Drugstore eyebrows 🙂
These two NYX products, the micro brow pencil and tinted brow gel, these are both in the shades brunette. The micro brow pencil used to be my favorite, but i don’t think i like the formula anymore. It’s a bit harder then what i typically like, i like a more buttery feel to my brow pencils. This one you have to put a bit of pressure on your brows in order for it to put anything on. I actually don’t mind the brow mascara for a bit of color, but i don’t like it for keeping my brows in place. So if I use it, I also need something stronger to hold my crazy eyebrows in place. For drugstore, these aren’t too bad. But I haven’t found anything like the ABH brow pencils! NYX - Micro Brow Pencil NYX - Tinted Brow Mascara

Amazing Kosas Blush😻
This blush and highlighter duo is a gorgeous product! It is a powder blush that adds a healthy color to the cheeks without looking too heavy. I feel that it is pigmented just enough so that you don’t need to go in multiple times, one layer is perfect. I think this would look beautiful on any skin tone, i am a bit pale but i thinks this would work for tamed skin to. This formula is also really hydrating i never have any dry patches, and my texture isn’t extremely visible which is nice! Overall, this is s lovely product! I definitely recommend it and think it’s worth the time/ price/ effort. 😊😊😊 Kosas - Color & Light: Pressed Powder Blush & Highlighter Duo

Yes yes! Cream blush!
I am obsessed with this Ilia Beauty Multi-Use pigment! This can be used for both a blush and a lip color. It is creamy, super easy to apply, easy to blend, can be build up for a high intensity color, or lightly applied for a sheer natural look. I just love that this product can be used for different things, (lips and cheeks). It doesn’t make my skin look dry or overly greasy either, just very dewy. This also lasts all day on the cheeks. Absolutely gorgeous product! I definitely recommend this, and it is 100% worth the time/effort and price! ILIA - Color Haze Multi-Matte Pigment Cream Color

Tarte Blush! 🤔
This is the Tarte Amazonian Clay 12-hour blush, in the shade Party! This is a blush that claims to last 12 hours, is extremely blend able and stays gorgeous all day! This blush is fantastic, I think it looks gorgeous on my pale skin and really just makes the face appear more alive and youthful. The color definitely stays on all day and no need for any touch ups. 👍🏻 it is very easy to blend, doesn’t pick up a ton of product at once so it’s really easy to control. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a gorgeous flushed face look, it also complements any eye look! ❤️❤️ It is worth the time/effort/price! tarte - Travel Size Amazonian Clay 12 Hour Blush

This is the Too Faced hangover replenishing face primer. It’s used as a base for makeup, claims to be very hydrating and smoothes skin to prepare for foundation. This beauty product is so hyped and it was soo not worth it for me! Every time I used it, it pilled, balled up and just looked awful. Even without foundation this primer will start balling up, so it does nothing for me. Also the smell is very rotten smelling. If you want something that does what this one claims and actually works, i’d go for the Marc Jacobs primer! That stuff is amazing. I do not reccommend this at all!! Kat Von D, hit or miss?!
This is the Kat Von D liquid eyeliner. So, this product works for me somedays and it doesn’t others. If i want something long lasting, I will NOT choose this. It rubs off easily, claims it is waterproof, but definitely is not. I do like the precision of the tip, but there are far better products out there that do the same thing. If I am just going out for a maybe an hour or less, I may put this on, because application is quick and easy and I don’t need anything long lasting. The formula does dry down rather quickly, so that’s nice. But I don’t think that it is worth it. Glad I got a trial size before the buying a full size! Do NOT recommend! It’s not worth it 😫 Kat Von D - Ultra Ink Liner

10 hours of Kosas tinted face oil!
It’s no secret that Kosas tinted face oil is my FAVORITE foundation. It’s so innovative—I love face oils, I love sheer foundations with a skin-like finish, and this is the perfect blend of both. It has ingredients like green tea seed oil, raspberry oil, jojoba oil, and rosehip oil. It honestly feels like skincare instead of makeup, and it gives me the most glowy beautiful finish (I always use a primer and finish with Milk’s blurring powder). I wear shade 3.0 and it’s perfect for me. Even though my skin is on the oilier side, this never makes me look oily—so oily-skinned gals, no worries! This product can still work for you. I love this product for a lot of reasons, one being that I don’t have to worry about touching it up throughout the day. Other foundations tend to cake around my mouth during the day, but this one never does. The only place where it gets messed up is on the bridge of my nose under where my glasses are, but that’s because they’re constantly in contact with my skin—I don’t think any foundation could stay in place there. As long as my glasses are on, it’s not noticeable anyway. Today I got ready around 8:00am, then me and my husband drove to a nearby town to have a cute exploring date in celebration of (late) Valentine’s. We did a lot of walking in the cold (and a little bit of snow as well), we had coffee and brunch, did some antiquing, then after we came back I did some homework before heading to the grocery store. The last thing I did before removing my makeup was cook dinner, which involved standing by a hot stove for quite a while. As you can see, it held up well and maintained a sheer, skin-like finish that evens out my skin tone but isn’t heavy enough to completely cover every single imperfection. The first picture is in natural light, and the second is in artificial light, for what it’s worth. This product is a little pricey for me—$42 for 1oz—so if you’re considering it, please know that it does hold up throughout the day. In addition, I only use 3-5 drops for my whole face, which is far less than I use with other foundations. I think it’s well worth the money considering this is how it holds up over 10 hours!

