Differin update!! These are no makeup pictures! The ones on the left are from the beginning of December 2020, before starting differin. The pictures on the right are today Feb 4th 2021. I am in my 5th week of using Differin. I am so excited about the improvement in my skin I could cry! I will definitely continue to use in order to improve my skins texture and reduce the scars that are left. I will list my am and pm routines below while on differin gel. AM routine 1. Wash face with water 2. NATURIUM - Vitamin C Complex Serum
this is a nice lightweight serum! I am not sure if I have seen a dramatic difference in my skin but it does make my skin look glowy! 3. FIRST AID BEAUTY - Ultra Repair Face Moisturizer
the perfect day time moisturizer for my dry skin. It feels very simple and soothing. 4. LA ROCHE-POSAY - Anthelios 50 Mineral Ultra Light Sunscreen Fluid SPF 50
5. A few mornings a week, especially if I am at clinical or work wearing a mask all day I will tone with PAULA'S CHOICE - Skin Perfecting 2% BHA Liquid Exfoliator
it is non drying and helps unclog my pores and keep maskne at bay! PM routine with Differin 1. THE inkey LIST - Oat Cleansing Balm
THE best cleansing balm IMO! 2. VANICREAM - Gentle Facial Cleanser
perfect gentle cleanser that does not leave my face feeling stripped! 3 FIRST AID BEAUTY - Ultra Repair Cream
just started using this and it is the perfect thick moisturizer that does not feel like it clogs my pores like the cerave cream did! 4. DIFFERIN - DIFFERIN Acne Treatment Gel
PM routine without Differin On these nights I focus on products that will lighten scarring. 1. THE inkey LIST - Oat Cleansing Balm
2. GLYTONE - Acne BPO Clearing Cleanser
this is a great gentle cleanser that fights acne. Has been working great for me! 3. NATURIUM - Alpha Arbutin Serum 2%
just started using this so I can’t give it 5 stars yet. It is not irritating whatsoever and feels lightweight! 4. The Ordinary - Azelaic Acid Suspension 10%
I love the texture of this and I think it works great to fade acne scars. Especially paired with alpha arbutin. 5. FIRST AID BEAUTY - Ultra Repair Cream

PM skincare for acne!
Hi friends❤️ in this post I am going to go through the products I use on nights that I am not using DIFFERIN - DIFFERIN Acne Treatment Gel Step 1: First cleanse I raved about theTHE inkey LIST - Oat Cleansing Balm in my other PM skincare post! This is one of my favorite products in my whole routine. Very soothing and removes all makeup! Did I mention it’s only $10 freaking dollars?!? Step 2: second cleanse GLYTONE - Acne BPO Clearing Cleanser I just started incorporating a benzoyl peroxide cleanser on the nights I do not use differin because I have never tried benzoyl peroxide for my acne besides spot treatments. Spot treatments with BPO always burn my skin so I thought this cleanser would be a great alternative! It feels very hydrating and non stripping on my skin, it has 4.5% benzoyl peroxide. I can’t give it 5 stars yet because I just started using it, but I will keep y’all updated! Step 3: toner I never use the PAULA'S CHOICE - Skin Perfecting 2% BHA Liquid Exfoliator on the same nights I use the benzoyl peroxide cleanser. But I have loved this product so far. I focus this mostly on my t zone where I get a lot of clogged pores and it seems to be helping so far! Step 4: moisturizer/mask LANEIGE - Cica Sleeping Mask I have been wanting to try this product for a long time because I have a lot of redness from active acne and scarring. I use it as a moisturizer/ leave in mask some nights and it is very soothing and hydrating. It can feel greasy if you put too much on, a little goes a long way! I am not 100% sure if I would repurchase because I haven’t had any drastic results and it is a bit pricey at $34. Step 5: pimple patches! I use HERO COSMETICS - Mighty Patch Original for Madewell almost every night on any white heads I might have and they keep me from picking yayyyy!!

