🌸frank body has some sparkle in it for a nice shimmer (i’ve yet to try the scrub yet, but I don’t love that the oil in it leaks everywhere)

I used to never buy/use anything for my lips, but I’ve recently decided that I hate when they are chapped lol so now I’ve been going a little overboard with buying new lip products, but no regerts here 😂

Current morning & night routine ☀️🌙
Hey beauties! I wanted to share my current skin routine for morning & night, since I've updated it with some new products that I'm enjoying and it's been working for me. Hope it works for you too! :)
☀️Morning:
1. I typically don't wash my face since all I did was sleep and I do this routine pretty soon after I wake up. So the first step is really to use almost a whole pump of OLE HENRIKSEN - Banana Bright Vitamin C Serum on my whole face
2. Then I use about a dime sized amount of myKiehl's - Ultra Facial Cream
3. Glossier. - Balm Dotcom goes on my lips - I prefer either fig, birthday, berry or coconut
4. Volia! That's easy :)
🌙Evening:
1. Cleanse my face in the shower using a half pump of YOUTH TO THE PEOPLE - Superfood Antioxidant Cleanser
2. After my shower, I sometimes use my facial roller (it's SEPHORA COLLECTION - Rose Quartz Facial Rollerand Idk what to rate it as since it's the only one I have)
3. Next is the serum - depending on what's the issue; if it's acne:Glossier. - Solution Exfoliating Skin Perfector, redness and/or irritation: Glossier. - Super Pure Niacinamide + Zinc Serum, or just feels ok / needs a little something to smooth out or be more hydrated: TATCHA - The Dewy Serum Resurfacing and Plumping Treatment
4. If I want to use an eye cream, I go with the Ole Henriksen banana bright eye creme from this set: OLE HENRIKSEN - Let's Get Luminous Brightening Essentials Set it's a half size one and the set is only $40
5. Glossier. - Balm Dotcom again because it's hydrating enough for me (yes my lips do get dry since they're a little chapped when I wake up, but I don't think I necessarily need a lip mask)
6. Of course, the last step is a facial spray, and it's always my Avène - Thermal Spring Water Spraybc I can't live without it.
In case you're curious, the total price for my routine is $363!! (that includes all the products I mentioned) 🤯

Is this balm REALLY the balm.com?
This seems to be a cult classic on here so, I figured, being that I LOVE a good lip balm, I was so excited to try this! First off, the scent puts me to mind of my childhood- I’ll be honest, and much older- lip smackers vanilla buttercream lip gloss. It’s almost identical in shade- the iridescent sparkle- but the glossier balm is a much thicker consistency, and the smell is more subtle. I’m glad I tried it, and I will most definitely try other scents in the line!

Here a lil 5 minute review on some orange colored products!
Sol de Janeiro Bum Bum Cream is a ride-or-die for me🛁it smells like tropical vacation (think piña coladas) and it is the only cream that I’ve found that actually reduces the appearance of stretch marks and cellulite
Origins Ginzing Gel Moisturizer is super light weight and smells like oranges🍊for me it is too thin for winter (I have combo skin) but I love it during the summer! Definitely good if you want to brighten the skin and tend to be more oily
Ohii Lip Jelly in Agave is super thick (reminds me of Glossier Balm Dotcom but without the Vaseline feel) and it gives the slightest light pink shimmer to the lips that I love!

post shower things, felt like doing a really quick routine since I wasn’t gonna be doing much today.
The ohiibeauty lip balm is incredible! Zero stickiness and extremely moisturizing. I can’t stop putting it on. This lip balm is definitely one I would repurchase and especially because there are different scents available 🙂 to be honest I like this more than Glossier’s balm dot com because it’s way more matte!

