glowing skin makeup
Thank God Glossier has popularized the natural, “skincare first makeup second” look, because I LOVE it. It’s easy, it’s quick, and I love wearing less face makeup now that my acne is healing (fingers crossed, I hope I’ve found a long-term solution). Anyway, this is my go-to everyday makeup look! It’s enough to make me look put together on zoom meetings and for the occasional trip to the grocery store. I gravitate toward cream products because they make my skin look lit from within, and they can all be applied with my fingers.
Most days I use Dr. Jart+ - Cicapair Tiger Grass Color Correcting Treatment SPF 30
I cover any pimples or dark marks with Kosas - Revealer Super Creamy + Brightening Concealer
I love using a cream blush like the Kosas - Color & Light: Cream Blush & Highlighter Duo
I love theMilk MAKEUP - Blur + Set Matte Loose Setting Powder
The BECCA - Skin Love Glow Glaze Stick
Glowing skin products
Setting powders for dewy finish look
Dewy makeup products
BB & CC Cream

CadamsAwesome post! Find a good primer to go under all that and it will really smooth it out. U can use a mineral spf moisturizer. A setting spray might help your mascara last longer.

hello everyone! today i am sharing with you a cool, unique look to stand out💖 this look is a cool-toned, brown and green combination that is perfect for a cool fall/winter look!❄️🍂 lemme know what you think in the comments below and dont forget to follow and cheer!🥰❤️ face👱🏽♀️: COVERGIRL - TruBlend Face Primer i used the mattifying version of this COLOURPOP - Pretty Fresh Hyaluronic Hydrating Foundation i used the shaade 25 W for warm, pale skin. this foundation is great because they make some really pale shades! e.l.f. - 16HR Camo Concealer in light peach Milk MAKEUP - Blur + Set Matte Loose Setting Powder this doesnt keep oil away for too long, but it does mattify intially and blurs well NARS - NARS Blush i used the shade “super orgasm”. this blush is better for someone who prefers very little color in their blush. COLOURPOP - COLOURPOP X Mulan Eyeshadow Palette i used the cool brown shade “imperial” as a contour on my forehead and cheekbones ANASTASIA Beverly Hills - Moonchild Glow Kit i used the shade “lucky” which is a silver-green highlight. i put it on my cheeks and my inner corners eyes👁: URBAN DECAY - Original Eyeshadow Primer Potion this is the best eye primer ever!!😊 COLOURPOP - COLOURPOP X Mulan Eyeshadow Palette i used the cool brown shade “imperial” to shade above the crease, and the dark brown shade “true” to deepen it even more. i then used a COLOURPOP - Colourpop Super Shock Shadow called “empire” all over my lid. for eye liner, i put COLOURPOP - Crème Gel Liner called ice breaker in the water line to add a mint green effect. then, i used COLOURPOP - BFF Liquid Liner on the outside of my eyes and my inner corner to make my eyes look huge👁 i finished with my all time favorite L'ORÉAL - Voluminous Original Mascara 😊 #CheriePartner

This is worth the hype
Yesterday I tried the Dr. Jart+ - Cicapair Tiger Grass Color Correcting Treatment SPF 30 and as you can see my skin is literally glowing! I applied it after my AM routine, and the results make me love it and it’s a staple in my routine when I’m going out (ofc the only part I’ll show is my forehead due the mask) but the glow is real 💖
Why I purchase gift sets
When looking to purchase more product or even give a new product a try, I always look at sets/kits first. Usually, you can find an offer that is the same as you were planning to spend and typically you’ll get some free minis or another full price product to try. I choose these two examples as they were two I recently picked up. I’ve been a longtime user of the CAUDALIE - Vinoperfect Radiance Serum The Brightening Solution and the serum alone costs $79 for 1 oz When you purchase the CAUDALIE - Vinoperfect Instant Brightening Cults Set you receive the same full-size serum PLUS 2 more products to try. For me, it’s a no-brainer. I’ve always purchased the serum in the set for this very reason ⭐️ My daughter really likes the Dr. Jart+ - Cicapair Tiger Grass Color Correcting Treatment SPF 30 $52 for 1.7 oz / and during the Sephora sale they were out of stock. So I searched for a kit and came across Dr. Jart+ - Cicapair Soothing Hydration Set that had the full-size product she wanted PLUS 3 more products for her to try for only an additional $5 TOTAL = $57 So again for me, it was an easy choice. I also scored a great deal with the Black Friday sales and purchased Farmacy’s Ultimate Best Sellers Kit (no longer available) as I needed more Honeymoon Glow and Cheer Up. • The kit included Honeymoon Glow, Cheer Up, Daily Greens, & Green Clean. • The entire kit, with discounts, ended up $84. • If purchased alone, the Honeymoon Glow & Cheer Up would have cost, with discount, $72 • This by far was my biggest savings!!! ⭐️ Don’t be afraid to shop kits! Especially during sales! Those are when you can score some of the best deals! And if you have a product in the kit you know you won’t use, you can always gift it to a friend. ❤️🍒

A full face in just 10 minutes!
