pls help🥺rate my skin care
hi! My skin is just never completely clear and it’s so annoying! Please rate this skin care and recommend any products or tips! I have combination skin that’s prone to break outs are easily marked when I pick my face (I have a major issue with picking my skin any tips on that would be so great) Okay this is the routine: Morning: I wash my face with warm water I then use the kiehls sativa seed oil herbal concentrate I then use the cerave AM Moisturizer with sunscreen Night: I wash my face with kiehls sativa seed oil herbal cleanser I then tone with the kiehls calendula herbal extract toner Then I sometimes use the ordinary niacinamide (it says not to put on broken skin that’s why only sometimes because I pick my skin too much) Then I use the kiehls sativa seed oil Then for night Moisturizer I either use the nivea soft moisturising cream or the 111skin day time Moisturizer because I’m not sure what to use at night!! That’s it! Please please please help me I’m so self-conscious about my skin it’s so sad 🙁🥺🥺🥺❤️❤️❤️
Yarlin_I used to touch my face so much before which cause me to break out even more. So every time I try to touch my face without watching my hands I just remind myself that every time I touch my face there’s a pimple ready to come out. And since I hate getting pimples/ having acne it works.
Mask irritating your skin? I can help!💕
What is maskne and why is everyone talking about it lately? Maskne is just a term for acne and skin irritation that sometimes comes from sweat, bacteria, moisture & oils being trapped in the skin while wearing a mask for extended periods of time. There are a few different ways you can help soothe your skin during these mask wearing times! I put together a list from tips I’ve seen other Esthetician’s post about and ideas that have worked for myself too. I will list them below 🤍 ⠀ ⠀ ⠀ - Use a more gentle skin care routine / try to use less actives on your skin. Use a gentle cleanser AM and PM & leave the exfoliating ingredients (glycolic acid, salicylic acids, retinols - things like this) for night time but reduce them to only about once or twice a week. ⠀⠀ - Go makeup free! Wearing makeup under a mask all day can cause excess oil buildup and increase breakouts. ⠀ ⠀ - Apply pimple patches to breakout spots and wear them under your mask during the day. This is a really helpful tip that I have seen. The patches will not only medicate the breakout, but they will hydrate the breakout as well (which is what you want!) Hydration makes inflammation go down and helps heal a breakout much faster than drying it out completely. ⠀ 💕 I have heard great things about the @zitsticka patches. They are backed and formulated by a Medical Esthetician and a Dermatologist! ⠀ ⠀ - Wash your mask after each use if it is reusable or use a new mask every time if it is not. ⠀ ⠀ - Healing and hydrating products are key! Healing ointments and creams, & make sure you are hydrating your skin with moisturizer always. ⠀ ⠀ - Cleanse your skin at least twice a day (morning and night) and if you wear a mask all day at work try to cleanse your face as soon as you get home and apply moisturizer right after. ⠀ ⠀ I hope these tips helped, even in the slightest bit!😷 #maskne #breakouts #irritation #CherieCreator
I have tried almost everything... help!
For the past year or so I have been in a constant battle with my skin. I always had clear skin in highschool apart from the occasional hormonal cyst. Last summer I got off of birth control and it seems like ever since then my face has gone haywire. My forehead has so many small bumps that are NOT fungal (I have tried nizoral etc.) My chin had small bumps too but after squeezing at them too much they have turned into angry cysts (I get a lot of hormonal cystic acne there in general too). In the photos my chin is very red from benzoyl peroxide. I have used Paula’s Choice BHA, Pixi Glow Tonic, apple cider vinegar, and The Ordinary’s BHA peel to exfoliate, but they all seem to exacerbate my issues. I have dry/combo skin, with my cheeks being on the drier side and rarely breaking out, and my T-zone being the problem area. Right now I have been using stratia liquid gold moisturizer, as well as the ordinary’s niacinamide, hylauronic acid, and squalane. I have tried so many cleansers, primarily cosrx low ph morning cleanser, the ordinary’s squalane cleanser, and cetaphil. Any clue as to what I should try next? I’m tempted to stop everything and just use nothing on my face, but I don’t want to be left with a bunch of scarring!
Almost dark mark free?
I can almost taste finally being blemish free. I’ve been concentrating on simple routines filled with lots of hydration and exfoliating 2-3 times a week. Routine: AM: Skinfix foaming oil cleanser Laniege cream and skin toner First aid beauty ultra repair face moisturizer /vegan milk moisturizer Supergoop spf PM: Biossance squalene oil cleanser Skinfix foaming oil cleanser Laniege cream and skin toner or herbal dynamics coq10 toner Laneige cica sleeping mask Yttp hydrate and glow face oil Exfoliate once a week: beautystrike pumpkin glycolic mask Once a week: beauty strike papaya enzyme toner

I Need Help With What Skincare I Should Use?
I have oily skin and have sensitive skin. I’m trying to find a morning skincare routine and night time routine. I want to try to stop having blackheads coming and pimples from having breakouts from stress. I would love to hear what you can recommend to me and skincare that you would not recommend. Iwould also love if you could show me products that I can buy from Ultra.
HOW I CLEARED MY SKIN WITH ONE BRAND FOR GOOD!🥰
So I never really thought products could make a big impact on ones skin. I just thought it was genes and the food you eat that make clear skin. Yes that is true, but there is a product out there for everyone to help clear up your skin!! I have tried everything from acutane to holistic remedies and nothing seemed to work until I switched from a dermatologist to an esthetician. The esthetician introduced me to “Face Reality” and my skin had never been clearer. Face Reality products I recommend to anyone who is struggling with stubborn acne. The face wash is my absolute favorite and it helps clear up your skin over night. I can make individual posts about the certain products but this line has saved my skin so much from further damage💗
