Girl you need Hyaluronic Acid in your life
I’m sure you’ve been hearing about it everywhere and here’s why‼️
Your skin naturally produces hyaluronic acid to help skin stay moisturized but as you get older you produce less. You can apply it topically to compensate for this and keep skin hydrated! More hydration means less wrinkles.
Works for any skin type woo hoo!
Acts as a shield against environment stressors like air pollution
You can use it every day, even twice a day to keep skin hydrated and looking good! Why I love The Ordinary - Hyaluronic Acid 2% + B5
The price point! At $7 its super affordable
No alcohol, parabens, silicones, sulfates, or oil
Hyaluronic acid paired with B5 helps support skin hydration
Works great under your moisturizer and makeup/ can be used both morning and night
Really has helped me get rid of dry patches that plagued my skin and also has helped my overall skin appearance.*Tip: apply to damp skin so that the product doesn’t feel sticky on your skin!

Winter Anti-Aging Night Routine
My Retinol Regimen - A step-by-step guide (Every 2 nights) ✅ I wait about 30s between applying each layer to allow each product to soak into my skin. 🗓 Regimen adopted since July 2020 🌟 Plump, glowing complexion. Reduced dark spots & fine lines (I am in my late 20s). Brighter & smoother skin. ‼️ Critical to apply SPF in the morning if you apply retinol at night The Ordinary - Hyaluronic Acid 2% + B5 Step 1 (after cleanser 🥰✨) An awesome face serum that partners well with retinol (step 2). I do this to avoid skin irritation - just to be on the safe side (‼️retinol may produce unwanted side effects) $ creamy texture - refresh & cushion my skin well with extra hydration (best applied into damp skin - bing bing) quickly absorbed into my skin (3 pea-sized drops 💦) I use this around my 👀- no problem so far for me LA ROCHE-POSAY - Retinol Face Serum with Vitamin B3 Step 2 $$$( compared to The Ordinary hyaluronic acid serum) creamy texture brightened my dull skin within 4 weeks of consistent use - Be patient! minimised breakouts regulated my oily T-zone ‼️ don’t apply this around your 👀( It can cause redness & flakiness ) - I learnt from my mistakes😥For crow feet, wait until step 3-4, when retinol serum is diluted with the moisturiser, then gently pat your ring fingers around your 👀 LA ROCHE-POSAY - Toleriane Ultra Night Cream for Sensitive Skin Step 3 $$ specifically chosen for this regimen since this cream is designed for sensitive skin, especially with retinol treatment - skin may get ...red (don’t be alarmed, it’s just retinol mechanisms - it trains your skin cells to turnover at a faster rate) light-fluid texture lock in much-needed hydration LA ROCHE-POSAY - Cicaplast Baume B5 Repairing Balm SPF 50 Step 4 $ rich, nourishing but non-greasy texture - quickly absorbed into skin soothing balm - provides an optimal skin barrier recovery I use this during the very cold winter months in 🇦🇺 (I skip this step some nights) I use this on my 👄 too And 😴 💤 until the next day
An absolute MUST for me!
Hyaluronic Acid is an absolute must have skincare ingredient for me. How about you? What is Hyaluronic Acid? Hyaluronic acid, also known as hyaluronan, is a clear, gooey substance that is naturally produced by your body. It is a sugar found naturally in our skin that holds water and helps keep it hydrated and plump. Just like collagen and elastin, the amount of naturally-occurring hyaluronic acid in our bodies decreases as we get older. BENEFITS- Reduce dry skin Reduce the appearance of wrinkles by instantly plumping the skin Reduce redness & dermatitis Can help heal wounds Skin appears more dewy and younger by improving skins elasticity Shields against free radicals Hyaluronic acid plays well with most other ingredients and can be paired with peels, retinols, vitamins, and other acids. There are some thoughts out there that pairing it with a glycolic acid can degrade the HA and make it ineffective. I personally haven’t noticed a difference. Picking the right hyaluronic acid product is tricky. The molecule is often times too large to effectively deliver hydration deep into skin layers. That’s why I like this one by Medik8 Medik8 - HYDR8 B5 Liquid Rehydration Serum contains multiple sizes of hyaluronic acid. The smaller sizes are able to penetrate deep into the skin and draw hydration up from the lower layers. Larger sizes are too big to get into the skin’s network, but sit on top of the complexion acting as a hydration reservoir to continuously feed the upper layers of the skin with water. Vitamin B5 boosts the moisture-retention of the serum and also supports the regenerative cycle of skin cells. My thoughts: I use only 3-4 drops and can feel on my face exactly where the product has touched and has not. It just gives me such a silky, smooth and instantly hydrated face. The fine lines I have on my forehead immediately fade away! I always apply to a damp face either from water or an essence or mist. It can have the reverse effects if you add it to a dry face. It can safely be used every day by everyone. I use this after cleansing, toning. Then let it sink in before applying my next serums. I try to give you all the highlights of a product and know this can be a lot to read. But for newcomers who might not know what a certain ingredient/product may be, I want to try to save them time and energy by sharing what I’ve researched. I hope you find this as well as my other in-depth reviews to be helpful. Much ❤️ my @cheriefamily 🍒 #CherieCreator

