I love pedicures. I feel like they are such a luxury experience. It is definitely pricey and can add up if you are on a regular frequency. They are really easy to do on your own. Today I want to share my step-by-step pedicure at Home. I have this callus remover tool that I really love to use. It helps to remove all the dead skin. Normally I like to use it on the heals and rough areas as well as the side of big toe. Callused skin is uncomfortable and unpleasant. And I usually do this step in shower. I would follow up with an exfoliation. Or use a foot bath.Soaking the feet during a pedicure can be a really relaxing and enjoyable experience. sumbody - Ginger Jasmine Vanilla Whipped Sugar Scrub
This is like a sugar scrub and smells amazing. I just apply this all over my leg and work it down to my feet. You want to make sure the your foot is baby soft after exfoliation with no dead skin cells before moving to the actually parting step. You can also Put a quarter-sized amount of moisturizing lotion into the palm of your hand. Rub your hands together, and do a massage. Make sure you moisturize the gap between the toes. I would start with a manicure kid where I got from target with buffer, nail files, trimmer and nail clipper. I would also use a 100% pure acetone and some cotton balls as cleaning. I like this shape of container and I feel like its super easy to work with especially you are doing everything at home by yourself. you can pop top, take a jumbo cotton ball to clean the leftover nail polish and cleaning your nails.

Hair removal for summer!!!😝🌞🌞
Hair removal for summer!!!😝🌞🌞
The SmoothSkin Bare+ comes with unlimited flashes, meaning you get a lifetime of treatments without needing to worry about buying refills, and it's safe to use on most areas of the body, including the legs, body, bikini line and even the face - leaving you completely hair-free - permanently. Actually I used to use The Smoothskin Bare before. I've found that the main difference between bare and bare+ is its power - the bare+ is ultrafast and allows you to treat the entire body in just 10 minutes. It contains 30% extra energy, meaning you can achieve much more effective results on stubborn areas like underarms and bikini line. This product is really easy to use and almost painless. Having gone for hair laser hair removal sessions at a beauty salon which was effective but really painful this is pretty pain-free. I’ve been using this for 6 weeks and starting to see the improvement with a significant reduction in leg hair growth. I am seeing a slight reduction in underarms and bikini lines but not as much yet. I’m hoping the improvements continue with consistent use. It’s easy to use though and isn’t a big commitment every week. I bought the SmoothSkin Bare + around 6 weeks ago now so have used it 6 times and the results are better with each use. At first, I was apprehensive as I am mixed race and was scared my skin might be a little too dark but it works perfectly. I get excited each week as less and less hair grows back and it really works!! I've used it on my whole body and it is effective everywhere, more stubborn hair takes a little longer but I still see results and it seems easier to shave. It takes a little while to get used to the device and using it, at first I struggled with using the glide method but it gets easier. The only reasons I haven't given 5 stars is because: 1: the window is too large to fully sense skin on fingers and toes so I can't laser them which is quite annoying and 2: I wasn't aware that it is advised to clean the window after every use, I just thought this was if you really needed to, but small particles built up on mine and it started becoming more painful to use, and I do have small burns on my arm and other areas. But I realize now why this happened and after cleaning, the device is much much less painful to use and no more burns!! I'm sure the burns will leave no scars as they aren't severe but it happened recently. Overall I am very happy with the device and I can't wait for the 12 weeks to be up so I can enjoy the full benefits, I have no regrets!!! I would absolutely recommend this product. I use weekly but it is really quick to use so doesn’t take much time and I think I should soon be able to reduce to using once a month. How I grow my natural nails
How I grow my natural nails
**Note that my nails used to be frail, brittle old things that could NEVER know length due to nail extensions! Just last year, I was so in love with getting nail extensions. The length, the designs, the colors—I did not go one week without my bare nails showing for most of 2019! Then last September, I decided my nails needed a break (and I needed to save some money!) so I started to rehab my nails! Rehabbing my nail beds The first thing to do is get your nail beds free from any damage from nail extensions. This takes some time! I let my nails grow but I always cut away when it started to get length. I was going off of the theory with hair; cutting it makes it grow faster. It worked because by November, my nail beds were healthy! Supplement growth To help my nails grow healthily, I took my biotin supplements. I love the nature bounty one bc it’s yummy mostly 😂 NATURE'S BOUNTY - Optimal Solutions Hair, Skin and Nails Gummies Prevent breakage A big reason my nails always broke was because I never protected them! So I started brushing them with .INC. - Back to Life Recovery Treatment & Base Coat which really kept it strong and healthy as it grew. I also stayed super conscious of doing things that would break my nails, like washing dishes, moving big items, etc. I live alone so I have to do all these things myself, therefore I wear gloves when doing dishes and try to avoid grabbing things with too much nail. Not sure how to explain the last one😬