Happy Friday, cherie fam! I don’t know about you, but my friday makeup tends to be especially quick and easy. Anyone who has a zoom call with me on fridays can deal with it ¯\_(ツ)_/¯) I wanted to share the makeup I put on this morning in just under ten minutes! The finished look is casual, put together, and glowy, and my real skin is still visible under the light makeup. Basic info about my skin: I’m oily and acne prone, and my main concerns right now are dark circles and hyperpigmentation from acne. I also have sparse brows and I like to fill them in—if I do nothing else, I’ll do my brows because I feel naked without them 😂 Here’s a step by step, including all the products I used: First, I apply a few drops of the Kosas - Tinted Face Oil Foundation all over my face, blending it into my hairline and neckline. I’ve reviewed this before, so I won’t go into detail here, but I love it! I just spread it and pat it in with my fingers—no beauty blender/brush needed. Next, I use the Kosas - Revealer Super Creamy + Brightening Concealer under my eyes and on any blemishes. Scroll back a few posts for my thoughts on this concealer and why it’s worth repurchasing! Third, I apply the cream blush from the Kosas - Color & Light: Cream Blush & Highlighter Duo on the apples of my cheeks. I usually use a brush, but I can use my fingers in a pinch. I have the color Helios and it’s such a beautiful deep orange shade. The formula itself is very creamy and nourishing—it really feels like skincare AND makeup. I set everything with a light dusting of the Milk MAKEUP - Blur + Set Matte Loose Setting Powder . I love this powder, and it’s lasting me FOREVER even with daily use, but I desperately want them to improve the packaging 😩 The mesh makes it difficult to get the product out at times. I do my brows with a few quick swipes of the Milk MAKEUP - KUSH Fiber Brow Gel , my holy grail brow gel. This is the only product on my brows and LOOK how it fills them in! I do a quick coat of the bareMinerals - Lashtopia Mega Volume Mineral-Based Mascara to add length and volume to my lashes. This mascara last alllll day without flaking at all on me. Last, I swipe on some nooni - Appleberry Lip Oil , and I’m done! I LOVE this tinted oil—it feels very hydrating without being sticky, and it’s an incredible bargain compared to other tinted lip oils out there (I got it for $12 on amazon). It has a pink tint and a subtle berry flavor. And that’s it! All of these products are so simple to use, making them perfect for a quick and easy makeup look. #CheriePartner

Happy Thanksgiving, my lovelies! 🍁
Plum/pink vibes on this beautiful Thanksgiving day! Since my in-laws are still out and about, and I have to be in quarantine because of my chronic illness, I have my trusty cat face mask to keep me safe. That doesn’t mean I have to skimp on the eye looks 👀 Quick eye breakdown: “Forehead Kisses” all over the lid. Then I added “Messy Hair” in the crease and outer corner and blended it out a ton. Then I used a wet smudging brush and used both “Messy Hair” and “Yawning” as a thick, smoky liner. I added that to the bottom lashline as well. Finally, I threw a little bit of the Balm cosmetics - Will Powder Blush Quad on the brow bone and in my inner corners. This is one of my favorites so far 😍 Stay healthy and happy, my beauties! XOXO, Kam
Makeup of the Day 💕
