6 MONTH REVIEW WITH THE PINK PMS VITAMIN💗✨
PMS symptoms are the worse so obviously if I see an all natural way to curb the negative side affects I’m going to try it. Flo, the PMS gummy vitamin seemed to good to be true so I put it to the test. After 6 months on the vitamin, here are my thoughts. What is it? #Flo - PMS gummy vitamins[products]# Flo is a pink, plant based gummy vitamin that relieves symptoms associated with PMS— such as cramps, acne and mood swings. Key ingredients: - Chaste berry: alleviates hormonal acne and mood swings - Dong quai: alleviates cramps and bloating - Vitamin B6: alleviates mood swings and cravings - Lemon balm: alleviates cramps, digestion and stress Formulated with/out: - vegan - Gluten free - Non gmo Why did I buy it? I bought this mainly to help clear up my hormonal acne and help alleviate severe cramps. Extra benefits such as curbing cravings also appealed to me. How to use? Take 2 vitamins daily; I take mine in the morning And if I forgot I will take it later on. The website says the vitamin takes about 2 months to notice significant results but most of the reviews say to wait until 4 months. First impressions? First off, the gummies are very tasty (strawberry flavored) but a little too sweet. The first month, very few changes were made. I did notice my skin to clear up so that was a positive but my cramps felt worse than before. I’m not sure if it was just a placebo effect or it was actually working but I felt as if I was craving less snacks throughout the day. The results were not what I was hoping for so I decided to wait the 4+ months to really get an accurate review on the vitamin. Impressions after 4 months? Hormonal acne: within the first 2 months my skin did clear up from the normal monthly hormonal breakouts. However after the 4th month there was no significant improvement it just remained steady. Cramps: my cramps for the first 4 months were intense and felt more painful than before. After the 4 months, there was less cramping but they were still painful and not unnoticeable like the product advertised. Will I be continuing with the vitamin? After about 6-7 months on the PMS gummy vitamin, I am ending my prescription. I wanted better results and I just don’t see the point of taking the gummy if it is not delivering my desirable results. This might be good for those whose cramps aren’t as severe or looking mainly to clear up hormonal breakouts. Have you tried any PMS vitamins before? What are your thoughts? 💭

CarolArmstrongI actually thought about trying this as well. I have serious cramps along with hormonal acne that shows up during that time of the month. But i don’t know, might not work for me too.

Stripping down my skincare: organic healing
I want to use this platform to share my journey with you. I am a compulsive picker and plucker. It was a response to how emotionally scared my teen years left me. My skin erupted in cystic acne and I didn’t know how to heal myself. Instead I layered on heavy foundation (sooo cakey!) and responded with harsh chemicals that I didn’t fully understand. In addition to that, I PLUCKED my eyebrows so severely that I am still working to grow them back. When I would get anxious, I’d respond by picking at my skin and plucking my hair. This would only leave me feeling worse, when I’d see the outcome of those unhealthy behaviors. It’s been a long journey to undo the effects and habits of my past, but I’m happy to say that my current beauty routines are designed to celebrate myself, rather than punish myself! I know so many people tout caster oil, but let. me. tell. you! I saw results a month into using the oil on my brows. Before buying any over the top products filled with chemicals, try out natural oils and healthy beauty habits (like clean eating!) Over the next few weeks, I will be sharing what habits have worked best for my lifestyle change, and why going organic was one of the best decisions of my life pura d'or - Castor Oil Includes Bonus Brush Kit 100% Pure USDA Organic

please help w/ acne scars & ingrown facial hair!
I have INCREDIBLY sensitive skin. I do better not using a single face product on my skin than to use even a simple moisturizer. My skin my has been oily all my life. However, recently, my nose has been incredibly flakey. It also is jam packed up “white heads” that are hard to see on surface level, but very full! My cheeks are covered in DEEP acne scars. I can feel remaining muck under these scars, but, nothing. I have high testosterone levels, so I have a lot of facial hair. It isn’t much of a problem except for my chin; it’s covered in scars, ingrown hairs & new acne. It won’t stop, please help!!!!
