How I regrew my hair back with the tips I learned over the past four years...
I've started losing my hair since high school, which has been quite painful for me for years. I've tried nearly all the methods I could find on the Internet, magazines and so on but the truth is that most of them don't actually work for me. After trying so many hair growth "tips", I finally got my hair back! I'll list the tips that are actually helpful to me, so you don't need to waste your time on the useless ones: 🌟Massage scalp with hair serums or hair oils Many of those who have bought hair growth serums or hair oils like to complain that these hair growth products or hair thickening treatments don't work at all, and I used to be one of them until I found that It's the way I apply these products hat makes them less effective! Don't just simply drop your hair treatments and then rub them your two seconds. You need to use a scalp massager or brush such as BOUCLÈME - Scalp Massager to gently let your scalp absorb them, which helps hair follicles remain active. I normally massage my scalp for at least 5 minutes before I go to bed. My favorite hair growth serum is GROW GORGEOUS - Hair Density Serum Intense in case you are interested. 🌟Take vitamin supplements Vitamins are the key for hair regrowth: Vitamin A promotes healthy production of sebum in the scalp; vitamin E helps blood circulation to maintain the productivity of hair follicles. My doctor advised me to take some vitamin supplements daily. At first, I thought it was nothing but a waste of money, but I noticed a difference that some newly grown babies were growing on my hairline after taking DL.MD - Liquid Multi-Vitamin Supplement for one month! 🌟Stick with mild hair care products Keeping hair and scalp clean is necessary, but steer away from the strongly detoxing ones as these strongly purifying shampoos overly exfoliate your scalp and will harm your hair follicles. By using gentle shampoos and conditioners like Anne Semonin - Memoires D'ete Gentle Shampoo and Neutrogena - Healthy Scalp Gentle & Soft Conditioner with Micellar Water, you are lowering the risk of infections and sensitive scalp that may lead to hair breakage or loss. 🌟Carefully using the wig clips I used my lace front wig sometimes to cover my bald spots on my scalp during the period that I suffered from the severe hair fall. The lace front wig usually has clips added for steady holding. If you are using a wig, don't constantly put the clips of your wig in one area of your head, as the clip can tug at your real hair. Also, don't pull at the wig or yank get it as these actions harm your scalp and aggravate hair loss. But don't get me wrong! I'm not saying that you need to avoid wigs, but you'd better be careful with them! Very quickly, I used to feel depressed and shamed for my hair loss, especially when I was a teenager, and I guess there must be someone who is still going through something similar. Having wresting with the hair fall for about four years, I gradually learned how to accept my hair fall and reacquired my confidence. It's not something self-inflicted, and some so many women are having the same problems! Take your time, keep your head up, and follow those really helpful hair tips, you won't be troubled by the hair fall for sure! Love you guys lots xx!

Nighttime routine for combination skin ✨
Hi! I’ve been using every product reviewed for at least 3 weeks & my main concerns are fine lines, blemishes and post acne hyperpigmentation! Let me know your thoughts & recommendations 💕 Cleanser: I start with the BANILA CO - Clean It Zero 3-in-1 Cleansing Balm the 1st balm cleanser I’ve used & so far so good! This removes waterproof mascara to varying degrees of success but all other makeup gets blitzed with this. There is no real fragrance & I’ve not found it drying! Then I use the CeraVe - Hydrating Facial Cleanser which I’ve reviewed in my morning skincare routine post Exfoliator: 2-3 times a week I use the Neutrogena - Bright Boost Resurfacing Micro Polish which is the only AHA product in my routine. It has a physical exfoliant texture so I v gently massage it into wet skin and leave it for about a minute. I don’t experience any redness or tingling & my skin does feel very smooth after. I don’t use my retinol on nights I use this! Toner: On a damp face I use the LANEIGE - Cream Skin Toner & Moisturizer which I’ve reviewed in my morning skincare routine post Serums: Then I use The Ordinary - Hyaluronic Acid 2% + B5 followed by The Ordinary - Niacinamide 10% + Zinc 1% which I’ve reviewed in my morning skincare routine post Moisturiser: I’ve been obsessed with CeraVe - SA Smoothing Cream ever since I got it. It has Urea (great for eczema) & salicylic acid so it’s very hydrating whilst also working against acne. I use this for my bikini line & any back acne I get (full review on my page) When I use the brightening polish I switch out the above for sukin - Facial Moisturiser 125ml so I’m not combining BHA’s & AHA’s. This is a solid, basic moisturiser that hasn’t broken me out & sinks in quickly. It’s rich in jojoba & avocado oil so I tend to skip face oils when I use this! Retinol: after using the neutrogena SA retinol for 6 months & seeing no results I switched to indeed LABORATORIES - Retinol Reface : Skin Resurfacer & Wrinkle Repair I’ve had no irritation & love the light texture. My skin has been feeling plumper & not dry at all. I’ve been using it 4 times a week while my skin adjusts to the higher %! I go over the bad hyperpigmentation with PALMER'S - Skin Success Anti Dark Spot Cream (I have the pump version to avoid air contact & contamination). This product WORKS. It has retinol & liquorice root extract but also seems to contain glitter? Bizarre. Then Neutrogena - Rapid Wrinkle Repair Eye Cream as I like a gentler formulation of retinol for the more delicate skin. This sinks in fast, doesn’t irritate & my dark circles have also decreased since using! Oil: finallyKiehl's - Midnight Recovery Concentrate an oldie but goldie. A great seal & smells 🔥🔥

Does Lamer worth it? Is FAB repair cream a dupe for Lamer Moisture Cream?
I am sensitive, dry skin. When the season changes, my skin is prone to acne or peeling. Today I will share with you two repair creams and discuss whether FAB can be used as Lamer's Dupe. LA MER - LA MER Moisturizing CreamAU$242/40ml We all know, Lamer has their miracle broth, which, and their miracle broth consists of fermented sea kelp vitamins and minerals, helps your skin retain the water in it and keep it plumps and moisturize throughout the day or overnight whenever you're using it. I prefer to use this cream in wintertime or when I am traveling because the air is dehydrated. It is just a heavy dose of moisture when I am using this one, and I know that it's going to do the job and get my skin hydrated. I have been using this cream for at least two years now, and I love it. When you do use this product, you should remember to take a little bit on your finger when take that teeny tiny bit again rub it between your fingers and until to no longer see any white. It should look like a balm at this point. When it does look translucent, that's when you need to press it into your skin. This cream not only helps your skin to retain moisture but also helps calm your skin. FIRST AID BEAUTY - Ultra Repair Cream Intense Hydration AU$ 44/30ml I bought this cream at Sephora. Its texture and method of use are very similar to Lamer. You need to rub it by your fingers and then press it into your face before using it. Its repairing ability and moisturizing ability are a little weaker than Lamer, but the effect is also excellent. After I use it for a week, my skin has calmed down. Technically it's not a dupe, as Lamer process more ingredients than FAB. But If you look at the ingredients list through when it comes to the actual moisturizers in these two products, the base ingredients are almost identical. There are mineral oil, petrolatum, glycerin, microcrystalline, and so on. And They almost smell similar. The Lamer I could touch more of a costly scent to it, but they're very when you feel them in the actual jars, they smell almost identical. The texture of the Lamer is thick. You have to warm it up. The texture of the FAB is similar to the Lamer, and I can't see much of a difference. I would never tell somebody with really oily skin to use these two products because the texture of these two creams is too thick.
