I FINALLY picked these up! | 🎉🌞🌸
HERBIVORE - Cloud Nine Favorites Collection We all know it’s nearly impossible to pass up a good sale! Sephora has one on now, and I figured it was the best time to treat myself to this set from Herbivore. I haven’t tried any of their products yet, but you guys seem to LOVE what they’re doing, so its about time! The lowdown on what’s inside: ✨ HERBIVORE - Pink Cloud Rosewater + Tremella Creamy Jelly Cleanser This cleanser is said to remove makeup and impurities while hydrating the skin. Using tremella mushroom, a moisture-retaining powerhouse, soothing rose, and pure squalane, this is meant to be a silky, luxurious cleanse that leaves you feeling clean, without stripping your skin. ✨ HERBIVORE - Blue Tansy Resurfacing Clarity Mask This fan favourite mask is gentle on the skin, soothing redness and reducing the appearance of pores. It uses white willow bark (a natural BHA!), fruit enzymes, and blue tansy oil to reduce redness and inflamed acne. I can’t wait to see what the hype is about! ✨ HERBIVORE - Lapis Blue Tansy Face Oil For Oily & Acne-Prone Skin Another popular pick, once again including blue tansy, is this beautifully coloured face oil. Additionally, it uses kukui nut and jojoba oil to balance and hydrate, our MVP squalane, and jasmine sambac oil to boost elasticity. ✨ HERBIVORE - Prism 12% AHA + 3% BHA Exfoliating Glow Serum This chemical exfoliant is becoming more popular by the day! A mix of AHAs and BHAs, Prism uses naturally derived chemicals to gently resurface the skin, as well as rosewater to help soothe sensitive spots during the process. ✨ HERBIVORE - Coco Rose Body Polish A delectably-scented body scrub, Coco Rose is highly moisturizing and leaves the skin smelling like a floral, tropical oasis. This scrub has some pink clay mixed in to help detox the skin while you exfoliate and hydrate. After seeing so many of you talk about how in love you are with Herbivore, I’m seriously excited to use these products. The kit was packaged beautifully and really made me feel like I was gifting myself something so luxurious. 💅🏻 Stay tuned to see my in-depth reviews on each of these products! 📝
Anyone else as OBSESSED with Herbivore products?
HERBIVORE - Lapis Blue Tansy Face Oil For Oily & Acne-Prone Skin HERBIVORE - Phoenix Rosehip Anti-Aging Face Oil for Dry Skin HERBIVORE - Emerald Deep Moisture Glow Oil HERBIVORE - Bakuchiol Anti-Aging Serum HERBIVORE - Rose Hibiscus Hydrating Mist HERBIVORE - Orchid Facial Oil HERBIVORE - PINK CLOUD Rosewater Moisture Creme HERBIVORE - Moon Fruit Superfruit Night Treatment This brand holds a special place in my heart because it was the first brand I used when I started my skincare journey. This was also the first brand who’s products showed me significant results in a short amount of time. I absolutely adore ALL of their oils and have recently been obsessed with their Moon Fruit Night Treatment. All of their oils are lightweight and serve different purposes but they all hydrate skin so well! I’m on my 3rd-4th bottle of each oil and have no plans on stopping! One of their newest products (not pictured here) is a cleanser that is now my fav cleanser! It’s called the HERBIVORE - Pink Cloud Rosewater + Tremella Creamy Jelly Cleanser and it works so well at cleaning my skin and controlling blemishes. This brand is on the pricier side but they are so worth it! 🐰🌱 All of their products are vegan and cruelty-free and have no additives!
This has been amazing. I put it on after my moisturizer as my final step, and my skin stays soft all throughout the night. The blue lapis really reduces my redness and my skin looks clearer in the morning. I’m excited to buy the full size 😍🤍 HERBIVORE - Lapis Blue Tansy Face Oil For Oily & Acne-Prone Skin

