RARE BEAUTY FOUNDATION REVIEW!!
Hey guys! I recently bought theRare Beauty - Liquid Touch Weightless Foundation
I picked the right shade which is 140C!! I had to play around with the shade finder on Sephora and took a tally to see which shade made sense, plus I picked one that matches my cool undertone. Super important to know your undertone!
It's like BUTTER! 🤩💕 So smooth & easy to blend out
It has a doe foot applicator instead of a pour and I like that because you can't spill it, plus this foundation goes a long way & the applicator holds so much foundation it's unbelieveable.
The doe foot is really well designed and it's really flat, soft, and smooth and I don't have to dip it in the bottle that often to get more foundation which I'm surprised about.
When you apply powder, it doesn't cake! It just becomes slightly drier and is smoothed out more. This foundation sets really nicely and when I wore my mask today not much came off and I was super happy about that. Also, I've tried foundations that got cakey before and this one does do a little bit to large pores, but it does depend on the powder you use - I've tried it with 3 and results were different. 🤷🏼♀️ But anyway this is a smooth foundation that gets better and is there to stay after you put it on. (it sets well with the URBAN DECAY - Full Size All Nighter Long-Lasting Makeup Setting Spray Duo
I have large pores and this product didn't make them seem bigger, it smoothed them out! So crazy to me and this foundation is worth it!!Things to consider:
It reminds me of the Glossier. - Perfecting Skin Tintbecause of the formula and Rare Beauty - Liquid Touch Weightless Foundation
I think it would be best on any skin type honestly, and I have oily skin and it didn't affect me throughout the day - 12 hr wear, so I think you should consider your skin type and what you use to set.
The best tool to use is a sponge, since it's very liquidy and lightweight, so a brush would just soak it all up and wouldn't give as smooth of a finish.Stay healthy folks!! 💁🏼♀️🥰

Urban Decay All Nighter setting spray!
I've been skeptical of the URBAN DECAY - Full Size All Nighter Long-Lasting Makeup Setting Spray Duo for so long and I gave in to getting it finally! What I like: My makeup doesn't move at all - I have oily / dry combo skin, so this stuff really works It's a heavy duty spray without feeling heavy duty - it's light on the skin and doesn't feel like you sprayed hairspray all over I thought it would maybe make me oily or combine with my makeup weird, but it didn't. I mean when it's wet and in the process of drying I thought it would do weird stuff but it didn't. I don't have to respray a lot or really spray a lot to begin with. It's nice because it gets the job done What I don't like / wish could change: It smells like glue Why does it take so long to dry? I mean I'm ok with fanning myself but what if I need to run out the door? Ya know? Overall, a holy grail product and one that I'll definitely repurchase and I understand now why so many people use it in their makeup routines! :)
MASCARA problems 😪
Hi guys !! Today I’m gonna make a review of my favourite affordable brand (essence) but I’m kinda disappointed because as you guys can see I used the essence - I Love Extreme Curl And Volume Mascara and after minutes (even after spray my miracle URBAN DECAY - Full Size All Nighter Long-Lasting Makeup Setting Spray Duo ) the lashes stain my face, you guys can see points just below my lower lashes :( However it’s because this formula is not water proof so I’m not gonna blame essence but I chose the wrong formula for lower lashes, it must be water proof to avoid this! And another thing, wet n wild - MegaGlo Highlighting Powder amazing glow in sunlight and the blush that I used was FENTY BEAUTY - Cheeks Out Freestyle Cream Blush color fuego If you guys have another suggestion please comment :)))) Thank you so much 😊 Xoxo 😘 💋