Shower Fave! FAB KP Bump Eraser Scrub
FIRST AID BEAUTY - KP Bump Eraser Body Scrub with 10% AHA *skin has been dry and flakey New topic, who dis? Buckle up for my favourite shower line up guys! Starting in no particular order, this is the First Aid Beauty kp bump eraser. In no technical terms, kp is essentially that bumpy chicken skin you can get a round your arms and legs and it just doesn’t feel or look great. I myself have this on my arm and thighs specifically. I picked this up for my birthday in September - thanks dad - and still have a fair amount of the tube left. This really has a lot of product for only $30 or so. A steal in my books. It’s also super easy to just squeeze out in the shower - no fuss packaging is everything when your hands are wet. The scrub itself works so well. It’s a grey and grainy texture which could honestly resemble cement. I usually use about two squeezes to cover most of my body, specifically areas of concern. This usually includes my elbows (forever suffering from black elbows help) my legs, thigh to calf and my butt bc who doesn’t want a smooth butt. Because this is a physical exfoliants I do find it’s a little rough especially on my sensitive skin. If I scrub too hard or for too long I do find my skin gets raw, and I have taken off some arm hair accidentally. For that reason, I’ve limited use to this to only about once a week. After I shave, I’ll apply this and come out of the shower with new born baby skin. I immediately moisturize and my body is smooth for d a y s. We love it. This is definitely something I would recommend trying if you do suffer from kp. There are other products out there that target the same thing but I find this is the cheapest and I can see the results immediately after use!

Shower Fave! SOL de Janeiro Shower Gel
SOL de Janeiro - Brazilian 4 Play Moisturizing Shower Cream-Gel *skin is mostly dry Anothaaaa fave! Like most of you, I am a huge fan of the signature bum bum scent. When I learned it came in a body wash? Game over. I bought the mini as part of a set at Sephora. I believe it came in a cute little travel bag, with a mini bum bum cream and the matching body spray! It was a great deal to say the least - only being something like $25? The smell is as you’d expect and look forward to which of course I loved. It’s also a nice smooth gel and makes my body feel great and clean. It’s not as moisturizing as I would like in a body wash - especially in the dry months - but again, it left me clean and smelling great. Plus I have the actual bum bum cream to moisturize - duh! I prefer products that have a pump in my shower, as opposed to a squeeze bottle, just for ergonomics sake, but this wasn’t too bad. It squeezed out easy - maybe a little too easy. When it gets down to the last bits, it’s hard to balance this on it’s head and squeeze that last previous bit. There is quite a bit of product in here though, so again a good value for the price (I think on its own, the mini is $13). I definitely recommend this to anyone who already loves the original bum bum cream. Something about having my body product scents match just makes my heart warm. Plus it’s such an amazing scent you really will want to layer it on.

OFRA - Glazed Donut 🍩
OFRA - Nikkietutorials Glazed Donut Highlighter Late on my favourite palettes so I’m throwing it in now! Annnnnnnnd technically this isn’t a palette but we lot it and I sometimes use it as an inner corner eyeshadow so this counts right? I got this product in an Ipsy bag and was hesitant but I love some shimmer and I’m always looking for new highlighters and shadows to work into my routine anyway I can. I have fair to light skin, and like a full face of makeup most days but don’t always include eye shadow in my routine but find I reach for this even on days where I’m skipping the full shadow. This is suuuuuuuuuper pigmented which I love and it’s a nice frosty white colour when applied. As a highlighter it adds a noticeable shimmer and as an eye shadow it adds a great pop to the inner eyes. I also have been using this for about a month and there’s no sign of pan anywhere so a great amount of product for the price - which I believe is very reasonable. I’m not sure I’d repurchase this when I finish but only because I like to explore new palettes and highlighters. If I were looking to stick to the same product I would definitely repurchase this though! Honestly though I don’t think I’ll hit pan on this bad boy for a looooong time!

MAC - Dusky Rose Eye Shadow Palette
MAC - Eyeshadow X 9 Dusky Rose Palettessssss! Another fave (and actual palette of mine)! This was gifted to me by my beautiful mom a year or so ago and it’s such a staple when I’m doing a full eyeshadow look. Again I’m fair/light skinned and I gravitate naturally to neutral and blush tones. This palette gives me the best of both worlds with some browns and dusty pinks that I can mix and match in so many different combinations. I would like the shades to be a little more pigmented - the darker shades are but the lighter ones I feel get lost quickly on the lid. This palette has lasted me a long time but I do rotate it out with other palettes. I do think it’s a little pricey - I think this is something like $50 for the 3x3 mini palette which maybe sounds like a good deal because there’s 9 shadows but they pots are very tiny. I probably wouldn’t repurchase for myself because of that but I do love the shades!

Beauty Bakerie - Proof is in the Puddin’ 🍮
beauty bakerie - Proof is in the Puddin’ Palette Isn’t this just delicious? I picked this palette as part of one of the fabfitfun customization choices and in so glad I did. I’m naturally drawn to neutral palettes because I feel like they’re so easy to work into any makeup look and this palette is great for that. There’s a nice range of light light pinks to darker reddish browns. I’m not exactly a huuuge fan of the reddish brown and would prefer more of a neutral brown shade but the reddish tint works nice for a hot eye look (think NAKED HEAT). There’s also a mix up of mattes and glitters which again is great for variety. Each shade is super pigmented which of course is amazing because who wants an eye shadow that you can’t see when applied? These are decently sized pans too! With 9 of them, and compared to my previous MAC palette, you can clearly see the value in a palette like this. These retail for significant less than any of the higher end palettes (I’m not sure exact pricing because this was from fff and is only sold in the US) and I know they’re affordable and worth the money. This brand is also super adorable. The whole aesthetic is based on cooking and food goodies with their pack of beauty sponges being sold in an egg carton 🥺 They have lots of other beautiful palettes and I recommended checking all of them out!
