I have sensitive skin and my skin becomes unstable during seasonal changes, so I always need a facial cream for that but I'm always worried that an over-moisturizing cream may cause acne breakouts as well. Recently, I discovered three very useful facial creams. 1) Aesop - B Triple C Facial Balancing Gel

Best Aesop products for this Summer
It’s that time of the year again and our skin knows it, humid weather and hot temperatures affect our skin’s appearance and sadly, not always for the better. That’s why we need to change our skin care routine to an appropriate one that can keep up with this weather. Today I will talk about a very popular brand which you may have heard of before, Aesop. And also, some of their fan-favorite products that are ideal for this season. Aesop is an Australian cosmetic brand established in 1987, and it’s been quite popular for the last years thanks to its approach to skincare beauty in which they fusion traditional Botanics extracted from natural herbs and science. They have become a very popular brands not only because of the high quality of their products, but also because of the packaging’s design and their whole philosophy behind it. Their containers have a minimalistic style, are fully recyclable, thinking of the environmental impact first. Another reason why customers love shopping this brand is because of how unique their stores are. There aren’t 2 Aesop stores that look alike! I didn’t believe it at first until I did some research and looked at pictures online of different locations. Their philosophy of achieving harmony goes truly beyond their products and it can be seen just by the aesthetic, art and architecture in their stores. When you visit a store, it’s like a sensorial experience in a way, not to mention a perfect Instagrammable spot for nice pictures. Aesop - B Triple C Facial Balancing Gel Because of sun exposure our skin can look and feel more dry than usual. That’s why this balancing gel is great moisturizer option thanks to its ingredients like antioxidants, vitamin B and vitamin C. It is completely safe for all types of skin including sensitive and acne-prone skins. It has a very thick texture, almost like honey but surprisingly is absorbed really quickly by the skin. It doesn’t leave the area sticky and instead leaves it fully hydrated with a matte finish, which is a plus! So if you suffer from oily skin it will control that extra shiny and big pores that many people struggle to get rid of. Many customers have also mentioned that it made acne scars appear lighter over time. Another great plus that makes this gel a Summer ally is that it works wonders as a quick cure for sunburns. Simply apply it every morning after doing your regular face cleansing routine. Like we mentioned, its consistency is quite thick so make sure to apply small amounts at a time and spread it evenly throughout your cheeks, chin, neck, and forehead. Aesop - Purifying Facial Exfoliant Paste Once your face is getting enough hydration thanks to the balancing gel we just mentioned, it’s time to take care of the outer layer of our skin and do something about the dead cells that tend to increase for some people, especially those with dry skin and combination skin. Nothing helps more than a proper exfoliation with the right ingredients. This paste will do the job! It’s boosted with botanicals like Rosemary leaf and Rosehip that will make sure your skin is soothed. This cream formula is boosted with a very unique ingredient that is rarely seen in other products; I’m talking about quartz! You read it correctly, this paste is enhanced by extremely tiny quartz that will remove any dead skin and impurities and lactic acid will leave it smooth and soft, so it’s not an aggressive exfoliation. To apply it simply put some paste on your palm and massage your face and areas you want without applying too much pressure, after a few seconds just rise the remaining cream with lukewarm water. Your skin will look revitalized and like new ready for this Summer!