These are some really popular glossier products that many have tried and continue to love. I definitely do think they’re great but a tad bit too pricey. The balm dotcom can only do so much for my dry lips so I prefer other lip balms when my lips are super duper dry, but I still love it. The cloud paint is amazing - super pigmented and lasts a long time so I don’t actually mind the price for this one. The lip gloss makes me feel fab but always leads to a disaster as soon as my hair gets caught onto it. It also tends to dry out my lips I think.. Anyways, none of these products are holy grails and none of glossier skincare products really interest me except the solution, but I’m still not too convinced that it’ll be worth it. 😆

Scrub and go? 🏃♀️ As something of a lip scrub obsessive I’ve slowly been working my way through some beautiful options from Herbivore, Henne Organics and Starskin...but the obvious convenience and portability of the fenty beauty Pro-Kiss’r Lip-Loving Scrubstick recently really caught my attention.
Literally the easiest way to quickly scrub lips- particularly before changing lipstick shade while out and about- the stick shape of this product also means a much more compact, gentle exfoliant than crumblier, sugar-style ones.
While there’s definitely room in my life for both types, the very fine apricot seeds in this do offer a slightly different, subtler style of exfoliation- something which I really enjoy. Meanwhile, coconut oil, beeswax and castor seed oil moisturise, leaving lips ready for a layer of colour.
Plus points: Ridiculously easy to use and possibly more hygienic than getting fingers involved in pots etc. A very gentle exfoliation- great for sensitive lips. Moisturising. Cruelty-free.
Minuses: I’ve heard some concerns about the hygiene of this product since an amount of lipstick/gunk that comes off lips will inevitably end up stuck on this scrub. I remedy this by quickly cleaning it off after each use with a tissue.
FENTY BEAUTY-Pro Kiss’r Lip-Loving Scrubstick
Products for Peeling, Achy Lips
Last month, I got a mild allergic reaction on my lips.
They were peeling for days, and the skin around my mouth was very dry.
Some lipsticks irritated them even more, sending it into an ugly cycle.
Finally, I was able to heal my lips with hydrocortisone. But I didn't want to give up makeup or balm as it healed.
So here, I'm highlighting a few products that treated my lips well when they were almost done healing.
🌊 Becca Liptuitive Glow Gloss: A very liquidy, HYPER glossy formula. It changes to a warm pink on your lips, and has moisturizing avocado & jojoba seed oils. Jojoba oil is a humectant, meaning it creates a seal around your skin that prevents it from losing moisture. Perfect for soft lips.
🌿 Smith's Menthol and Eucalyptus Balm: Made by the same company that makes rosebud salve. This one is just as moist and comfortable, but with soothing mint. I put it on in the day for a healthy looking gloss.
🌰 Butter London Sheer Wisdom Lush Lip Oil in Rich Nutmeg: One of my favorite daily products for soft lips. It feels like a thin oil, but stays on with even opacity. Even after most of it comes off, it leaves a healthy glow behind.
🧁 Glossier Balm Dot Com: A rich, emollient balm that keeps your lips moisture-locked over night. I would 100% purchase it again. I got it in the shade Birthday, which is sheer with added glitter. I do recommend getting it without glitter, though, just because it stayed stuck around my mouth by the morning.
Out of all these products, the last two are my favorite.
If your skin is in a situation that needs a little extra love, these might be the answer to have both moisture and beauty.

Here are some of my glossier products in my makeup collection. In light of some recent drama regarding Glossier trying to bar Instagram users from using their products in Giveaways it makes me a little uneasy reviewing this brand. However, if I am just speaking about their products they are great. In this photo are the famous Balm Dotcoms lip balm which I love. It is so hydrating. I highly recommend this. On the right side are two cloud paints which are cream blushes. They are nice products however for blush I prefer a powder blush. If you enjoy a cream blush I would recommend it. I will be slightly weary supporting this brand in the future.

Clarins LIP COMFORT OIL SWATCH
This is the Clarins Lip Comfort Oil from the Clarins x The Kooples collaboration. This shade is Light Stone, a milky light pink. The collection also included a black color Dark Stone.
This lip oil is thick but not goopy or sticky. It works well as a gloss or as a comforting oil to smooth your dry lips. It has a faint almost cotton candy scent, which I love. Plus, the white packaging is beautiful! Would love to own the black one too.