Skin Update! *Sensitive Skin Win!!*
Little skin update for y’all! The little nick on my nose is not a zit. 🥴 I am finding my HOLY GRAIL. Naturiums chemical exfoliator is something else! I’ve used a few in the past but none as gentle as this one! Many dry my super sensitive skin out but i have no issues with this! Also LOVING the alpha arbutin serum, the moisturizer, and skin mist! NATURIUM - Alpha Arbutin Serum 2% NATURIUM - BHA Liquid Exfoliant 2% NATURIUM - Plant Ceramide Rich Moisture Cream

Great for hyperpigmentation!
Have you tried Naturium products? I have been very pleased with this NATURIUM - Alpha Arbutin Serum 2% and I can’t tell you enough how much it helped faded my very recent hyperpigmentation. This is a highly concentrated serum that is formulated with alpha arbutin, along with niacinamide and lemon extract. Alpha Arbutin is naturally derived from bearberries, blueberries and cranberries. It is actually one of the safest skin brighteners and the skin converts it to hydroquinone, without irritating the skin. This is a lightweight serum that is transparent in color and fragrance free. It absorbs quickly on the skin without feeling sticky or thick. I apply this right after my toner and before other serums in the morning. I have been using this for over a week now and I can tell that my recent hyperpigmentation has faded significantly. Not only this serum is brightening but also it is a good antioxidant. It is vegan and cruelty free. I didn’t have any problems layering it with Vitamin C, Niacinamide and Retinol. If you are looking for brightening and preventing dark spot development, this one is a good product to consider. What products do you like to use to lighten your acne marks, hyperpigmentation or sun spots? ⬇️⬇️⬇️

La Roche Sunscreen 🧡TAN MIRCAL 💛
I truly underestimated how great this sunscreen is. I had it for a while but never used it. It’s tinted, I had no idea haha it truly leaves your skin such a beautiful color. I took before and after pictures so you can see :) It blends beautifully, and doesn’t have that normal sunscreen smell. I love that it has UV/UBV protection. It’s truly a great sunscreen, especially if you have sensitive skin, they specifically created it for that :) if you are looking for a tinted sun screen, this one is amazing! LA ROCHE-POSAY - Anthelios 50 Mineral Ultra Light Sunscreen Fluid SPF 50 WHAT IS IT? 100% mineral sunscreen with zinc oxide and titanium dioxide this is developed for sensitive skin. 50 SPF TEXTURE: non-whitening, fast-absorbing texture leaves a matte finish on skin. HIGHLIGHT: It is formulated with Cell-Ox Shield® technology: broad spectrum UVA/UVB protection with antioxidants. INGREDIENTS: Cell-Ox Shield technology:

My Differin Journey (9 weeks in and STRUGGLING)
Hi all, Around the first week of December 2020 I decided to start trying Differin Adapalene Gel to address my skin concerns. As some of my previous posts explain, I’ve struggled badly with oily skin, blackheads, extremely enlarged pores, and occasional acne, most of my teenage years and into my adult life (I’m 26 now). I have tried SO many products to try and help curb my issues (see previous posts for examples), and though they’ve helped a little, I’ve never been fully satisfied with the results... my skin is just stubborn! I decided to swap my retinol for Differin to see if it would target my issues a little bit better and JEEZ has this been a journey so far... So to be completely blunt, I’m discouraged. If you look at the attached photo, the picture with all the acne is me NOW. Yes, RIGHT NOW. The one WITHOUT explosive acne is my BEFORE Differin skin. Okay, now I’ll get into it... So it’s been about 9 weeks since I’ve started on Differin. In the beginning I noticed my skin was starting to feel really sensitive, which it never is. Any other product (Niacinamide, Hyaluronic Acid, etc.) felt like burning when I put it on, which is incredibly strange for me. My skin has been consistently pink ever since. I immediately stopped using any BHA, AHA or any harsh acid while using Differin and made sure to SLATHER on reparative moisturizer to help repair my skin barrier. Basically my skin routine needed to stripped to the bare minimum. Throughout the weeks, my skin flaked and peeled excessively, especially with makeup on. It looked SO dry and awful and felt stingy underneath (still does). Then about 3 weeks in, the purging started. It started off slow and erupted to where it’s at now on February 11, 2021. Purge pimples are so strange compared to my sporadic cystic acne bumps I’m used to getting. Purging shows up in a big breakout cluster of pimples, mostly small (not always), but definitely painful and brutal looking for me. Over the weeks it just got worse and worse. I’m getting pimples all in the same place for the most part — my lower cheek areas. It has been tumultuous and my skin has never looked this terrible in my whole life. I’ve done my research on Differin, and everyone says it is completely normal for your skin to get worse before it gets better (for me, A LOTTTTT worse). I’m hoping this is true because I really want to stick this out — I’ve already gone through the worst of it, might as well wait it out a bit longer. If you’re interested in Differin, just be prepared for what you’re getting into! I’m sure this will all be worth it but wanted to share my experience and help others with the SHOOKness that may or may not happen. I will definitely share updates in the future with hopefully better results! Anyone try Differin before? Was it this hard? Did your purging last this long? Words of encouragement? Thank you!! DIFFERIN - DIFFERIN Acne Treatment Gel