Skin concerns: dry, cracked hands Relief
Skin concerns: dry, cracked hands Relief
I use bath & body work’s hand cream everyday, I even Carry a tube in my purse to keep my hands feeling soft. During this quarantine though I have washed my hands and used so much sanitizer and having been using so many cleaning products that my poor hands were getting extremely dry, rough and even started to crack In areas. The bath and Bodyworks hand creams work great for normal use, but could not handle the amount of handwashing and sanitizing (alcohol-based). In my husband’s line of work he wears a lot of gloves, which causes his hands to get extremely dry and crack. I actually bought him Okeefes working hands from the hardware store to see if it would help him and he loves it. When my hands started cracking,He told me to try it out. The consistency is almost like a paste but smooths out easy on your hands, doesn’t leave your hands feeling greasy and there is no scent. When you first put it on you instantly feel an added skin barrier on your hands & they also feel instantly smoother & softer. Just a small dab will do you, if you overuse it will feel sticky. I’ve been using this for 3 weeks now and my hands feel amazing, soft smooth and the cracks are all healed. In the beginning I was using throughout the day after washing hands. Since my hands healed and back to normal I still use this but not as much. I originally got this at a hardware store but I have purchased it again at Walmart for $5.99 I gave this a 5/5 ⭐️ and highly recommend this for anybody that need that extra care for their hands. $25 vs $4 dermaplaning tools: which is worth it?
$25 vs $4 dermaplaning tools: which is worth it?
I purchased this $25 dermaplaning tool because it was one of the highest rated on Amazon, and I was wanting to see if I could find something that worked better than my $4 Tinkle razors! This dermaplaning tool has a light on the end of it, and comes with 5 replacement heads. It says that you are supposed to use a new head each time, but that seems like it will add up quickly! Dermaplaning is supposed to help remove old skin cells and peach fuzz to help makeup apply more smoothly and last better on the face. I had a very hard time using this more expensive dermaplaning tool. I really liked the light because it was easy to see which areas had peach fuzz left over, but I felt like the blades barely removed any peach fuzz or dead skin. I watched the instruction videos and followed the instructions, but I felt like no matter how many times I passed over an area, the hair remained. I honestly think I am going to return this product to Amazon and continue to use my $4 Tinkle razors!! They are not as pretty but work so much better! All of my peach fuzz gets removed along with dead skin cells. My face makeup wears so much better on my skin after I use the Tinkle razors! #CheriePartner

Healthy scalp = health hair. 💫The Kardashions love OUAI- I now know why!!!!💫 This scalp scrub exfoliates your scalp and stimulates blood flow therefore massaging this into your head stimulates follicle so that you produce thicker hair and help dilate blood vessels beneath the skin, thereby encouraging hair growth. I do this once a week to clarify and resurface my scalp from folicle build and helps with the overall health of my hair I have seen huge results myself and recommend this to anyone trying to grow thick and healthy hair! It all starts with a healthy scalp girls 💕👏🏼 (This can also be used on skin how’s the value!!!) OUAI - Scalp & Body Scrub

For nail beginners like me, you can't miss this kit!
For nail beginners like me, you can't miss this kit!
Whether you miss your nail salon visits, you’re trying to save a little money on manicures, or you’re simply going stir crazy, now’s the time to learn how to do your own gel mani. Unlike regular at-home manicures, gel require zero drying time, so you can get back to business ASAP (that epic 5,000-piece puzzle won’t put itself together, after all). Bring the spa to you, safely remove your old gel mani, then it’s time to get going. We found the best options for getting your gel mani on at home, from starter kits to lights—plus one super-easy cheat. Sally Hansen - Salon Gel Polish Starter Kit The Starter Kit Includes: * Cleanser Pads * Base Coat * Color (choice of three shades) * Top Coat * Remover * LED Light * Application Accessories: Cuticle stick, buffer and alcohol cleaning pad It is my first time using a gel kit. I figured I would try thus one in case I need to purchase extra nail polish or accessories, I could get them at a local cvs store. I have had gel nails for many years and wanted a cheaper alternative to going into the nail salon every month. This set worked beautifully. I bought the light pink as a neutral color I can use all year. It has a soft color with good coverage (using multiple coats). Below are the steps that I used. It took longer than than he directions, but felt the nails would be sturdier and more salon quality doing it this way. It's not perfect, but is a way cheaper option! 1. Prep - Followed directions. Pushing back cuticles, buffing nails, and using a cleanser pad to wipe my nails clean. 2. Base coat - Followed directions with the exception of lighting each nail at a time instead of all four fingers at once and then the thumb. Each nail got uv light time after applying the base coat. I repeated this step and did a second base coat on all my nails. 3. Apply gel nail color - Followed the directions with the same exception doing the base coat. Each nail got their own uv light time after coating with the gel polish. Did 3 coats on each nail instead of 2 as suggested in the directions. 4. Apply gel coat - Followed the directions with the same exception of each nail gets uv light time instead of four fingers at once and then the thumb. 5. Cleanse and finish - Followed directions. Used two cleanser pads because I felt like one dried out after using on one hand. 6. Removal - Haven't had to remove them yet, since I just started this kit. I plan to use it like the salon does and put acetone (Gel Polish Remover) on a cottonball and wrap foil around to soak each nail and then file down. The kit says it'll be able to push off. I figured I'd file down and just repeat because I don't see myself not having gel nails. The kit works great for beginners like me. It's not perfect and I have yet to see how it'll last. I hope to get better at the application and try new techies with colors.
