Well this was recorded before I gave my final verdict on May Lindstrom’s Blue Cocoon, so at this time it was still on my trial period; I have a full dedicated review to it, if you want more info please read it🙏🏼😌 Let’s start reviewing: ARCONA - Night Worker
I just wish it was a true serum. Other than that it smells nice, like peaches or apricot; it’s mostly clean and has really good sourced ingredients; made in the USA; it’s a smaller company and they produce products freshly. The consistency is like a cream so if you have dry skin/normal or combo/dry, this will work greatly for you as it doesn’t irritate at all. Also the Vitamin C is stable as the container is completely opaque and has a pump which is also great. Definitely see some brightening action and smoothing of the fine lines in my forehead. SkinMedica - Retinol Complex 1.0
It is really gentle for being a 1%, I assume it’s due to it being encapsulated retinol, which means it gets released slowly and not all at once. Definitely no irritation even when I use my DE glycolic serum/gel and followed it with this. I just wished, again, that the consistency was more thin. Other than that great formula and packaging keeps everything stable as well. facetheory - PoreBright Serum N10
I feel like it has definitely help with my acne, as I started breaking out due to hormonal imbalances and this helped greatly. I do however like the Good molecules Niacinamide as it’s cheaper and has zero stickiness to it and absorbs quicker. I am mixing this with my Chanel Le Blanc lotion and that helps this product sink in way faster as well as to not have that sticky feeling. facetheory - Regena C20 Serum
I have to further keep using it, but right now it has given me zero irritation, has great ingredients and other brighteners besides vit C and sinks right in. may lindstrom skin - The Blue Cocoon
Please read my review on this. BURT’S BEES - Rosewater Toner
Love it, great for texture! Wish it had less alcohol. Chanel Le Blanc Lotion ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ As usual, 5 stars, I have reviewed it multiple times and just can’t get over what a great product it is. Aesop - Gentle Facial Cleansing Milk
It’s okay. Nothing exorbitant. I would say it’s good if you have really dry skin or for the winter months. Neutrogena - Hydro Boost Smoothing Gel Exfoliator 150ml
Smells great, leaves my skin soft as a baby’s behind, really small exfoliating beads, none irritating, good price, lasts a long time and doubles as cleanser after taking your makeup off, of course. GLOW RECIPE - Avocado Melt Retinol Sleeping Face Mask
For now I give it 4 stars as I need to use it for a longer period of time. Good thing’s about it: doesn’t irritate or make my eyes water, hydrates and smoothens. Wish it wasn’t in a jar.

Product Mentioned
Azelaic Acid: You Need This In Your Routine
Azelaic acid is amazing. It occurs naturally on the skin and is produced by grains in labs, holding anti-inflammatory and anti-bacterial properties rather unique to such a gentle, multifaceted antioxidant. It helps with skin texture, redness, uneven skin tone, hyperpigmentation, rosacea, and even minimizes the look of active breakouts. All of the pictured products are free of fragrance, alcohol, and essential oils. facetheory - PoreBright Serum N10 ($19 per 30mL) features star ingredients like 10% azelaic acid, 10% niacinamide, salicylic acid (<2%), aloe, and sodium hyaluronate to calm skin while addressing issues like congested pores, uneven tone, acne, oily skin... it’s a versatile serum that I enjoyed. The serum is light and moisturizing, with good spreadability. This is the gentlest of the three in my experience. PAULA'S CHOICE - 10% Azelaic Acid Booster ($36 per 30 mL) is a game-changer. I enjoyed FaceTheory N10, but something about PC’s formulation transformed my acne experience. 10% Azelaic acid, salicylic acid (<2%), licorice root extract, allantoin, and a variety of humectants + emollients come together in this light gel-cream to give significant texture-smoothing, tone-correcting, acne-preventing results. Whenever I apply this in the AM (which it is gentle enough to do), my blemishes are reduced remarkably by the evening. I also have seen such significant fading of my acne scars that I already got a back-up! Its cream formula allows for use as a spot treatment if you prefer that. This is my favourite of the three pictured. The Ordinary - Azelaic Acid Suspension 10% ($7.90 per 30mL) is a simple formula, with 10% Azelaic acid and vitamin e as the star ingredients in a variety of silicones and emollients. I noticed significant hyperpigmentation reduction with this cream, but I cannot stand the silicone texture. It has a strange grit to it, no matter how much I shake up the bottle. I also think my skin dislikes heavy silicones, as I experienced increased breakouts when using this, despite the wonderful brightening and calming properties it has. Not sure I’d recommend this unless your skin handles silicone well. The matte finish would probably be enjoyed by oily skin types.

