EXFOLIATION 101! How, what, when & why!
PHYSICAL VS CHEMICAL + SERUM VS SCRUB VS TONER! Which will you choose?! Hi everyone, welcome to Exfoliation 101. Let’s jump right into the lesson! 𝐰𝐡𝐚𝐭? Exfoliation is the removal of old and dead skin cells on the surface. AKA it’s how you get rid of dry, flaky, and crusty skin. 𝐰𝐡𝐲? Exfoliation removes the layer of dead skin cells that often clog our pores and keep our skin care products from penetrating deeper into the skin. Essentially, you should exfoliate to reveal brighter, softer, and healthier skin. Your serums and moisturizers will perform a lot better. 𝐰𝐡𝐞𝐧? 2-3x a week MAX. Over exfoliation can cause irritation and breakouts! I personally only exfoliate 2x a week for my dry skin. 𝐡𝐨𝐰?
PHYSICAL - granular particals like powders, sugar, oatmeal, fruits.. etc.* scrubs can often be abrasive and do more harm than good. Always be gentle, stay away from your eyes, and don’t over do it. I recommend physical scrubs that have granular particals that are gentle and or dissolve.
CHEMICAL - Acids in the form of serums or toners!* There are many types, so read below to find which one might fit your concerns best. Skip a few days in between use and WEAR SPF! ✦ AHAs > Glycolic & Lactic Acid. * works on the skin surface. Mainly helps skin texture. Can be synthetic, but mostly derived from fruits. ✦ BHAs > Salicylic Acid & tropic Acid. * deeply penetrates pores, helps skin texture & unclog pores and remove excess sebum. Ideal for acne prone skin. ✦ PHAs > Gluconolactone & Lactobionic Acid. * less irritating. Doesn’t penetrate as deep as AHA/BHAs 𝐦𝐲 𝐟𝐚𝐯𝐨𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐞 𝐞𝐱𝐟𝐨𝐥𝐢𝐚𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐬↴ GOOD MOLECULES - Pineapple Exfoliating Powder

NIACINAMIDE: Trendy Fad or True Love?
We have all seen the rise of niacinamide in skincare marketing over the last year. So, what the HECK is Niacinamide? What’s it good for? Well, niacinamide is a form of vitamin B3 that works with your skin’s natural composition to minimize the appearance of pores, improve uneven skin tone, soften fine lines and wrinkles, and strengthen your skin barrier. It’s a water soluble ingredient so it can pretty easily be added into an existing formula as an additional benefit. You’ll see niacinamide in some anti-aging products, but recently we are seeing niacinamide in a lot of acne-fighting and acne-preventive ingredients. Since niacinamide helps your pores, it can help reduce and heal acne breakouts. Niacinamide can be really powerful when combined with other exfoliating and/or acne fighting ingredients (sensitive skin beware!), but you should never mix niacinamide with vitamin c—their chemical makeup renders each other inactive/useless when combined. Let’s get into some niacinamide products and my thoughts on each: iNNBEAUTY PROJECT - Down To Tone Resurfacing Toner Exfoliating Toner I’m rating this formula a 3/5. Acid toners aren’t my favorite as someone with sensitive skin, and this formula includes AHAs, BHAs, Niacinamide, as well as a ton of other ingredients. InnBeauty Project touts this as a P50 dupe and they so say on the bottle to only use this 3 times a week. It’s just too much for my sensitive skin I think. It’s also $26 for 3.4oz so it won’t last more than a month or so with consistent use. I just think there are better options out there. PAULA'S CHOICE - 10% Niacinamide Booster this one is FIREEEE. Like. Non ironically. This product has become one of my holy grails in the past year because of its ability to mix into my serums and moisturizers without issue. It’s a 10% niacinamide formula without anything else to really give you the true benefit without overdoing it in your routine. It’s kind of pricey ($44 for .67oz) but you only need 1-2 drops of it and my partner and I have been using it consistently for 6+ months and we still have some left in our bottle! I highly recommend this to oily and/or acne prone skin types. SUMMER FRIDAYS - Jet Lag Mask I’ve talked about this product before—how it’s incorrectly marketed as a hydrating mask when the first few ingredients are “polishing.” Niacinamide being one of them! It’s my favorite “bright and tight” overnight mask and I’d recommend trying a sample or mini size before investing in a full size. I’m on my second tube and I use it 2-3 times a week strictly as an overnight mask. 5/5 (even though it’s $48) SUNDAY RILEY - Saturn Sulfur Acne Treatment Mask this one is my lesser known favorite. The sulfuric component helps get rid of painful acne while niacinamide helps keep it away. It’s pretty expensive ($55 for 2oz) but has an 18 month shelf life. I use this 1-2x monthly. 5/5 #CheriePartner
iNNBEAUTY FAV OR MEH?
