Eyeliner 101 - Liquid eyeliner & brushes
Personally, I am a little bit obsessed with liquid eyeliners. When I first started doing my eye makeup, gel liners are my favorite since they are often easier to use for first timers. I do use pen liners a lot these days, but I just found with a gel and brush, it is easier to get the perfect liner and wing I want. Here are my eyeliner brushes collections. These three are on the star product on the top of my liner brush list that helps me to get the This is actually the one that I used most often. I really like it. This brush is perfect for eyeliners or for cream brow products. It's so precise. Thin lines aren't a problem for this brush. This is a kind of angled slanted brush. This kind of brush lets you control the fluidity and movement of the makeup so you can draw the thinnest of lines. With this brush I can make my perfect eye wing and my eyebrows too! However If you are a beginner, this brush might scare you at first since It’s tricky to get that really nice wing at the end. With this you gonna need more practices. And you would found it your favorite one. The brush width is the perfect size . It is a slim, and sparse tipped brush. It puts my Fluidline on my waterline smoothly. Another great thing about this brush is that it allows precise application while also making a thick enough line that you don't have to go over the area multiple times. I found this brush works well with almost every products and formulas of liner: dry-to-wet, gel, and even a shadow stick. I like small brushes. This one is just super easy to control. 3 years ago, when I started with gel liner, this little brush is the only brush I dare apply gel eyeliner with. I would highly recommend this for beginners. It’s so easy to apply gel eyeliner with this brush as the bristles pick up the color and draw a clean line with no strays. ULTA BEAUTY - Angled Liner Brush #50

Against with oily eyelid, my secret weapon is...
Eye makeup is probably the most challenging aspect of makeup for the majority of us. And one of a the biggest problems (especially with oily hooded eyelids) is that eye makeup doesn't stay put. 😫(Thats super ANNOYING) ❌❌❌ Against with oily eyelid, my Secret Weapon is URBAN DECAY - Original Eyeshadow Primer Potion 😎 I bought it at Sephora, and I was about to buying a eyeshadow palettes, the sales lady came and recommended me to use a primer under the eye, 🤔 she told me to let it set for 1-2mins before applying eye shadow. The eye primer can assists with longer wear and makes eye shadow easier to blend, providing a smooth canvas to apply eyeshadow to and help it stay in place. 💡To be honest, I used to think that eye primer was just another one of those things we'd been convinced that we needed but wasn't really an essential step... 😕 So my eyeshadow always wore off within a few hours. After I started using this l've never had that issue since. 🥳 I updated my BEFORE & AFTER test, and I really just want to tell you I love this eye primer so much! 🤩 As you could see in the picture, it’s smoothy lightweight with an almost serum-like consistency that spreads and applies beautifully without any buildup or patchiness. It's not over the top sticky, but it will cling on to whatever shadow you put on top and won't be letting go anytime soon. 👍🏽It's definitely a holy grail for me. 👍🏽 👍🏽Highly recommend! 👍🏽