Before and Afters still in progress....
I truly don’t like doing before and afters especially when it looks like there’s barely any progress but I promise you my skin FEELS so much better than it looks and I’ve seen some amazing progress! I’ve tagged the products I feel have helped the most recently. It takes patience but little progress is still PROGRESS 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

Huge update
So I haven’t been on here in a little while because I’ve been trying to take a break on taking photos of my face and looking at skincare social media because it’s really compromised my mental health and I’m a lot less stressed about it when I’m not constantly focused on it if that makes sense :) Anyways WHOLE NEW ROUTINE last time I checked in I had mentioned I switched to differin, I’m not too sure if that helped me, I did purge a lot. But skin has healed so much faster since stopping differin I finally got to visit the derm and she told me to go back on tretinoin 0.025% to use every night, and she also prescribed me with the clindamycin topical solution 1% to use once every morning. She also advised me to go back on birth control. At first I was not fond of that because birth control AKA I.U.D HELL brought this acne upon me in the first place. But she recommended it to get my hormones back in check, but she also stated she wasn’t comfortable prescribing me spirlactone (which is what I was aiming for) without using BC even though I stated to her I am not sexually active currently and I don’t plan to be for a very long time. Anyways, I made an appointment with my obgyn and got on birth control pills, if you are curious to which one it’s called “Drospirenone” I haven’t started them yet because she told me to wait until the first Sunday during my period. But I have been consistently using the tret and the clindamycin every day for only a week and a half so far and I’ve already seen a lot of improvement. I don’t want to get too excited because I this is what happened the first time with tret, it was great the first week or two and then my skin started to purge. I’ve now been through the purging process 3 times. And it’s gonna be torture to go through it again but if it happens then it happens 🙏 Super nervous to start the birth control for the same reason but I can only be positive and hope for the best! My full routine currently is AM VANICREAM - Gentle Facial Cleanser clindamycin topical solution 1% (derm prescribed) LA ROCHE-POSAY - Toleriane Double Repair Face Moisturizer UV SPF 30 *im switching to a higher spf PM VANICREAM - Gentle Facial Cleanser Neutrogena - Hydro Boost Gel-Cream (the extra dry unscented version) OBAGI - Tretinoin 0.025% Cream(derm prescribed) And sometimes I like to put another thin layer of moisturizer on top once the tret is absorbed to prevent irritation and dryness

PM skincare routine with Differin!
Hi friends❤️ In this post I’m going to walk you through my PM routine on the nights that I use Differin! Step 1: first cleanse If I am wearing makeup I use the THE inkey LIST - Oat Cleansing Balm This is by far my favorite product in my whole skincare collection! I cannot say enough good things about this product. I would give it more stars if I could! It gets ALL of my makeup off including mascara and also feels soooooo soothing on my skin. The texture makes it so relaxing to massage on my face after a long day. The smell isn’t great but it doesn’t bother me at all, just smells like oats. Possibly the best thing about this product is the value! It is only $10 for a huge tube that has lasted me almost 3 months and it’s not close to running out. I highly recommend this product because it is the best price for a first cleanse that I’ve found and is very soothing on my dry skin! Step 2: Second cleanse For my second cleanse after my makeup is off, I’ve been loving VANICREAM - Gentle Facial Cleanser This product is super gentle and doesn’t leave my face feeling dry after! I was on vacation a few weeks ago and forgot a cleanser so I picked this up and ended up absolutely loving it! Step 3: moisturizer I have been using the CeraVe - Skin Renewing Night Cream on the nights I use Differin first because I have dry skin to start out with, plus Differin really makes my skin flaky! I have had this night cream for awhile and it is good. I switched to using the CeraVe - CeraVe Moisturising Cream but it made my face sting and I think it was making me break out more 😭 so now I just use that on my body. So now I’m back to finishing the renewing night cream. I gave this product 4/5 stars only because I’m not in love with it. It is good but I will probably try a different moisturizer for night time when I finish this tub! Step 4: Differin Gel I have only been using DIFFERIN - DIFFERIN Acne Treatment Gel every other night consistently for the past 2 weeks. This is the only reason I have given it 4 stars, I don’t know what my results with this product will be yet! I will keep you all updated on how it is helping my skin. This is my last try before going to a derm about my acne. I am hopeful that it will help, but I do know it can take a few months! ❤️❤️❤️