Hey, just because I’m still under quarantine doesn’t mean I can’t play around with some of my favorite products. Let’s talk about what I have on: For my base, I used the usual bareMinerals - Complexion Rescue Tinted Moisturizer Broad Spectrum SPF 30 which is tried and true. I luckily don’t need much coverage, and this gives me the perfect dewy look without looking caked on. bareMinerals - BARESKIN Complete Coverage Serum Concealer is still my favorite concealer right now. It provides great coverage without drying me out or settling into my fine lines. I skipped brow powder today and just used Milk MAKEUP - KUSH Fiber Brow Gel which I am OBSESSED with. I’m going to do a more in-depth review of this in the near future, but this product reminds me of Benefit’s Gimme Brow. It gives the brows a really nice tint to fill out those sparse spots and really holds everything in place all day long. I have thick, long brow hairs, so it’s perfect for me. If you’re on the fence about it, hop off and get it already! Onto the eyes! Today, I played with one of my favorite eyeshadow palettes, the CLINIQUE - All About Eyeshadow Palette . I absolutely love this neutral palette because it has a great range of colors, and they are easy to blend and build up. I used one of the darker shades as a smoky liner. It also comes with a really nice double-ended shadow brush and mirror, so it’s perfect for travel. I’m still using and loving the Milk MAKEUP - Kush Waterproof Mascara . That length and volume are fantastic. The brush is classic in its design, and the bristles are soft, so it’s very easy to apply and work with, especially in the corners and on the bottom lashes. On the cheeks, we’ve got the trèStiQue - Blush Stick in “Moroccan Rose” and trèStiQue - Highlight & Perfect Multipurpose Stick in “Maldives Luminescent.” The blush is a cream crayon, and I’d call the color a matte coral pink. A little goes a long way, and it’s buildable which is great. I like using my fingers to apply it. The highlight is also a cream crayon, and the color is a champagne tone which works with most skin tones. It’s gorgeous, and it makes it look like you’re glowing from within as opposed to just having glitter on your cheeks. Loving it so far! Finally, I finished this look off with bareMinerals - Moxie Plumping Lip Gloss in the shade “Daredevil” which is a plummy pink tone. It has a bit of a sparkle to it, and it also has that slight plumping peppermint tingle; it’s not overpowering which is just how I like it. Overall, I am digging this look, even if you and my husband are the only ones who are seeing it. Happy almost Thanksgiving! 💕

Achieving The “Airbrushed” Look 🤎
Start with making sure your face is prepped and clean and moisturized! I start with Simple - Water Boost Micellar Cleansing Water Then I use The Ordinary - Hyaluronic Acid 2% + B5 make sure your face is damp when applying so it’ll retain the moisture! This is important Then I seal it in with The Ordinary - 100% Plant-Derived Hemi-Squalane Make sure to wait 30 seconds to let these products seal in. Makeup: For foundation COLOURPOP - Pretty Fresh Hyaluronic Hydrating Foundation Now before I blend it in I spray my setting spray and let it dry a little before.. this will make it looked airbrushed!!! It’s important trust me. Then I use my REAL TECHNIQUES - Miracle Complexion Sponge For concealer I use the e.l.f. - Hydrating Camo Concealer I use the #Maybelline - Fit Me Loose Powder[products]#[FiveStars] and this stuff is great especially if you’re taking pictures or using a ring light! I use a dark concealer for my contour e.l.f. - Hydrating Camo Concealer And the wet n wild - Color Icon Bronzer Square I love this stuff it blends so well!! Then I use MILANI - MILANI Baked Blush in luminoso it’s the best For highlighter I use wet n wild - MegaGlo Highlighting Powder in precious petals this applies so good I use the Milk MAKEUP - KUSH High Volume Mascara After I spray my NYX - Matte Finish Makeup Setting Spray and use my beauty blender to make sure everything sets properly! For my lips I use NYX - Suede Matte Lip Liner in Brown And NYX - Butter Gloss in Praline Then layer a coat of NYX - Soft Matte Metallic Lip Cream in Cairo Let me know any suggestions in the comments of your fave products! 🤎

Reflecting on 2020
