Honestly, I Wasted $280 On Eye Products👎👎👎

I have dry skin. Anti-aging is important to me. I have wrinkles under my eyes. I bought two eye care products. They are very expensive, so I expected them to be good. However, here is what happened.  CHANTECAILLE - Stress Repair Concentrate+ Eye Cream
I've always loved using Chantecaille anti-aging skincare products and I've used a lot of their masks and facial creams. However, no matter how much a brand is raved about, there will be products from the brand that are bombs. In this case, it is their Stress Repair Concentrate+. This eye cream is really greasy and not moisturizing, leaving an oily shine on the skin around my eyes. It even balled up when I first applied it, so as a luxurious eye cream, it gets an 'F' for the user experience it offers. It doesn't offer results as obvious as the same series facial cream. Since it can't be easily absorbed, it's not really moisturizing and I felt that there was nothing special about it even after finishing the whole bottle. There are many more eye creams in the same price range which offer better results and user experience. VERSO - Skincare Super Eye Serum
The second bomb for me is Verso's No. 5 Super Eye Serum, the main ingredient of which is Retinol 8. 30ml is more than enough for an eye serum, but unfortunately, I didn't finish using it. It has a lotion texture, is easily absorbed, and can be used as a serum primer, but it's really brutal on the skin. It literally burned the skin around my eyes when first applied, and even after switching to using it once every two days for one month, it still irritated a lot. I decided to give it up and announce that I'm just 8 times retinol intolerant. What eye cream or eye serum do you use? Help me find some good anti-aging eye products!❤❤

Super Eye Serum
I love eye creams. It's a weird obsession 🖤 Details: 🖤 • Verso Super Eye Serum rejuvenates the delicate skin around your eyes for a more refreshed appearance. • Amino acids nourish and fortify to tone and reduce puffiness while smoothing the appearance of creping skin. • Powered by Retinol 8 complex, this eye serum features a potent dose of retinol to help firm and soften fine lines, wrinkles and crow's feet without the irritating effects of traditional retinol formulas. 🖤 BRIGHTENING ENERGIZING FIRMING NOURISHING REJUVENATING 🖤 Key Ingredient(s): Vitamin A,  Hyaluronic Acid,  Vitamin E Peptides Dimethicone Amino Acids Antioxidants HOW TO USE: 🖤 Gently pat around the eye area morning and evening. 🖤 💭 Eye creams are life. This one is so hydrating yet so lightweight. The texture is very smooth. It absorbs nicely into your skin. I haven't experienced any irritation while using this. It helps with puffiness and gives my under eye area the moisture to last throughout the day. It's non sticky and non-greasy. There is a slightest of slight tingle but goes away literally after a few seconds. This one is definitely a keeper. . . Have you tried this serum yet?

I've tried 3 high-end eye creams, BUT only 1 for me...😑
I have problems of fine lines, dark circles and puffy eyes, and I've tried three high-end eye creams, because I thought expensive products would work for me. However, I feel disappointed at two of them, and only one suits me. CHANTECAILLE - Stress Repair Concentrate+ Eye Cream This is my least favorite product among the Chantecaille Diamond Series because it's oily but not moisturizing, leaving an oil film on the skin around my eyes. It also balls up, doesn't feel great on the skin, and can't be easily absorbed. I won't repurchase it.😥 VALMONT - Elixir des Glaciers Vos Yeux Swiss Poly-Active Eye Regenerating Cream It has a lightweight texture and is easily absorbed but definitely not thin, providing a good balance between being lightweight and moisturizing. People with dry skin can use this alone in summer and maybe add a serum in fall and winter. After finishing a whole bottle, the fine line I have under one of my eyes has neither been enhanced nor reduced. I can't comment yet on its effect at reducing fine lines, but I could see it firming the skin around my eyes and reducing puffy eyes. II will repurchase this eye regenerating cream.👍 sisley - Paris Supremÿa Eyes at Night It has a texture similar to that of an eye cream, and it can be used as such. Just like a night facial serum, you'll wake up to improved skin after using this eye serum, and I noticed the skin around my eyes visibly firmer and brightened. However, I don't really like the design of this serum's bottle as the serum at the exposed pump opening dries up easily. I will not repurchase this product.😥 Could you recommend your fav eye cream to me?😘

