I was so pleasantly surprised with this moisturizer! I was sick and tired of my skin's flakiness with only using thin serums, so I gave this moisturizer a try. I love it! My skin feels velvety and the flakiness is gone. This is the best moisturizer I have ever bought online.
I am truly thrilled that it visibly reduced the wrinkels on my forehead and especially the "eleven" in between my eyebrows!
The texture of all the Cosmedica products is great. Unlike other serums (and I've tried quite a few...), these serums are not watery and thin but nice and thick so that it doesn't "run off" immediately. Other products have given me breakouts but I had no issues with Cosmedica.
Overall the condition of my skin is notably improved
Over the years I sometimes thought that an expensive "high quality" formula might meet my needs, but over and over again I was disappointed, so I gave up on the very pricey ones. Imagine my surprise when I tried this affordable one and got the results I've been looking for.

After 4 months of trying Retinol...
The best practice would be staring a process of building up tolerance of your skin. First twice a week, and then every two days after 2 weeks before moving to daily basis.
I do see that a lot of reviewers complain of getting irritation while using this. This happened to be too when I use it the first week. It caused flaking on my cheeks. I did some research after that and noticed this is a normal symptom while using a retinol product. For beginners especially those who are new to āretinolā, it is not recommended to use on a daily basis.
CeraVe - Hydrating Hyaluronic Acid Face Serum
This Cerave serum was the first retinol product I tried years ago. Wasnāt a fan of it at that time. And stopped for years. This year I tried it again alone with this night cream and noticed the spark in it. I found that it not meant to be a stand alone moisturizer. It's to be layered with other products as part of a routine.

As the product boasts 'retinol' the star ingredient is high on the list for this product.The ingredients are identical and it contains Hyaluronic Acid and Retinol. It's is basically the strongest stuff you can find in a drugstore. I like that it comes in a tube and not a tub. Nothing grosser than sticking your fingers in a tub, leaving behind germs no matter that you washed your hands.
After 4 months of using Retinols, I have really noticed a difference since I have started using it. I can not use it every night due to the fact it dries me out. However, I do noticed that the sun spot is fading, the acne scars are fading, my skin feels soft, and looks fresh. As a combination, my skin is very dry in spring. These two products this definitely helps keep me moisturized overnight. The āanti-agingā side, I don't really have wrinkles (yet) but I will keep using this since it makes my skin glow!

These ingredients work together to soothe, moisturize, treat inflammatory acne, smooths texture, removes dirt and oil, brightens skin, reduces the appearance of pores and fights signs for aging. The directions say to spray directly on your face but i like to spray it on a cotton pad and rub it into my face.

I have combination-oily skin and whitening is my top priority all year round. I chose to follow a combination that is popular on the Internet: The Ordinary - Niacinamide 10% + Zinc 1%and Neutrogena - Healthy Skin Anti-Wrinkle Cream for Night.
I have used this combination for around a month and the The Ordinary Niacinamide 10% + Zinc 1% is already almost empty.
It has a watery consistency but it's a little sticky when spreading it on the skin. It creates a very small amount of white foam but not an extremely gluey texture as some say online. I haven't seen see any obvious whitening, but my acne marks are significantly lighter. However, niacinamide is strong, so it's not recommended for sensitive skin. Those who try it out for the first time will need to build up skin tolerance beforehand.š§
I personally think there's nothing special about the Neutrogena anti-wrinkle night cream because I have not see any obvious results. š„±š„±It has a smooth creamy texture and spreads easily. However, I didn't see any anti-aging, wrinkle-reduction, or whitening results. It is just refreshing and spreads easily. I've used products containing retinol before, so it didn't irritate my skin, but if you haven't built up skin tolerance, you may experience some tingling. However, you can use the AvĆØne Thermal Spring Water to ease any irritation.

