Do’s and Dont’s Of Acne

There are many of things you should and shouldn’t do when it comes to acne. Knowing what to do and what not to do can help you avoid more breakouts, irritation and scarring when it comes to acne. 🎯What To DO 🎯
✅Properly cleanse skin to remove bacteria and excessive oil. Cleanse face twice a day using a product that has salicylic acid, tea tree etc. Anti-Bacterial properties to reduce bacteria .
✅Moisture, many think with acne you shouldn’t moisturize because it’ll cause more breakouts and this is incorrect. Especially when you are using products that dry out the skin it’s important to put that moisture back in the skin keeping it balanced.
🌺Check out my skin type post under acne there is more info on what products you should use 🌺
✅Skin Treatments like detoxifying mask, spot treatments etc. These will help to stop breakouts and heal breakouts that you already have. Treatments will help lessen scarring and really support the skin in healing.
✅DRINK WATER! Make sure to drink plenty of water flushes out toxins and keeps skin clear.
✅RELAX Stressing is no good for acne it just makes it worse.
✅PATIENCE tackling acne takes time , prepare yourself for the ride.
What To NO DO
❌Touching / Picking , your hands have bacteria and if you are constantly touching your face your adding more bacteria which equals to more breakouts. Picking will cause irritation and can also lead to scarring.
❌ Too many products , you shouldn’t be using 10 products in your morning skincare routine. With acne less is better because you won’t over saturate the skin which can cause more breakouts.
❌Over use of acids and exfoliators, exfoliation is great for skin but over doing it with acne can irritate breakouts.
❌ Makeup 😩 there will def be a post about how to wear makeup with acne BUT throwing makeup over acne only makes it worse. It’s best to let the skin heal.

Cantaloupe_CookieThank you! I’ve heard so many ridiculous things about what to do with acne, and this is the first one that actually sounds reasonable

Shea Moisture African Black Soap Mud Mask
I received this mask in a little skincare gift set that a friend had given me last summer and have just now tried it out! I have never tried any face masks from Shea Moisture, I have sensitive skin so I’m always cautious about trying new brands/products. I have to say, this mask did not irritate my skin at all! The mask goes on so nicely and hardens over time. After removing, my skin felt soooo soft. I definitely will be purchasing the full size of this product! Products I Don’t Use Everyday
Hi guys! I wanted to share with you some products that I don’t use as frequently in my skin care routine. First up is The Ordinary - AHA 30% + BHA 2% Peeling Solution This is the first time I’ve used an AHA or BHA. I had done some research and many found that this product was a great help for deep acne scars and could possibly help with my hormonal acne. I’ve had this for a little over 3 weeks and have only used it 3 times (once per week). This is the use I would recommend since this is a strong exfoliant. Overall, I like the results so far, but they will not come overnight. Once I use this for a few months I believe I will see an improvement in my skin. Next is SheaMoisture - African Black Soap Clarifying Mud Mask This mask is great! It’s a clay mask, but it doesn’t dry tight on your face. It is comfortable to wear and doesn’t weigh down your skin like I feel other clay masks do. I use this product about once per week as well. Also a little goes a long way. I’ve had this tub since February and and I haven’t even used half of it yet. It’s also great to use as a spot treatment. Third is BURT’S BEES - Micellar Cleansing Water I cannot say enough good things about this micellar water. I use it to take my makeup off and also on the days I don’t wear makeup to refresh my skin. This literally works like a magnet. It draws out makeup and dirt so well. This was such an impulse buy because I needed new makeup remover, but I will definitely repurchase! Finally is J.R. WATKINS - Heritage Store Rosewater & Glycerin Spray This spray is great to spritz on your face in the middle of the day to refresh your skin. I also like to use it as a “setting spray” after I apply my makeup. It just provides an extra boost of hydration and the rosewater is very soothing. Hope you guys enjoy! Let me know your thoughts😊

