sweet Mexican girl learning how to do her makeup in her late 20’s. 🥞💗🇲🇽🐈🌸
My current favorite primer combo ✨
Primer was a game changer for me when it comes to makeup. For the longest time I didn’t use a primer, and I didn’t think I needed it to be honest, but it’s a step I can’t miss now. I received the touch in SOL - No Poreblem Priming Water in PR, but honestly I’m gonna purchase myself as soon as this little bottle runs out. I think of this as the final, final step in my skincare routine. This rose water based primer claims to hydrate and prep skin for makeup application, it’s perfect to minimize the appearance of pores. I have dehydrated skin that only worsens as the weather gets dryer and I’m really enjoying this product. The mix of Bulgarian damask rose oil and rose water is something my skin really likes. The e.l.f. - Poreless Putty Primer although polarizing, is definitely one of my ride or die makeup products. It works beautifully for me and leaves my skin looking velvety and ‘perfected’. I’ve been dealing with some uneven texture on my nose and cheeks for a while, and this helps ‘conceal’ those areas than im not happy with. And for $8? Amazing. I’d love if it came with a spatula so I didn’t have to get my grimy mittens into it lol (always wash your hands before doing your makeup!) but it’s my favorite nonetheless.

Triple cleansing my Halloween makeup off 💦
Double cleansing is part of my daily nighttime routine, like year round, but there are times when you need a little extra help. Usually my cleansing balm + face wash combo gets rid of makeup and impurities, but I feel on some nights (i.e. Halloween night) when I’m extra done up I do need something else, so I’ll include an oil to dissolve mascara and help remove eye makeup. 💧First step: oil. •#Prosa - Aceite para crecer y alargar sus pestañas 4 en 1[products]#[FiveStars] I bought this puppy in Mexico because I really, really love the Prosa máscaras and this oil blend looked nice. It’s meant to be applied and left overnight to help strengthen your lashes and keep them healthy, but I saw Adri from @sortofobsessed on IG mentioned she uses it to remove eye makeup too and it’s been going good! It doesn’t irritate my eyes or skin and does a great job removing stubborn waterproof mascara. It has a nice, sweet almond scent that fades quickly and it’s like $40 pesos, so about $2 US dollars. 💧Second step: cleansing balm. •GOOD MOLECULES - Instant Cleansing Balm Received this baby in PR a while ago but I started using it like a month ago, it’s not my favorite balm but I’m trying to use what I already have. It smells like Lancôme skincare (think old lady, powdery, floral scent), which I’m not the biggest fan of, but the scent doesn’t linger. It isn’t half bad at removing the remaining makeup on my face, but leaves a film behind that I don’t really like. Luckily the next step helps getting rid of that. 💧Third step: face wash. •BLUME - Daydreamer Face Wash My friend Sally gifted me this and let me tell you, this face wash is AMAZING. It’s soo gentle but it effectively cleanses. It’s the creamiest cleanser I’ve ever tried and it doesn’t foam up. Made with skin loving ingredients like chamomile and arnica flower extracts and leaves my skin feeling super soft, never stripped or tight. It’s $16 for 120 ml. The perfect face wash to finish off an intense cleansing routine! #cheriepartner #cheriecreator

Last minute Halloween hair & makeup 🔥
Here’s a very simple, last minute Aries inspired lewk for all your (hopefully covid conscious) Halloween get-togethers! I’m just gonna go ahead and say I’m not very into Halloween, BUT I’m very into playing with makeup and doing cute things to my hair that don’t take a lot of effort. For this look I literally just did two small buns on top of my head and shaped them to look like little horns, and did a cute makeup look! It’s super easy! You just need some dry shampoo, I used the amika: - Perk Up Talc-Free Dry Shampoo because it is my absolute favorite and to add a bit of grip to my hair. Make two small ponytails at the very top of your head, twirl the pony on it self using Bobbie pins as you go to pin it on your head and start shaping the horns. It works best if you have longer hair than mine, but you can still do them on short hair! Then spray some hairspray so they stay put. I used amika: - Fluxus Touchable Hairspray it holds everything together, but it doesn’t look crunchy or leaves a whitecast. My makeup was inspired in my sun sign, I’m an Aries sun, Leo rising, Virgo moon, so double fire sign over here 😈 I thought the makeup paired with the hair would look super cute! I put on my favorite red dress to stay in theme et voilà! I recommend looking for a big, luscious pair of falsies because I think they would make this eye makeup look out of this world, but I’m working with what I have right now 😌 What are your plans for this Halloween? I’m most likely to stay home, watch a scary movie and drink some PSL or something 🎃 #cheriepartner #cheriecreator

