone but I like it! It’s a little goopy but it does absorb into the skin once worked in. It smells like watermelon jolly ranchers. I would say oily skin only and only she 2-3x a week but I loved the mild exfoliation. GLOW RECIPE - Watermelon Glow Pink Juice Moisturizer - I love this for oily skin! Smells like the sleeping mask but not as strong. Adds a lot of hydration without feeling heavy or sticky. GLOW RECIPE - Limited Edition Lip Pop Duo - I feel like it’s overpriced for what it is but if you’re interested it’s a nice product. It has a waxy feel but it’s very lightweight and nourishing. Both smell AMAZING!! Has mild exfoliation that doesn’t stay long on the lips and a really pretty natural tint. GLOW RECIPE - Watermelon Glow Niacinamide Dew Drops - Again, over priced for what it is but I still like it. The serum feels amazing on the skin and gives all the benefits on niacinamide. Smells like watermelon but it’s a lot fainter than their other products. It doesn’t give a “glow” like they claim though. It’s more a “dolphin” skin effect that doesn’t last long. I would not use over make up though as it has your typical serum consistency.