What even is my skin type?
Am I the only one who struggles figuring out what skin type they are? I know you can buy products for certain skin types. But sometimes I feel like I am all the skin types! It changes all the time. Like my skin makes no sense to me. I cannot figure it out. And I struggle to buy the right products because of this. It’s so frustrating! Ugh! I don’t want to waste money on products that won’t work for me because of my “skin type” but I just honestly think I have the rarest skin... like sometimes it can be oily, sometimes very dry, sometimes very acne-prone... I just don’t understand what it wants lol. I do know that my skin is so incredibly sensitive, and I cannot stand it sometimes! It is so high-maintenance! I know I shouldn’t use too many products because that can also be damaging. I just don’t get it, I don’t know what to do! I have recently ruined my skin barrier because of buying the wrong products, and it really scared me! I was in so much pain and my face felt so so tight. Every product I used burned. It was awful! Does anybody have any advice? I am really struggling. 😏 I work so hard to keep my skin healthy and I often think I just make it worse! Such a waste of time and money buying and using the wrong products for me! I don’t have much money to spend on expensive skin care options... I have heard about some that are just too costly. If you are like me, recently, the only products that have worked for me and my ridiculously demanding skin are: bliss - Drench & Quench Moisturizer Walgreens - Daytime Facial Moisturizer and using the face wash CeraVe - Hydrating Facial Cleanser LANCÔME - Advanced Génifique Face Serum SheaMoisture - African Black Soap Problem Skin Moisturizer Also, the foundation I always come back to is LANCÔME - Teint Idole Ultra Long Wear Foundation it lasts me such a long time. I know it is kind of expensive but it is actually worth the money. It stays on longer than any other foundation I have tried! Also, if your skin gets oily throughout the day like mine, use their powder LANCÔME - Dual Finish Multi-Tasking Lightweight Pressed Powder Foundation the powder has lasted me such a long time too! It has been like 2 years and I still have it! Some of the products I have wasted money on and that I am not impressed with: LA ROCHE-POSAY - Pure Vitamin C Face Serum LA ROCHE-POSAY - Effaclar Clarifying Solution Acne Toner LA ROCHE-POSAY - Effaclar Medicated Gel Cleanser for Acne Prone Skin I only used these for about 3 weeks so maybe I didn’t give it enough time, I just know that my face was so dry from the face wash and the toner, and they are supposedly good for sensitive skin.

FACE MASK : Types & How Often You Use Them
Now it is important to use a face mask through out your skincare routine. Face mask help to target your skin concerns like dryness, acne, dark spots, redness etc. There are many different types of face mask ( clay, sheet, overnight, gelly) so we are going to get into each and how often to use them. CLAY MASK My personal favorite , clay mask ( bentonite , green clay, charcoal, rhassoul ) are more detoxifying and oil absorbing. These are applied with fingers or brush and left on for 15 to 20 mins. These are great for oily acne prone skin. These mask can be used 2 times a week. You dong want to over use these mask because they pull from the skin. A few of my favorite clay mask teamí - Green Tea Blend Detox Mask SheaMoisture - African Black Soap Clarifying Mud Mask SheaMoisture - BeautyHack Face + Body + Hair Aztec Bentonite Clay SHEET MASK Now I love sheet mask because they are quick to use. I like to throw it on before doing my makeup to give my skin a boost. There is a sheet mask for every skin type. but if you have sensitive or dry skin sheet mask will def work for you. You remove these from package they already have a face cut out and put onto face these are left on for 10 to 15 mins. After with most sheet mask you just remove and massage the serum from mask into skin. These can be used 3 times out the week and I saw people use it up to 4 times out the week. Sweet CHEF - Ginger + Vitamin C Fresh Pressed Sheet Mask OVERNIGHT MASK These are applied at night , left on and removed in the morning. These can be used 1 to 2 times out the week. Overnight mask may be more intense. These mask are for every skin type ( hydration, peel, brightening, detoxing) now I’ve never used a overnight mask but I recently got one DERMA•E - Overnight Peel If you have tried this product comment below your experience. GEL MASK These mask are great for hydration ! So if you suffer from dry skin gelly mask will give your skin the needed hydration. Also sensitive skin because they are very soothing. Can be used 1 to 2 times out the week. Be mindful not to overuse face mask using them 1 to 3 times out the week is fine. If you have any questions about face mask comment below ❤️ #cheriecreator