Hello everybody who has hearted my posts to see my skin care journey (: This is what my skin has been looking like still using all of the same products! The only thing I’ve added is a jade roller just because it’s sooooo relaxing lol. I do have acne scars and rosacea, but I’ve noticed my rosacea is reduced when I treat my skin well. Now remember I’m also 9 months Preggo and haven’t been eating the best 😬 Guilty I know, but my skin is looking so much healthier and glowier! I don’t have perfect skin, but I do see a huge improvement from what I’ve dealt with in the past. First I still use the THE inkey LIST - Oat Cleansing Balm balm to remove my makeup. Oats are very calming for your skin and reduce redness so I love the way this feels when I double cleanse. Next I rinse that off well and go in with my LA ROCHE-POSAY - Toleriane Hydrating Gentle Face Cleanser This stuff hasn’t broken me out once and I have very sensitive skin so I definitely recommend just trying it out for yourself. After I cleanse my skin I go in with my PAULA'S CHOICE - Skin Perfecting 2% BHA Liquid Exfoliator as a toner. (Only use at night) This stuff is strong, but I find using it only at night helps more because I’m not adding so much to my face. This has helped reduce my pores and also clear some mild breakouts and redness on my face. Next I go in with my amazing oil I got of amazon Cos De BAHA - Azelaic Acid 10% Serum with Niacinamide Acne Scar Removal + Redness Relief Face Now this stuff is AMAZING. I apply this with the dropper every morning and night and it is a miracle worker!! I would rate this more than 5 stars. It helps calm your skin and also helps with breakouts, hyperpigmentation and so much more. After this step I use my Neutrogena - Neutrogena Hydroboost Water Gel Moisturizer The reason I give it three stars is because it’s just your average basic moisturizer to me.. it works, but I’m sure there’s better moisturizers out there. For the price though it’s worth it if you want something easy. Next step after is always sunscreen in the morning! Never at night for me and I use GARNIER - Green Labs Pinea-C Brightening Serum Cream SPF 30 I only have been using this since December so I won’t give it five stars yet, but this is a good 3-1 face serum with spf! One thing I like is it doesn’t leave a white cast on me. Things I don’t like is how it has a lot of fragrance and it also can burn my eyes sometimes. If anyone has a better spf to try let me know (: That’s all I do for the morning and night time and then of course use my jade roller to feel relaxed. I do use my THE inkey LIST - Caffeine Eye Cream but I don’t see a difference on my under eyes. I’ll keep you all updated again soon ! ❤️

Literal works of art 🎨✨
These are 3 products that I’m obsessing over this past month and that to me are (skincare) works of art!* 1.Aveeno - Restorative Skin Therapy Oat Repairing Cream This is hands down the best body lotion I’ve used. I usually apply this directly to my skin after stepping out of the shower and I’ve never seen a lotion be able to retain as much moisture in my skin before! I highly recommend it! 2. HERBIVORE - Prism 12% AHA + 3% BHA Exfoliating Glow Serum I got this sample size of the Prism serum in a Herbivore set and I’ve been loving it! It’s a blend of AHAs and BHAs yet it still feels quite moisturizing and gentle that I can layer it with different exfoliants. I don’t love the price for the full size so if anyone has any opinions on dupes, comment below! 3. THE inkey LIST - Oat Cleansing Balm This was a sleeper hit for me, I had to get used to its slightly grainy texture before I fell in love! I love how oily and yet creamy this products when I massage it into my skin and it effectively removes all of my makeup and sunscreen before my second cleanse. And at $10, you can’t beat it! *Renoir approved...probably...😜

