Recently, I have been super into skincare and keeping up with my skin’s appearance as I am growing myself in the beauty industry ( meaning that I am now CONSTANTLY doing makeup on myself! ) Fluff and Starface both sent me these products to try out, and I have been LOVING them so far! I have combination skin, and this routine is PERFECT for me! My new three favorite skincare products that I have been enjoying as of lately are 1) FLUFF - Face Oil #1
, which is 100% jojoba oil, which I used as an all natural makeup remover! Jojoba oil is super moisturizing and amazing for literally all skin types- especially acne prone and sensitive skin! 2) FLUFF cleanser , which is again - all natural - containing jojoba oil, hemp seed oil (which moisturizes without clogging pores, and balances out oily skin), ashwagandha root (which stimulates production of natural skin oils), and aloe vera (which reduces blemishes and acne, as well as lightens blemishes on the face). This cleanser does a great job of removing makeup as well as leaving you skin moisturized and soft! 3) STARFACE Moisture on Mars Hydrating Face Cream! A little bit of this product really goes a long way, leaving your face super soft, hydrated, and all with a SERIOUS glow!!! I highly recommend checking these 3 products all out! They all work great separately, but in my opinion as I have been using them cohesively, my skin has been looking and feeling great ( besides that one pimple 🙄 ). xx Isabelle

COVID Mask Tips & Tricks for Dry Skin
COVID Mask Tips & Tricks for Dry Skin
Wondering why your skin is super dry from wearing the daily mask outside during our global pandemic? Are you experiencing Micro tears on your face from your mask rubbing on your face? Well, here’s a solution to help you manage that and keep your face hydrated while you wear a mask. Make sure that your wearing your daily favorites sunblock. Make sure it’s thick enough for your skin type to ensure not getting break outs. Also, you can get a result driven face oil that will help keep your skin Barrier protected from anything hard rubbing against your skin such as the daily mask. Some heavy creams are not for me cuz their too occlusive from being to “Pore” blocking. That will cloth pores and fissile acne. Be sure you understand your skin type to make sure your skin barrier can hold enough moisture without being greasy or too oily. You may have heard me talk about this luminous face oil before, however I love it! It just enough of hydration for my skin. And I’m sure yours also. The ingredients makes all the difference for better product penatration for the best results. Glow RX skincare - Luminous face oil[products]#[FiveStars]

Layering Oils
Layering Oils
Some things in skincare layering are straightforward...cleanse then tone. Always wear sunscreen. You know, the basics! When it comes to layering oils into your routine though, the message is all mixed up. “Oil then moisturizer” “NO moisturizer then oil” “NO mix them together” Scrolling through the internet it’s easy to get confused about how oils fit into your routine because everyone is giving a different answer. Ok so really, what’s the best way to add an oil?! The answer...all these people are right because it completely depends on your products and goals! Here are the benefits of each method and why they’re useful: 1) moisturizer then oil Oil is an occlusive meaning it acts as a barrier. When you apply moisturizer first, the oil traps the hydrating ingredients in the moisturizer on your skin, allowing them to sink into your face rather than evaporating. This is especially the case for drier skin. If your oils are heavier, this option is also good because heavy oils can prevent moisturizer from absorbing at all if they go underneath. Oils are persistent so given time, they’ll work their way through your other products and into your skin no matter where in your lineup they are! Personally, this is the way I go most of the time. 2) oil then moisturizer Scientifically, oils are always heavier than moisturizers which would mean option 1 always wins, but for some people or products, this can be the more effective routine. Sometimes, your moisturizer has more occlusives in it (think ceramides, silicones etc) and you have a really lightweight oil or one with more active ingredients in it. In this case, putting the oil first can allow it to really sink into your skin before adding more hydration on top, especially if you give it a few minutes. Oilier skin types can also benefit from this approach 3) mix them together Moisturizers are already a mix of oil and water, so consider mixing them together in your hands before application like making a customized, enhanced moisturizer. You can add more or less oil depending on your skin needs, and apply more or less of it to different parts of your face as needed. Plus, if you’re feeling lazy, this cuts out a step without really cutting out the benefits of using both oil and moisturizer. When I’m rushing out the door or into bed, you best believe this is my method. At the end of the day, it’s really about finding what order works best for your skin and products so don’t be afraid to experiment! Where do you stand in the great oil/moisturizer layering debate?

Happy Monday!! Today I would l
Happy Monday!! Today I would like to talk about this oil, I am a big fan of face oils/serums and this oil is truly a favorite. I use this daily as my skincare routine. I have combination /acne prone skin but this stuff has not caused any breakouts. The bottle is a bit pricey but honestly it will last you for months. I will definitely continue to buy this oil, it’s made a huge difference on my dry winter skin. I highly recommend it 🌿 . . . . . . •Increases skin radiance by improving tone and texture. •Boosts skin firmness and suppleness. •Instantly hydrates and protects skin from moisture loss. Botanics: Friend or Foe?
Botanics: Friend or Foe?
Botanics oils is predominantly a plant derived product made mostly from hibiscus, rosehip and lavender plants. I’m sure that this product probably works on some of you, but this product ruined my skin when I tried it. Tired it on 2 separate days this week and last week and it caused little bumps to rise on my face and it made my face itch. Goes to show me that Botanics oils is my Foe and definitely not a friend. My sensitive and combination skin does not go well with these products so plant based oil products with Rosehip, Lavender and Hibiscus, or probably any plant causes a reaction. If anyone uses these or used these oils, let me know how your experience went 🙃 BOTANICS - All Bright Bi-Phase Oil BOTANICS - 100% Organic Nourishing Facial Oil BOTANICS - Organic Restoring Night Oil

Jullai Super 12 Bounce Thin Oi
Jullai Super 12 Bounce Thin Oil Review Do you use oil as a moisturizer or not? Some people believe that oil can make your skin oily but it won't! The secret is in selecting an ideal oil for your skin type. Jullai is a brand which you might not know since it's a South Korean brand that focuses on a cold slow brew of natural ingredients - a process that helps to save natural properties of ingredients. This Thin Oil is based on bouncing complex made out of natural ingredients such as algae, chia extract, sea buckthorn oil and other fruits, veggies and grains. If it comes to oil, it contains Olive Oil, Lemon Oil, Palmarosa Oil, Apple Seed Oil, Peach Kernel Oil, Hydrogenated Vegetable Oil, Andiroba Oil, Acai Oil, Sea Buckthorn Oil and Squalane. I've got sensitive combo skin but my skin totally loves the oil, the scent is mild and I can't really smell it but application process is easy and the oil is absorbed quickly absorbed without leaving skin oily, still I do not recommend to use it under the makeup since my MAC Studio Fix foundation didn't want to work with it. This product is a sample just to clarify, but this sample was enough to use the oil every day for 2 weeks. My skin after every use was hydrated and soft. I had neither comedogenic not allergic reaction. You can use oil on its own but Jullai also recommends to blend it with fluid.