ALL ABOUT Alpha Hydroxy Acid (AHA)
When on your skincare journey you will come across Alpha Hydroxy (AHA) acids. These acids if used right in your skincare routine you will see great benefits from them in your skin. Here we are going to talk about What AHA’s are, The benefits of AHA’s and how to use them. 🎀ITS IMPORTANT TO ALWAYS REMEMBER HOW A PRODUCTS WORKS OR DOESN’T WORK FOR ONE MAY OR NOT WORK FOR ANOTHER. SKIN IS UNIQUE 🎀 🌼What Is Alpha Hydroxy Acid (AHA’s)🌼 AHA’s are acids from plant( fruits) and animals (milk) used in skincare products. There are different types of AHA’s here are a few : Glycolic Acid comes from sugar cane 🎀my fav🎀 Lactic Acid comes from lactose Citric Acid comes from citrus fruit ( oranges, lemon etc) 🎀my fav 🎀 Hydroxycaproic Acid comes from royal jelly ( honey bee secretions) 🌸Before using AHA’s it’s important to know your skin type and what skin concerns you’re targeting🌸 🌺The Benefits Of AHA’s 🌺 AHA’s are exfoliators. They remove dead skin and help skin cell turn over. AHA’s also help with collagen production and dark spots. AHA’s reduces breakouts, smooths fine lines and wrinkles, brightens complexion and helps product absorb better. 🌹How To Use AHA’s🌹 AHA’s are in face wash, serums, toners, mask etc. I suggest slowly introducing AHA’s into your routine. 1 product like a face wash or serum. See how your skin reacts and adjust accordingly. Too much use of acid in skin routine isn’t good because you can over exfoliate the skin which can lead to irritation and breakouts. Also when using AHA’s it’s important to always moisturize. 🌻I ALWAYS RECOMMEND DOING YOUR OWN RESEARCH 🌻 MY FAVORITE AHA PRODUCTS Nolaskinsentials - Glycolic Foam Cleanser DERMA•E - Vitamin C Instant Radiance Citrus Facial Peel Any questions about AHA’s comment below and good luck with your skincare journey ❤️ #cheriecreator

Hair removal: 🪒
One of the most classic ways to get rid of body hair is shaving. I had laser hair removal 7 years ago, I have some fine hair that the laser cannot remove, so I choose to use a 🪒 or electric epilator. Cons: the hair grows back quickly and can make it thicker, in addition to the possibility of irritating or cutting. The 🪒 is very practical because it is available instantly, there is no need to charge or connect it, you can take it everywhere and if you forget it is easy to get one. In the last Sunday Shares box came this flamingo - Shave Set , I had seen it before at Target, and now I had a chance to try it out. This set comes with 1 foaming shave gel, 1 body lotion, 1 razor handle, 1 shower hook, 2 five-blade cartridges and 1 reusable pouch for $16. It’s very gentle with the skin and effective, the shaving gel forms a foam, to protect the skin during shaving, leaving it soft, it contains aloe vera and conditioning emollients. When leaving the shower I apply the body lotion that contains white willowbark extract, papaya fruit extract and squalane, leaving the skin hydrated and very soft. The price is quite reasonable for the products you get. People with sensitive skin can benefit by using the foaming shave gel and body lotion. Another option would be DR. BRONNER'S - Organic Tea Tree Castile Liquid Soap , it worked for me and helped me to avoid irritation.

Different face wash and works best for your skin
Urban skin : So I’ve been trying the Urban Skin Rx bar for a while and with clearing pimple it does an amazing job but I noticed it was a bit harsh on my face when it comes to over drying I’ve tried all of them and the best one that worked for me was the red one ( for combination skin ) I do love this product I just hate when my fave feels dry. Dr. Bronners: I’ve only been trying this for a couple of days and it does amazing on my skin and doesn’t over dry it. I will be purchasing more. It is so gentle on my face and I have sensitive skin for the most part. Some days my skin is sensitive and some days it’s not and latley it’s been sensitive (because I have eczema) this his honestly amazing. Overall, you can’t go wrong with both they both help in their own ways it just depends on your skin type and what your skin needs.

