PTR lashes to die for turbo
✨What are the claims? An 11% high peptide complex With biotin to help visibly improve the look of the natural lash length, density, thickness & fullness. For all lash types & skin types. Formulated for dry, brittle, short lashes. ✨Key ingredients; •11% peptide complex - improves the look of the natural lash. •10% conditioning complex - helps moisturize & soften the hairs. •Tahitian Plankton - to enhance the strength of brittle dry lashes. ✨Texture/Consistency? Liquid ✨My thoughts? I wasn’t necessarily impressed with this serum! I was mainly looking for length, but I got fullness Instead! It still worked & did was it claimed to do, thicken, but I also would have like to see help in length. I’ve been using this for 6 months straight, every night on my lashes & ive seem a major change in thickness & fullness. It doesn’t burn or irritate my eyes & it soaks into them & doesn’t leave my eyelashes crunchy. I enjoyed it but I wouldn’t purchase again! ✨Price Vs. size? It is $85 for .16oz, not worth it for me Personally! PETER THOMAS ROTH - Lashes to Die for Turbo

Current evening routine for dry, maturing skin
Step 1 - If I’m wearing make-up, I’ll do a double cleanse using essano - Gentle Foaming Facial Cleanser and the pmd - Clean Smart Facial Cleansing Device Followed by BANILA CO - Clean It Zero Cleansing Balm Revitalizing Step 2 - apply Apostrophe - Topical Formula to face AND neck. My formula is a Tretinoin and Niacinamide formula. Step 3 - moisturize with Essano Rosehip moisturizer. It’s sooooo creamy and makes your skin feel amazing for hours. Step 4 - Dr. PAWPAW - Scrub and Nourish on lips. Usually just the balm. If my lips are feeling extra funky I’ll use the scrub too. Step 5 - apply Castor Oil to my brows with a spoolie. Step 6 - use PETER THOMAS ROTH - Lashes to Die for Turbo Step 7 - apply JOON - Saffron Hair Elixer Oil to the very ends of my hair and what’s left on my hands I use on my nails/cuticles. And that’s it! Super simple cause I’m kinda lazy but still want to cover the basics. 💙
I do a lot of things to keep my hair healthy. I'll take vitamins, condition, and apply masks on my hair to make sure it stays lush and shiny. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ .⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ But what about my eyelashes? I put a lot of mascara on them, but other than that, not much in the way of proactively keeping them healthy. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ .⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ I've started using the Peter thomas roth Lashes To Die For® Turbo Conditioning Lash Enhancer* to condition and strengthen my eyelashes. The ingredients are a great blend of antioxidants and nutrients. It contains:⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ .⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ - 11% Peptide Complex and Aloe Vera ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ - Tahitian Plankton Extract ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ - Vitamins A, C & E⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ .⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ You can also use this on your eyebrows. The applicator makes it really easy to apply the product to your lash line, and the comb/wand part easily distributes it across your lashes.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ .⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ I really loved incorporating this into my nightly skincare routine. It glides on the lashes so smoothly and leaves them feeling soft and conditioned. It's ophthalmologist & dermatologist tested, and safe for people with sensitive eyes or contacts. ⠀⠀
Must have mascaras
MAYBELLINE - Lash Sensational Mascara Full Fan Effect Since it’s not waterproof it doesn’t hold a curl, but when I do lash lifts(because I have asian lashes) its the best mascara to use. No clumps at all. I probably will buy the waterproof version since it’s really good essence - Lash Princess False Lash Effect Waterproof Mascara This holds my curls and make my lashes look bomb. It doesn’t clump and easy to remove if you have makeup remover for waterproof makeup. I just love the way it make my lashes look.

First lash serum I’ve tried!
This is the “my lash serum” from Etude House, and I think it’s such a good product. I haven’t tried much k-beauty yet, but this was a great introduction. I use this lash serum on my eyebrows and eyelashes most nights (on the nights that I don’t forget to, lol), and I really do think my eyelashes look thicker and longer! They also haven’t been falling out as much as normal, and I think it really is working. I’ve had it for about a month now. I haven’t seen any significant changes on my eyebrow hairs, but they’re also really sparse and I feel like it’ll take a long time to see any changes, but I’m down to keep using this serum until that happens!
ETUDE-My Lash Serum
This is Essence Lash Princess, it has a pretty dry formula that dries fast, it clumps a little bit, but doesn't turn into full out spider lashes. I usually curl my lashes, but these pics are uncurled because I wanted to show off the mascara by itself. It has a large tapered wand, since it's a larger wand than average, it's a bit tricky to get at my lower lash line. It doesn't cause any fall out or flaking throughout the day, and it's not too stiff so I'll be using this often in my makeup routine!

💕EMPTY LASH PRIMER 💕
The L'ORÉAL - Voluminous Lash Paradise Primer came after the mascara and it was supposed to be a great companion. The duo is amazing, but so is this on its own. It is a light pink color when you apply it on your eyelashes. I like to let mine dry for the maximum benefits, before applying the mascara on top. I do find that one coat is enough. The results are beautiful, I love how long and voluminous my lashes become. It really does help to keep my lashes curled all day and adds that extra drama. It even looks like I am wearing false lashes! I also like that it pairs well with every mascara formula I’ve tried it with. Sometimes primers can be finicky, but this is not. If you’re wanting to add some extra drama, you should definitely check this product out. It is amazing! 🥰
L'ORÉAL-Voluminous Lash Paradise Primer
This mascara does a good job of covering each individual lash without clumping them together. I feel like for me it makes my lashes look much longer! I love the applicator and the curve that it has to it, because I only make it so easy to apply mascara to my lashes! I’m giving it 4 stars because it isn’t waterproof. Wish it was!

My Mental Wellness Improved Through My Self AcceptanceWhen I was around 13 or 14 years old, I remember routinely taking one of my older sister’s black eyeliner pencils before school every morning. I’d arrive early so that I could slip away to the girl’s bathroom to apply a single black line to my eyelids. My parents didn’t allow me to wear any makeup at the time. Although this smudgy line on my eyelids didn’t make me look all that much different, I never felt comfortable at school without it. My teenage mind convinced myself that I needed some sort of cosmetic symbol in order to appropriately express my femininity. Up until that point in my life, society had told girls that looked like me - tall, Black, and with kinky hair - that we somehow weren’t as beautiful as the other girls. For far too long, I believed it too.Feb. 17
