3 WAYS TO STYLE AN OVERSIZED CLAW CLIP✨
I used to always wear large claw clips when I was younger and have been loving them again recently. This clip, #Sunci - Large claw clip[products]# , I got from Target and it was the last one so they can be hard to find. However, they are relatively cheap in price as I only payed $3 for this one. It is not all brown. It has specks of gold and silver throughout the clip which compliments my hair tone nicely. I love the oversized clips because my hair is long and thick so it does a good job of securing my locks for an all-day stay. Here is how I have been styling this clip recently: 1. Half up/down: to create this style I left out some pieces in the front of my hair. I pulled back half of my hair and spun it into a “U” shape with the ends of my hair facing down. This created a little bun at the top of the clip. This look is super casual and can also be recreated with all of your hair in the clip. 2. Classic: when I see these clips this is the look I imagine. This is how I used to style my hair in elementary school and this is the look most people associate the clip with. Now that my hair is longer, more of it falls out of the top but I think it looks cute. It almost looks as if I got a haircut and have a short ponytail. If you have long hair like mine this is an easy way to switch up your look. To create I left out some front pieces of my hair. I swirled the hair into a low pony and clipped it up allowing the ends to overflow from the top. 3. All Up- This look works well if you want all of your hair out of your face. I took the hair into a mid pony and did the opposite of my second look. It is my least favorite out of the 3 but I like how it looks very professional from the front. These clips are good to use if you are trying to avoid hair products/styling tools on your hair. They require minimal effort and can be used on your natural hair, not requiring additional styling. Did/do you; used to wear these clips, always have, want to try, or not interested in the trend?💭⬇️ Song: Heaven Falls/Fall on Me by Surfaces #CheriePartner

GO TO CUTE HAIRSTYLE: THE LOW MESSY BUN!
So naturally I have very straight, silky smooth hair and I love a good messy look. Although everyone’s go to is throwing their hair up in a top messy bun, I swear it takes me much longer to create that then this look! 💁🏽♀️ I also feel like your hair stays a lot more secure the entire day with this look and can be dressed up from day to night, and all you need are 2 hair ties! 😊 I would go for stretchy, good hold hair ties and preferably the same colour as your hair👍🏽 STEPS I love a middle part for this look so start by determining your part. And then I gather all my hair to the back like I’m about to make a pony tail! After this, my other hand with the hair tie comes in and starts creating a very simple, messy, quick bun (thus really doesn’t need to be perfect) I then grab another hair tie just for the added security. Again since my hair is super silky, it tends to fall out but with the extra hair tie, I like to fix up any lose ends as well Once that’s done, I play around with the bun, tuck in any long piece of hair till I’m happy and that’s it! **Pro tip: throw on some hops and you can even pull out a few strands around your face to elevate the look for night time! 💕
Easy and quick buns for lazy days with the wrap-up
My hair is incredibly easy to deal with most of the times. But in summer, things get really bad. Well, the same happens if I go to the gym (hence me trying to avoid it most days!) And it’s all because I tend to sweat. Like a lot. Just imagine sweat pouring down like in the movies. That’s me! Luckily, it doesn’t smell. Unfortunately, my hair tends to look terrible after 5 minutes of walking in the heat or after an hour at the gym. And it starts smelling too. And this you can’t sort out with dry shampoo, trust me, I’ve tried. The only thing I can do is to wash it each and every time. But if you have long hair like I do, the dry blowing and styling takes forever. It’s like a part time job that I hate. So, I had to come up with solutions to look great even if I don’t have the time, the energy or just not in the mood to do my hair. After lots of testing and research, I discovered that it’s a casual bun that I can wear to work and everywhere else, and it doesn’t even matter if I wear a sporty, casual or smart outfit because it looks good with everything. At first I was using hair ties, then hair pins to secure the bun, but lately I’ve got very good with the wrap-up bun tool (my daughter was using it for her ballet lessons, so it was always there, just in front of me!). So, what I do now is wash my hair when I shower and let it dry naturally or use the dry blower. To make sure the hair doesn’t get frizzy, I apply a few drops of Nashi Argan Oil on the damp hair. The hair treatment helps with untangling the hair, which is really great! And in the morning, when I want to leave the house, I just wrap the hair in a bun and I’m done in like under 2 minutes. It’s like the perfect solution for me and I tend to do it more and more often (even when I’d have the time to do something with my hair!)
french braid DUPE if you cant french braid!☀️
Hello everyone! today i am showing you how to do a two stranded french braid that emulates a real french braid! its really simple and easy, and it also can curl your hair if you leave it over night! 🌙 my hair is very thick, long, and fine, so its very hard to braid. i have a lot of hair and it’s hard to seperate and braid through all of it. i just learned how to french braid like a few weeks ago, but this is what i used to do before! all you need for this look is a hair brush, a hair mist to dampen your hair (i use the ARGAN MAGIC - 10 in 1 Treatment Leave in Spray ), and some hair bands to tie it off! here are some tips: make sure it’s very tightly twisted, or it may fall out! make sure to try to braid horizontally and away from your face for the best result if you have thin hair, you can pull it a little when its all tied up to make it look thicker! lemme know what you think below!💗☺️

MY FAVE HAIR ACCESSORIES!!
I’ve had some of these since I was literally learning to walk, and believe it or not that was about 22 years ago!! I LOVE hair accessories and am sooooo happy they’ve fully come back in style! Makes it WAY easier to shop for them! What are your favorites?? 🌈🧚🏻♀️✨💗
Easy everyday look
This is my super easy go-to hairstyle when I want to look cute and sophisticated. Its great for summer too since it keeps hair from the back of my neck and from my face. This is also great for say 3 hair where my hairs getting a bit too shiny- it gives it that sleek look and makes the shine look intentional 🙊 The only product I used here was a gel inside what looks like a mascara tube, with a mascara-like comb. It tucks away flyaways better than any hairspray can! I honestly dont know where its from or the brand- my baby sister had an extra one and I stole it 😈
Cute everyday hair twists 💕
I’m back at it again with another hair post 💕 Styling my hair has never been something I was good at. Ever. I always just kind of wrote it cute hair off as something I’ll never have. I went to YouTube to get some inspiration and I found a video Chloe Brown on easy hairstyles for short hair and I decided to give it a try. I started off with straightening my hair which I didn’t show. I do have really thick, wavy hair but I tend to straighten it most days. I used my IGK - Good Behavior Spirulina Protein Anti-Frizz Smoothing Spray (which hands down is the best heat protectant I’ve used. It smells amazing, cuts down frizz, makes my hair super soft, and protects it while I heat style it. Plus the aerosol is really easy to use). From there I parted my hair down the middle because I knew I wanted four twists. I insert a clip of me doing the last twist. It’s super simple! All you do is take some hair from the very front of your head and start twisting as you make your way back. I tried to grab little pieces of my hair as I made my way to the back of my head. I choose to keep my twists going in the same direction but you could even alternate the direction you twist to add a little bit of flare of the style. I ended it with cute green butterfly clips that matched my hair! I’m really happy with how this turned out and it took less than five minutes.