Colourpop Sunflower Collection 💛🌻☀️ // A Look
Ugh I am convinced that I need to get an actual camera because I am so pissed that the yellow part in this eye look didn’t show up on camera... my iPhone 10 didn’t pick up the details, but I’ll share this look anyway 🙄 I did an eye look where it is yellow at the top and fades in to a warm brown like a sunflower, but this looks like just a typical baked browns look. Next time I will create a look that is more yellow based so maybe it will actually show up... Anyway, I finally used Colourpop’s new Lil Ray of sunshine palette. The eyeshadows were really powdery and had a lot of kickback, but as I mentioned on my previous post that it doesn’t really bother me because it usually means that the shadows are highly pigmented and it is true...it’s just messy. As an eyeshadow with a lot of kickback, these had minimal fall out. I had to build first row because it hardly showed up on my skin tone, but I love how buildable this eyeshadow is. The creme gel liners were even better on the eyes than when I swatched it. The super shock shadows are up to par with Colourpop’s quality as always. I tried using one of the super shock shadows as a cheek highlighter and while it is beautiful on the lids, it is chunky on the cheeks so it’s not as versatile as other super shock shadows. Overall I enjoyed using these products and I can see myself using this on a regular for the rest of the summer I used: -Happy place (transition) -Sunnies (crease) -Chillin (all over the lid and lower lash) -Sun giant (inner and outer lid) -Super shock shadow in Flower child (Mid lid) -Creme gel liner in Sunnyvale (to tightline lower lash) -Super shock shadow in “In harmony” (inner corner) I used the “it’s always sunny” gloss by itself because I didn’t want to put too much attention on the lips. Love this gloss! It’s a clear gloss with glitter chunks and it smells so good. Thank you for checking this out. I will create another look that focuses more on the yellow eyeshadows in the future Francesca 💋
✨ No Makeup Makeup Mask Look ✨
After constantly wearing full glam for the past couple of years the majority of the days, it’s been refreshing to just go for a light and natural look! Having a mask cover over half of my face whenever I go out makes the focus my eyes and I mainly keep it simple and quick. I included swatches of the shades I used on my eyes on the last slide. . What I used: tarte - Shape Tape Concealer : A classic concealer, I use it to cover blemishes on my forehead and prime my eyelids. It’s high coverage and stays put the whole day. It’s hard to shade match online. benefit - Goof Proof Brow Pencil : A decent brow pencil, it’s very creamy and easily can get out of where you want it. It’s good, but don’t think it’s worth the price tag. . tarte - Double Duty Beauty Busy Gal Brows Tinted Brow Gel : A decent brow gel, but the wand is a little big so not very easy to handle. The hold is very light and I prefer something stronger so that I know my brows won’t budge. . Too Faced - Natural Lust Naturally Sexy Eyeshadow Palette : A neutral lovers dream, it has a great variety of neutral shades! It does crease throughout the day, but I like the pigmentation of this palette! . NYX - Glitter Primer : Great at making your shimmers pop and last longer! . COVERGIRL - Lash Blast Amplify Eyelash Primer and MAYBELLINE - Lash Sensational Mascara Full Fan Effect : A great lash duo that stays put (have a little smudging on bottom lashes) and makes my lashes look long, dark, and voluminous! . FENTY BEAUTY - Sun Stalk'r Instant Warmth Bronzer : If I’m feeling extra, I’ll bronze my forehead since it’s the only part you can see. This is a nice one! . Steps: 1) Apply concealer onto blemishes and eyes for primer. 2) Do brows. 3) Put a light brown shade in the crease. 4) Add a darker brown into the crease and blend. 5) Apply the glitter primer and a light shimmer on top. 6) Powder and bronze your forehead. 7) Add mascara and highlight your brow bone and inner highlight. . #CheriePartner

some new makeup developments for me!
So! i’m not good at contouring, never have been. BUT today, i used bronzer effectively! i was so excited and nervous lol and it came out really pretty and i’m very excited about it. i used a lot of too faced stuff for this shiny glowy look (inspired by Bailey Sarian’s 90’s makeup look tbh) and overall this was an incident free application process. as usual, many of these products are my favs and i adore them, but i did want to talk a little bit about the MAYBELLINE - Instant Age Rewind Eraser Dark Circle Treatment Concealer i actually meant to buy the concealer when i bought this, but it is the PERFECT summer shade for me. using a wet beauty blender i really pounded it into my skin and honestly, this is the nicest i have ever gotten a foundation to look on me. it’s very creamy and buildable, and honestly for 10 dollars how could you go wrong? i have medium skin during the summertime (i tan easily) so darker shades work best for me and honestly, i feel like i’m glowing AND have nothing on. Strong recommendation! hope you all have a wonderful day and try this foundation (or any of the other products here) and experiment!
