Hi guys! 😀 Last Friday I got this lovely Cherie package. They gifted me the OLE HENRIKSEN - Banana Bright Vitamin C Serumand the OWA HAIRCARE - Moondust Collection Unscented: Hair Wash It is my first time seeing a non liquid hair wash. I was so surprised when I saw the dust 😯 It doesn’t have a smell at all. Neither a color, it is just plain white dust. According to the directions I just need to apply the dust in my hand and activate it with some water before applying to my scalp. I might try it on my next wash to see how does it feel. 😃 I also got the Vitamin C serum. I have read some mixed reviews about this product. The majority of the reviews are about causing acne on acne prone skin. 😳 The texture is liquid with an orange color, it also has an orange smell. I am kind of scare to give it a try, but I will for one week. I will take before and after pictures just to double check at the results. 🙂 Thank you so much to my @cherie family for sending me these lovely gifts. 😙 And stay tune for future reviews on these. ☺️

Got my new YOUTH TO THE PEOPLE - 15% Vitamin C + Clean Caffeine Energy Serum the other day and just in time- my OLE HENRIKSEN - Banana Bright Vitamin C Serum just finished. So far I’m LOVING YOUTH TO THE PEOPLE - 15% Vitamin C + Clean Caffeine Energy Serum I think moreso than the OLE HENRIKSEN - Banana Bright Vitamin C Serum . I like the formula of the YOUTH TO THE PEOPLE - 15% Vitamin C + Clean Caffeine Energy Serum more and the iverall experience. It has a ginger scent in it which is highly invigorating, so great for my mornings. I love the watery texture it comes in and love the caffeine in it too. Caffeine is known to be great for de-puffing and overall smoothing and skin-texture improving, and I love my first impressions of the depuffing/decongestion with the caffeine. Totally feel like this was made for my mornings. OLE HENRIKSEN - Banana Bright Vitamin C Serum has a creamier formula, which I dont prefer, but it does smooth out to a flawless, non-tacky finish. The banana bright formula has a banana powder that instantly brightens the skin, but its like coloured skincare rather than longterm skincare. It does work, but its not long lasting. I do really love that formula in eye cream though 😍 my eyes can always use a wake up call. All in all I think I’m definitely gonna like the YOUTH TO THE PEOPLE - 15% Vitamin C + Clean Caffeine Energy Serum more!

Current morning & night routine ☀️🌙
Hey beauties! I wanted to share my current skin routine for morning & night, since I've updated it with some new products that I'm enjoying and it's been working for me. Hope it works for you too! :) ☀️Morning: 1. I typically don't wash my face since all I did was sleep and I do this routine pretty soon after I wake up. So the first step is really to use almost a whole pump of OLE HENRIKSEN - Banana Bright Vitamin C Serum on my whole face 2. Then I use about a dime sized amount of myKiehl's - Ultra Facial Cream 3. Glossier. - Balm Dotcom goes on my lips - I prefer either fig, birthday, berry or coconut 4. Volia! That's easy :) 🌙Evening: 1. Cleanse my face in the shower using a half pump of YOUTH TO THE PEOPLE - Superfood Antioxidant Cleanser 2. After my shower, I sometimes use my facial roller (it's SEPHORA COLLECTION - Rose Quartz Facial Rollerand Idk what to rate it as since it's the only one I have) 3. Next is the serum - depending on what's the issue; if it's acne:Glossier. - Solution Exfoliating Skin Perfector, redness and/or irritation: Glossier. - Super Pure Niacinamide + Zinc Serum, or just feels ok / needs a little something to smooth out or be more hydrated: TATCHA - The Dewy Serum Resurfacing and Plumping Treatment 4. If I want to use an eye cream, I go with the Ole Henriksen banana bright eye creme from this set: OLE HENRIKSEN - Let's Get Luminous Brightening Essentials Set it's a half size one and the set is only $40 5. Glossier. - Balm Dotcom again because it's hydrating enough for me (yes my lips do get dry since they're a little chapped when I wake up, but I don't think I necessarily need a lip mask) 6. Of course, the last step is a facial spray, and it's always my Avène - Thermal Spring Water Spraybc I can't live without it. In case you're curious, the total price for my routine is $363!! (that includes all the products I mentioned) 🤯