iNNBEAUTY is total vibes inside and out! It’s definitely a FAV!! I was first drawn to iNNBEAUTY due to the unique and bright packaging. After looking into their products I decided to buy a set for $50 and it came with everything you see above. I’ve still yet to try the peel off mask and eye patches, but I really love everything else. iNNBEAUTY PROJECT has a special Even out complex to help smooth out texture and skin tone. This brand is vegan and cruelty free. My experience has been nothing but great. I really love the foaming cleanser! I’m actually almost done with it. I have noticed less texture and a more even complexion since I started using these products. My skin is dry and sensitive, fortunately none of iNNBEAUTY products bothered my skin! iNNBEAUTY IS A FAV👍🏽🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 iNNBEAUTY PROJECT - Foam Around Clarifying Daily Cleanser As of right now, this is my 2nd favorite cleanser. It’s great to get all the yuck off of your face after a long day. + foaming cleanser that doesn’t strip the skin + dissolves makeup (still use this with a double cleanse) + maintains moisture and doesn’t disrupt the skin barrier. + for all skin types. Great for acne. + contains Salicylic acid to deep clean pores. + Glycolic, Lactic, and Gluconolactone Acid Blend improve skin tone, texture, and clarity. + Green Coffee Bean Extract helps inflammation and protect from free-radical damage. + other ingredients include Niacinamide and Bilberry Extract to brighten. + contains the iNNBEAUTY Even out complex to help with tone, texture, and dull skin. $22 for 3.4 fl oz - it has lasted me 3+ months - may not be the best cleanser for extra dry skin. iNNBEAUTY PROJECT - Next Level Daily Moisturizer This is a pretty light moisturizer. I will say it’s taken me many uses to like it, I did not like it upon the first few uses. I think my skin was too dry to see good results. + squeeze tube for easy application and great for keeping germs and bacteria out. + light weight lotion type texture. + doesn’t leave you greasy or oily, just adds a dewy finish. + also includes Even Out Complex to work on texture, tone and dullness. + pH balanced. Clinically proven to hydrate skin for 72hrs. + includes Niacinamide, Apple & Mango extract, Ribose, Plant based hydration complex, and Bilberry Extract. - very fragrances, but smells really good. Citrus and floral scent. It does dissipate after moisturizer is rubbed in - I would pick something mor hydrating if you have very dry skin. $28 for 1.7 fl oz - a lot comes out of the tube, so gently squeeze product out so you don’t waste it. Have you tried iNNBEAUTY before? What’s your favorite skincare brand?

Ingredients to Build your Routine Around
I am 35 years old with two kids. I have dry / normal skin. My top concerns are fine lines & wrinkles, preventing aging, dullness, and dark circles. When I started my skincare routine, all I knew was that I started to notice fine lines & wrinkles and wanted to buy new products for “anti-aging”. After a lot of research, here are my Top 5 Ingredients with proven benefits for 30s Skin: 1. Retinol Retinol is a powerhouse for wrinkles. It is a synthetic derivative of Vitamin A. It alters the behaviour of aged skin cells. It smooths skin texture, enhances radiance and treats aging. Retinol can be irritating to skin, so build up your tolerance gradually starting with a lower percentage and only 1-2 days per week. DRUNK ELEPHANT - A-Passioni Retinol Cream Murad - Ready, Radiant, Retinol SKINCEUTICALS - Retinol 0.3 SUNDAY RILEY - Luna Sleeping Night Oil If you need an alternative to retinol because you have sensitive skin or you are pregnant or breastfeeding, bakuchiol is a good plant-based all natural alternative to retinol or rosehip oil is high