🔎 FEMME FINDS: $39 KORRES Vit C Lotion for $12
Here’s another quick budget friendly find- this time from Marshall’s! Unfortunately, I could not recommend this product even though the formulation felt so nice on the face. KORRES - Wild Rose Vitamin C Brightening 24H Moisturiser INGREDIENT PROS 🥀 salicylic acid, which should help fight acne! 🥀 lactic acid, good for exfoliation 🥀 lots of humectants INGREDIENT CONS 🥀 alcohol denaturant is 3rd on the menu 🥀ascorbyl palmitate is a Vit C derivative considered to be as unstable as Ascorbic acid (the true form)- what a terrible choice! 🥀 ROSE fragrance, and I don’t mean just lightly scented...it smells like a strong perfuming smell I can’t run away from because it lingers on the face for hours after attempting to wash the product off. It made me dizzy 🥴 Got say this one missed the mark 😞. Onto the next one 🥂
KORRES-Wild Rose Vitamin C Brightening 24H Moisturiser
I am extremely selective when it comes to skincare outside of professional + medical grade standards. I applaud those who live a vegan, environmentally friendly, +/or conscious of organic cultivation, so I do my best to have an opinion on this side of the skincare realm. Upon researching, I found Loli Beauty, a line that promises each of their products start with the purest, most potent, food-grade ingredients, are hand-selected + responsibly sourced. Coming from a Social Work background, I deeply appreciate that they support the stopping of people trafficking; for every purchase of $75 or more they donate $1 to organizations that are making a difference. The Sea Buckthorn Seed Oil, is rich in omega fatty acids to rescue dry, irritated, + damaged skin. I use it on my skin, ends of my hair, + to hydrate dry cuticles! I did not prefer to use this on my facial skin, The Aloe Blueberry Jelly is a lovely moisturizer for oily, combination, or sensitive skin. The organic blueberry extract aids in healing blemishes, while the pure aloe vera juice delivers deep hydration. Lastly, The Tea Seed Elixir, which I use as a natural spot treatment. It contains ONLY five ingredients such as skin-plumping flaxseed oil, restoring apricot oil, + soothing camellia seed. #cheriecreator LOLI - Rosehip Seed Oil

Is Hemp Oil The Secret To A Heavenly Glow?🤔🤔
Sometimes I’m convinced nature knows best. I’ve been glad to see more and more skincare brands returning to the timeless trustworthiness of nature and botanicals to create premium products that are super effective. Something I’ve been reading a lot about recently is hemp oil. The skincare industry is packed at the moment with retinols, tocopherols, glycerols, and myriad other ‘ols’ that sound like they’ve been cooked up in a lab. ‘Ols’ make me think of smoking vials and bubbling beakers. ‘Oils’ on the other hand… that one little letter makes a big difference. The reason I started looking into hemp oils is because I’ve been hunting for an oil that’s light enough to use morning and night. My skin is relatively ‘normal’ in type, if a little sensitive, but I like to moisturise a lot to keep it young and feeling fresh. Because I don’t have oily skin, I can indulge in oil-based moisturisers. I decided to try HERBIVORE - Emerald Deep Moisture Glow Oil. Once you’ve got past the exhaustingly long title, this product is actually pretty simple - and all natural. I opted for this hemp product in particular for one reason: the ingredients list. I’ve never seen a list that’s so recognisable - so many natural names, so few unpronounceable chemicals. It’s packed to the rafters with plant extracts: sunflower, eggplant, jojoba, basil, and turmeric to name a few. But I was interested in the hero of the story, hemp oil. For some people, hemp = hippie. Woven hemp bags, rustic hemp cloth, and of course, cannabis. But hemp comes from a non-intoxicating strain of the cannabis plant that’s more commonly used for things like rope, paper, clothing, and health and body care. The power of the plant has been known for centuries, but modern dermatologists have found that it delivers a burst of moisture and antioxidants to skin, as well as providing anti-inflammatory properties, and (allegedly) antibacterial powers. This is why hemp oil has been used in holistic acne treatment - it can clear blemishes, soothe irritation, and even treat scarring. Last but not least, hemp seed oil (it’s true name, often shortened to just hemp oil) is basically a moisture elixir. After using it twice a day for a month, my skin hasn’t felt dry once, it feels softer, and it shines. Herbivore’s Glow Oil is everything free: SLS free, paraben free, sulfate free, gluten free, and vegan. If you’re ready to jump on the hype of hemp, you’re in for a treat.

Have you ever heard of Tansy Oil?
Skin Type- Currently turning Combo as the weather gets warmer Concerns- Hormonal Breakouts, Uneven Texture One of my favorite skincare ingredients is blue tansy oil. I find not a lot of skincare products use this and when my skin is TRULY on the verge of freaking the f out - whether it's hormonal or redness, my Herbivore Lapis is ALWAYS handy and takes control. I will use this as the last step in my skincare routine. I find that oils tend to work better after you moisturize and apply over. I've used this for over two years now. I'm not sure what YouTube influencer mentioned it, but it has definitely become a staple enough for me to purchase a full size. I do not use this every day, however Lapis usually makes her way to me every time I get my friendly female friend. I will make sure to use this and I truly find that it helps with any redness or breakouts I have going on. Lapis is high in Azulene, which is where this oil gets is blue color from naturally. Azulene helps to soothe dry irritated skin, reduce the appearance of redness and balance oily skin, so yes if you have oily skin, this OIL is actually good to use!