2020 is coming to a close. I think we are all very hopeful for a better 2021. 2020 has been challenging year. But, as hard as it has been for me having a newborn & a toddler at home during two lockdowns now (Ontario is officially locked down today again), it has also given me LOTS of time with my kids, a HUGE appreciation for stay at home moms, and appreciating all the things I took for granted like seeing friends & family at Christmas. Here’s my @cherie2020 Top 5 1. Product My favourite has been SUNDAY RILEY - Good Genes Glycolic Acid Treatment I received it in a sample bag from Sephora and was blown away by the results. It’s a 7 % lactic acid treatment in a milky serum consistency. It also contains licorice root extract. You really can notice it smooth & brighten your skin in 3 minutes! I haven’t bought the full size yet. It retails for $112 CAD for 1oz. But when my sample runs out I think this one is worth the money! (The sample is .25oz and I’ve been using it once a week for about 6 weeks and I might have one use left) 2. Trend Does Vitamin C count as a trend? I only started my skincare journey 6 months ago. I didn’t really know anything about skincare ingredients. Now I’ve bought two Vitamin C serums, an eye cream, and face wash! Vitamin C is powerful antioxidant that helps give you brighter, tighter, and overall more radiant looking skin. I definitely have noticed a difference since starting use to Vitamin C serums! VERSED - STROKE OF BRILLIANCE Brightening Serum SUNDAY RILEY - C.E.O. Rapid Flash Brightening Serum(haven’t started using) OLE HENRIKSEN - Banana Bright Eye Crème OLE HENRIKSEN - Truth Juice Daily Cleanser 3. Best Look My best book would have to be my everyday 5 minute natural make-up look (see earlier post). Before I started my skincare journey in the summer, I was maybe washing my face in the shower and putting on lotion. Definitely no make-up. I looked tired and dull. Now I take care of my skin, so even without make-up I look brighter and I also take 5 minutes to put on a little make-up, even if it is just to walk the kids to the park and it makes me feel a lot better about my appearance. CLINIQUE - Moisture Surge Sheertint Hydrator Broad Spectrum SPF 25 SEPHORA COLLECTION - Bright Future Gel Serum Concealer Milk MAKEUP - Lip + Cheek CLINIQUE - High Impact Lash Elevating Mascara CLINIQUE - Just Browsing Brush-on Styling Mousse 4. Favourite Creator on Cherie I might be biased because I won a great giveaway from her, but I really love following @JadesJourney I really enjoy her intersection between skincare and wellness. Check her out! 5. Something I learned The biggest thing I learned this year is not only can I find the time everyday to take care of my skin but that I look forward to it! Happy New Year!

Kosas - Revealer Super Creamy + Brightening Concealer This product came out earlier last year. I love concealers because I have dark circles and I’m always looking for a good one. This became a staple product in my collection after trying it. Just a couple days ago Kosas released new shades to their line so hopefully it works for more people now. This is a description based on the Kosas website: Turn on your best skin. A medium coverage, super creamy concealer, eye cream, and spot treatment in one that visibly brightens and helps reveal better skin over time. Sooo what are my thoughts? This product is on my top three favorites for a concealer. If I’m going for a natural makeup look I ALWAYS grab this one. It’s extremely creamy and looks beautiful on the skin. After applying it under my eyes I can instantly see the skin care benefits. It sounds weird, but it’s true. This concealer is medium coverage, but if I want added coverage I just use an eye corrector beforehand. It also lasts all day if I set it with powder. Cons? This product runs VERY yellow. Even for me, it’s a little too yellow sometimes. If I want to neutralize this shade I mix it with another concealer. It will crease. Because this product is so creamy, it will crease under your eyes if you don’t set it. What are your thoughts on this product?