We stan Pietro in this house 🤡💗
Continuing the ACNH series, today I bring you Pietro ❤️ my favorite sheep villager and overall best boy. Products used: ⭐️ Complexion products: •e.l.f. - Poreless Putty Primer •DIOR - Forever Skin Correct Concealer •essence - All About Matt! Fixing Compact Powder ⭐️ For the teardrop, heart & nose: •Transcend Dance from COLOURPOP - In a Trance Shadow Palette •My Milkshake from COLOURPOP - Strawberry shake shadow palette •Daiquiri from the same palette as above. ⭐️ Highlighter (for the tip of the nose): •OFRA - Limited Edition Rodeo Drive Highlighter Ornament ⭐️ Brows: • ohii - Magic Hair Wand ⭐️ Lips: •The now discontinued NYX Whipped Lip & Cheek Soufflé in Molten Love 💋 ⭐️ Lashes: •I just went to my nearest beauty supply and picked the most dramatic lashes I could find! Brand is Cherry Blossom, they’re their 3D SILK LASH, style #003 For this look I did my face makeup as usual, just some light concealing, just powdering with a matte powder. I like to keep my brows sheer and fluffy when doing villager makeup lol 😅 I tried drawing the teardrop and heart on my cheeks freehanded but ya girl is not talented like that, so I decided to do cutouts of both and stick them to my face using washi tape so it’s easy to remove and won’t tug on my skin, then I just filled them in using the shadows I mentioned above from Colourpop. For my nose I used Daiquiri from the Strawberry Shake palette, which is perfect for this since it’s a pigment and you just need the tiniest bit! Then I added some highlighter just on the tip to make it pop 😋 For some reason NYX always discontinues the products I really like, so I can’t tag the exact product I used since you won’t be able to find it but honestly any red lipstick or cream you have will do the trick! Whenever I’m doing extra af makeup I like to wear extra af, dramatic lashes like these 😌 lashes always make the look in my opinion! These from Cherry Blossom are so soft, I wish the band wasn’t as obvious but the more you use them, the easier it is to apply them! And that’s it! Surprisingly, this look didn’t take as long as I thought it would but it is still cute and festive 🤡 Which villager should I do next? I already have some on my list, but I’d love to hear your favorites! 💗 #cheriepartner #cheriecreator

