winged liner in under a minute!
winged liner is one of my favorite makeup steps ever! I know there’s some hesitation for a lot of people, so I wanted to film this simple tutorial to show that it’s really easy! anyone can master it. in the video, I’m looking down into a mirror, I often look up to make sure the liner is turning out the way I want it. when doing this at home. you can check your work by simply stepping back from your mirror. step 1. I start my liner on the outside half of my eye. I have round eyes, and I don’t want to emphasize that roundness, so I keep the liner on the outside corner to emphasize length. step 2. I draw a straight line parallel to the ground. step 3. I draw another line, from the bottom of my eye straight up, at the angle I want my wing. step 4. connect both lines. step 5. from the furthest point, bring the liner all the way back to your first point. step 6. fill in! step 7. if you want a longer wing, you simply flick your liner from the wing you’ve already created. KBEAUTY/JBEAUTY MAKEUP FAVES
I don’t just love Japanese and Korean skincare - if you haven’t tried Asian makeup yet, you’re missing out. Here are my two favourite Asian makeup products that totally blow their western counterparts out of the water - the best liquid eyeliner I’ve ever used, and the best mascara. ➡️Clio Kill Black Brush Liner FEATURES: Brush Tip, Water Proof, Transfer Proof Clio is a Korean brand I only found out about relatively recently. Because I have oily skin and oily eyelids, I’ve always struggled to find a liquid eyeliner that doesn’t eventually transfer at the end of the day. This liquid eyeliner is literally the answer to my prayers - once you put it on, it stays PUT. It’s also really easy to use to get a flawless, sharp wing because of the brush tip! CLIO - Waterproof Pen Liner Kill ➡️Kiss Me Heroine Make Volume & Curl Mascara FEATURES: Water Proof, Transfer Proof Kiss Me is a Japanese brand that does the best mascaras I’ve ever tried. I need waterproof mascara to help my lashes hold a curl, but I also struggle with mascara transferring and giving me panda eyes. This stuff is waterproof and makes my lashes look so long and wispy without looking like spider legs. However, it’s tough to remove and requires a cleansing oil to dissolve it down - but that’s not a problem for me! KISSME - Kiss Me Waterproof Lengthening and Curling Mascara These are both on the slightly more expensive side of drugstore. I think that because both Kbeauty and Jbeauty focus so much more on eye makeup, Kbeauty and Jbeauty brands tend to have way better quality products compared to Western drugstores. I think I read somewhere that Asians are much more oily to have oily skin than westerners, so products that can last despite that are crucial! Also, us Asians tend to have stubborn, straight lashes that won’t curl - so that’s why waterproof mascaras that hold lashes in a curled position are popular (and common!) Have you tried either of these?
#kbeauty inspired look
I did this monochromatic look using a few of my #kbeauty, or korean beauty products. I love the fresh faced vibe! I feel like most trending makeup looks in asian makeup highlight really beautiful skin, include pigmented blush places higher than western trends, natural brows, and alluring eyes. CLIO - Waterproof Pen Liner Kill I had such high hopes for this pen, but it’s not super pigmented. though it can be built up, I prefer a liner that is saturated from the first application. erborian - Glow Cream Highlighting Primer this is my favorite primer and I find myself missing it if I don’t use it in my makeup routine. it’s crazy because I’ve never been a big primer person, but this really enhances my skin beautifully. I love that it’s not a glittery or even shimmery effect, but rather a true glow. this very well may be the first primer I ever finish!! 10/10 innisfree - No Sebum Mineral Powder this does that it claims. it takes care of oily t-zones, and I’ve set my undereyes with it. it’s extremely fine-milled and comes with a small puff to apply. HOWEVER—this causes MAJOR flashback on me. I have to take a star away for that! if you’re really fair you can get away with it, but on me, my photos look like someone smeared white paint under my eyes. (I also feel like the puff isn’t super hygenic 😅) what’s your favorite #kbeauty makeup product!? #cheriepartner #cheriecreator

Perfect Brow Tutorial-Brow Gel
Brows are so essential in a whole face makeup, I’ve been prating drawing my brows since freshman year and it took me almost a year to figure out the best way to get perfect brows that fits me. Now I want to share my hacks on getting these perfect brows with gels. First thing first, start with a fresh face, I normally have my foundations done first before moving to brows. And always brows first before moving to eye shadows cus you gonna conceal the edges of your brows afterwards and you dont want to mess up your eye makeup. I am kind of a perfectionist on eyebrows. So don’t panic if you are spending 15 minutes on one side of your brows and probably another 20 on the other side to balance. I used to spend average 1 hour to get the perfect brow I want. I feel like, for beginners, it is easier to draw and shape your brows with gels. Starting off with your brows, a good practice here is to “map” your brows. Its like an outline or guidance of your following steps. With the Mapping, it makes it easier to fill your browns. Now it is actually the perfect time to tweeze or trim your brows. When you already have a little bit product on and now you actually know where you want your keep brows With your desired shape, the next you need to make light strokes to form the shape you want for your brow. I like to start with the end, slightly fill in the blanks little by little. MORPHE - MORPHE Brow Cream This is one of the benefits about gels. It is not too pigmented. and make it super friendly to beginners. You won’t want to start with something supper pigmented and then correct everything in e huge mess. When you are done with the whole brow, you will need a thin brush to give the sharp and clean finish of your brow.

Stop using the wrong brow color‼️
Many females believe that you should always match your brow pencil to your hair color but let me tell you that you’re doing it wrong (respectfully). If you want your brows to look more natural looking you should invest in a brow pencil, pomade or whatever you use to fill in your brows to be at least a shade lighter color than your hair. It will totally make a difference and your brows wrong be so harsh specially if you like natural looking makeup. My favorite ways to fill in my brows are with brows pencil and brow powder. My all time favorite brow powder is the bh - Studio Pro Ultimate Brow Palette at the moment I own a smaller version that has 3 shades 2 powders and one pomade( I don’t even know if they still make these but they have brow powders that come in duos which is cool). I also recently bought the wet n wild - Ultimate Brow Micro Brow Pencil and I’ve been enjoying it a lot. Swipe right for the final look. Hope you enjoy🥰 #CherieCreator #CheriePartner @cherie