Ilia & Kosas on Sensitive Eyes- hit or miss?
I have very sensitive eyes, and just about every makeup brand (including natural/organic) I’ve tried irritates them; they get watery, sting, and within 20 minutes I have to run to the sink to get it off. I got to the point where I just didn’t want to bother trying anymore. Lately however, I’ve started looking again for that HG product that my eyes wouldn’t hate; I’m tired of looking at eyes that look permanently tired (hereditary dark circles). I did a bunch of snooping online, and after staring at Ilia products and Kosas for awhile, and reading reviews, I decided to spend the $$, so here’s my thoughts! I swatchedILIA - True Skin Serum Concealer and Kosas - Revealer Super Creamy + Brightening Concealer, and ended up giving Ilia’s a try. I picked up their lightest shade, in Arrowroot. My skin leans combination and I wanted something that felt barely there. Kosas concealer is just what it advertises, it’s very creamy and has a very heavy consistency. Their lightest shade also was too dark on me, so I went with Ilia. The concealer itself really does blend seamlessly into my skin, it has sort of this barely-there scent that I can detect if I sniff the bottle, but it isn’t something I’d ding it for. It kind of just smells like a yummy skincare product tbh. It has a super light consistency, if makeup could be serum-ish, I guess this would be it? It’s very light, and it doesn’t feel like I’m wearing anything which is exactly what I hoped for. The verdict? Hit! No stinging, no itchiness, no irritation. I was super pleased, and it held up all through the day without primer. No creasing really either, which I was impressed with. All in all I will 100% continue to use this, and I’d really like to try some of their other products! The price is a bit hefty, at $30.00 if you’re looking for more affordable products. But in this case I feel like I’m getting what I paid for, especially for a product that not only doesn’t piss off my eyes, but works beautifully. As for Kosas - The Big Clean Volumizing + Lash Care Mascara , I’m kind of sad. Here’s why: It didn’t clump, and it did just what it says. My lashes were voluminous, but also looked very natural. And, most importantly, my eyes didn’t hate it. It felt fine, and all day I forgot I was wearing it. The one gripe I have with it though, is that within the first hour it began rubbing off underneath my eyes, which really sucks because I love everything else about this mascara. It proceeded to do so on and off throughout the day, and honestly it’s like most of it faded off. Due to that, l probably won’t continue to use it. I wanted this to be my HG, but it was kind of a miss due to the way the formula rubbed off and faded. I’m glad I got the mini to trial it instead of the regular size, which retails for $28.