Expensive💰=Effective✅? For Chantecaille, my answer is...
Anti-aging is always my concern. The Chantecaille Diamond Series features anti-aging ingredients including hexapeptide and plant extracts. I've tried several products for a long time and some of them really surprised me. CHANTECAILLE - Bio Lifting Serum+ Besides peptides and plant extracts, it also contains hyaluronic acid, so besides tightening and restoration, it also helps in moisturizing and trapping water. It has a gel-like texture and is easily absorbed by the skin when one whole dropper is used each time. It's also lightweight but moisturizing, which might be a little sticky for oily skin but suitable for dry skin in spring, summer, and fall. It does a great job at maintaining skin stability, and since using it, my skin has remained radiant even when I stay up late or the seasons change. If you need an SOS serum, this might not make the cut, but if you want a product providing you with a comprehensive anti-aging effect, you won't go wrong with this.  CHANTECAILLE - Bio Lifting Cream+ This upgraded version of the lifting cream has a higher concentration of its active ingredients, enhancing the lifting and tightening effect while providing an anti-inflammatory and recovery effect, so even people with sensitive skin can use it. It has a soft, lotion texture with a runny consistency. A small amount is sufficient for the entire face, but it's slightly oily, so people with oily skin might find it a little greasy and it can't be easily absorbed. I could visibly notice its tightening effect after finishing a whole bottle, and it did reduce my expression lines and dry lines, especially smile lines. My skin looks plumper now and my smile lines have also been filled out, so I'll definitely repurchase it. CHANTECAILLE - Stress Repair Concentrate+ Eye Cream Its ingredients include hexapeptide and wheat protein for fighting wrinkles and reducing fine lines, caffeine for reducing puffy eyes, and finally plant extracts for reducing pigmentation. It has an average texture which spreads easily, but it's nothing special. It's oily, and feels like it balls up when first used, also creating a warming sensation around the skin of my eyes which irritates my eyes a little. Besides reducing puffy eyes, I don't see it doing much else so I don't think it's worth its price and I won't repurchase it. CHANTECAILLE - Bio Lifting Mask Directions: After cleansing, apply it evenly on your skin for 10-15 minutes, then wipe it off (no washing required) and follow-up with your usual skincare routine or just use it as the last step of your skincare routine. The most visible effect of this lifting mask is the brightening of skin complexion. It can be used as an SOS mask after staying up late, allowing you to wake up to smoother and more delicate skin. The skin radiance and tenderness can last for up to a few days. When there are signs of inflammation of your skin, such as swollen pimples, this lifting mask helps to soothe your skin and get rid of acne while effectively reducing dry lines. It's suitable as a regular anti-aging treatment or an SOS face mask. It is more easily absorbed compared with a normal face mask and it doesn't stain pillows. CHANTECAILLE - Jasmine and Lily Healing Mask The lifting mask focuses on anti-aging but this healing mask focuses on moisturizing and soothing, and is more suitable to use in dry weather, during season change, and for repairing sunburned skin. If you have sensitive skin and are not looking for anti-aging, but rather moisturizing, maintaining skin stability, improving skin redness, etc., then it's good value for money. The Chantecaille Diamond Series is not cheap, but most of its products can be used by people with sensitive skin, balancing anti-aging and skin restoration. Are you a fan girl for Chantecaille? What's your fav anti-aging skincare products?