Must-Have Products From Aesop!💖💖
I have combination, sensitive, and acne-prone skin. I want to share some Aesop products that I've used recently and found useful. First is the renowned Aesop - Parsley Seed Anti-Oxidant Facial Toner. I normally use half a dropper of it and rub it between my palms before pressing it onto my face. It has a light plant scent, and a slightly thick but runny enough consistency. It leaves my skin with a radiant glow but a little sticky as well, which, fortunately, vanishes after a while. I read online that some suggested not following it up with a facial cream, but I think it either way is fine. Facial cream can be easily absorbed, but without it, your skin won't feel dry either. I will consider repurchasing this product since it's a reasonable price. Aesop - B Triple C Facial Balancing Gel It has a thick honey-like texture and you'll need to emulsify it by gently rubbing it between your palms until it's warm before applying it. Wait a few seconds for it to be absorbed. It really leaves me with smoother skin and reduces my acne. In conclusion, it doesn't offer the best user experience, but it does offer great results. Aesop Chamomile Concentrate Anti-Blemish Masque This is an acne-fighting clay mask which offers great results. It's herbal scented, has a soft and smooth texture, and it reduced my acne significantly in just a short time, so I will repurchase it. Aesop - In Two Minds Facial Toner I wanted to buy the Aesop B & Tea Balancing Toner, but when the beauty advisor saw the acne on my face, she recommended me the In Two Minds Facial Toner instead which is suitable for oily, acne-prone skin. It has a light yellow-brown texture and its main ingredients are witch hazel, nicotinamide, and chamomile flower. My T-zone gets oily easily in summer and I find it does a good job at controlling the skin's water-oil balance. Aesop - Parsley Seed Facial Cleanser It gently resurfaces your skin with lactic acid, so it's quite useful for my acne-prone skin. It lathers wells and doesn't leave the skin feeling tight. Aesop - Resurrection Aromatique Hand Balm It has a fragrant citrus smell and it's doesn't leave the skin feeling greasy. It's absorbed easily and leaves a matte finish.

Dupe for Lamer! $45 VS $300 The BEST Deal You Can't Miss!
Two years ago, my face has stayed in allergy for a half year because I used the wrong facial device. I tried so hard to find a suitable repairing product to repair my damaged skin. With the carelessness of money and time, I have tried Lamer crème moisturizer LA MER - Moisturizing Cream and other expensive repairing products. None of them really worked on my face, especially the cream of Lamer, it contains dormant oil which made my allergy even worse. Finally, the cream of Forty Fathoms#Forty Fathoms - Skin Regenerator Renewal Cream[products]#[FiveStars] saved me! It is regarded as a dupe for Lamer cream, it contains the essence of seaweed found in Tasmania. As we all know, the cream of lamer is famous for the essence of seaweed because it is found strong repairing function. The only ingredient difference between these two creams is Forty Fathoms cream doesn’t contain dormant oil. It sounds perfect for me! So, I gave it a go. After having used it for 3 months, my skin got repaired and became even more healthy, smoother, and balanced. More surprisingly, cream from Lamer sold in $242 didn’t save my skin, Forty Fathoms did and it is only sold at $46. I decide to use it forever! It excels all the cream products in my mind! Sorry for discarding the container of lamer crema, I can only compare these two with my memory. The packaging of these two products all use the paper box, but the box for lamer cream is much bigger and thicker than that of Forty Fathoms. The container for Lamer is made of glass, it’s quite heavy if it is taken for traveling, but the container of Forty Fathoms is made of plastic, which makes it easy to carry. Just by looking at the packaging, Lamer’s packaging looks more high-end, Forty Fathoms’ packaging is easy to carry. I do recommend the cream of Forty Fathoms, it’s much cheaper and it repairs skin rapidly. If you have extra money and don’t be allergic to dormant oil, you can give Lamer a try!
💰$500? 💰$6? WHICH ONE WOULD YOU CHOOSE?🧐
I have a very special skin type. It likes to be oily in summer, but in dry autumn and winter, the cheeks on both sides will be very easy to peel. At this time, I really need a product to reduce dryness and relieve the symptoms of discomfort, but at the same time, the product should not be too greasy. Crème de la Mer LA MER - Moisturizing Cream$500/100ML This product is the most well-known main product of the LA MER brand. This rich facial cream immerses skin in deep soothing moisture, which helps to cure dryness. Skin feels soft-to-the-touch, supple, and smooth. Lines and wrinkles become obviously soft. This product is extremely effective for skin, especially dry or damaged skin. Infused with cell-renewing Miracle Broth, this cream can make our skin soaked in moisture throughout the day without feeling dry and tight. Its use method is also quite special. Heat the cream between your fingers for a few seconds until it becomes translucent, then press it gently into your skin. NIVEA Crème NIVEA - Crème Tin$6/382G This kind of cream is considered by many people as a substitute for LAMER. For only $6, you can have a large jar of cream that can never be used up. The price is really exciting! So, can such a cheap product really achieve the effect of LAMER? First of all, in terms of ingredients, the most effective product of this product is Provitamin B The rich cream formula deeply moisturizes, nourishes, and protects the skin from rough and dry feeling, making skin soft and smooth. But personally, this product is far worse than LAMER cream. In terms of ingredients, it is more suitable for hands and body use because of its thicker texture. Secondly, after putting on the face, its absorption speed is far less than that of Lamer's cream, which is very unfriendly to me who loves oil. Finally, the effect of this product is very insignificant, with only a basic moisturizing effect and no soothing protection at all. Therefore, it can be called the Dupe Alert of Lamer, but if you have enough budget, I suggest you buy the previous product.