Turning myself into Merengue from ACNH 🍓
Hi, my name’s Francine and I’m addicted to Animal Crossing!!! 🐶🐷🐱🐰🦊💗 If you guys have been following along you’ve probably seen my other ACNH inspired lewks. Someone suggested I did Merengue next, and honestly she was already on my list! Merengue is a normal rhino villager and her name comes from “meringue”, a type of dessert made with egg whites and sugar. My husband has her on his island and she’s the cutest!! 🍰 I also got inspo from @neoini on IG! They did this look a while ago, and I’m just beyond obsessed. Here’s what I used for this look: 🍓 e.l.f. - Poreless Putty Primer 🍰DIOR - Forever Skin Correct Concealer 🍓essence - All About Matt! Fixing Compact Powder 🍰essence - Satin Touch Blush 🍓COLOURPOP - Strawberry shake shadow palette 🍰CALEY COSMETICS - Beach Babe Natural Lips 🍓Glossier. - Glossier. Lip Gloss 🍰Freck BEAUTY - THE ORIGINAL FRECKLE 🍓OFRA - Limited Edition Rodeo Drive Highlighter Ornament 🍰 ANASTASIA Beverly Hills - Dipbrow Gel How did I do it: • First I started by prepping my skin, so I used my favorite primer atm. The elf poreless putty primer gives me a smooth, flawless base every time. • Next I spot concealed with the Dior forever skin correct concealer, I wear shade 1W. • I like to keep my brows soft when I’m doing villager inspired makeup lol, so I only went in with the dipbrow gel, which I don’t love but I can’t find my elf wow brow 😔 • Now for the eyes I used one of my favorite palettes from CP and did a soft, shimmery pink eye bc the lil strawberry nose is the focal point here! • The nose was so hard guys, I used a white concealer and a green eyeliner from a now discontinued beauty brand and just carefully tried to draw a strawberry. Any white creamy shadow or concealer will work and any green shadow or liner is ok! I used the shade Daiquiri from the Strawberry Shake palette for the rest. Ta-da! • To set my makeup I used the essence - All About Matt! Fixing Compact Powder I purchased this powder when I did my Flora makeup and needed a white fixing powder. I went with Essence because honestly I rarely ever use mattifying powders for my regular makeup routine, and Essence is inexpensive and they’re powders are just top tier. This powder is supposed to be “invisible” so I just build up until I can no more and it works great! Its surprisingly lightweight even when I apply like 10 layers to get maximum opacity. Also the price is hard to beat! $3.99 for 8 grams 🙌 • I used the Satin Touch Blush in Coral love. • For the freckles I used the Freck BEAUTY - THE ORIGINAL FRECKLE the liquid-y formula and small brush makes it easy to draw fake freckles, but it’s a little warm for my taste and way too small. Def not a need.

Anti-pollution skincare & why you need it!
Did you know pollution can be silently and progressively deteriorating your complexion? Exposure to environmental stressors such as free radicals, UV/UVB exposure, different fumes and emissions could be wrecking your skin. Heck, even emissions from paint and carpeting inside your own home are potentially damaging your skin, causing inflammation, fine lines, dull skin and premature aging. More and more research shows that environmental factors could be stronger determinants of our overall health than our very own genes. And unless you’re moving to a secluded forest with cleaner air, maybe you should start considering anti-pollution skincare! Dr. Loretta took all these factors into account when creating her own line of skincare, so all of her products claim to protect skin from oxygen AND nitrogen free radical damage. Dullness and dehydration are possibly my major skin concerns, I’ve struggled with dehydrated skin for years, and if I’m not diligent with my skincare I know for sure my skin will be looking dull and crusty in just a few hours. 🧴 Dr Loretta - Intense Replenishing Serum Living in a super dry city I need to have a serum to keep me hydrated, but isn’t too heavy that will make my combo skin feel oily or break me out. This serum has a very interesting consistency, it’s light but feels like a serum/oil hybrid. Besides from protecting skin against free radicals it’s also made with vitamin F to maintain a healthy skin barrier and prevent water loss. 🧴 Dr. Loretta - Tightening Eye Gel I have a hard time finding eye cream that works well for me, most eye creams I’ve tried gave me milia which is so annoying. Having an eye gel has been amazing for me, being a gel I know for sure it won’t give me milia but I’m still treating my under eyes. I haven’t been using that long to speak on long-term effects but I’m liking it so far. It works great to depuff! At $60 for 20 ml it’s a pricey one, but you really only need like half a pump and that’s enough for both eyes. 🧴 Dr. Loretta - Urban Antioxidant Sunscreen SPF 40 This is such a nice SPF in my opinion. Not only does it offer UVA/UVB protection, it also protects against HEV light emitted from the sun and electronic devices and of course, pollution. It has a slight peachy tint so it looks good on its own, and gives off a nice satin finish, not too dewy or too matte. One thing I have to note on this product is I have to take a few extra minutes for application, it’s best to pat it in rather than aggressively rubbing it on, which I wouldn’t recommend either way 😜 normally I wouldn’t bother but I love how it looks on me, and it was $50 so I will make it work lol Have you tried any anti-pollution formulas? Would you give these a try? ☺️ #CheriePartner

