Dry flakes and oily hair? You might need a scalp detox like this...
I know life is already hard for us with oily skin, but what if you also have oily hair and scalp? Well, that’s what I have and I gotta say it is torture to buy shampoo in the beauty stores and pharmacies since there are not many choices. I have oily hair, quite thick and hard, so it is really easy to tell when it’s oily. About a month ago, my hair started to get some flakes and more dandruff. I thought it was because of the styling gel and my lifestyle or something but one night I accidentally found out that it was the shampoo I was using. I am not blaming Head & Shoulders but I used to wash my hair every day with it and after switching to another routine, the flakes are literally gone and my head becomes less itchy. So basically what I wanted was to fully cleanse my hair and scalp without drying it or make it sensitive, thus I have to get back toTHE BODY SHOP - Ginger Scalp Care Shampoo. I have used that before, and it is quite gentle yet effective at strengthening hair roots but less useful at deep cleaning. What I am doing is not simply giving up the anti-dandruff shampoo, but to combine those together by switching to another one for the next time, and add a little “hair vitaliser” to them. This hair vitaliser is just a hair tool, more like a massager, and is just 2 dollars! It says it can invigorate the scalp and control flyaway hair. The way I use it is a bit different from just scratching it over my head. I prefer to use it in the shower when there is enough foam in my hair. This can ensure the shampoo fully contact the scalp and it feels so good like a professional massage. I just gently and slowly glide it over my head for one to two minutes. Then I rinse my hair and my head feels more breathable than before. Well, this might be my illusion but I do feel more refreshed. This little tool is so worthy and does no harm to the scalp at all. It is just the one you will need to fully cleanse your scalp and give it a nice and gentle massage to improve the circulation and help to detox.
BEST PRODUCTS FOR VERY DRY SKIN💦 all drugstore!
It has taken almost 10 years, but we made it. I have found THE BEST products for my dry sensitive skin. First let’s start with my face moisturizer. The BEST moisturizer I found for very dry skin is BIODERMA - Atoderm Intensive Baume It is so thick but gets absorbed beautifully into the skin. It has ZERO fragrance (🙏my sensitive rosacea skin thanks you), soothes, repairs and moisturizes. Immediately after using it for the first time, my face felt so smooth and hydrated. And the next morning I woke up with a glow and visibly moisturized skin. Sometimes I can get itchy on my face due to the dryness and I find myself applying hydrocortisone (so bad, I know), but ever since using this, I have not reached for it once. I also put this around my eyes, as it’s gentle enough as an eye cream. 10/10 The BEST body oil This is shocking. I found this on a whim while I was repurchasing my face moisturizer and it changed MY LIFE. I have dealt with keratosis pilaris on my upper arms my entire life. It’s those tiny rough bumps that just DO NOT go away. But that all changed when I used BIODERMA - Atoderm Shower Oil This stuff is seriously impressive. I typically HATE putting on lotion after I shower, and avoid it as much as possible. But this stuff is great. It worked the first time I used it. My arms are so smooth. It’s not 100% gone, but it’s such a big improvement. And because it’s a shower oil, it’s so easy to use and lasts a long time. I apply it when I have my conditioner in, let it sit for a few minutes and rinse it off. I get out and my skin feels like I applied lotion. It’s fantastic. Again, like the baume, it actively works to repair your skin. I think I’m going to be buying this entire range 🤣 also, the bottles are in French and it makes me feel fancy. Lastly, because I’m dry I obviously deal with dandruff. It’s annoying, it’s embarrassing and it’s so frustrating. I have tried EVERYTHING to hydrate my scalp. I’ve done treatments, I’ve removed all Sulphates, I’ve done scalp exfoliations. It doesn’t work. Until I tried THE BODY SHOP - Ginger Scalp Care Shampoo This actually helps. It’s the most relief I’ve gotten from a shampoo, ever. It does take a while to work but around the 3rd week, I noticed my dandruff was not as visible. Now, when I wash, the dandruff is not there. It’s pretty incredible. However it does come back when I wait too long to wash my hair again (as I get itchy-and as seen in my previous post) Apparently ginger is known to work well for haircare and has been used for centuries to stimulate the scalp, restoring moisture and strengthening the follicle. I will never stop being on the hunt for new products, so if you have any recommendations please let me know!!!