in Vitamin A. HERBIVORE - Bakuchiol Anti-Aging Serum BIOSSANCE - Squalane + Phyto-Retinol Serum The Ordinary - 100% Organic Cold Pressed Rose Hip Seed Oil 2. Vitamin C A potent antioxidant that helps reduce skin inflammation, irregular pigmentation, and promotes healthier collagen production. It neutralizes free radical damage and great for AM routine. DRUNK ELEPHANT - Time to Wake Up Duo SUNDAY RILEY - CEO 15% Vitamin C Brightening Serum SKINCEUTICALS - C E Ferulic With 15% L-Ascorbic Acid Vitamin C Serum VERSED - STROKE OF BRILLIANCE Brightening Serum 3. Exfoliate / AHAs Exfoliation is about boosting cell turnover. You should do it twice a week. Use different acids like lactic acid and glycolic acid. Build up a tolerance. You can use toners, serums, or creams. Kate Somerville - Liquid ExfoliKate Triple Acid Resurfacing Treatment SUNDAY RILEY - Good Genes All in One Lactic Acid Treatment The Ordinary - Lactic Acid 10% + HA FARMACY - Honeymoon Glow Serum 4. Peptides Peptides preserve and boost collagen production. Peptides are short chain amino acids that act as building blocks for proteins such as collagen. It improves the appearance of firmness and wrinkles. Extensive research supports that peptides improve skin function and appearance. The Ordinary - ''Buffet'' OLAY - Wrinkle Correction Serum with Vitamin B3+ Collagen Peptides PAULA'S CHOICE - Peptide Booster 5. Hydration In your 30s your skin tends to get dehydrated. Hydration will plump up skin. Add a hydrating toner, facial spray, hyaluronic acid serum. The Ordinary - Hyaluronic Acid 2% + B5 **BONUS** SPF Never forget you sunscreen ☀️

Goodies from Good Molecules
I am sooo skeptical when trying out skin care products. I saw so many good reviews on this brand so I decided to try. I only been using these products for 3 weeks and I am shook!! They are really good products and they actual work. Let’s start off with my favorite product so far GOOD MOLECULES - Discoloration Correcting Serum My dark spots have faded soooo much. I can’t believe it’s not even a month and it’s doing the damn thing. I haven’t had a pimple n a few months after clearing my acne and once the pandemic began I have been getting maskne. I would say 1-3 pimples a month. I have been using this serum in my AM/PM routine and once my pimple heals there is no mark left behind. If you have a hyperpigmentation you will love this! It’s key ingredient cetyl tranexmate mesylate is what helps even out the skin. It also has niacinamide, and is fine to use with Vitamin C. GOOD MOLECULES - Niacinamide Brightening Toner I been on a hunt for a good toner and I think this is the one!! This is a toner is sooooo good! It has vitamin C ,abrutin, and licorice root extract which helps brighten the skin. I think it works really well with the discoloration serum. Being that my dark spots have faded so much I know these two products will leave no dark spot behind 🙌🏼🙌🏼 GOOD MOLECULES - Pineapple Exfoliating Powder This is a very gentle exfoliator. It doesn’t irritate my skin in any way. After using my skin looks so nice and smooth and I see a glow. It truly brightens the skin and doesn’t leave it feeling dry. After using I follow up with the toner, then discoloration serum. This exfoliator can be used up to 4x a week and a little goes a long way. GOOD MOLECULES - Overnight Exfoliating Treatment This is a pretty good exfoliating treatment. I only gave it 4 stars because I haven’t used it much. I use tretinoin at night and it shouldn’t me mixed with this treatment. So I do try to use at least 1x a week. I can say its pretty good. It’s very gentle and does not leave my skin feeling dry or irritated. Have you guys used these products or anything from Good Molecules?? If so what have you tried and how do you like them?