Update: my acne has reduced A LOT
I’ve been a bit MIA since my last post but here is the progress of my acne. If I were to pinpoint the main reasons why, then it’s these reasons: What I did wrong: - experimenting and using alot of different products. I was in a phase where I loved trying new products and my skin did not like that I was switching products all the time. - I did not spot test new products - overloaded my skin with many products. I don’t know who needs to hear this but a 10 step routine is NOT for acne prone skin. - drank little water each day - used harsh products without re-balancing my skin with soothing products - masked almost everyday What I did to improve it: - reduce the number of products going on my skin. I now use only a max of 3 products in the morning and 5 products at night. - drank 2 litres of water every day - used a soothing pH-balanced toner - used a GENTLE chemical exfoliant - used retinol regularly - masked only every 2-3 days Some products I use in my daily routine that really helped my skin: PAULA'S CHOICE - Skin Perfecting 2% BHA Liquid Exfoliator as an all-over exfoliant PAULA'S CHOICE - BHA 9 Treatment as a spot treatment The Ordinary - Niacinamide 10% + Zinc 1% to fade acne scars Products that I use every 2-3 days that helped my skin: AZCLEAR - Medicated Lotion (mixed with Niacinamide) to fade acne scars DRUNK ELEPHANT - A-Passioni Retinol Cream to bring out new baby skin ANDALOU NATURALS - CannaCell Glow Mask as a gentle exfoliating mask If you are going through something similar just know to take it SLOWLY. The skin is going through trauma and it is not an overnight success. If you have any questions I’m happy to answer.

let’s talk neck care!
Neck and décolletage care! This type of skin care isn’t addressed as much, but it’s still an important step of skincare! I never really thought about it while I was addressing my face skin concerns, but I once read that it was good to bring your skincare products down to your neck, so I started doing that about 8 months ago. I think my neck lines are partly genetic, but they’re also due to how often I sit in bed staring at my phone, thus creating deeper lines on my neck. I wish I had a picture from 8 months ago, but my neck was pretty wrinkly, it had really deep horizontal neck lines that I couldn’t get rid of even if I stretched my neck. While I still have some horizontal lines on my neck, they’re certainly less visible than they were before. So what do I do exactly? I really don’t do much besides bring my toners, serums, sunscreen, and moisturizers down to my neck, and I massage it in in an upward direction. So with the product on my hands, I start to massage from the base of my neck up to my chin. I do this until I feel like the product has been absorbed. Massaging the product in an upward direction will help smooth the skin and prevent drooping. I certainly did not see results immediately. In fact, it took at least 6 months of doing this little massage every morning and night to see some change. I really just stuck to it and ended up doing it out of habit for many months, then one day I realized my neck looked much smoother than it was before. Here are some of the products I’ve been using on my neck (I usually use these on my face too): innisfree - Cica Toner with Bija Seed Oil innisfree - Green Tea Moisture-Balancing Toner CeraVe - PM Facial Moisturizing Lotion THE inkey LIST - Hyaluronic Acid Serum Kate Somerville - Liquid ExfoliKate Triple Acid Resurfacing Treatment FIRST AID BEAUTY - Ultra Repair Cream The Ordinary - 100% Organic Cold Pressed Rose Hip Seed Oil

Sensitive, dry skin? This is a must!
#firstaidbeautygiftedme @firstaidbeauty Did you know the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) officially categorized colloidal oatmeal as a skin protectant in 2003? PRODUCT: Ultra Repair Cream is a fragrance free cream that targets dry parched skin. It is safe for sensitive skin and is dermatologist tested. ✨Key Ingredients: -Colloidal Oatmeal (OTC): FDA-designated skin protectant that relieves itching and minor irritation caused by eczema, rashes, and other skin conditions. - Shea Butter: Moisturizes and protects the skin barrier with vitamins, minerals, and essential fatty acids. - Allantoin: Calms and soothes skin. MY THOUGHTS: This is surely one of my go-to moisturizers all year round. It’s lightweight enough for the summer and hydrating enough for the winter. It absorbs quickly into my skin and doesn’t leave a greasy feeling. It has no scent (which I love) and you only need a pea size amount to cover your entire face. I also use it on my hands and elbows and it works perfectly! SIDE NOTE: 🌱🐰 This product is vegan, cruelty-free, and gluten-free #firstaidbeautygiftedme #firstaidbeauty