These two products helped my hair grow!
Fable & Mane HoliRoots Hair Oil ($34/55ml)*- This is a hair and scalp treatment oil with that strengthens the scalp and pellets hair growth. It can be used as a pre-wash treatment, but I prefer to use after I’ve washed and conditioned my hair. It smells amazing and leaves my hair feeling soft and shiny! The Ordinary Multi Peptide Serum for Density ($17.90/60ml) - This serum works to support hair health and help it look thicker, denser, fuller, and healthier. I’ve been using this consistently for a few months now and I’ve definitely seen some growth. This product really shines when it comes to keeping my scalp moisturized. I use this on my scalp everyday and it’s less flaky and stays moisturized.
help for postpartum hair thinning
I've always had somewhat of a receding hairline, but after I had a baby my hair became thinner than ever. I decided to give the ordinary multi peptide hair density serum a try, becaus at the price point I felt I had nothing to lose. The serum feels like water, and I found it foamed ever so slightly when I rubbed it into my hair. I used about a dropperful between my two temples every day for the past 17 days, and I definitely feel that there is a difference in growth. Given that it's been such a short period of time, I'm excited to see what difference it will make in a few months! I did notice the serum made my hair a tiiiiny bit greasy, but I usually just applied a spray of dry shampoo to the area once it had dried, and that solved the problem. The Ordinary - Multi-Peptide Serum for Hair Density
❌Stop hair loss for medium density hair!!!
I have thick hair, but not as thick as it was when I was a teenager. Since I have serious hair loss due to the habit of staying up late, whenever my fingers ran through my hair, effortlessly the strands I touched were falling out. Now I only have medium density hair, I am not really satisfied with it. I am afraid that my hair will become thinner and thinner, which is terrible. So I just hope to grow more hair , trying to make up the problem of losing hair. I tend to throw a lot of products on my hair to see what works . What I use now isThe Ordinary - Multi-Peptide Serum for Hair Density. This concentrated formula is designed to support hair health so that it looks thicker, denser, fuller and healthier. What attract me is that this is for oily hair, which is suitable for my scalp. In addition, its ingredients includes many stimulants for hair growth and strengthening, including Biotinoyl Tripeptide-1, Acetyl Tetrapeptide-3 and so on. The total concentration of these in the formula by weight is 21.15%. The formula is like pure water and is highly liquid, not greasy at all. Most hair products leave your hair feeling icky, sticky, oily, or dry. This does not, you could wear it day or night. After applying it, you also find that it add some volume to your hair. The method of application is simple and convenient. No need to wash hair, but you should ensure you scalp is clean. Apply a few drops on your scalp directly and then massage it with your fingers for a while. For me, this serum truly helps restore most of my hair lost, baby hairs can be seen in the forehead after several weeks. The less hair shedding make me pleasant. Do you like or hate it? Tell me your feeling!

Kiehl’s - Extreme hair growth
If you clicked on this post, you are probably suffering from thinning hair or you know someone who have thinning hair or you might be kind of freaking out that you might be losing your hair. No worries, let me share my hair growth story and products that helps me with my concerns. I have a bit thin hair around my hairline that shows through whenever my hair gets longer when I put it back in a bun or pony tail, people can actually kind of see my scalp which is always depressing. Especially when I see myself in a picture, that area specifically catches all my attention. Kiehl's - Amino Acid Shampoo According to dermatologist, this shampoo actually works very well for hair growth especially for people who has alopecia (which is genetical). I do have a friend who have used this system and her hair grew back. I used to have thick hair when I was in high school. I suffered terrible hair loss in my last year of college and it suddenly became an issue for me. I tried this system because of my friend and it works well for me. The effect was not immediate but I do see a lot of regrowth on my hairlines. Kiehl's - Amino Acid Conditioner I didn’t noticed much in the first month of trying it, but I got this one on discount in a Duo, so I decided to use it up before buying new ones. It was about 6 months, I started to get compliment on my hair after continuously using this product. I came to notice that my hair does look completely different than last year. It was shiny, full, and glory. I also feel that my scalp is healthier. I believe this products is one of the lines that does what it says. I agree it is a little bit expensive, but that’s because they put in all of the right ingredients to help you have thicker and more luscious hair.

I've tried 2 products for saving hair density, BUT only 1 won my heart...😥
Generally, people who have thin hair or low hair density concern on hair growth, boosting volume and strengthening strands. I used to have a lot volume of hair. But due to variety of reasons, such as staying up late, too much stress, over-processing and heat styling, my hair becomes fragile and prone to breakage. Now my hair is thin and fine. So I really care about hair growth and strength. For my thin hair, I usually choose those products use ingredients that claim to support a healthy scalp, which is more hospitable to hair growth. As far as I know, sulfate-free shampoos with protein-enriched formulas are the best shampoos to support hair growth and reduce thinning. Here are 2 products I want to share with you. 1.KÉRASTASE - Resistance Length Strengthening Shampoo For me, I can buy hair care products from Kérastase without any considering. Because products from this brand always bring me surprise. So does this resistance length strengthening shampoo. This shampoo costs $35 for 250ml. It has a fantastic blue packaging, and the shape of the bottle is shaped as a typical Kérastase product. My hair had improved in strength and texture after using it. I felt like my hair became easier to manage. Its key ingredients creatine and taurine work to strengthen the fibers of the hair and moisturize your scalp. These two hair loss fighter help to reinforce and optimize the density of hair. I like this shampoo and enjoy every time using it. 2.THE BODY SHOP - Ginger Scalp Care Shampoo I was firstly attracted by this shampoo for its 100% vegetarian ingredients. I like the smell of ginger and I thought ginger extract could stimulate hair growth. However, using this for 2 months, this shampoo did nothing significantly to my hair thickness. The texture is watery and runny. It costs $11 for 250ml and $16 for 400ml. If you like organic shampoo and want to deal with hair dandruff, you can try this shampoo. I probably may not buy this product again because it does not help with my thin hair! Any recommendation for more shampoos?