Super What? Let’s Talk About Superfoods for Skin
“Superfoods” aren’t just for eating. They can have benefits for your skin, too. Generally speaking, superfoods in skincare are items that provide a healthy dose of antioxidants, are nutrient-dense, provide hydration, & fight environmental irritants. Common superfoods included in skincare are berries, healthy fats (like avocado & olive oil), honey, green tea, greens (like kale), and fruits (like papaya & pomegranate). I personally love the superfood trend - there’s nothing I dislike! My super dry skin loves the added moisture & nourishment. Here are some items in my collection that feature superfoods: YOUTH TO THE PEOPLE - Superfood Antioxidant Cleanser This cleanser contains kale, spinach, green tea. The greens contain vitamins C, E, & K, and green tea to help fight signs of aging. This cleanser lathers minimally and easily cleanses my face of any leftover makeup/SPF residue without leaving my dry skin feeling stripped. It does smell like greens, but the smell doesn’t stick around post-wash. I’ve finished a 2oz mini before and purchased a set from YTTP that contained another 2oz. I like it and would repurchase a full size. $36 8oz, $10 2oz FARMACY - Honeymoon Glow Serum This AHA/BHA/flower exfoliating serum is awesome for dry skin thanks to honey. Honey has antioxidant properties and is also a humectant. This PM serum gently exfoliates, moisturizes, improves hyperpigmentation, & can improve texture & fine lines over time. I don’t use this often because I tend to have stubborn dry patches and irritation that make using chemical exfoliation unwise, but generally will use 1-2x every 2 weeks. Other skin types can use this more frequently. Mine’s almost empty and I will repurchase. $58 GOOD MOLECULES - Pineapple Exfoliating Powder This powder exfoliant contains pineapple, which is known for its fruit exfoliating (chemical) and vitamin C properties, and rice powder (physical exfoliant). It claims to reveal brighter, fresher skin post-use. You simply dispense some powder, add water, mix, and apply to your face. More water = more lather & less exfoliation. Love that it is customizable like that. It does smell kind of weird, like wet paper. I do feel that my skin looks brighter after use. Would repurchase. $16 cocokind - Watermelon Hemp Oil This contains watermelon (antioxidant, linoleic acid) and hemp (fatty acids) to nourish, hydrate, & reduce moisture loss. It’s a multipurpose, relatively lightweight, herbaceous-smelling oil that can use used for hair, skin, & body. I use it on my face in the PM 1-2x/wk and occasionally add a drop or 2 to unscented hand lotion when my hands are feeling dry. This does contain rosemary, orange peel, and eucalyptus extracts, so if you don’t like/can’t tolerate those I would avoid this. Mine was sent as PR by the brand, but I have purchased other things from them. Would repurchase. $14 #CheriePartner
Skin care routine
After countless hours of research I found my current skincare routine. As mentioned in my previous post I have pretty oily skin with large pores and texture issues being my biggest skin problems. I discovered an app called Think Dirty that breaks down the ingredients of different skin care, beauty, and household products and gives them as rating based on how good the ingredients are for your body as well as the environment. HIGHLY recommend checking it out but be prepared that you may find some of your favorite products really aren’t that great... As for my routine: In the mornings I wash my face with HONEST - Gentle Gel Cleanser which I love as it is super gentle but still feels like it is really cleaning my face. It has super clean ingredients and smells nice. Then I use the GOOD MOLECULES - Niacinamide Brightening Toner This toner is fairly gentle. I had been using the ordinary toner which is a lot stronger and always made my face burn so I like that this one is a bit more chill plus it has extra ingredients like niacinamide and vitamin C. After that I apply the HONEST - Hydrogel Cream since I have oily skin I wanted to use am oil free moisturizer and I’m obsessed with this one. It is super light weight but really feels like it hydrates. If I am planning to go outside I use the alba BOTANICA - Mineral Sunscreen, Sensitive, Fragrance Free, SPF 30 I chose this one because it had super clean ingredients and I am sensitive to normal sunscreen so I had to find a mineral based one. It’s not greasy and doesn’t leave a white residue or anything so I’m super happy with it. In the evening I again wash with the Honest cleanser and apply the good molecules toner. Then a few nights a week I use the GOOD MOLECULES - Overnight Exfoliating Treatment I’ve only used it a couple times so I haven’t noticed a huge improvement but my skin seems a little less uneven texture wise so I think as I continue to use it it will really help. I gave it 4 stars because it does burn a little but that’s expected for most exfoliators... At night I also use the GOOD MOLECULES - Discoloration Correcting Serum and GOOD MOLECULES - Squalane Oil both of which I like so far! The oil makes me skin super soft and I think with continued use both will show good results. I then use the honest moisturizer and head to bed. When I want a little extra exfoliation I use either the The Ordinary - AHA 30% + BHA 2% Peeling Solution which I really like and has definitely help my texture or the AZTEC SECRET - Indian Healing Clay (not pictured) which is my savior for my pores. I recommend doing a half water half apple cider vinegar mix because it can be a bit intense with straight vinegar. I highly recommend all of these products so feel free to comment for more info!!!