Winter fav with FAB🥶
First, follow me for more content like this 💖😘 So if you’ve been following me or happen to see my posts you know I’ve been obsessed with First Aid Beauty lately. Their products have come in super clutch this winter for me because of the amazing hydration I get. So let’s talk about the Ultra Repair Face Moisturizer. It’s a light weight moisturizer formulated with meadow foam seed oil, Shea butter, colloidal oatmeal and avocado oil to make the skin extremely soft and smooth. It also helps reinforce the skins barrier. It gives you kind of a velvet, blur finish. I literally lather this one (you don’t have to I just love it so much). it comes in a 1.7 oz tube and it had a pump. It’s also $26. It doesn’t feel sticky and i feel hydrated all day. My face feels so protected from the cold weather. This is the most important product in my routine right now. If you get a chance please try this this winter. I promise it’ll make your face feel so good and hydrated. FIRST AID BEAUTY - Ultra Repair Face Moisturizer

naturium vitamin c serum first impressions
NATURIUM - Vitamin C Complex Serum I just received this product a few days ago, and I’ve only used it twice, but here are my first impressions! This serum is a clear color and it’s very lightweight. The first morning I used it, I used two pumps and it really just settled into my skin. The second morning I used it, I just used one pump (because I didn’t feel I needed two pumps) and it settled into my skin just like the two pumps. The serum certainly isn’t sticky, it’s more like a watery-oil texture, and it really felt like it was hydrating my skin. Obviously, I’ve only used this twice so I can’t really say much about the brightening effect on my dark spots, but I feel like it did add a nice glow to my face in the morning and it hasn’t broken me out (yet, knock on wood). I’m really looking forward to continuing to use this and to seeing the brightening effects in the long term!

COMPARISON | 🤔Is the Naturium Vitamin C a dupe?
The SkinCeutical’s Vitamin C serum is known for its EXPENSIVE (yes I really mean EXPENSIVE) yet amazing patented formula. Is the Naturium Vitamin C an adequate dupe? BEFORE WE CONTINUE: Yes, I know about Susan Yara’s unethical launch of Naturium. This post is not meant to support or attack her - this is only comparing what we know of each serum. I personally wouldn’t buy from Naturium because they mislead their customers. SHORT ANSWER - Naturium’s Vitamin C is NOWHERE near comparable to SkinCeuticals Vitamin C (let alone other popular vitamin c serums) ⬇️ Scroll all the way down to skip everything⬇️ What is similar about these serums? They both contain ascorbic acid. What makes ascorbic acid different from other forms of vitamin c is that is has the most scientific studies proving that it will work. THERE IS A CATCH THOUGH - Ascorbic acid is a very tricky and unstable ingredient so it will go bad fast without proper formulation. Why is SkinCeuticals significantly more expensive? It is at a higher price point due to the fact that their formula is PATENTED and it’s formula is well known for being stable. Naturium’s Vitamin C uses “encapsulation technology” (basically their vitamin C releases slowly) but this isn’t something super innovative that Naturium itself created. They claim that this is why their vitamin c can be formulated at such a high percentage without much irritation. ⬇️For people who just want to hear the real tea⬇️ 🛑What’s the catch with Naturium’s Vitamin C? 🛑 Naturium’s Vitamin C has a blend of Sodium Ascorbyl Phosphate and Ascorbic acid. Sodium Ascorbyl Phosphate is a DERIVATIVE (this doesn’t mean it’s not effective it just means it’s not as well studies as the real deal Vitamin C) Derivatives are a lot easier to formulate with, but are not as reliable. THIS IS WHERE IT GETS SKETCHY Naturium’s ingredients list has the derivative ABOVE the real deal ascorbic acid. Ingredient list are always labeled from highest to lowest concentration. However this wouldn’t be an issue but.... Naturium REFUSES TO DISCLOSE THE AMOUNT OF DERIVATIVE IN THEIR FORMULA. This is extremely shady since you want to know what you’re getting. They claim they have 22% Vitamin C, but as far as we know they could be putting in 20% of the derivatives and 2% of the real stuff. WHAT ANNOYS ME MOST: NATURIUM REFUSES TO DISCLOSE PERCENTAGES OF THEIR ACTIVES EVEN WHEN I EMAIL THEM (see the other photo) In summary, I wouldn’t support Naturium, and their Vitamin C is nowhere near as reliable as the SkinCeuticals or any other brand’s. What do you think? Leave a comment :) I’m always happy to hear your thoughts EDIT: Naturium claims to not disclose their percentages to protect their formula. However I have talked to multiple experts who say that disclosing the percentages of ascorbic acid and derivatives alone would not compromise their fomula.