Rate my Routine✨
Hi friends👋🏼 I’ve been using this wreck of a year to FINALLY start taking care of my skin! I did a TON of research over the summer and finally started a multi-step routine last month. I’d appreciate some seasoned skincare advice, since I’m still mostly a newbie 🥺 ☀️ Cleanser: LA ROCHE-POSAY - Effaclar Medicated Gel Cleanser for Acne Prone Skin (works well, no strong medicated scent, and it makes me feel clean right away!) Toner: DICKINSON'S - Original Witch Hazel Pore Perfecting Toner (not great, not bad, just an average toner) Serums: COSRX - BHA Blackhead Power Liquid (can already see a difference on my nose/chin after just a week!) DERMA•E - Vitamin C Concentrated Serum (LOVE this serum! I can already see a slight brightening of my skin after 1 week. I also love the smell🥰) The Ordinary - Niacinamide 10% + Zinc 1% (Only gave 3 stars because I can’t tell if the recent decrease in acne is due to starting this or my period ending?) Eye Cream: VERSED - VACATION EYES Brightening Eye Gel (pretty sure this isn’t doing anything... I just keep using it because I already have it...) Spot Treatment: Clean&Clear - Advantage Acne Spot Treatment (Similarly to TO, can’t tell yet if this is working or if my acne was more hormonal¿) Moisturizer: LA ROCHE-POSAY - Toleriane Double Repair Face Moisturizer CeraVe - CeraVe Moisturising Cream Sunscreen: Aveeno - Positively Radiant Daily Moisturizer SPF 30 🌚 Make-Up Remover: CeraVe - Makeup Removing Cleanser Cloths (I use these on my lazy evenings) 1st Cleanse: VERSED - DAY DISSOLVE Cleansing Balm (LOOOVE. Helps get everything loose for my 2nd cleanse) 2nd Cleanse: LA ROCHE-POSAY - Effaclar Medicated Gel Cleanser for Acne Prone Skin *Same Serums/Eye Creams/Spot Treatment as AM* Retinol: CeraVe - Resurfacing Retinol Serum (using every night and I don’t think it’s too harsh, but it’s also not doing much?) Moisturizer: CeraVe - Skin Renewing Night Cream (very rich & creamy!) Vaseline - Cocoa Butter Healing Jelly, Rich Moisturizing (on lips and extra dry areas for locked in moisture through the night) What’s the verdict? Are there products I should add/remove/change the order of? I REALLY want a better eye cream and have heard good things about THE inkey LIST - Brighten-i Eye Cream??I’m also thinking about replacing my current toner with THE inkey LIST - Glycolic Acid Liquid Toner 100ml. THANKS 🖤

K Beauty Acwells 5.5 pH Toner for Sensitive Skin
I recently purchased acwell - Licorice pH Balancing Cleansing Toner for sensitive skin although I have combination skin. It came down to three reasons: It was all over the internet and I hadn’t used a toner since my teens. In the 80’s they were known to be abrasive but touted as a must have for skincare. Well not my routine 😂😂😂 Licorice helps regenerate elastin and collagen for skin. It contains amino acids, which are known to help moisturise and hydrate skin. Although it lightens skin the active compound is Glabridin. Glabridin’s a natural, gentle skin lightening agent, that acts to block the action of the skin-darkening enzyme, tyrosinase. Blocks not remove, so a winner for me because I have olive skin. 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽 This is not licorice, like the candy. Instead, it’s from Licorice Root. acwell - Licorice pH Balancing Cleansing Toner is packed with moisturising ingredients and uses Rheum Palmatum Root Extract (Rhubarb), Psidium Guajava Leaf Extract (Guava), and Camellia Sinensis Leaf Extract for their astringent properties. My thoughts 💭 🧚‍♀️ I tend to use toner sporadically because I use DICKINSON'S - Witch Hazel Liquid which can be drying. I’ve used acwell - Licorice pH Balancing Cleansing Toner daily since it arrived and no irritation. 🙌🏽 🧚‍♀️ It has a herbal scent and light watery base when pouring but it has a sticky/tacky texture when applying. Not unpleasant ☺️ 🧚‍♀️It doesn’t irritate #noalcohol 🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽 🧚‍♀️ I only use it on blemishes not my entire face and my blemishes have cleared up. I have no issues with acne 🧏🏽‍♀️ but I like to use products for acne prone skin. I like to think prevention before cure 🤷🏽‍♀️ I’m sold on acwell - Licorice pH Balancing Cleansing Toner 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽 Have a great weekend! Jade 😃