The Best Moisturizers for my Combo Skin
I have a pretty love/hate relationship with moisturizers. Most of the time, they’re too heavy, too oily, and too thick for my easily clogged pores. Over the years, I’ve accumulated quite the collection of creams and lotions that I have tried and tested to see what would work for me; and I finally found three that did. My skin is oily around the T-zone and dry around the cheeks, neck, and forehead. Over the summer, I am much more oily, while in the winter, I’m a lot drier. I also struggle with acne and acne scarring (dark spots). I’ve found three moisturizers that really help me with everything! Firstly, the Nourish Organic Ultra-Hydrating Face Cream. Nourish - Ultra Hydrating Face Cream I like to use this cream over the winter when I’m extremely dry and in need of dire moisture. The cream is very light and goes on like a dream; it smells of flowers. The texture is extremely smooth and right after application, my skin is a little bit sticky, but also very smooth and hydrated; I like to put it on my face during the night time after taking a shower; you would think that a shower hydrates your skin, but it really does the opposite! If I put this cream on during the day, I get oily and my pores clog. I found this product online on their website, and I really like it! Secondly, the Tate’s Natural Miracle Conditioner. #Tate’s - The Natural Miracle Conditioner[products]#[FiveStars] This stuff has literally been a game-changer! The formula is so smooth and thin whilst still being very hydrating. I like to use this product when I’m breaking out; if I put on too many heavy creams I break out even more. The product smells a little bit like watermelon, but not the artificial candy watermelon, and is so good at moisturizing my sensitive skin. It’s marketed as an all-in-one product, but I’ve only ever used it as a facial moisturizer. Right after use, my skin feels SO hydrated and SO nice! I discovered this product in my local health store, and I’ve been absolutely hooked since then! Lastly, the Burt’s Bees Rosewater Toner. BURT’S BEES - Rosewater Toner Now, you’re probably like, “that’s not a moisturizer! That’s a toner!” but truly it does both for me. I like to use this product in the morning after I wash my face with a cleanser and then at night after washing my face again. I call this product a moisturizer because it makes my skin naturally hydrate itself by creating oils, but surprisingly it’s never clogged my pores! If I put the toner on a breakout the swelling and redness will have gone down quite a bit by the next day, making this a great product for my acne warriors! It smells a little bit like alcohol mixed with roses, but the liquid seeps into my skin so evenly that my face looks radiant after use.

Skincare that Saved my Combo/Acne-Prone Skin
As a teenager, my skin is frequently oily around my T-zone area, but my cheeks and neck are usually much drier. I typically break out on my cheeks due to stress, hormones, or sugar intake, or I have blackheads on my forehead and nose due to the oiliness. My day-time routine consists of the Isagenix Purifying Cleanser, which removes all extra sebum that my face has produced over the night after I’ve washed my face with cold water. I have used this cleanser for years after discovering the brand from an ambassador, and I’ve been hooked ever since! Then, I follow-up with the Burt’s Bees Rosewater Toner, which helps balance the pH of my T-zone, after I’ve dried my face. I’ve only been using this product for a couple of weeks after finding it in the clearance aisle at Walmart, but I’m absolutely in love! I don’t use moisturizer as it makes me even more oily, eye creams because I’m so young, or serums as I have never found one that hasn’t broken me out if it’s a very hot and sunny day, I may put on some SPF to protect my light-colored skin. After a long day of sweat and oil-buildup (I’m an athlete), I like to wash my face with warm water to open my pores and then wash with the same cleanser to take off extra oil, dirt, and makeup. This is something I only do 2-3 times a week, but I’ll use The Ordinary AHA 30% + BHA 2% Peeling Solution to reduce acne scarring and deeply exfoliate without physically scrubbing. Although I have only used this product for a couple of weeks, I have noticed the most enormous difference in my skin in the best way possible! I really enjoy using this product during a breakout as it kills all bacteria and leaves my skin feeling very soft. After washing it off, I’ll follow up with the Burt’s Bees toner and head straight to bed to prevent any extra environmental variables in my skin. And that’s my routine! The Ordinary - AHA 30% + BHA 2% Peeling Solution BURT’S BEES - Rosewater Toner #Isagenix - Revitalizing Cleanser[products]#[FiveStars]