Makeup for oily, acne-prone skin
Like a lot of people, my skin type is oily and acne-prone. This can make makeup difficult: in the past, I’ve used makeup that clogged my pores and made my acne worse, or makeup that reacted with the oil on my face and made my makeup look cakey. I also really like a dewy, glowy makeup look, which can be difficult when a lot of makeup for oily skin tries to suck the oil up to make skin look matte. Over time, I’ve been able to nail down a makeup look that works great for my skin type. First, make sure to use a good primer to keep makeup in place. I like FIRST AID BEAUTY - Hello FAB Pores Be Gone Matte Primer , which works great and doesn’t pill under makeup. Next, use a base product. As strange as it seems, I love the Kosas - Tinted Face Oil Foundation for my oily skin—it actually has kaolin clay in it to keep it from looking oily, so the finish I end up with is semi-matte. It’s perfect! I apply it with my fingers and it blends easily. Use a concealer if needed to cover and blemishes and/or undereyes. I love the Kosas - Revealer Super Creamy + Brightening Concealer because it has ingredients like arnica and peptides to visibly improve skin—it’s makeup and skincare rolled into one, and my oily/acne-prone skin loves it! Use a blush with beneficial ingredients for skin. I love the alleyoop - Stack the odds multi-use face palette because the cream products have jojoba and sunflower oils. Since I just apply the blush on the apples of my cheeks, it gives me a glow right where I want it, without making me look oily all over. I also use a cream highlight on my cheekbones: the one in the alleyoop palette is great, as is the BECCA - Skin Love Glow Glaze Stick . They both have skin nourishing ingredients that help keep my skin from being too dried out by acne products—because makeup doesn’t look good clinging to dry patches. Make sure to use a good powder to set foundation in your T-zone. I love the Milk MAKEUP - Blur + Set Matte Loose Setting Powder because it never looks cakey, even when I reapply—I took a star off for the packaging though, which can be inconvenient. A few more tips: I avoid cream products with coconut oil because they make me break out, and I wash my makeup brushes at least once a week because dirty brushes can spread bacteria and make acne worse. If anyone else has tips for this skin type, please let me know in the comments! #CheriePartner
The highlighter I just repurchased
Happy weekend, everyone! I wanted to share a review on the highlighter that I just repurchased, the BECCA - Skin Love Glow Glaze Stick . Becca claims this gives you a “post-facial glow,” and it contains nourishing ingredients like cold-pressed avocado oil, melon extract, and bitter ginger, giving a “glass-like, ethereal glow” As you may be able to tell since I repurchased it, I think it lives up to all these claims. First of all, I want to note that this comes in one shade. It’s pretty translucent from what I can tell, but I also have very fair skin so it may just appear translucent on me. I’d love to hear from others with deeper skin tones on if this product worked for them! It’s very important to me to support inclusive brands. I tend to prefer subtle everyday makeup that makes me look dewy and glowy. I focus a lot on my skin, using a lot of cream products to achieve that look, and this gives me exactly what I’m going for. The first time I used it I just swiped the stick directly onto my skin, but that smudged my foundation. So now I just rub my finger directly on the stick and then tap the product onto my cheekbones and brow bones. It gives me a glow like I just went jogging or did yoga. It doesn’t have a noticeable scent, and it’s definitely not glittery or shimmery. Just.... glowy. This really feels like skincare and makeup in one, which is my personal sweet spot 👌 I use this almost every single day, and the first stick lasted me about 8 months! So at $28, I would say this is definitely worth the price. #CheriePartner

So I did it! I splurged for the Super Serum Skin Tint with 40 SPF and I love it☺️ MY first post was about over-coming a few types of acne. Therefore, underneath all of this makeup is some acne scars and a few pimples. This can help estimate how good the makeup actually works! 🌞 Products used: 5/5 for all! • Ilia Super Serum Skin Tint in Diaz • Ilia True Skin Serum Foundation in Texel • Ilia True Skin Serum Concealer in Yucca • Ilia Multi-Stick in Lady Bird • Ilia Illuminator in Polka Dots & Moonbeams • Ilia Limitless Lash Mascara • Ilia Essential Brow Gel in Brown • Clinique Pop Matte in Blushing pop And a TOUCH of • Ilia Clean Liquid Liner I’ve been using the True Skin Foundation since June ‘19 and I’ve tried SEVERAL foundations but I keep coming back to this one that makes you look ever so dewy! ☝🏼 p.s. I think I prefer this Essential Brow over Glossier Boy Brow 🤷🏻♀️

Dealing with breakouts and what makeup I’m using
I’m stressed and my skin is really showing it off to the world. Hiding acne with makeup can be very frustrating, but we’re all human and it’s so normal to have acne. I’ve recently moved, lost my job, and ended a long term relationship. There’s A LOT going on and my skin is putting my stress on blast. Most days I don’t care what my skin is looking like, but today was a tough day. I’m keeping it simple and using just enough makeup to make me feel like I get through the day without making my acne so obvious and caked on. What I’m wearing: tarte - Amazonian Clay Full Coverage Airbrush Foundation I have been loving this foundation. Color wise, it’s the only one that matches my tan, but for a loose powder it feels great on my skin and I can really build up the coverage. I don’t want to apply anything too heavy, so this is working great with my acne and not giving me any new breakouts. tarte - Sugar Rush Beach Cheeks Cream Blush This is way more pigmented and long lasting than I thought it would be!! Wow! I wasn’t expecting this to live up to my other fave cream blush, but this is SO GOOD. benefit - Roller Lash Curling & Lifting Mascara My most favorite waterproof mascara! Doesn’t flake at all and it is very waterproof! The brush is shaped with a curve so it lifts and lengthens lashes. I have short little lashes and this really works for adding a pop to my lashes so they actually look noticeable. #cheriepartner
tarte-Amazonian Clay Full Coverage Airbrush Foundation
Every day basic makeup!