Overnight Before & After!
Overnight Before & After!
Yesterday I woke up with some pesky, painful period pimples. I decided I want to develop a more thorough skin care routine - so I went ahead! That afternoon CLEASNER: I cleaned off my face with up&up - All In One Micellar Cleansing Water which is $2 less than Garnier and works well. MASK: I decided to apply The Ordinary - AHA 30% + BHA 2% Peeling Solution which burnt a little at first, but honestly seems to work wonders!! I bought this that day and was very excited for it. MOISTURIZER: I then moisturize and went on with my day. At night CLEANSER: Used the micellar water as a cleanser again. MASK: I applied PETER THOMAS ROTH - Cucumber Gel Masque to parts of my face that felt tight and it soothed a lot! It was cooling and helped with any irritation I had. I only give it 4 stars because I think it could do a bit more for the price. TREATMENT: I applied my prescribed Epiduo. MOISTURIZER: And later followed up with POND'S - Facial Moisturizers Dry Skin Cream that I love so much! It's so cheap and feels so soothing. In the morning I cleaned my face and moisturized and I'm wowed by the results just 24 hours later!! I'm so impressed by The Ordinary - AHA 30% + BHA 2% Peeling Solution Thanks for reading with me!

🏆Never lose your fight with acnes
🏆Never lose your fight with acnes
Hey sisters🥰!!! If everything gets shutdown during COVID-19, one of the few things that should never be affected is your addiction to skin care. My life-long enemy acne never knows how to self-quarantine and spare a little stability to my skin. I mean...who's undefeatable in front of the brutal acnes🤭? But you're lucky enough - in our incredibly loving Cherie community, your skin problem is never a problem because of our super helpful beauty experts🤩!!! @Paola29suffered from acnes because of hormonal imbalances. Weeks ago, they made a post on Cherie and asked for skincare advice. Believe it or not, within a week, they got so many useful tips on acne treatment - read the golden advice below word by word! @mira.nichole "I love using products like The Ordinary Salicylic Acid 2% Masque and any of the Sweet Chef Serum Shots to help my skin out. I definitely recommend seeing a dermatologist though if you haven’t already, since I also use a prescription cream called Aczone (Dapsone) which I found has helped out a ton." @skincarebytate "I would recommend using the CeraVe foaming cleanser and daily moisturizer. The CeraVe foaming cleanser works wonders for oily skin. Also you have to moisturize! I would also recommend steering clear of essential oils as they can cause irritation. The ordinary is great though! so keep using their products! Also don’t forget to exfoliate. I would reccomend chemical exfoliants rather than scrubs :)💗 " @al0na.c "The holy grail acne treatment that ended up working for me (finally @ 26 years old!) was the Roche-Posay Effaclar 3 step acne system, but especially the Effaclar Duo Cream. It really works very fast at clearing up breakouts and soothes the redness of the pimples." @Paola29, hope now you have a better idea of removing acnes - please keep us updated 💗! A good toner for beginners, but not my fave!
A good toner for beginners, but not my fave!
a. My skin type is combination, often with hormonal acne during parts of the month. I generally have pretty balanced skin! b. This product is meant to be used as a toner or refresher mist throughout the day. It is meant for any skin type, though I think this would be better for combination to oily skin since witch hazel can be slightly drying. c. The mist is very fine and goes onto skin really easily, and then I just need to tap it into my skin! It sinks in quickly. The packaging is nothing special, but it is a relatively affordable product so I don’t care as much as if it were more expensive. d. I used to use this product quite often when I first started my skincare routine, and I think that there are better toners out there. Witch hazel can have long-term drying impacts on skin, so this product would be better for younger users as they transition to a more sophisticated toner formula. However, I do often use it in a pinch or when I travel since it’s smaller than my other toner bottles! e. Overall, I would recommend this product to skincare beginners, since it is affordable and generally has good ingredients for the skin. However, for more experienced skincare product users, I would not recommend this product since there are other products that are similarly priced that have better benefits for the skin! Thus, I would rate this product a 3/5 stars. THAYERS - Rose Petal Facial Mist #cheriecreator