May Lindstrom Skin The Blue Cocoon
⭐️may lindstrom skin - The Blue Cocoon It’s marketed as a product that is not only good for your skin but also good to sleep and relax, basically like aromatherapy. I was super excited to get this product and at first glance it was like opening the doors to heaven. Beautiful packaging, really minimalist but with a luxurious feel, super elegant, something you would want to show off and put on your vanity or bathroom counter. So yes, I was definitely blown away with the packaging, the description, even the box. 😊Smell: It is really overbearing at first if you’re not used to earthy, wet leaves, herbs and muddy type of smell. It is a very complicated smell but it definitely grew on me and it did relax me. ✨Consistency: It does exactly what it says; it’s a thick balm that melts right upon touch with your skin and even fingers if left too long on the hand. 💁🏼‍♀️Application: I would take less than a pea size amount and either put it in the center of my palm to then rub them together, heating and activating the product and then pressing it unto the skin; or I would rub the same amount on the tip of my fingers and then lightly apply it and again pressed it unto the skin. The problem I encountered was that the product would sort of ball up; It would leave little gritty or big particle like pieces on my skin. I tried it even alone, without any of my other products just washing and toning and it still left me with bits of something on my skin which felt weird. ✨Pros: -Smells lovely, definitely has a beautiful sensorial effect and an aromatherapy type of feel. -Melts upon touch -Would be good for extremely dry/mature skin, even though I think there are better products out there. -Packaging makes you feel special ☹️Cons: -Price is $180 for 1.69 oz. -Broke me out/clogged my pores. I thought it was a detoxing process so I kept using it but it got worse, and even caused milia on my forehead, which I have never experienced in my life. -Leaves little particles on the surface of the skin as if it doesn’t get absorbed completely. -Feels heavy on the skin ✨Conclusion I am currently returning the product as I don’t think this did anything for my skin and believe there are better alternatives out there. Kind of sad as everyone raved about it and I really wanted to like it, but it just doesn’t work for me. Xo, Jen💕

Some newbies in a silver & gold theme. ▪️Pat McGrath Skin Fetish Foundation & Primer. First impressions of the foundation is that it’s superb. Really lightweight, semi-matte in a comfortable way. The primer I’m kind of not feeling it fully but needs more testing with other foundations . ▪️Rituel de Fille Rare Light Luminizer Icebow. This was a new shade only available in a set. I normally hate buying a set for one item but I love their Rare Light Luminzers and haven’t tried the concealer yet. ▪️May Lindstrom The Blue Cocoon. I grabbed a new jar so I would have it in the fall. The free Youth Dew promo was too good to pass up. ▪️Allies of Skin Bright Future Sleeping Facial. This is the new reformulated version. No pilling 🙌 Use this for 2-3 nights in a row as a powerful brightener. ▪️Primera Miracle Seed Essence. I finally caved and grabbed it. Light slippery texture, nice glass bottle. ▪️SkinMedica TNS Ceramide Treatment Cream. This has a thick texture but it’s actually pretty light. Great for soothing and repairing. ▪️Byredo Chai Candle. Warm & spicy.