Pop of Blue 💙 Khloe Kardashian Inspired
Hey beautiful! I finally tried RawBeautyKristi’s collab with Pür and used her double sided pressed pigments palette today 🎨 I was searching “fashion week” makeup and came across this image of Khloe K from 2017. She is wearing neutral bronze and browns with a pop of blue eyeshadow. I decided to try out this look using my new pür palette. Upon swatching , I had a feeling these were going to be pigmented on the lids and easy to work with...and I’m glad that I was right. These pigments pack a punch, but easy to blend out. Sometimes the downside of highly pigmented shadows is the difficulty of blending it out, but that was not the case at all with these shadows and they are buildable. The shimmer formulas remind me of the super shock shadows. This is so worth the wait and I’m glad I picked these up 💙 This collection is limited edition and I think they have a few left on pür’s website, but I’m not sure. I would pick this up if they do! PÜR - PÜR X Raw Beauty Kristi Double-Sided Pressed Pigment Palette To achieve this look, I used: 1) My Sigma E35 brush and applied camelot as a transition shade. Any fluffy brush will do 2) Using the same brush, I dipped in to my whole heart to blend out the edges 3) With my Sigma E25, I packed told you on my outer crease then blended it out 4) To deepen the crease, I grabbed my Sigma E30 and packed you’re not my real dad on the outer corner. Any pencil brush will do 5) I used my finger to apply golden ticket all over my lid 6) using my E30 brush, I applied hurtful all over my lower lash 7) using the same pencil brush, I used my whole heart to blend out the edges of hurtful 9) I grabbed my Morphe JH39 brush to apply cafe disco on my inner corner and brow highlight 10) I applied a sharp winged liner. I used my Stila liquid liner 11) to darken up my water line, I used a black pencil liner. I used Bodyography in the shade onyx 12) I was going to use a subtle falsies, but I couldn’t find my lash glue 😡 I think this would definitely make the look! Just apply 3 layers of black mascara. I used Essence lash princess 14) For the lips, I used Colourpop’s lip liner in Ashton and ultra glossy lip in rattler. Both are from the That’s taupe collection. I am super impressed with CP’s ultra glossy lip from this collection. The color is actually opaque and the wand reminds me of my Kylie’s lipgloss. It is actually soft and not stiff like my Kathleen Lights gloss. It seems they added a scent too. It smells like vanilla cupcakes! I’m glad CP finally fixed their shoddy gloss wands! This is the perfect middle ground between neural and dramatic. It is soft enough to wear in the day time while adding that little edge. I hope you try this out and thanks for reading! Xoxo, Francesca 💋 #CheriePartner
Blush brush or beauty blender??
I love using different making tools for different products and looks. Recently I’ve been super into cream blush because it gives a slightly dewy effect. I got both of these products from sephora! One is the beautyblender - Original Makeup Sponge Applicator which is such an amazing product. Everyone obviously raves about it. It gives an absolutely beautiful and seamless finish. I like using this for cream blush if I want it subtle and diffused since I use a stippling technique to apply it. I got the blush brush from sephora also! It is the sephora blush brush #99. One of the best blush brushes I have because it is easy to use for cream blush AND powder blush. I love versatility. It has a fairly flat body but it tapers ito a bushy point almost. Perfect for applying to the apples of your checks. For the sake of blush and the versatility aspect I like using this more than the beauty blender! But if I’m traveling and space is an issue the beauty blender is such a great alternative to apply cream blush. SEPHORA COLLECTION - PRO Blush Brush #99 💋🤍 #cheriepartner
Sponges VS Brush, and my choice is...
Sponges and Brush are both effective tools to help apply foundation, which one is better? This is a question that everyone wonders. At the same time, it is also a question that everyone has their own opinions. beautyblender - Original Makeup Sponge Applicator $20 Beautyblender is a very famous brand and has always been the number one in selling beauty sponges. This egg-shaped blender makes it handy for applying foundation and concealer. Its texture is very soft, and it can be pinched to one-fifth the volume by hand. When used, this texture can provide an even, smooth blend and bounce. The water absorption capacity of the sponge is also amazing. After being wet, its volume can increase to about twice. The large and round surface area ensures quick application, while the wavy nib ensures precision. There could be no dead corners on the face after this pat. MAC - 170 Synthetic Rounded Slant Brush $35 The price of this brush will be higher than sponge. It can apply, buff out and blend thick creams and liquids. MAC brand's foundation is very worth buying, and this brush also has many advantages. First of all, its bristles are very soft and do not sting the skin. The brush is hand-carved and assembled using the best quality materials, and the shape is round and slightly domed, slanted. I think it is more suitable for skilled people to apply makeup quickly, just dip in the foundation and apply it evenly. In contrast, I think sponges and brushes are my favorites. Because both of them have advantages and disadvantages, they have corresponding uses at different times. Sponges are more suitable for novices, the makeup will be lighter, but sometimes they consume more foundation. The brushs have a faster speed, which can save time. But if you are a novice, you may leave marks on your face.