LA ROCHE-POSAY - Nutritic Intense Riche I have combination/sensitive skin. This is one of my favourite products from @larocheposayca. It’s a great moisturizer for the winter months. It’s rich, yet light, and is easily absorbed into your skin. It’s not greasy and can be layered on with other products. It has a nice subtle scent that I absolutely love. In general, I find @larocheposay products are compatible with sensitive skin.
Great for dry skin and eczema!!
LA ROCHE-POSAY - Lipikar Balm AP+ Moisturizer for Dry Skin This product has done wonders for my dry skin and eczema. I have combination acne prone skin on my face, but my hands and feet tend to be really dry and eczema prone, specially during the winter. And now with all the vigorous hand washing, my skin is becoming dry again and this product is a lifesaver. This anti itch soothing balm, helps replenish your skin lipids, which play a huge role in maintaining your skin barrier. This product contains Shea butter to moisturize dry skin and niacinamide to help soothe redness and inflammation. The downside to this product is that it leaves a layer of oil on top of your skin, which a many people dislike, thou I personally don’t mind it. This product also contains dimethicone for its anti itch and moisturizing properties, but as a non-biodegradable chemical it is harmful to the environment. Since dimethicone coats the skin which can trap bacteria and sebum, that can lead to more breakouts. It also contains mineral oil, which is petroleum derived and not the best for the environment. Overall this product does a good job at moisturizing and soothing dry skin but I think you should asses whether you feel like this product is for you or not. Though this product helped my skin a lot I will probably purchase a different product once I finish this bottle.

Avène: Magical spray
AVENE - Avène Thermal Spring Water The brand claims that it helps to calm, soothe and soften the skin. Ideal for red, sensitive, or irritated skin I feel like it works as it claims. I normally use it to freshen up my skin whenever my skin is crying for moisture or feels dehydrated. In the summer time I always carry the travel size and keep it in my purse with me. Whenever I feel my face is hot from being outside all day long, I will spray Avene on and it soothes my skin from sunburn. I don’t know how many times a day I use it but it can be used multiple times. Sometimes I spray it all over my face after I finish my makeup as a setting spray and it leaves a glowy look to my skin. I’m so in LOVE with it. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5/5 highly recommended Price: 5 o.z for $14 Avène - Thermal Spring Water Spray

Amazing moisturizer for sensitive skin!
Neutrogena - Sensitive Skin Oil-Free Moisture the product: I love this moisturizer for sensitive skin. The product is non-comedogenic, hypoallergenic, has no alcohol, and is fragrance free!! It’s targeted specifically at moisturizing sensitive skin, which is amazing because it’s so difficult to find products that won’t break you out when you have sensitive skin! It’s super lightweight and sinks into your skin seamlessly. In the winter, I do a few more pumps just to get a little more hydration! overall opinion: I first started using this two years ago after a big breakout. I was using baby lotion at the time and was really worried this moisturizer would break me out like their makeup wipes did. To my surprise, it didn’t and I’ve stuck with this moisturizer ever since. I love how gentle it is on my skin and how moisturizing it is. I do need a little more during the winter, but that’s as expected. It’s drugstore price also makes purchasing this not as painful haha! This product is totally worth it’s price tag. The pump makes application of the product so easy and quick! I definitely recommend this to my fellow sensitive skin guys and gals!