Top products for hormonal acne!
Top products for hormonal acne!
A few weeks ago I made my first post about my top products and I thought I would add them in post with why I love them so much! THE BODY SHOP - Jumbo Tea Tree Oil The Body Shop’s Tea Tree Oil has been a staple in my routine for a few years. Normally oils I have tried clog me up or just sit on top of my skin drying me out. This was the first that was not only lightweight enough to absorb into my face but under a good moisturizer, made my milia bumps and blackheads disappear. If you do have hormonal acne and have been debating whether you should buy, definitely try it out. I’ll usually pair with their Tea Tree-based face wash and my skin feels extra clean! bliss - Micro Magic I only started using this as of late because I received it as my birthday gift from Ulta but all I have to say is WOW. I have a weird skin type that, according to Renée Rouleau, is type 3 (combination, sensitive skin prone to acne and clogged pores requires careful antibacterial and smoothing BHAs to deliver maximum clearing benefits without leaving the skin feeling tight or irritated) meaning I need to exfoliate more often than the average person. Most exfoliators are quite harsh, and being that my skin is sensitive, I can’t really afford to be making tears in my skin with St Ives and such, but this is a perfect blend!! It not only contains bigger beads that aren’t so aggressive but the cleanser also leaves a moisturized and hydrated feel. 10/10 definitely the best scrub/microdermabrasion I have used! LUSH - 1000 Millihelens This I won’t get too into because as much as I love it, they stopped selling it around Christmas time last year. This product was my miracle mask last year and I’m so sad they don’t make it anymore. It’s main ingredients are witch hazel and green tea so it’s made for acne and redness. I believe you can buy it on EBay but it’s much more expensive than I would like. The Ordinary - Niacinamide 10% + Zinc 1% This product is probably the best acne product I have used. It is very lightweight, and also helps with milia bumps, acne, and most importantly redness. I highly recommend for any skin problems and for the low price of $6.50! Fourth Ray - Matcha Face Milk This milk is amazing! Super hydrating and smells great. TONYMOLY - I'm Real Red Wine Mask Sheet This is the best paper mask I have used. I see a few poor reviews but think it is one of the best for redness. SCINIC - Dual Rubber Soothing Wrapping Mask As much as I love the red wine mask THIS IS THE BEST MASK I HAVE EVER USED. Super hydrating and takes 15 minutes to sink into your skin. It may slide off but once you adjust it, you’ll wake up the next day with the most hydrated face ever. CLINIQUE - Limited Edition Moisture Surge 72-Hour Auto-Replenishing Hydrator MOST HYDRATING MOISTURIZER EVER

🌹 drying as a facial toner, but good for bacne
this is just OK as a toner - it is somewhat drying, and i already have super dry skin. it took me a while to learn the purpose of a toner. for me, it’s mostly about an extra cleansing step and helping reduce the appearance of my large pores. i used to use this in the morning after my micellar water, but learned that is probably not strictly necessary. i am looking for a nice evening toner - right now i use glossier solution, but it would be nice to have something with no actives. for an alternative use, i do like using this on my back because i get back acne 😖. the toner balances some of that oil production. i would definitely repurchase THAYERS - Rose Petal Facial Mist for that use!

Acne? We’ve all been there.
Acne? We’ve all been there.
Hello all! This is my skin care journey. I have always had acne. For as long as I can remember, probably since I was roughly in 5th grade (I am 22 y/o now) and I have always struggled. It always seemed no matter how many products I tried, methods I used, nothing would help. I finally found one product that helped more than others; La Roche Posay Effaclar wash. This product helped me get even SEMI better skin. However, it just didn’t cut it. I finally broke and scheduled an appointment with a dermatologist in the company I work for. We tried antibiotics, creams, gels, prescription face washes, and literally anything you can think of, I have tried at least once. My derm finally got to the point where he decided Accutane would be the best route for me. I completed 5 months of Accutane, and the change in my skin and my confidence in my skin changed MY LIFE. If you struggle with acne like myself, you know the weight acne puts on you, and how it makes you feel absolutely worthless. Acne is a struggle, and it can definitely cause anxiety, and even depression. Finding a product that changes your life is mind blowing. I have been off of Accutane around 7 months now. The oiliness in my skin is starting to pick back up, I can tell my pores aren’t nearly as tiny as they were on Accutane. I’ve even started developing itty bitty zits, and black heads on my chin, nose, and T zone. I reached out to my dermatologist and he recommended a benzoyl peroxide face wash, and differin (adapalene) gel nightly. I’ve been doing this for about a month, and I can already see a difference in my skin AGAIN. Pores are smaller, oiliness is decreased immensely, and LESS ACNE. However, I have an insanely bad habit of picking at my face, and I tend to pick at tiny little things that I can hardly see, and others can’t see at all. Then I cause irritation to my skin, and make something that wasn’t even a problem, a big problem. I’m still working on not picking, but it gets the best of me, as I’m sure it does most of you. I’m always available and willing to help, and answer any questions anyone may have about skin care, and the best products I’ve found along the way that are staples in my routines. Follow me along with my journey.