Some of these I love, others I will only be using until they run empty, then never again... Okay! Starting off the products I’m loving: bareMinerals - Complexion Rescue Tinted Moisturizer Broad Spectrum SPF 30 this is my go-to every day. It’s buildable, protective coverage that’s feels super lightweight and barely feel it there, considering it’s a gel cream. It’s my go-to that I’ve used winter and summer months. Probably my fifth time purchasing last week? Check out my other previous post on this product for even more details! tarte - Amazonian Clay 12-Hour Blush got this in “Seduce” and “Captivating.” I’d argue Seduce is the best shade for anyone to try- super neutral color that’s blends nicely to look like your natural skin tone, and compliments your bronzer color-wise too. “Captivating,” is a bit more on the peachy side, but still ultimately neutral. These will truly last up to 12-16 hours, no setting spray needed AND any brush easily picks up a lot of pigment. Lastly, it looks great on matte or dewy foundation. I’d argue it’s one of tarte’s best makeup products, and if you couldn’t already tell, is my holy grail blush product. ULTA BEAUTY - Radiant Shine Lipstick in “Innocent” and it has a lovely, satin finish. It feels hydrating, and you wouldn’t want to classify it as a lipstick! It has the feel of a lip balm, but really makes you look put together for Zoom meetings. Love! tarte - Park Ave Princess Waterproof Face & Body Bronzer I’ve repurposed this baby as bronzer for my face and man does it work wonders! Check out a previous post of mine for the details on why I love this product. I’ll mostly use when getting glammed up: bareMinerals - Complexion Rescue Hydrating Foundation Stick Broad Spectrum SPF 25 I use this as my under eye concealer. It glides so smoothly on my skin and quickly fills in to cover large pores, but it can sometimes leave a thicker residue in certain areas when combined with the tinted moisturizer. It works best when used as the foundation base and as a concealer with its medium coverage. Feeling underwhelmed by: tarte - Gifted Amazonian Clay Smart Mascara I bought this on a spontaneous whim for myself when I was already restocking on other things I needed (psh, treated myself to) at Ulta, and boy do I regret it. Another post of mine goes into more detail, but basically while it has a great application experience, actually wearing the makeup + trying to take it off kinda blows. I’m having to constantly check in the mirror to make sure the mascara doesn’t bleed onto my skin under my eyebrows, and it messes up any eyeshadow I might have on. When initially cleaning off at night, it’s tougher than other mascaras I’ve used. Probably sticking to what I love and trust to get the job done to make my lashes look great- MAYBELLINE - Great Lash Washable Mascara

Hi beautiful if you only have 5 minutes to do your makeup, what would be your choice for the 5 minutes makeup look? Let me share mine with you, hope you enjoy it~ KohGenDo - Aqua Foundation KohGenDo - Aqua Foundation I've used this foundation for a while; it's a sheer and lightweight medium coverage water-based foundation, want more coverage? Just add more layers. It shows a dewy finish. PATRICK TA - Major Glow Highlighting Mist #PATRICK TA - Major Glow HighlightinMist[products]#[FiveStars] I got this beautiful blinding highlight mist a week ago, I would never imagine falling in love with this product using it for the first time! perfect glow for the summer time and my clients love it!!! TOM FORD - Cream and Powder Eye Color TOM FORD - Cream and Powder Eye Color - Golden Peach