How I regrew my hair back with the tips I learned over the past four years...
I've started losing my hair since high school, which has been quite painful for me for years. I've tried nearly all the methods I could find on the Internet, magazines and so on but the truth is that most of them don't actually work for me. After trying so many hair growth "tips", I finally got my hair back! I'll list the tips that are actually helpful to me, so you don't need to waste your time on the useless ones: 🌟Massage scalp with hair serums or hair oils Many of those who have bought hair growth serums or hair oils like to complain that these hair growth products or hair thickening treatments don't work at all, and I used to be one of them until I found that It's the way I apply these products hat makes them less effective! Don't just simply drop your hair treatments and then rub them your two seconds. You need to use a scalp massager or brush such as BOUCLÈME - Scalp Massager to gently let your scalp absorb them, which helps hair follicles remain active. I normally massage my scalp for at least 5 minutes before I go to bed. My favorite hair growth serum is GROW GORGEOUS - Hair Density Serum Intense in case you are interested. 🌟Take vitamin supplements Vitamins are the key for hair regrowth: Vitamin A promotes healthy production of sebum in the scalp; vitamin E helps blood circulation to maintain the productivity of hair follicles. My doctor advised me to take some vitamin supplements daily. At first, I thought it was nothing but a waste of money, but I noticed a difference that some newly grown babies were growing on my hairline after taking DL.MD - Liquid Multi-Vitamin Supplement for one month! 🌟Stick with mild hair care products Keeping hair and scalp clean is necessary, but steer away from the strongly detoxing ones as these strongly purifying shampoos overly exfoliate your scalp and will harm your hair follicles. By using gentle shampoos and conditioners like Anne Semonin - Memoires D'ete Gentle Shampoo and Neutrogena - Healthy Scalp Gentle & Soft Conditioner with Micellar Water, you are lowering the risk of infections and sensitive scalp that may lead to hair breakage or loss. 🌟Carefully using the wig clips I used my lace front wig sometimes to cover my bald spots on my scalp during the period that I suffered from the severe hair fall. The lace front wig usually has clips added for steady holding. If you are using a wig, don't constantly put the clips of your wig in one area of your head, as the clip can tug at your real hair. Also, don't pull at the wig or yank get it as these actions harm your scalp and aggravate hair loss. But don't get me wrong! I'm not saying that you need to avoid wigs, but you'd better be careful with them! Very quickly, I used to feel depressed and shamed for my hair loss, especially when I was a teenager, and I guess there must be someone who is still going through something similar. Having wresting with the hair fall for about four years, I gradually learned how to accept my hair fall and reacquired my confidence. It's not something self-inflicted, and some so many women are having the same problems! Take your time, keep your head up, and follow those really helpful hair tips, you won't be troubled by the hair fall for sure! Love you guys lots xx!