Neutrogena-Sensitive Skin Oil-Free Moisture
My HOLY GRAIL moisturizer
I have sensitive, combo, acne prone skin and I love gel textures. Creams always feel heavy on my skin and the spreadability isn't as satisfying as it is with gel products. I tried this moisturizer 3 or 4 years ago and since then I've tried so many other moisturizers but I keep comparing them to this one! It's just that good. The smell is pretty citrus-y as well which I love because it's great to wake up to. My skin doesn't react to the scent at all. All in all I'm super excited to purchase this moisturizer again😌
ORIGINS-GinZing Oil- Free Energy Boosting Gel Moisturizer
Aveeno - Positively Radiant Daily Moisturizer SPF 30 is a lightweight moisturizer enriched with their “Total Soy Complex” ingredient that is said to improve the look of your skin’s tone and texture. The Total Soy Complex is boasted to help reduce blotchiness and discoloration. This has a creamy consistency and glides on the skin well. This is targeted for normal to dry skin. This was one of the very first moisturizers I’ve used growing up. I was always told to wear sunscreen and being the lazy person I was I always looked for products that had multitasking properties. I used to love this moisturizer and it’s still a good contender but sadly I’ve moved on to others that I feel I like more. I used to use this daily for about 2 years during my teens and my skin tone was even and it did reduce my redness around my nose and cheeks. But to say the least, I still enjoy this moisturizer when I’m in a pinch and I will use it when I don’t have anything else around. I have recommended this to friends who want a moisturizer with spf and when they’re on a budget. The only downside is that this does make my skin a bit oily throughout the day since it is targeted more to normal to dry skin. This product contains about 2.5 fl oz/73 ml and is priced at around $14.99. It's easy to use and a little goes a long way. I feel this is a great price for the product and you get a bang for your buck. I give this product a 4/5 stars. It’s still a great product overall and my friends still love this, I’ve just found others I feel best suits my needs at the moment.

"Protect them Barriers" - Baume B5 is the name o
LA ROCHE-POSAY - Cicaplast Baume B5 for Dry Skin Irritations Dry, sensitive skin with periodic acne is a curse! Dry skin has its bragging rights for having a brighter appearance, but the downside to dehydrated skin is irritation. Itchiness, flaking (if your skin is on the drier side of things), and redness are right up our ally! So what is the game plan here to combat these nasties and have a graceful and loving relationship with our skin. "CHOOSE THAT HEAVY CREAM" !! I am not going to lie, Baume B5 is as thick as goo and leaves a white cast, but it settles in surprisingly fast ! (10 mins tops!!) As it penetrates well into the skin. But this is your friend if you are trying to repair your irritated skin that needs some loving! PROS: I religiously started including this in my PM routine after being prescribed tretinoin. It has no fragrance and its a huge plus when it comes to sensitive skincareIt's an occlusive, meaning creams made with butter and waxes. These are superstars when it comes to saving your dehydrated skin that needs quenching! Don't! Shy away from slathering it on active acne or scars, the shining moment for this cream is when you start applying this directly to your problem areas every day! It doesn't clog your pores. I have been using this cream a little over 6-months, and I love the nourishing characteristics that it poses. It is one of those creams that demand your loyalty to reward you with better skin. So trust the process and include them in your daily PM routine to reap the benefits! It is 15$ (need I say more) CONS: Packaging! - I am pretty unhappy with the packaging because the cream sticks out to the sides of the tube, and it is impossible to squeeze it out! I prefer it if it came in a jar or a squeezable tin tube like an ointment ?? I often cut open the container, to scoop out the excess cream as I go towards the end It can get oily if you want to use it as a day cream. It does not sit pretty well on top of make-up/sunscreen. You might end up looking greasy! But hey! It is a treatment that sits well on your PM routine. The tube lasts okay! It lasts a month and a half. But mind you I cut open the packaging which gives me another week's worth of product!