Currently i've been religious with my PM routine and never did I ever think about having texture free skin for a while. I tend to breakout a week before my period and I always have the most angry, painful and HUGE pimples. After my breakout phase, I'm just left with these stubborn scars that start to turn dark. But I've curated a routine that helps me prevent future breakouts and lighten those tough dark spots. I like to keep my PM routine jam packed with goodies for my skin so it can sit overnight so my skin can fully absorb it. I keep my day time routine as simple as possible with a cleanser, toner, moisturizer & SPF 🔅 PM ROUTINE PRODUCTS DOWN BELOW: @versed Day Dissolve Cleansing Balm @versed Dew Point Moisturizer @versed Weekend Glow Daily Brightening solution @paulaschoice The Unscrub @paulaschoice 2% BHA Liquid Exfoliant @caudalieus Foaming Cleanser @peachandlily Glass Skin Serum @goodmolecules Caffeine Energizing Eye Patches @bliss Mighty Marshmallow Bright & Radiant Mask @tjmaxx Black Obsidian face roller @jadeandgua Ocean Blue Gua Sha I use my skin tools often but not everyday. They aren't that necessary but they do help massage the ingredients into your skin.

Any tips?

My skin is oily/acne-prone, as you can see... Idk what to do. So i’ve recently just started using more organic products such as Black Soap, Lemon & Turmeric. But i’ve also incorporated Sulfur for my stubborn cystic acne. I’ve seen improvements in my hyperpigmentation, however I still break out weekly😒 I’m thinking my skin is imbalanced... Help😩 * I’m currently using a turmeric cleanser in the day + rose hip toner + aloe to balance ph + a serum that also has rose hip & aloe. For my moisturizer I use GLOW RECIPE - Banana Soufflé Moisture Cream + a lil extra niacinamide. * At night, I have been alternating every other day for 2 days out the week then return to a routine I’ve been following for a month. I cleanse with a turmeric cleanser with this alternative routine. I also use Salicylic Acid & Glycolic acid in this mask:#Herbalife Skin®️ - Purifying Mint Clay Mask[products]#[FourStars] Following this, I use MARIO BADESCU - Cucumber Cleansing Lotion plus spot treatment: PAULA'S CHOICE - REGULAR STRENGTH DAILY SKIN CLEARING TREATMENT WITH 2.5% BENZOYL PEROXIDE & 8% their AHA gel exfoliant. * ~ Usually I’d use a sulfur soap... (first time using soap). Following that I use a good bacteria gel, with ingredients like: Willow Bark Extract, Niacinamide,Clove Oil, Petitgrain Oil, Allantoin. Next I use a Retinol & Collagen cream, I let that absorb of course... Next I apply an Acne Spot Treatment with ingredients such as: ”Resveratrol”- balances good bacteria. ; Calamine: keeps sebum production in check, helping to prevent future blemishes Clover Oil: clear cystic acne, reducing swelling as it kills infection. Following the application of this spot treatment I let it absorb & follow up with another spot treatment, however it has 20% sulfur & zinc.... WHAT AM I DOING WRONG?

Started breaking out suddenly
Skin type: Combination I’ve been struggling with acne scars and mild acne and lately its been flaring up. I have a lot of whiteheads and I use a Pimple patch on those. I’ve been double cleansing and applying suncreen every day and I’m honestly so insecure to a point where I won’t even go to see my boyfriend. I have listed the products I’m using below & honestly need help! Sunscreen: VICHY - Idéal Soleil Ultra-Light Face Sunscreen Broad Spectrum SPF 50 Oil based cleanser: N°7 - Radiant Results Nourishing Micellar Cleansing Oil Face wash: Cetaphil - Cetaphil Oily Skin Cleanser Serums: The Ordinary - Niacinamide 10% + Zinc 1% THE inkey LIST - Retinol Serum Moisturizer: N°7 - HydraLuminous Water Surge Gel Cream I’ve just started using the 2 serums. I use Niacinamide AM & PM & Retinol only at night. Im starting to think this is maskne cause this happened just 2.5 weeks ago. The first 2 pictures on top were taken 4 weeks ago & the bottom 2 was taken last night. If anyone can help me out with this, i’d be so grateful.