I'm absolutely in love with this little thing, This is my most used eyeshadow combo in my bridal makeup kit, the formula is by far the best cream eyeshadow I have ever used, highly recommended it!!! WORTH EVERY PENNY Milk MAKEUP - KUSH High Volume Mascara One of my favorites Mascara for editorial looks, it makes every lashes longer and darker also delivers high volume but isn't clumpy at all. elcie - The Glow Enhancer elcie - The Glow Enhancer I can't live without beauty oil; the enhancer oil is my go-to without a doubt. This oil will make you glow and it's not greasy. It’s a dry face oil, but works on combination skin types as well. benefit - GALifornia Blush benefit - GALifornia Blush I love the formula and how smoothly it applies, it's not patchy and is buildable, I love using a big fluffy brush to apply it on the cheek, chin, nose area to create a good complexion. Jouer - Sheer Pigment Lip Gloss The formula is thin and balmy, light hydrating. Has a sweet, sugary scent. it's not the most long lasting effect but it has a perfect sparkle and shine that lip gloss makes your lips look. (soft and juicy) WAYNE GOSS - Brush 02 Powder Brush This is my #1 highlight, blush and contour multitasking brush. It is made from squirrel hair it has super soft texture, squirrel hair brushes are especially good at blending out powder Products, can't say no with squirrel hair brushes. ICONIC - Illuminator Liquid Highlight [FiveStars] I'm obsessed with this illuminator, I use it before applying the foundation to have a shiny and glowy base on my skin, and it's great for mixing anything, I use it in photoshoots a lot.
“No Makeup” Look
Loving this natural, glowy, “no-makeup” look. Perfect for the weekend! CHANEL - Rouge Coco Flash Lipstick Shade: 56 Moment The formula is that of a balm and very comfortable. Provides a sheer splash of color to the lips, perfect to apply without a mirror. CHANEL - Les Beiges Water-Fresh Tint Shade: Medium Light Provides barely there coverage - which is what I am loving lately! This is one of my favorite base products to use... so it’s always somewhere in the mix! CHANEL - Les 4 Ombres Multi-Effect Quadra Eyeshadow Shade: 266 Tissé Essentiel Very basic palette, but I love the neutral tones in this palette which creates a very subtle smokey-eye. Provides subtle definition. Perfect for the daytime. This is a very powdery palette though, wish the shadows were slightly more creamy. Kosas - Revealer Super Creamy + Brightening Concealer Shade: 3.5 Color tends to run on the more yellow side, I should have gotten shade 2 or 3 to brighten the under eye area. Overall though, I do like the formula. Very creamy and easy to blend. rms beauty - "Un" Powder This gets the job done, not the best out there. But, there is no talc in this formula! rms beauty - Luminizer X Quad Highlighter Palette I love color variety and travel size products - so extra brownie points since this quad allows me to play with shades that I otherwise would pass up on. This provides the subtle lit from within glow. Although, some of the shades you really do need to build up. Glossier. - Cloud Paint Seamless Cheek Color Shade: Dusk Can’t say enough good things about cloud paint. Love how easy it is to just pat into the face for a subtle flush of color. ILIA - Limitless Lash Mascara Shade: After Midnight I have very short and straight lashes. This mascara makes them look so long! I have thrown out all my other mascaras and am only using this one! benefit - Gimme Brow+ Volumizing Eyebrow Gel Shade: 4.5 Another one of those that always appear in my posts in terms of brow products!