89 mineral serum worth it for price?✨
VICHY - Minéral 89 Face Serum with Hyaluronic Acid Hyaluronic acid is one the most important acids for thirsty skin. Hyaluronic acid hydrates the skin and keeps the moisture beneath the surface of the skin. The Vichy mineral 89 serum offers to hydrate and plump the skin. The consistency of the product is a gel type formula that does not feel heavy or uncomfortable. It soaks straight into the skin leaving your skin shiny. ——————————————— My experience At first, I really enjoyed using this product, it wasn’t too heavy and had a great cooling feeling to the face. The serum itself delivered. However, a 50 mL bottle is about $40 which seems quite outrageous for such a simple product/formula. In addition to that, there are other hyaluronic products that deliver just as much or more that are extremely affordable ($5-$15), causing the Vichy serum to sound less appealing. ——————————————— Recommend 40% I would recommend this product to those who don’t have a budget. The amount of product you get when compared to the price does not seem to make sense. Despite the fact however, the product does deliver, it does hydrate, and it keeps the skin looking healthy.

Empty — my HG hydrating serum
CAUDALIE - Vinosource SOS Deep Hydration Serum PRODUCT This serum from Caudalie is intended to be a lightweight, hydrating serum that is infused with grape water (my absolute favorite ingredient from Caudalie), hyaluronic acid (another hydration savior), and olive squalene (a plant-based alternative to a naturally occurring humectant in our skin). The purpose of this serum is to help dry, dull, or irritated skin by providing moisture. The consistency is like a thinned out moisturizer, which is typical of a mike serum (see second image). OPINION I tried this product during a facial at Sephora over 8 years ago and I have been hooked ever since. I believe that this is my 7th bottle, and I have no plans to stop using this, ever. When I had a simpler routine, this was the only product I used for hydration. However, my routine (and skin) has gotten more complex, so this is currently one step in my hydration routine, but still the most critical to me. It is $49 for the 1 oz serum, which is on the pricier side, but I obviously think it is well worth it. You can also often find it on sale at a variety of online skincare retailers. I have recommended this product to many people and have received overwhelmingly positive responses from everyone. I highly recommend this and give it a rating of 5/5 stars! *Information about ingredients adapted from brand description.

H y d r a t i o n My had been super dehydrated recently, I'd mist, apply HA serum, apply moisturiser, then another moisturiser and then lock in with an oil and my face would still feel tight and thirsty. I was reccomend The Ordinary Natural Moisturizing Factors + HA. This is an actual god send for me! First application and my felt hydrated, soft and plump. Yay! I was expecting it to be greasy and not absorb but boy was I wrong. It has a creamy texture, absorbs very fast, immediately hydrates and has no scent. It contains 11 amino acids, phospholipids, alpha/beta/gamma fatty acids, triglycerides, sterols and sterol esters, glycerin, ceramide precursors, urea, saccharides, sodium PCA and hyaluronic acid, which are all naturally present in our . These elements keep the outer layer of our protected and hydrated. My barrier was damaged by a crappy job at dermaplaning and it seriously compromised my 's levels, I could not find a moisturiser in my stash that was up to the job. I cannot praise this product enough as a week in, my feels almost back to normal, my face is hydrated, I can smile without my face feeling like its going to crack. This little gem set me back a whole £4.90 for 30ml, I'll be going back and purchasing the 100ml for £6.80 next, it's such amazing value for money.

Try hyaluronic acid this way.. You will love it
The Ordinary - Hyaluronic Acid 2% + B5 Guys... I won't say that this is the best hyaluronic acid product I have used, Being a budget friendly Ordinary hyaluronic acid 2% B5 does the job. I first gave it a try without understanding the basics of hyaluronic acid. I was completely unaware that it draws the moisture out of your skin and it may cause dryness. So therefore the best way to try it guys use it on a damp skin- Applying hyaluronic acid on a hydrated skin will not cause drying. Exfoliate- get rid of those dead skin cells guys. Water soluble moisturizer - Use this hylauronic acid as a serum and top of up with a water soluble moisturiser therefore it will lock the hydration and will not pull out moisture out of your skin.
The Ordinary-Hyaluronic Acid 2% + B5
I purchased the THE inkey LIST - Hyaluronic Acid Hydrating Serum from Sephora during the last sale and I’ve been loving it. The inkey list is the latest affordable brand to hit Sephora and it’s definitely been successful. The HA serum is one of the most popular in the range and is super affordable. The only issue with this brands products is the shelf life is only 6 months. This product works well to layer with other serums from this brand. I especially like this serum mixed with the collagen serum. This product has a very thin clear consistency like most HA serums. This serum adds tons of moisture into your skin targeting dryness and fine lines. It penetrates beneath the skin surface. This is a great product to add to any routine both morning and night. 2% Hyaluronic Acid with Matrixyl 3000 🌟 cruelty free 🌟 clean at Sephora 🌟 affordable skincare 🌟 all skin types