💰💰The Most Expensive=The Best? My Answer is....
Should we use eye cream every day? YES! It's absolutely necessary! The skin around our eyes is more fragile, dries up, and develops lines and wrinkles easily, so it's essential to use an eye cream as early as possible. I'd advise not to use your facial cream as an eye cream because although they both contain fat and emulsifier, the skin around our eyes is thinner with less fat, so it requires better moisturizing but more lightweight ingredients such as squalane and jojoba oil. Facial cream CAN'T replace eye cream! I have no eye wrinkles and the skin around my eyes is not sensitive but I do have dark marks in the outer corners of my eyes. I want my eye products to be anti-aging and moisturizing. Here are 3 products I've tried. ESTĒE LAUDER - Advanced Night Repair Eye Supercharged Complex Synchronized Recovery-0.5 oz. for $64.00 It has a light brown, lightweight gel texture and it works very well, which can be easily absorbed. The gel didn't make my under eyes puffy(er) from using. It is moisturizing and made my under eye area smoother. I will continue to use it as my go to nightly eye treatment. The latest version claims to prevent the impact of blue light but I think it's hard to find the visible effect. LA MER - The Eye Concentrate- 0.5 oz. for $235.00 It has a light green, lightweight, and creamy texture. It contains a lot of ingredients such as niacinamide, niacin, and others, so it is also considered a very versatile eye cream. It works well in reducing fine lines, puffy eyes, dark circles, and eye bags. The attached massage stick helps to improve absorption.  After several days, I found the lines are less and the eye area is soft and no longer dry. However, for the price, I thought it could work miracle... I took 1 star off cuz the price is tooooooooo steep! I will just go back to searching for a Holy Grail that's more affordable.  Then I found this one!!!👇🏻👇🏻👇🏻 ELEMIS - Peptide 4 Eye Recovery Cream - 0.5 oz. for $49.00 This scent-free ELEMIS amino acid peptide anti-aging eye cream is not only moisturizing, but it also works magic on anti-aging.It has a white, lightweight and creamy texture suitable for summer use and it's very worth its price. I love both of these things about this product. It is moisturizing, skin-firming and improves dark circles.  It goes on smooth and glides across skin. The eye area looks healthier and more plump only after a week of use. I'll give it 5/5! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Product for Dark Circles
This SUNDAY RILEY - Auto Correct Brightening and Depuffing Eye Contour Cream was kindly gifted to me by our very own Cherie! I was so grateful to try this item as it was a product I had not tried before but heard amazing things about. This contour cream is meant to reduce the appearance of dark circles and those ever so pesky fine lines. This cream can be used on all skin types: normal, dry, combo, and even oily. It targets the dark circles, puffiness, and wrinkles around the eye. It works wonders because it’s two main ingredients are caffeine (reduces appearance of dark circles) and Brazilian ginseng root (diminishes puffiness). The product texture is a light to light/medium white cream consistency with low fragrance. It applies well with not much effort which is perfect for the delicate eye area. KEY RULE! Tap lightly with your ring finger when using eye creams! I’ve been using this product for a little over two weeks and I love the way it makes my under eye area feel after applying my morning and evening skin routine. It does have a slight shimmer to it, so if that is not your thing I say go for another product. I personally do not mind the extra shimmer since it looks nice with my makeup or I’m going to bed and don’t care if I have a shimmery face! I find it very hydrating and does debufff my eyes while also taking care of those early onset fine wrinkles I’m trying to beat before they get crazy down the line. I will admit it does come at a steep price since it retails for $65.00 and you get 0.5oz of product. If you are able to splurge, I say go for it! If not there are other drug store eye creams that work just as great. Depending on my personal budget, I would buy this item at the store. I recommend it since it does exactly what it intends to do! Thank you once again, Cherie for sending me this lovely item!

SUNDAY RILEY-Auto Correct Brightening and Depuffing Eye Contour Cream
La Mer Eye Cream: is it worth
La Mer Eye Cream: is it worth the 💵?? ……………………………………………………………………………………..... Both of these eye creams come w/ a silver-tipped applicator intended to help improve circulation around the eyes for a brightening effect - I keep mine in the refrigerator b/c I feel like this helps to de-puff around my eyes, which is my main eye skincare concern. ………………………………………………………………………………………… •Eye Balm Intense: hydrating balm intended to reduce eye puffiness (via Marine De-Puff Ferment…. better believe I’m about to be doing some research on this) & smooth/soften lines/wrinkles (via Miracle Broth, an elixir unique to La Mer products designed to moisturize, regenerate, soothe, smooth & enhance radiance). I prefer this (vs. the concentrate) b/c I’m constantly in search of the best product to help with my under-eye puffiness (which is out of control most mornings)… it is my holy grail eye cream: I apply it before bed & in the morning & I seriously don’t notice any puffiness in the mornings after bedtime use. It also is super hydrating & smoothes the skin around my eyes. If I could afford to use this every day I would (in reality my use is limited to around my birthday & Christmas - thank you to awesome parents 🤗🙌🏻) . •Eye Concentrate: hydrating cream intended to diminish dark circles (via a magnetically-charged iron-rich mineral called Hematite…. hmmm, adding this to my research list) & smooth/soften lines/wrinkles (via Miracle Broth, same as w/ the balm). Dark circles are not one of my major concerns so I don’t feel like I can truthfully comment on this effect-but it also moisturizes & smoothes around my eyes similar to the balm.