✨ picking your BB/CC/tinted moisturizer
Tinted moisturizers (TMs), BB creams, and CC creams are all light coverage alternatives to foundation. But what’s the difference between each, and how do you pick the right one? ⭐️ TM, BB, or CC? ⭐️ TM- What it sounds like. Your standard daily moisturizer, just with a little color. Often light coverage. BB Cream- stands for Beauty or Blemish balm. Combines moisturizer, primer, SPF, and tint. It’s an all-in-one product that’s usually light-medium coverage. CC Cream- stands for Color Correcting. Contains pigments/undertones to correct redness or other discoloration. Coverage varies. Any of these creams can be dewy or matte. They’re usually not full coverage- but in my experience, TMs are usually the lightest coverage and CCs are the thickest. ⭐️ TIPS TO PICK YOURS ⭐️ 🌸 Determine your skin type and concern. Do you want dewy skin, and minimal coverage? Go for Glossier. - Perfecting Skin Tint Medium-full coverage with SPF that looks like natural skin? it Cosmetics - it Cosmetics CC+ Cream SPF 50+ An affordable, all in one tint with primer? MAYBELLINE - Dream Fresh BB Cream 8-In-1 Skin Perfector SPF 30 That same thing, but with a matte finish? MAYBELLINE - Dream Matte BB Cream SPF15 Personally, I’ve been using the PHYSICIANS FORMULA - Super BB All-In-1 Beauty Balm Cream SPF 30 for a year. My skin is sensitive, and it gives light coverage while looking like your skin. You can see how it covers my under eye circles and minor blemishes on the 3rd pic. That’s without concealer. It has never broken me out and it lasts all day. It only needs minimal touch ups for shine. It’s a gel that flows out of the bottle without spilling. I love how easy it is to work with and it has moisturizers like Shea Butter and Willow extract for skincare! BONUS: I tried the L'ORÉAL - Studio Secrets Magic Skin Beautifier B.B. Cream I liked it, though its odd- it comes out white and has little pigment bubbles that burst as you blend it into your skin. Texture is liquidy, but the finish on my face was nice and satiny. ⭐️ PICKING THE RIGHT COLOR ⭐️ 🌸 If you can, match within the same brand. Some brands use the same names for their BB cream and foundation lines. This saves a lot of hassle- with Too Faced, for example, I figured out I was usually their “Vanilla” shades. Sadly, TMs, BBs, and CC creams usually have less colors to choose from. But Colourpop, Black Radiance, and Laneige all have wide shade ranges. 🌸 If not, use a foundation matrix Temptalia, Sephora, and Findation all have a way for you to put your current foundation and find its match in other brands! This helps you break it down to not just get the right lightness, but also your undertones. 🌸 Mix & match. Truth is, there’s no perfect match for our skin. But the TMs, BBs, and CC can be mixed with other pigments to get the perfect match.

COVERGIRL - Clean Fresh Skin Milk Foundation $10 🥥Why did I buy this product? This foundation kept popping up all over social media and I liked the fact that it was formulated with coconut milk and aloe extract. Also this product is formulated with out parabens, talc, etc that tend to clog your pores. 🥥What do I like about the product? This product has a dewy finish without looking greasy. Like it advertises, it looks like your actual skin with still giving a medium coverage. My freckles are visible but I can cover up scars with its buildable formula. 🥥What don’t I like about the product? The shade range could be more expansive. 🥥Who is this product for? This product is suitable for those with combo-dry skin as it does have a dewy finish. That being said if you have more oily skin, this product along with a good setting powder will work fine. I am in the shade fair/light which was a good match for me. ***Even though I wanted to, I did not edit my skin in the photo to show the true appearance of the foundation. I definitely recommend this foundations and am impressed at the quality for only $10💗
COVERGIRL-Clean Fresh Skin Milk Foundation
8 hours of wear
First impression: very thick but very blendable! This is a FULL COVERAGE foundation, but when applied with a beauty blender, you can blend it out enough to be skin like. Great for all day wear, I’m a little shiny but nothing that can’t be fixed! No cracking or settling! I may not use this every single day, just because it’s so full coverage... but perfect for days I just need a little more :)