Healthy Hair-Do’s and Dont’s
One myth i want to dispel is that volumizing shampoos are not for hairloss. Volumizing shampoos are meant to create volume but not meant to fix the problem of thinning. Any shampoo that says to create more volume is not a medicated shampoo or treatment for hair growth. It is actually a haircare product that specifically created for styling only and give the illusion of fuller hair or thicker hair so that you are able to style it and feel better. The only thing that has been scientifically proven for thinning is minoxidil. This is doctor recommended treatment. You can get that through prescription from your doctor. Here are some hacks to stop or at least slow down thinning hair I want to share with you. 1. Keep your scalp and roots clean - One of the main reasons for hair fall is dying and thinning of hair follicles. It is important to do cleaning by maintaining a healthy environment for hair growth. Try to avoid over use of shampoo if your hair tends to be dry. This may cause extra thinning and breakage. 2. Take vitamins. Sometimes thinning hair would be a sign from our body for lack of certain nutrients. Vitamins H, D, and E are associated with hair loss. These supplements will nourish the hair and encourage healthy hair growth. It would be best if you eat a balanced diet. If you find that becomes challenging, try some vitamins. Especially if you feel like you are not having enough proteins and seeds from your daily intake. 3.Use the right product. Many products in the market can clog pores and cause follicles irritation and dying. AVEDA - Invati Advanced Scalp Revitalizer AVEDA - Invati Advanced System I went on this Aveda series for three months after seeing my dermatologist and it did helped regrowth of my hair especially on the top! I recommended to one of my friend who had alopecia with bald spot. She used this for 3 months as well. and her hair also grew back. So try the right product and maintain a balanced diet are two ways to get healthy and thick hair! Good luck!👍

How to prevent hair loss? My secret is...🤫
Since I've been bothered by hair loss for many years and also tried many ways to treat my hair, I'm going to recommend three products for you guys! AVEDA - Invati Advanced Thickening Conditioner AVEDA - Invati Advanced Exfoliating Shampoo AVEDA - Invati Advanced Scalp Revitalizer ·Brand: AVEDA is a natural brand owned by the Estee Lauder group, founded in 1978. When the brand was founded, it adopted a pure plant series and seriously rejected all chemicals, arguing that "what you use should be as safe and healthy as what you eat". ·Shampoo: Aveda Anti-hairloss series is formulated with powerful natural herbal ingredients to treat thin hair, utilizing the natural power of turmeric and ginseng to help stimulate and restore the scalp around the hair follicles, and a blend of vitamin E ingredients proven to help accelerate microcirculation in massage therapy. ·Conditioner: The conditioner is still moisturizing and smooth, but it works really fast. This conditioner is also designed to be rubbed onto the scalp. Note here, other brands of hair conditioner is generally not directly used on the scalp ! But this one can. Then remember to massage!Massage! Massaging is really important in this series. ·Spray: The official requirement is to press 16 pump to ensure the whole scalp is evenly applied, but I don't think so. I always spray my hair in lines and then massage it with my hands to make sure it's all in essence. General spray 9 pump 10 pump can be enough. Make it twice a day! The problem is that this series of product produce less foam, but I like the feeling of rich foam, so I use a lot of doses every time, which leads to a quick use up.Aveda's quality is trustworthy. It is strongly recommended for those who’s hair loss is particularly severe. ·Scent: Strong, with a hint of spicy ginseng and a touch of ginger. What kind of products do you use to treat hair loss? I love hearing from you guys!

Hair thinning? Here's how you can slow and stop it!👉👉
What’s the most disturbing thing? My answer is absolutely the thinning hair. The feeling is like your hair keep falling out, and one day you become bald eventually. That’s so terrible! Nowadays, thin hair no longer a sign of the elderly, the younger generation are faced with this serious problem, due to their habit of staying up too late and other unhealthy lifestyles. Unfortunately, I’m part of the group. I originally had thick hair, but every time I washed my hair, I experienced much hair loss. My hair then become thinn now. I began to pick products for help one year ago. And I tried many products and found that many of them didn't work. Here I wanna introduce two shampoos. AVEDA - Invati Advanced Exfoliating Shampoo andGROW GORGEOUS - Intense Thickening Shampoo both produce shampoo for thin hair. I have to say, they are both effective in improving thin hair. But differences exist between them. Personally I prefer Aveda shampoo. When using this shampoo, you can definitely feel that you are losing less hair. So the process of washing hair for me is not that unacceptable. I am not afraid of shampooing now. After using it for two months, I can see some new baby hair appear on my forehead, and I felt that the amount of hair I tied up increased. One bug of Aveda is that it lathers unfriendly, you have to apply much of it. But since it’s a big bottle, it doesn’t matter. For Grow gorgeous, my review is that its texture is a little bit greasy, your hair will easily plastering to your scalp after using it. And it also make your hair oil more easily. So it might not suitable for girls have fine hair, like me. Patience is key. For thin hair, choose the most suitable brand and insist on using. You can definitely notice an improvement on your hair!