new products ! 🍌
with the new year comes new products and here are three i’ll be testing out soon! i just wanted to give you all a small introduction to the three before i make separate posts on them later on ~ first we have the OLE HENRIKSEN - Banana Bright Eye Crèmewhich contains vitamin c & is collagen-boosted as well as inspired by banana powder (used by makeup artists) what is claims: - brightens - targets aging - reduces the look of dark circles - improves concealer application and wear good for: - fine lines & wrinkles - dryness - dark circles secondly there is the OLE HENRIKSEN - Banana Bright Vitamin C Serum also by olehenriksen what is claims: - brightens - instantly firms - plumps skin with hydration - reduces the appearance of dark spots, pores, and wrinkles to put it short, “a powerful age-defying serum” lastly we have the OWA HAIRCARE - Moondust Collection Unscented: Hair Washby owahaircare~ i’m most excited to try this one out because of the reviews i’ve seen online about this product. it’s also the first powder hair wash i’ve ever seen/used. though it is a powder, it’s not to be taken lightly as it claims to do better than your average shampoo. what it claims: - adds volume - adds moisture can’t wait to try these 3 products, thank you @cherie ! <3

a MUST for acne
a MUST for acne
You can tell my love for this product considering I’m almost done with the 1.6 oz bottle of it. I also have gone through many other tubes. I have been using this product for years and every time I think “hmm, maybe I should try something else” I soon learn why I love it so much. This product has helped my acne for years and if I don’t use it for one night I can immediately tell the difference. I have really dry sensitive skin so I like to use this product after a HA serum just to have that buffer of hydration. If you start using this product you will go through a purging stage for a couple of weeks before your skin gets fully used to it, but once it does WOW! I have recommended this to countless friends and shoppers at target (I work there lol) and everyone has loved it. DIFFERIN - DIFFERIN Acne Treatment Gel

I am not very acne prone but I do get the occasional break out and drying lotion has been my go to in the past. I couldn’t find my bottle of it and I had been gifted this Versed Nix It product so I put it to the test. The solution is an oil type blend that you dab on to the spot and overnight, my painful eruption had considerably calmed down. Since then, I’ve used it at first sight of any breakouts and it prevents them from getting aggressive. Unlike drying lotion, my skin didn’t feel “dried out”. Truly something magical in a tube.

This product is amazing and reduces swelling and speeds up breakout time for me really nicely. It smells pretty strong because of the sulfur but that’s the ingredient that really helps in it. I love it and can’t recommend it enough.

Great for sensitive skin!
Great for sensitive skin!
Rosen Skincare Break-Out Stick: this is another spot treatment that I’ve been trying out, and it features alternative ingredients other than your usual suspects of salicylic acid of benzyl peroxide. It includes apple cider vinegar and zinc, as well as eucalyptus. With these ingredients, I think it would definitely be appropriate for sensitive skin. It has a goopy white texture, and you apply it with the same type of applicator as a lip gloss. It dries down pretty quickly, and it does do a great job of flattening out my pimples within 2 nights! I do think this product is worth the hype, and it’s definitely a more affordable option than some other spot treatments out there!

Day 12!
Day 12!
Soooo if this is ur first time seeing me I'm currently taking doxycycline... I honestly haven't seen much improvement with my acne at all. I'm sure with time it will get much better. But what it has made better is how it controls my oil and all that. The little bumps that I was getting from my oily skin and all the blackheads are little to none. My forehead is completely flat expect for a few zits. The symptoms can be annoying but easily avoidable. So far decent but I'm also under soooo much stress so gotta cut the pill some slack lol I think that differin is working so well with this product, it definitely has helped mainly with oil production! DIFFERIN - DIFFERIN Acne Treatment Gel Also, lots of dry skin!

The best pimple patches
The best pimple patches
For a long time, I thought pimple patches were gimmicky—I didn’t think putting a sticker on my zits would solve anything. Luckily, I was wrong! I was going through a really rough breakout back in the spring, and my Curology provider adjusted my formula and recommended some other products to help in the meantime, including hydrocolloid patches. I won’t even pretend that I understand exactly how they work, but they WORK—they suck liquid and gunk out of blemishes and leave them noticeably less red and inflamed overnight. I’ve been using patches regularly since around May, and these are the best ones I’ve tried. I like that these come in a sheet with different sizes, because not all blemishes are the same size. They’re very easy to apply, and since they’re clear they’re very subtle—I have no qualms wearing these out to run errands. I normally do all my skincare, then dry the blemish with a Q-tip so the patch will adhere better before I apply it. I toss and turn a lot in my sleep and I think I’ve had like *one* of these fall off, ever. My one note is that these do not work on “underground” pimples that haven’t come to a head—there are some patches with microdarts in them that are made specifically for those types of blemishes, though. I buy a 4-pack of the 24-count sheets on Amazon for around $12-$14, and they are so worth it to me. They help blemishes heal noticeably faster, and they also prevent me from picking at them. I recommend these to anyone who gets pimples that they wish they could zap in just a nigh or two!