HOW TO SAVE SCAR-PRONE SKIN (KojieSan Review)
LEFT PHOTO: 2017 RIGHT PHOTO: 2020 So in 2017, my junior year, I developed a crazy breakout on my forehead. This breakout was pretty unusual to me. They were a bunch of very small, closed, white condones. There weren’t inflamed or tender, just raised. And me being me, I picked at them. They were so small I honestly didnt realize the damage they did to my skin until maybe a month after . And by then, these bumps spread from my forehead down to my chin. This is when I discovered kojic acid and papaya enzymes. And still to this day KojieSan soap is my mf go-to. So lets talk KojieSan. This soap is actually categorized as a skin lightening soap because of its active ingredient, kojic acid. Kojic acid’s primary use is to inhibit (prevent) melanin production. Because of this affect, it easily reduces visable age spots or scarring. Exhibiting anti-aging effects as well. Kojic acid also houses antimicrobial properties that can help treat acne by reducing the bacteria on your skin. Lol I understand how the phrase “skin lightener” can scare ppl. But please take into consideration that this would be my recommendation for anyone who is suffering from photodamge, melasma, or post hyperpigmentation. CAUTION: 1- Please be aware of this product. If not used properly, you can face some adverse side affects. STAY OUT OF THE SUN. If you plan on using this product do not come in contact with direct sunlight. The UV radiation will stimulate melanin production and cause VISIBLE PHOTODAMAGE. Always apply sunscreen regardless if you are going out in the sun or not! Highest SPF PLEASE 2- Be mindful to use this product in intervals for maximum results. 2 months at a time would be my recommendation. It gives your skin a chance to grow and breath. Also an opportunity to observe your skin 3- Do not use on sensitive or dry skin. Ex. Atopic dermatitis/eczema. This product can be very drying. Be mindful to hydrate and moisturize your skin after use. TIPS: When using this product remember to do a patch test before you apply a large amount on yourself. This can prevent an allergic reaction if you are allergic to any of the ingredients . I would recommend starting off using this product at night ONLY once a week. Then working your way up once every few nights. Then once every 2 nights. But listen to your skin. If you experience any (during or post) redness/ stinging/ sensitivity/ irritation, STOP using this product immediately. Once my skin became accustomed and conditioned to this product, I would leave it on for about 2 minutes then rinse. I would do this method every other night for 2 months at a time. This method really helped the post hyperpigmentation on my face and for my strawberry legs, as well as brightening my underarms, elbows and knees. Btw, I love this app so much. I was scrolling on my homepage and found an entry of this girl that was asking about this breakout she had . And her symptoms were practically identical to mine. FUNGAL ACNE. #darkspots
How I grow my natural nails
**Note that my nails used to be frail, brittle old things that could NEVER know length due to nail extensions! Just last year, I was so in love with getting nail extensions. The length, the designs, the colors—I did not go one week without my bare nails showing for most of 2019! Then last September, I decided my nails needed a break (and I needed to save some money!) so I started to rehab my nails! Rehabbing my nail beds The first thing to do is get your nail beds free from any damage from nail extensions. This takes some time! I let my nails grow but I always cut away when it started to get length. I was going off of the theory with hair; cutting it makes it grow faster. It worked because by November, my nail beds were healthy! Supplement growth To help my nails grow healthily, I took my biotin supplements. I love the nature bounty one bc it’s yummy mostly 😂 NATURE'S BOUNTY - Optimal Solutions Hair, Skin and Nails Gummies Prevent breakage A big reason my nails always broke was because I never protected them! So I started brushing them with .INC. - Back to Life Recovery Treatment & Base Coat which really kept it strong and healthy as it grew. I also stayed super conscious of doing things that would break my nails, like washing dishes, moving big items, etc. I live alone so I have to do all these things myself, therefore I wear gloves when doing dishes and try to avoid grabbing things with too much nail. Not sure how to explain the last one😬

What to do when your foundation doesn’t match ..
I can’t tell you the number of times I have purchase a foundation from Sephora or Ulta after a consultant raves about my “perfect match” only for me to go into direct light and scare little children. Don’t give get me started on oxidation. For some reason, a majority of brands think deep-to-dark shades should lean toward orange or red. Neither of those match me. Enter the blue L.A. Girl - PRO.color Foundation Mixing Pigment . The pigments come in three other shades: White, orange and yellow. The formula is supposed to help by “extending the shade range of the matte foundation.“ How to use each color: White - Lightens your shade. Works well for seasonal changes. Yellow - Shifts foundation shade to a golden undertone. Perfect for excessively pink or neutral foundations. Orange - Shifts foundation shade to a warmer undertone. Ideal for foundations that are too golden or cool. Blue - Shifts foundation shade to a neutral undertone. Perfect for foundations that are too warm. Like I said, foundations tend to be too warm for me so I snatched up the blue mixer to neutralize the warm. The mixer was formulated to work with the L.A. Girl - Pro.Matte Foundationand while I don’t have that foundation, I mostly use matte foundations because of my oily skin. Texture: The mixer seems like an almost gel-like formula, but it doesn’t really interfere with the overall consistency of the foundations I’ve paired it with too much. For this experiment, I mixed it with the REED CLARKE - Fiona Stiles Beauty Matte Finish Foundation Concentrate and it definitely cooled down the foundation. Technique: I recommend pumping the exact amount of foundation you usually use on a foundation palette. Then slowly mix in the pigment until you get your desired color. Mix until fully incorporated. Price: $8.99 #CheriePartner

Wash & Go Routine For Type 4 Naturals!
The key to a successful wash & go is an amazing product to define your curls! I love using Taliah Waajid’s Apple & Aloe Curl Definer; it holds and defines my curls perfectly and keeps my hair looking extremely healthy. #Taliah Waajid - Green Apple & Aloe with Coconut Curl Definer[products]#[FiveStars] Eco Styler Gel always holds my curls in moments when I need that extra security! I highly suggest working in sections and thoroughly detangling your hair before adding products to get the best results possible!! Products usually stay white on my hair until it dries but thankfully once I let it dry completely it doesn’t leave white residue! I always mix my favorite oils together (Jamaican Black Castor Oil, Extra Virgin Olive Oil & Tea Tree Oil) but you can always use any oils you like! I hope this was helpful!
