Moisture Bomb, but I need more..
GARNIER - Skin Active Moisture Bomb Anti-Fatigue Sheet Mask This product is marketed to provide intense hydration, suppler skin, and smoother appearance after 15 minutes of using. And it claims to reduce the skin of fatigue, fresher complexion, and bouncier skin after a week. It’s suitable for sensitive skin. The mask is thicker than typical Kbeauty mask that is very thin and stick onto the skin better. This one is bit firmer so I have to almost hold it so it doesn’t fall off my face. I have been given 3 sample packs from my local drugstore about a week ago and have used all up by now. I used to love Garnier face wash in the past so might as well give this one a try. I don’t like this mask better than my other sheets mask from Kbeauty brands like Innisfree, Face Shop, etc. It feels good on the skin, but I don’t really see that much benefits afterwards. The initial moisture doesn’t last for long, almost as if I had just put on water on my skin and it dries down. I don’t have anything negative to say, just it isn’t effective nor moisturising enough for my taste. It’s more expensive than Kbeauty masks so I don’t really think it’s worth the money. Well, it’s still drugstore price point so I can’t really complain. I will recommend something else for sheet masks, such as my favourite green tea mask from Innisfree or SkinFood. It just performs better overall and has cheaper price point as well. Luckily this mask doesn’t break me out or do anything strange to my skin. So I can still appreciate it!

I’d rather get coal than Lush Mask of Magnaminty
LUSH - Mask Of Magnaminty The product is marketed as a face and body mask to gently exfoliate for clearer and calmer skin. It’s made of peppermint oil and aduki beans as the exfoliate property. Peppermint oil helps cool the skin while the mixture of aduki beans and evening primrose massages and stimulates blood circulation for a glowing skin afterwards It’s targeted for all skin types because it claims to provide a gentle exfoliation. The texture is quite runny, the beans particles are not fine at all but rather big and chunky. It smells of peppermint which is pleasing. My overall experience is very disappointing. I heard people raving about this mask for years, saying it is so great on the skin, etc. I finally bit the bullet to try this product because the price is fairly affordable after hesitating for so long (it kinda reminds me of St Ives Apricot Scrub just by looking at the texture. When I first put it on, it felt great. Very cooling and thin on the skin, it’s quite calming when washed off from the skin with lukewarm water. I didn’t notice any breakout upon first application. HOWEVER, the next morning I had the worst breakouts on my skin after almost a year keeping my skin clear. The breakouts were so severe, basically everywhere on my face. It’s so terrible and I know for sure it’s because of this product because I didn’t change anything on my routine at all. I’m glad I bought the small jar instead of the big one. I didn’t recommend this product at all, I think the biggest culprit was the chunky exfoliating property (the beans) that irritated my skin. This product doesn’t worth the time and price at all! It took me almost 2 weeks to finally “restore” my skin to normal. Now I’ll try to use it on my body just for the sake of using it up.

Repurchased Eye Cream
innisfree - Green Tea Seed Intensive Hydrating Cream This eye cream is targeted to replenish dry under eye area, part of their Jeju Island line made of organic green tea leaves. It is rich in amino acids and minerals for intense hydration. It also corrects skin tone in the long run. The texture is quite thick gel, locks hydration in for quite some time, but sinks in eventually. I have recently finished my beloved Ole Hendriksen Banana Bright Eye Creme, and looking for replacement for an eye cream. Suddenly thought of this one, that I used to love so much. I have used it so much last year after a recommendation from my friend. Just repurchased this last week and after using I remembered how much I used to love this. It’s so nourishing and hydrating under the eyes. It doesn’t break me out and doesn’t feel burning either (one of my pet peeves with eye cream). I like how long the hydration feels on my undereye. I’d totally recommend this product to others, it’s worth the price and effort to use. It’s a mid-range priced eye cream that performs so well!

Amazing moisturiser for winter season
innisfree - Orchid Youth-Enriched Cream This product is a moisturiser made of Jeju island orchids that is marketed as an anti-aging cream to give a younger and healthier complexion by improving the elasticity, brightening, and also nourish the skin. It has a gel, very lightweight almost watery texture that does not feel oily on the skin at all. I have used this product religiously every single night for the past 3 months. I decided to try it after hearing my mom raving about it. I really enjoy this product, it provides so much moisture to the skin without being heavy whatsoever. I prefer to use it during the night because my skin is especially drier during the night. It’s hydrating and also very smooth, does not break me out at all. I’m 21 and I don’t have any fine lines or wrinkles on my face yet so I can’t really speak on the anti aging aspect. But it’s better to be safe than sorry! Start with anti aging ingredients as soon as we can! I would recommend the product for sure! It’s not a miracle in the jar, but I don’t have anything negative to say about it at all. I love how calming and easy it is to use. For the price, it definitely worth the money, time to use (it sinks into the skin fairly quickly), and effort (it’s very easy, non hassle product).

Best applicator ever
LANEIGE - Eye Sleeping Mask This product claims to provide eye moisture wrap in the form of a sleeping mask, brightening, and moisturizing the eye area the next morning. Its main benefits is moisture and cooling, for all skin types. The texture is serum-like, just like their famous sleeping mask. Very lightweight and gentle on the skin. This product makes me fall in love with this type of applicator (ceramic ball) because not only it is cooling on the skin, it’s also great to massage the product around the eye area. I love their sleeping mask so much that I decided to give this one a try. And I can say that they have the exact same feeling on the skin, but the eye sleeping mask feels a bit stickier than the other product. I enjoy this product very much, I like to massage the product into the skin thoroughly using the applicator. It’s very hydrating; but it takes quite a long time to truly sinks into the skin because it’s a sleeping mask. I don’t recommend to use the product if you’re in a rush getting ready in the morning. You have to wait for it to fully dried before makeup application, such as concealer, otherwise it’ll mess everything up. I’ll recommend this product if you’re looking for a different kind of experience from an eye moisturizer/serum. It’s a great one, doesn’t break me out and it’s very moisturizing. The product is in high-end price tag, but it’s worth it for the effect and sensation it gives. I rate it as 4 stars instead of 5 because I prefer an eye cream rather than eye serum, just a matter of preference though!

SPF that everyone needs
#Bioré - UV Aqua Rich Watery Essence SPF50+[goods]# Last week I reviewed the product with botanical peony scent, this is their original one, that is just as amazing at that one. It’s a SPF with very watery consistency, almost essence-like, hence the name. It’s formulated with moisture-rich water capsules to prevent dryness, hyaluronic acid, and royal jelly extract. Basically all the ingredients that my skin likes. It claims to be waterproof as well, but definitely not sticky at all. It’s very lightweight and absorbs into the skin under 1 minute. Perfect as a base underneath makeup. It’s transparent and doesn’t have any scent. I have been using it since forever, after hearing my mom raving about it. I love how lightweight the texture is and it doesn’t break me out like most Western brand SPF does. It’s a reliable product that I can never live without. It’s a bit cooling upon application and it feels smooth on the skin. SPF is so important for everyone, no matter the age or if you’re staying indoor the whole day. I always recommend this product to everyone because everything about it is great. The price is great, the product itself is amazing! It’s totally worth all the money and effort to apply! And SPF 50+ is so great as well.