You Can Always Find Your Eye Product Regardless Of Your Budget😋😋
You Can Always Find Your Eye Product Regardless Of Your Budget😋😋
I'm over 25 years old and the four eye creams below are the eye creams I use most often, some affordable, some luxurious. I have thin, quite sensitive skin with occasional puffy eyes, fine lines around my eyes, and dark circles under them. 1) la prairie - Skin Caviar Luxe Eye Cream (Luxury brand) After scooping it out and dabbing it around my eyes with my fingers, the cream and oil separated, and it was also extremely difficult to dab and spread, so I could only smear it on. The accompanying silver spatula also felt quite useless. In short, after using it for quite a while, it did nothing much for me. Neither my fine lines nor my dark circles were reduced, so it's definitely not worth the price. 2) LA MER - The Eye Concentrate(Luxury brand) La Prairie and La Mer are neck and neck in terms of their reputation and price but La Mer The Eye Concentrate is way more suitable for my skin. It neither has a thick and heavy texture nor is it greasy, and it spreads and absorbs very easily. It's very nourishing and moisturizing to the touch and it doesn't leave my skin sticky. I've just bought it recently so I've yet to see its results, but it's said to be a superstar in reducing fine lines and dark circles. Another thing worth mentioning is the accompanying spatula, a green handle with silver ball, which is used to gently massage the eye cream onto the skin. Cooling and comfortable on the skin, it helps with eye cream absorption, and I hope that I can see results after using it for a longer period. 3) Kiehl's - Creamy Eye Treatment With Avocado(Affordable brand) It is quite moisturizing but spreads less easily compared to La Mer. It needs to be emulsified between your fingers until it feels more watery before it's applied, or else it can't be properly absorbed! Gently dab from the outer to the inner corners of your eyes after it's the right texture. It does nothing much for me, maybe because it's no longer suitable for my skin age, and it might be more helpful for new fine lines. 4) ORIGINS - GinZing Refreshing Eye Cream to Brighten and Depuff (Affordable brand) This eye cream is moisturizing and lightweight, which is how I prefer eye creams to be, and it also spreads very easily. The cream itself is a little shimmery and it's said to brighten the skin around the eye area, especially for dark circles. It does nothing much for me, but it feels nicer on the skin and is absorbed more easily compared with Kiehl's Creamy Eye Treatment with Avocado. It's better to test eye creams yourself instead of just focusing on the skincare brand and following reviews, especially considering how age-sensitive eye creams are.  What's your favorite eye cream?🤩

Drawing A Line Under Tired Eyes
Drawing A Line Under Tired Eyes
Our eyes are the first part of the fact to show signs of ageing in men and women.  I tend to work long hours and, I find that early starts and late nights take their toll on my eyes in the form of fine lines, puffiness and, ugly dark circles.  As getting more sleep isn’t really an option for me, I’ve spent a huge amount of time and money over the years to find an eyecare product which can zap away wrinkles and dark circles without making my oily skin look and feel greasy.  A few months ago, a friend recommended that I try CLINIQUE - All About Eyes Rich Eye Cream which promised to do all of this as well as leaving the skin around my eyes radiant.  As a bonus, the packaging states that this cream can also be used as a make-up primer, making it well worth the reasonable price tag.  Did it deliver? Clinique All About Eyes contains a whole shopping list of ingredients including Cyclopentasiloxane, Water, Isostearyl Palmitate, Glycol, Polysilicone-11, caffeine and lactis protein.  Aimed at those aged 30+, this cream is suitable for all skin types - so, good news for my oily skin!  Fragrance free, the texture of this cream is a cross between a medium-thick cream and a gel and, absorbs easily into the skin without any greasiness.  Application is quick and easy and, you only need to use a tiny amount on each eye.  The Verdict I used Clinique All About Eyes for one week, morning and night and, here’s what I found:  After just a couple of days, I noticed that there was a visible improvement in the shadows under my eyes in that the dark circles were almost gone and, my eyes looked visibly fresher.  Over the course of seven days, although the wrinkles around my eyes weren’t removed completely, there was a definite softening of their appearance.  Finally, I can confirm that Clinique All About Eyes delivered on its promise that this cream can be used as a make-up primer - and an excellent one at that!  I will definitely be buying this cream on a regular basis and, wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to my friends - new and old!

Anti-aging Eye Cream!
Anti-aging Eye Cream!
PAULA'S CHOICE - Anti-Aging Eye Gel Paula’s Choice is widely known as a holy grail. I’ve personally never seen it disappoint and this is no exception. It’s been awhile since I’ve used this because I switched to Brighten-I Eye Cream to try it out but it absolutely did the trick (I used it for about 5 months). This product is specifically meant to de-puff, smooth fine lines, refresh, and brighten your under eyes (which the lord knows I need because I get -zero sleep 😫) As you can see in the texture shot, it’s a gel-like substance and BEYOND hydrating. The ingredients also make my heart happy, as it contains hyaluronic acid and licorice 💓 Another reason a lot of people fervently back PC is because they are non-irritating, fragrance-free, and never animal tests!! 🥳🥳 10/10 would recommend to anyone struggling with the same bags and lines that I am!