Super cute kawaii instagram filter!
Everyone wants to look like an instagram filter. Many of us spend so much time playing with them! It’s so fun! So why don’t we become one? I have very pale skin, so I really love when a filter makes me look blushed and cute. This filter is one of my favorites, and the one I’m going to teach you how to recreate The good thing of this look is that you don’t need much. Let’s start, first of all we are going to prep our face. I use moisturizer and a primer. Then we apply foundation, concealer and contour. Our base is ready! Grab a very pink blush and apply it all over you face, specifically under your eyes and on the bridge of your nose. This will give the exaggerated impression of someone blushing. With a brown eyeliner, you are going to draw the shape of a band aid on your nose. (Tip: if you don’t know how to do it you can put an actual band aid on your nose and just follow the shape with the eyeliner). With a darker shade of pink, color the “band aid” Add the broken hearts with a black eyeliner and some more details like the little dots in the band aid. Lastly, add many many freckles using a contour stick and a bobby pin. Do your brows, add a very pink lipstick and there you have it. A super cute kawaii instagram filter.

graphic liner on a budget! 💕
one of the biggest trends this year in the beauty community is graphic liner! i get so many questions about which liners i use, and so today i’d like to introduce these glamvicecosmetics liners! GLAM VICE - UV Pastel Retro Liner 💘 they’re $8 each, these liners in the pictures above are a part of their pastel liner collection! i use glamvice’s 001 liner brush, dip the brush into some water, and swirl the brush around in inside the eyeliner pot order to use the liner any way i want! when using multiple shades in one look, you can clean your brush with some water and move on to the next color! 🍓 all the liners show up pigmented and true to color and run smoothly along the skin! once dry they do not budge or crack, allowing for all day wearability. ✨ i recommend not layering the liners, one or two swipes in order to create shapes and lines is enough, if you layer the liners they are more likely to peel and look wrinkled! 🥰 not only does glamvice have a wide variety of colors, beyond just these pastels above (including uv neons), they are AFFORDABLE! if you’re looking to start with graphic liner but haven’t been able to find a dupe for higher end brands, consider buying from this small business and creating your own graphic liner looks with these! French twist ✨yes or no?
French twist ✨yes or no? Super easy and quick to do 🥰let me tell you that I struggle a little bit because I do have thick hair and my head looks huge if I don’t tight the twist enough 😅 but if you have less hair that mine that won’t be an issue and it will look amazing 😘/
RANDOM REVIEW: SweatBlock Antiperspirant Wipes
Alright guys, this is a random one but if you struggle with excessive sweating, you NEED this product in your life!! SWEAT BLOCK - Clinical Strength Antiperspirant Wipes A little honesty post here, I have struggled with Hyperhidrosis and excessive sweating for years. I could never wear any tight shirts or lift my arms in embarrassment. I was looking for ANYTHING to help. With over 8 thousand reviews on Amazon, I wanted to try this product and it has completely changed my underarms!! What it is: - antiperspirant wipes that helps stop excessive underarm sweat - each box comes with 10 wipes and it lasts up to 7 days. I typically use it once a week and it works great for me! How to use it: - Apply at bedtime!! - Apply to clean, dry, underarms (DO NOT RUB) - Allow to dry then go to bed How long did it take to see any results? - it took about 2 weeks (using the wipes twice) to see any real results, but once I did it was very NOTICEABLE. I was sweating less, less embarrassing stains, I honestly couldn’t believe it. So now I use the product once a week or I even can go every two weeks. Listen to your body and you will notice a difference. If results aren’t achieved at first, apply nightly until its successful. When I say I’ve seen a MONUMENTAL shift in my underarm sweat. Again, I know this was a random share but I felt so moved by it that I wanted to share it with you guys!! LOVE IT ♥️