I got this mini travel sized moisturizer as a free gift along with a purchase. Iāve been using this for 2 days now and I am seriously considering getting the regular tub. This product is packed with hyaluronic acid, and we all know that hyaluronic acid is responsible for making our skin look supple and youthful hence, anything that has HA in it is super hydrating and will really help our skin maintain its youthful glow.
Within the short time that Iāve been using this product, I feel that itās extremely moisturizing on my face. My face feels so plump and bouncy right after applying it. The moisture lives on even after a few hours after application. I use it in tandem with my normal routine of cleanse, tone, serums, and my dry combination skin has since been loving it.

Like the first product, it has only been 2 days since the first time Iāve used it but it does make my face glow and appear brighter than it was. I think vitamin C has an instant effect, and with that, Iām very thankful cause I like my skincare products to deliver me quick results.

I have dry skin and my face looks dull occasionally. I have always been actively trying to fix the two issues in tandem. It would be better if it could relieve wrinkles. Luckily I have found three magic serums that can not only nourish my skin but also improve the radiance and correct my tone.
1. CHANEL LE LIFT Firming Smoothing Lotionļ¼Serum
CHANEL - LE LIFT Firming Smoothing Lotion
This one seems to like to be a 2-1 product for pre-cream skincare which helps open up pores to let other products penetrate. It is lightweight and has the smell of camellia which gives me delight every time I apply it on my face. I find this one especially effective in improving my look when used with LE LIFT products. I like it most because it can simplify my skincare process and moisturize without giving me a greasy feeling.
2. Olay Light Perfecting Essence
OLAY - White Radiance Light Perfecting Essence
This serum is famous for its ingredient, niacinamide which is a versatile ingredient for both replenishing look and whitening skin. Iāve tried a lot of products to remove my pimple marks but olay is the first product to show obvious results in less than two weeks, totally worth the price and more of it. After using it for years, I will say it does brighten my skin and give the skin a clear complexion, very natural and silky look.
3.Clinique repairwear laser focus
CLINIQUE - Repairwear Laser Focus Wrinkles & UV Damage Corrector
This is a good choice for moisturizing and tone correcting but it adds anti-aging ingredients. It has a rejuvenating formula that smooths the skinās texture. I find it useful to deal with expression lines and helps plump my skin. One plus for this is that it restores sun damage. My skin literally glows after using it for three months.
Those three are ļ¼68, ļ¼30 and ļ¼56 respectively. All are fairly priced for their excellent function.

idealia has the perfect formula for everyone- a dry skin moisturizer, combo, normal skin and even combo-oily. Their serum is by far my favourite day serum to use, since it has a light, watery texture that absorbs perfectly, and has my favourite active ingredients- antioxidants. The antioxidants in this line is a fermented black tea and blueberry polyphenols- known antioxidant compounds that have been found to reduce free radical damage š My biggest thing, even before pregnancy, and now more-so in pregnancy, is to incorporate antioxidants in daily skincare to protect from free-radical damage, especially since formation of spots, or melasma, becomes more common during pregnancy, so a combination of antioxidants and sunscreen is key š
I love getting these actives in a serum, since serums get into the deeper layers of the epidermis better than a moisturizer does, but with Ideal, you can get the actives in both the serum and the moisturizer!

š Why should you pair up?
Hyaluronic acid allows your skin to hold more water/moisture in, it basically acids as a carrier for water which provides hydration. Moisturizer layered over that locks in the hydration from a hyaluronic serum while usually adding more moisture through things like glycerin or other ingredients. Do use both! Do find a serum AND. moisturizer with hyaluronic acid. Dont just use a serum, as it can evaporate without a protective layer.

this is a thick serum that should be applied to the face after toner and before moisturizer. Hyaluronic acid is a key ingredient in retaining moisture in skin, as it can hold a lot of water. A little can go a long way with this serum in particular. its pretty inexpensive, and yields immediate results through happier, more hydrated skin!
š Charlottle Tilbury Magic Cream
This is a thick, rich moisturizer that is excellent for winter use and dry and sensitive skin. It locks in moisture and hydration throughout the day and keeps skin moist without a greasy feeling. I really like this moisturizer, but its a tad pricey.