alba BOTANICA- Mineral Sunscreen, Sensitive, Fragrance Free, SPF 30
I purchased this a few months back and have been loving it since. The Kale-Lalu-yAHA exfoliating toner from Krave Beauty has been really perfect for my skin. This exfoliating toner works well for all skin types and I think it is good for my dry skin because it doesn’t cause excess dryness. The texture of this is a thin liquid that applies easily with a cotton pad. It is not thick or heavy, and I don’t feel it once it has been applied to my skin. Other than a mild tingle that fades after a few seconds, there have been no issues with this product. I feel like it really helps when my skin is looking tired and dull. The AHAs in this are what help exfoliate while the other ingredients (spinach, kale, vitamin b5, hyaluronic acid) work to nourish and hydrate the skin, which I think is what makes this seem so mild yet so effective. This retails for $25USD for 600ml. Compared to similar products, I find this to be very cost effective overall. I would reccomend it to anyone looking to exfoliate their skin gently, clear pores, and make their skin appear brighter. Also, Krave Beauty is committed to using environmentally friendly packaging, so this can be recycled after use. Downside is that they do not offer world wide shopping (last I checked) so this may not be available for everyone
GOOD MOLECULES Niacinamide
Hi!! 💕 New skin gal here. I used to have a basic/non existent routine but since getting a few professional facials I’m now finding it fun to learn about all things skin. My skin is pretty regular. I get oily patches, dry patches and acne on occasion. My first problem to tackle is going to be my pores. They look larger around my cheeks and nose and I’ve always struggled with blackheads. After searching for solutions I’ve landed on GOOD MOLECULES - Niacinamide Brightening Toner& GOOD MOLECULES - Niacinamide Serum. I was needing a new toner anyways and was looking into Niacinamide as a serum so I’m just going to go full speed ahead and try these out together. Wish me luck! My PM routine as of now - oil cleanser: I just use sweet almond oil I got off of Amazon. My skin friend told me about this so I just do it lol. I’m told oil sticks to oil so it’s good to start with this also to get your makeup off cleanse: I have a random collection of old cleansers that I’m using up but planning to switch to TULA SKINCARE - The Cult Classic Purifying Face Cleanserwhen I finish off my Neutrogena and etc 😉 exfoliate: I use ARCONA - Brightening Gommage 3x a week to schluff off the dead built up skin. I got this from my “Skin Studio” a few months back. I really like it but it’s pricey (over $50 I believe) so I’m going to try out cheaper alternatives when I’m out. tone: used to use THAYERS - Lavender Facial Toner which I liked mostly because of the smell but it wasn’t actually beneficial to my skin. I’m excited to use GOOD MOLECULES - Niacinamide Brightening Tonerand see what difference this switch makes! mist: tbh I honestly use this at least 2-3x during my routine. I just love the smell and I can use the hydration. HONEST - ELEVATED HYDRATION MIST is the only one I’ve tried but I don’t care to try anything else - it’s THE BEST. serum/mask: this I rotate every day. I’ll post a picture of my “rotators” but today I used The Ordinary - Retinol 1% in Squalane I love the way my skin feels after I use this - soft and hydrated . I haven’t seen much of a difference quite yet. I’m still going to use it 2-3x a week and wait if I see any improvements. TODAY: GOOD MOLECULES - Niacinamide Serum!!! I don’t know when to use this quite yet so I’m putting it here 🤷🏼♀️ directions say before creams! moisturize: I’ve used CeraVe - PM Facial Moisturizing Lotion my dermatologist acquaintance that said it’s the only thing he will use or recommend (to be exact, the AM is what I used to use twice a day. But now a friend gave me PM for nighttime but I don’t notice much of a difference other than texture). oil: gotta seal it up. I use 100% cold pressed Rose hip oil from Amazon. I don’t think brand really matters as long as it doesn’t have BS added ingredients Any advice appreciated!! 💕💕
Target’s Vegan Line Versed
As a young adult who finished the peak and still endured acne, I live with a lot of PIH, especially on my cheeks. I have tried for years to find a product that would brighten and even out the dark discoloration but failed every time no matter how long I stuck it out with a product. Strolling through Target months and months ago, I saw a shiny end cap full of pastel colored vegan skincare products. I eventually caved, hoping that there could be a solution for me here. The first product I ever decided to use was VERSED - WEEKEND GLOW - Instant. Game. Changer. Right away I noticed a difference in the appearance of my skin. I used it AM/PM, and quarantine really got me sticking to my routine. After just a week, the dark spots on my cheeks were FINALLY starting to fade, and the texture of my skin was becoming so smooth after previously suffering from tiny little bumps of acne all over my forehead and cheeks as well. After about a month and a half I was confident in this product line and decided to purchase more. VERSED - WASH IT OUT Gel Cleanser VERSED - PRESS RESTART The gel cleanser is so gentle and easy to use. Usually being on the dry side, this product doesn’t leave me feeling stripped and does a pretty damn good job at getting off my makeup. The light minty scent is just an invigorating bonus! I really wanted to LOVE the retinol serum, which is super easy to apply. Hydrating, NO red burning and flaking skin which I’ve previously gone through, but definitely yields similar results when it comes to purging acne and resurfacing skin. Ultimately, this product was not for me, but it is definitely a contender for other people’s skin concerns. I look forward to trying more products from Versed as their line grows. If you’ve been considering a purchase but haven’t plunged in, I absolutely recommend it.