(MALIN+GOETZ) - Face Essentials Duo Set Set Great for traveling. Awesome price. Recommended for: normal to oily/acne prone skin. Aesop - In Two Minds Facial Toner Great for normal/dry to combo/oily (not acne prone imho) BURT’S BEES - Rosewater Toner not the one from the video but definitely a most have for acne prone skin and stubborn white/black heads or texture. One of my go to’s. The one I sprayed is called: Rosense pure damascena water from Turkey; you can find it at TJ. Maxx or Marshall’s, maybe Amazon. ~Link Below~ Rosense Glass Bottle Rosewater Hydrating Facial Toner/Rose Water Face Mist 6.8 Oz https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0787SVZCK/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_HZIOEbBWC7YM9 CHANEL - LE BLANC ESSENCE LOTION Healthy Light Creator GOOD MOLECULES - Overnight Exfoliating Treatment I need to use it more but no breakouts or dryness/flakyness. GOOD MOLECULES - Niacinamide Serum Great value and sinks right in and it actually works and brightens the skin. FARMACY - Very Cherry Bright 15% Clean Vitamin C Serum with Acerola Cherry It works slowly but surely. Only thing is the price and the percentage of the Vitamin C, I wish that part (the percentage) was higher. Other wise very well formulated. I usually apply the Niacinamide serum and then the Vit C. 😊 Osmosis Beauty - Clarify - Blemish Retinal Serum LOVE IT😍😍😍 no flaking or drying out. Stings a bit the first times but it’s really tolerable. Really helps keep acne and hormonal breakouts away. CHANEL - BLUE SERUM Eye Revitalizing Serum Pricey hence why the minus star. I feel like it moisturizes w/o causing milia, keeps the eye area smooth, a little goes a looooong way, LOVE the packaging as it keep ingredients stable. Don’t know if it does anything for fine lines 🤷🏼‍♀️ CHANEL - LE LIFT Serum Really pricey ($175 for an oz.) that’s why I deducted a star. Packaging is great, sinks right in and I do feel a tightening effect and my forehead expression lines way smoother and firmer. Curél - Moisture Facial Milk Simple. Efficient. Easy. Minimal. Works. Keeps the skin barrier happy and protected with it’s ceramides and the consistency is definitely great as a summer moisturizer/emulsion (2 in 1)👌🏻! Perfect for normal/combo to combo/oily/acneprone skin types. Dry skin peeps can use it by incorporating an oil in it 😊 And my actual moisturizer: belif - The True Cream Moisturizing Bomb I wish it was packaged in one of those air tight pump jars/tubs so it would make it more hygienic and more ingredient friendly as to keeping them safely away from air and germs. Other than that this moisturizer not only moisturizes but hydrates. Lovely indeed✨ Hope you found it helpful, Xo Jen💕

YOUTH TO THE PEOPLE - Superfood Cleanser great for all skin types as it cleans without stripping. CAUDALIE - Grape Water great refreshing water filled with a great antioxidant, resveratrol which is anti-aging as well. Perfect before makeup, after makeup, during the day or as a refresher💁🏼‍♀️ THAYERS - Alcohol-Free Witch Hazel Facial Mist Cucumber mine doesn’t have a mister, but this product is awesome and does not irritate at all. I even use it on my eyes and there’s zero stinging. Leaves your skin prepared for your other skin caring steps. Goos to use as a cleanser before makeup when your feeling lazy 😅 FARMACY - Very Cherry Bright 15% Clean Vitamin C Serum with Acerola Cherry Good serum, not bothersome, could be a bit tingly when you start using it if you’re sensitive. Skin looks brighter but it’s definitely a slower worker than other vitamin C’s. I would say the serumy consistency and other soothing ingredients make it a recommendation from me to my sensitive skin peers out there. (MALIN+GOETZ) - Revitalizing eye gel Definitely a gel but it’s almost a cream gel hybrid. My undereyes are really dry and this product really hydrates them and serves as an undereye primer as well without feeling like a grease ball. Definitely recommend if you’re undereyes are dry and need some hydration (*not moisturizing just hydration*) Curél - Moisture Facial Milk Great day time moisturizer especially for summer time and for those who have dry/normal to oily skin. Not those it only protect your skin barrier with it’s ceramide filled formula but it softens and hydrates, keeping skin smooth and supple. Tip: if you want more hydration or glow just add some drops of any oil you have or mix it with another moisturizer that might be to heavy on it’s own and voila, you got yourself a summer time moisturizer ✨👌🏻 L'ORÉAL - Pure-clay Cleansing Mask for Dull Skin definitely brightens and pulls gunk out from the skin, the only downside would be that it is pretty drying but when you’re skin feels really congested and gross I definitely recommend this. Tip: use as spot treatment to suck out the inflammation and gunk from the pimples. Hope as always that you found my reviews useful and my video informative any questions feel free to always ask🧡 Ps. I used Good Molecules Niacinamide before applying the Vit C. Sorry it wasn’t recording😫