Glossier Skin tint review!!
I currently am sick (probs corona bc I have all the symptoms 🤯) and so I've been playing with my makeup and felt like comparing the shades I own of the Glossier. - Perfecting Skin Tint . I give it five stars because it's a nice formula, has light coverage which I like, and it's super easy to apply. I own shades G10, 11, and 12, since my face has uneven skintones and it differs during the time of year. Typically what I do is mix G10 and G12 or G11 and G12 to get my exact shade, plus it adds the warmth or coolness I need. G10 - it has more peachy undertones and is good for light tan skin, though light skinned folks can go for it too. Just be careful since it's sometimes too dark and when buying this be careful since there's only 12 shades. G11 - it has more pink and yellow undertones, so it's best for light skin with or without a tan - since it can accomodate for summer skin or year-round, with the undertones. This is my favorite shade and it's a match for Maybelline Fit Me Matte and Poreless 112 (the one I have) though it's less coverage. They literally are the same colors and I recommend it for those who have light skin. G12 - this is the lightest Glossier shade, and has pink undertones, making it the best for fair skin. It's a close match to Maybelline 110 and lighter - again I wish Glossier had more shades, maybe like expanded to around 20 - 24 shades ? That would be better to accomodate more skin tones, since everyone's different. Hope this helps anyone trying to figure out their Glossier Skin Tint shade!! Stay healthy y'all!! 💕

How to get flawless base makeup in summer!!
What you’ll need: a foundation brush, a primer that is light and easy to blend, a high-coverage foundation and an oil control setting powder My pursuit for the base makeup: as I have an oily-combo skin type, I would like my base makeup to be long lasting and not easily ruined by the oil and sweat that I will inevitable have on my face during the day. Besides, I would especially suffer from acne in the hot humid summer, so it would also be better if my acnes could get perfectly covered. What I’ve used and my thoughts: ·smashbox - Studio Skin Full Coverage 24 Hour Waterproof Foundation I love how this product provides full coverage and it could last a whole day, sometimes when I wear this foundation, as long as I moisturize well and set the foundation well, it still stays on place and give me an intact look after 9-10 hours. But the only problem with this foundation is that it tends to get dry quickly and it could be hard to blend. ·clé de peau BEAUTÉ - Correcting Cream Veil SPF 21 My go-to foundation when I pursue a natural and clean look. But these days it is not long-lasting enough and it could only provide light-to-medium coverage. So on important occasions, this alone is not enough. ·KVD VEGAN BEAUTY - Lock-It Finishing Powder This is my holy grail setting powder, only that the cushion that comes with it is not good enough. So I’ve changed it with something else I bought from CVS. You could also just use your brush or sponge to apply this powder on your face. It just blurs out every single shine resulting from oil on one touch. And I always carry it with me in summer to save my from being too shiny… Steps to follow: 1. Moisturize well before you apply any foundation products. This is always a must for any base makeup to look good and last long. 2. Blend the primer and the foundation in the ratio of 1:1 on hand. 3. Use the brush to dip the mixture and apply them on your face. You could also opt for a beauty blender if you are in want of a more natural look 4. Use the setting powder to set your foundation carefully and thoroughly. And voila, here is a base makeup that provides high coverage and lasts long.

TLM Foundation - Color Changing Foundation I saw this on Instagram about a year ago, with all good reviews. Then I watched the Jeffree Star review and he hated it. I bought this for $20, and I was actually amazed at how well it works. It goes on white, and then it blends into your skin tone. I have fair skin tone. It’s medium coverage, but it lasts all day and looks great. It leaves my skin dewy and smooth. I really liked this foundation, and I’d definitely recommend trying it. Based on the reviews, I guess it depends from person to person on how well it works. But it worked for me.
TLM Foundation-Color Changing Foundation
WOW!! I thought I would hate this...
I am truly blown away by this product! For $17 drugstore brand I wasn’t expecting to love it as much. The shade range is decent, but could be better however this was the perfect match for me. For reference, I chose the shade Honey and I’m a 4N2 in Lancome Tient Idole. If you’re oily, you’d definitely need to set with a powder. ✨Texture: SUPER lightweight! I used about 1.5 drops for my whole entire face ✨Coverage: This is a medium to full foundation that can be buildable! ✨Application: I HATED it with a sponge, definitely apply with a flat top synthetic kabuki. ✨Mixing With Products: It played nice with my powder, blush, bronzer, & highlight! ✨Longevity: It lasted for a good 6hrs until I noticed it sliding off, it didn’t breakdown though just slightly disappeared. ✨Dupe Potential: Extremely similar performance to the Perricone No Foundation Serum minus all the skincare, of course Overall I would rate this a 8/10! Definitely perfect for those lightweight want-to-look-good-but-real makeup days!
