Neutrogena Ultra Gentle Hydrating Cleanser
I love this gentle cleanser for all skin types (including dry, sensitive skin), including my mom’s 72-year-old skin. It feels hydrating and gentle but also feels like it’s really cleaning the skin (something that may not be as noticeable as other hydrating cleansers). It’s an effective, yet extra mild facial cleanser that’s free of soap and has no added parabens and dyes. It’s uniquely formulated with minimal ingredients, which helps hydrate and protect skin while it works. It’s fragrance free and so gentle, it can be used with most sensitive skin conditions including eczema and rosacea. - Cleanses away dirt, oil, grime, impurities, and bacteria - Dermatologist developed - Non-comedogenic - Hypoallergenic - Fragrance-free - Effective for cleansing before and after wearing your mask The bottle lasts a while (a few months). It’s a creamy formula (as stated on the bottle) that feels nice on the skin. It doesn’t foam, but it still feels very cleansing. #CheriePartner

SENSITIVE SKIN GIRLS!! YOU NEED THIS CLEANSER! ✨
To all my sensitive skin girls out there...You NEED this cleanser in your life! ✨ I was so excited for the launch of the @katesomervilleskincare Delikate line! I picked up the Delikate Soothing Cleanser and I am loving it. The Delikate cleanser is a gentle, fragrance-free, hydrating cleanser. It nourishes dry, tight, irritated skin while helping to support a healthy skin barrier. We’ve all experienced sensitive skin at some point whether our skin is normally on the sensitive side or we’ve used a new product that caused sensitivity. Did you know? Sun exposure, aging, and environmental stressors cause our skins barrier to become damaged over time. I can’t stress enough how important it is to incorporate a product that strengthens your skins barrier. I have been using the soothing cleanser for a few weeks now and I absolutely love it. It has a creamy lightweight texture and cleans my skin perfectly. It does a great job of removing my makeup and leaves my face feeling extremely soft. I highly recommend picking up the Delikate Soothing cleanser! I purchased the cleanser at Sephora! It’s also available on the Kate Somerville website ✨

Dry, itchy or irritated eyes? Try this out
After a visit to the eye doctor last week I decided to try out this product after hearing about all the great things it does from my eye doctor! Giulia and Paola at @sorellaoptique are super informative and have the most up to date information about all things relating to eye health. We got to talking and she asked if I ever experienced irritated or dry eyes. I don’t normally, but I did tell her I noticed I was getting small dry patches randomly on my eye lids and I thought it was very odd. I always thought it was just dry skin, but I don’t have “dry skin” so it did always concern me. She explained to me that this is a common thing that happens if we don’t clean our eyes and the base of our lashes, I never knew!!!!😳 I’m all about cleansers - of course with me being an esthetician and loving anything skin care related - and I know how delicate the skin around our eyes is. But you do need to take care of it! She showed me a close up image of my eye and I could see the build up on the follicles of my lashes! She explained to me that this can be from daily use of mascara, lash serums, things in the air - really just from day to day living. And also using certain cleansers, oil cleansers especially, even though they are great for your skin - they might not be the best for your eyes and you have to take that extra step to make sure you are cleaning your eyes and lashes as well. I’ve been using this foam every morning for the last few days and I can’t wait to let you guys know how I end up liking it after a while! So far, I love how my eyes feel after using it. They just feel clean. No irritation, no stinging - nothing. So far I love it! I’ll update you guys as time goes on ❤️. Take a look at the last picture to see a before and after on their instruction packet! It truly is amazing.
Better than Cerave???
Vichy’s 3 in 1 One Step Cleanser for sensitive skin is a cleansing milk that also tones and removes eye makeup. This particular cleanser also hydrated and leaves your skin baby smooth... I went into my local shoppers drug mart to find my holy grail Cerave Hydrating Cleanser was all sold out and I had to get something because they were out everywhere... covids new trend of skin cleaning I guess? But boy am I ever glad I asked for help and an alternative!!! I have never had my face feel so supple and soft after a wash, the Cerave does do that but even this morning my face is still the same from the night before... BABY SMOOTH😍😍😍😍 I paid $14.97 on sale for 200ml and a little goes a long way! A great alternative for double cleansing followed with an oil or foaming cleanser! Try it out and let me know!!!

Etude House SoonJung pH 6.5 Whip Cleanser
Ever since I started using Korean skincare products, I’ve know that when it comes to my face routine I’m not going back. The Etude House SoonJung Whip Clean is one of my favorite facial cleansers I use on a daily basis. It’s supposed to gentle clean the skin while keeping it moisturized with a 6.5 pH and 98.9% naturally derived ingredients. It’s a foam texture and feels great on the skin. I’ve used this cleanser for 4 months and here’s what I think: My Experience I decided to try this cleanser because I was looking for a new one after using CosRX’s face wash for so long. The idea of foam seemed really nice and was one of the reasons I bought it. I like this face wash because it cleans very well and my skin feels great after. It’s gentle so it’s great for my sensitive skin and the pH of it doesn’t leave my skin stripped at all. It’s great. Overall Thoughts I would recommend this cleanser for all skin types because it’s the best. If you’re looking for a Korean face wash or one with a Low pH, this is the one for you. It’s price is at $13 on the Etude House website and I think that’s a great price for such quality ingredients. I definitely think it’s worth it. #Etude House - SoonJung pH6.5 Whip Cleanser[products]#[FiveStars]

The CeraVe hydrating facial cleanser is a very gentle face wash that is great for dry, sensitive skin. The cleanser is very creamy. It almost feels like I’m putting a very watered down moisturizer on my face to cleanse it. I truly believe that it has worked wonders on my sensitive and dry skin. I have notice that my acne has gone away and my skin feels much more hydrated due to the ceramides in the cleanser that helps lock in the moisture. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone who had sensitive skin. My sister has very oily skin and she did not like this cleanser, but everyone’s skin is different. I think this product is worth the $11.99 price tag. I love it! CeraVe - Hydrating Face Cleanser For Normal To Dry Skin

My Mental Wellness Improved Through My Self AcceptanceWhen I was around 13 or 14 years old, I remember routinely taking one of my older sister’s black eyeliner pencils before school every morning. I’d arrive early so that I could slip away to the girl’s bathroom to apply a single black line to my eyelids. My parents didn’t allow me to wear any makeup at the time. Although this smudgy line on my eyelids didn’t make me look all that much different, I never felt comfortable at school without it. My teenage mind convinced myself that I needed some sort of cosmetic symbol in order to appropriately express my femininity. Up until that point in my life, society had told girls that looked like me - tall, Black, and with kinky hair - that we somehow weren’t as beautiful as the other girls. For far too long, I believed it too.Feb. 17