CBD and Acne 🍁
CBD and Acne 🍁
If you've read any of my other reviews than you know, I have combination skin that leans more oily than normal and my skin is acne-prone. I don't have many skin concerns, just breakouts and the spots they leave behind! CBD made a huge splash when it jumped into the skincare spotlight, with big claims! According to research CBD can... speed up skin recovery calm redness clear breakouts provide phytonutrients to the skin All that to say it can basically give you clear, calm skin! Well with my skin concerns, it sounded like something my skin would love, with one draw back I'm VERY picky about the types of oils I like and all the CBD I found was in either a thick cream moisturizer or oil! I've since tried three different products with CBD as the star ingredients, two in oil form and one was a moisturizer, all three were amazing! My skin drank them up, was calmer, and breakouts didn't stick around for long! In oil form CBD sinks deeply into the skin, like a rich serum leaving the skin glowing and happy. As a moisturizer it is thick, but just like the oil sinks into the skin leaving it super hydrated and comforted. I now use CBD in my morning and night routine, religiously! The biggest impact it had was completely getting rid of all the nasty side effects of reintroducing tretinoin to my routine! Here's the products I ❤️: FLORA+BAST - Age Adapting CBD Serum LORD JONES - Acid Mantle Repair CBD Moisturizer SAINT JANE - Luxury CBD Beauty Serum #CherieCreator

Hello everyone, I know that is it but this is night/removal of makeup routine that I do when taking off my makeup and also for full video you can find this on my Instagram account username is provided in my bio. Also for the makeup look you guys just seen can also be found on my YouTube Channel eyeart_byrose For starters, I love to start off the with Neutrogena - Make-up Remover Cleansing Towelettes to remove my makeup. I love this product it not only removes makeup on the skin, but also on any surface that comes in contact with makeup. Next, I love to use the Neutrogena - Fresh Foaming Cleanser even though I love the makeup towelettes this product works better on your skin removing all of the excess makeup that didn’t come off when using the towelettes. Another face cleansing mask I love to use is the FREEMAN - Polishing Gel Mask + Scrub This mask is very breathable, and it sinks into your pores and removes all dirt and any oils that come in contact with your skin and once you take it off this mask leaves your skin smooth and glowing. I must warn you though the product does make your pores tingle. You leave is this product on your face for at least 7 minutes and once you take it off you notice your skin is smooth. Finally but not least I love to use the OLE HENRIKSEN - Goodnight Glow Retin-ALT Sleeping Crème this product removes any dark spots, wrinkles, and leaves your face smooth, smelling great and also glowing and hydrated.

These products have been working wonders for my skin. There are improvements in my skin; such as my complexion, texture, and overall my skin is looking and feeling healthy. Down below are the products that I use on my skin during night time. 1: JUICE BEAUTY - Hydrating Mist this product gives my skin a nice start off. I spray this once I get out of the shower. It’s is very refreshing and the ingredient in this product have really help my skin out. 2: innisfree - Soybean Energy Essence this one right here is amazing! It is great for sensitive skin. I literally slap this onto my face (gently). This preps my skin for the other product. It has no fragrance which is a bonus. I like how this product is not too sticky and it give my skin a dewy look. 3: DRUNK ELEPHANT - B-Hydra Intensive Hydration Serum I’ve previously talked about this product. Briefly; I really love how this product gives my skin just the right amount of moisture. It glides onto my skin so nicely. I enjoy this serum a lot, it just helps with moisture into my skin. I like to penetrate this product with a jade roller. 4. YOUTH TO THE PEOPLE - Superfood Air Whip Hyaluronic Acid Moisturizer This is a nice moisturizer, making me feel like I’m on cloud. This moisterizer is super light, it is great on skin who have normal to oily skin. If you have dry skin like my mommy it’s not going to really help much. Overall this product is lightweight, absorb into my skin nicely. 5: CANNUKA - CBD Skin Balm Last but not Least is this CBD balm; I have gave this product a review but I will briefly talk about it. I use this on my lips and gives my lips nice and supple. Conclusion: Overall these products are the staple to my skin. Works well and keeps my skin happy and healthy. Make sure you’re consistent with what works best for you. If you want nice skin or whatever; keep working towards it and in the end it is very rewarding. I hope y’all enjoy.