Georgette Radiance Challenge P2!
Here's my review of each product individually: Vitamin C Complex The Vitamin C Complex serum contains a stable, ultra-effective form of vitamin C and uses a combination of Mulberry, Licorice Root and Lemon Peel to protect against oxidative stress while also improving radiance and tone/texture. In addition to be super brightening, it’s also super hydrating thanks to hyaluronic acid. My nose is notorious for getting dry patches and I haven’t had any pop up since using this product. It also helps with softness and tone, which is always a plus. I can’t vouch for its anti-aging properties – I feel like I’d need more than 10 days to confidently say if it’s helped improve firmness, bounce or the appearance of lines. This is my favorite product from the routine. I loooove serums (especially vitamin C serums) and this didn’t disappoint. I’m a big fan of textures and love when products settle nicely and effortlessly into the skin. Thankfully, this checked off all of the boxes. I’ll definitely continue using this after the 10-day trial. Vitamin C Cleanser I love a good gel cleanser, and let me say that the Vitamin C Cleansing Gel is a good gel cleanser. Not only does it smell amazing (like a hint of reinvigorating citrus), but it also contains a skin-healthy blend of Orange, Grapefruit, and Lemon Peel extracts and gets deep into the skin for a good, pore-cleansing clean. In addition to its lovely lightweight and refreshing gel texture and its brightening properties, I’m a big fan of this cleanser because it’s not stripping and makes my skin feel clean and healthy. I’ll definitely keep using this until it’s done. I wish it had a little bit more lather though! Vitamin C Toner I have a love-hate relationship with toners and don’t really find myself gravitating towards them. I’m a little skeptical about them in general, but the Vitamin C Toner has been a nice addition to my skincare routine, especially now that it’s warmer and I’ve been sitting out in the sun more. The toner features vitamin C-rich Kakadu Plum, as well as skin-calming and balancing ingredients such as Aloe, Witch Hazel, Watercress, and Elderflower Extracts, which also purify the skin and remove excess oil and dirt. It’s hard to say if it’s the toner at work here, but I will say that my skin has been noticeably less clogged and I haven’t had as many breakouts (this 10-day trial also happened to take place around my period, so that’s saying something!) I’m definitely intrigued and will continue using!
My fav brightening products!✨
GOOD MOLECULES - Niacinamide Brightening Toner If your looking for an affordable brightening and effective toner look no more. This toner is really good for those with oily skin who are also looking to brighten their skin. It has a very light texture but it’s still moisturizing and is very gentle so it can be used morning and night which also makes it super easy to incorporate into your routine. Not only is the texture like perfect but the ingredients and the results are amazing as well. The main ingredient is niacinimide which is great for evening skin tone and skin texture and also for serum control. it also has so many good ingredients for brightening including vitiman c and licorice root extract. It’s just such a good toner for every skin type and is super affordable at 15$. GOOD MOLECULES - Discoloration Correcting Serum This serum is from the same brand as the toner. And it’s also good for oily skin types because it’s very light while still being moisturizing. It is like pretty ok on its own but I found that it worked literal miracles with the toner. I like to use it more as a spot treatment cause I found it was more effective that way. But it also can be used as a normal serum. This contains tauzeramic acid. Which is found to be one of the best brightening ingredients even better then vitiman c. It also contains niacinimide and hylaronic acid. This is pretty good serum for a good price of 7$. Krave - The Beet Shield I mentioned this in a previous post. But I just wanted to mention it agian because it’s that good. One of the most crucial parts of evening out your complexion in my opinion is sunscreen. I really like this sunscreen because it’s super light weight and gives me almost a glow every time I use it. It also contains a lot of beneficial ingredient like vitiman c and ECGC which are good for brightening and anti aging. The mask is one of my favorite clay mask because it cleans my pores while also brightening. So it’s my favorite when I want to multitask. It also does this thing once it’s dry where you can see all your clogged pores and it’s really satisfying. Haha not that it increases the effectiveness it’s just cool I guess😂
