🪒 Dermaplaning is a manual non-invasive skin procedure that involves a sharp tool to exfoliate the surface of your skin by using light, short, and feathery strokes while also removing fine hairs. ‼️ First and foremost, to anyone and everyone, there is nothing wrong with having or removing facial and body hair. It is most definitely a personal choice and should not be discouraged or reinforced by societal expectations. For women, we shave our legs, so why not our faces? It’s your body, your choice. 🐘 Just to address the elephant in the room, dermaplaning does not cause your hair to grow back thicker and darker! It is best to do this on wet skin, or with an oil or gel on dry skin to allow the tool to glide more smoothly. For me personally, I like to use this tool to remove peach fuzz, dead skin cells, and shape my brows (when I’m too lazy to use a tweezer). I tend to use this tool when I have an upcoming “special occasion” so about once every month. Benefits: - allows better product penetration - helps even makeup application - makes skin smoother and softer Risks: - razorburn - uneven cuts - unideal for those with: - active acne/breakouts - ingrown hairs Tips - use warm water to soften hair - use shave gel or gentle cleanser - apply gentle exfoliant day after - avoid usage of retinoid & strong acids - use sunscreen in AM Note: I am speaking from experience using the plastic disposable razors (I purchased a pack of 3 for $1.50 USD at Daiso). I cannot attest to the benefits and risks of the more expensive options.

🧤Shower gloves. Go get some. 🧤
I am pretty sure I got these gloves a year ago. They are these great shower gloves that exfoliate as I wash my body. I will probably get another pair soon or maybe a whole pack. Similar gloves cost as little as $4.99 for a pair to a 10-pair pack for $7.99 on Amazon. These definitely help clean the day off my body. I usually work my body wash into the gloves and then wash from there. I would definitely recommend these gloves if you want a little more exfoliation that you just are getting with a loofah. Recommend? 👍🏾

I’ve dosed myself in glitter and shimmer. I picked up Pacifica’s Crystal Bronze Shimmering Body Oil from ulta and finally got to wear it today. 🤩 It’s gorgeous and delivers an incredible shine. My shoulders are legit glowing and I’m obsessed. 😍 It has a subtle fragrance with hints of vanilla & coconut. It makes you feel like you’re on vacation. 🌴 Now that I’ve fallen in love with it, it’s definitely time for a beach trip! 😎

Body make up for that golden hour glow😎
Don’t 👏🏻 sleep 👏🏻 on 👏🏻 this LOVE. I’m really surprised a lot of people don’t know about this. Shimmery but not too much and helps even out skin color at the same time with a tint of bronzer🤩. Tart as a body make up similar but 3x the price. I feel like this will last awhile too. I’ve used this on legs, chest & arms a 4-5 times and barely put a dent in the bottle. •No smell •Not orange •Washes off •Perfect “Golden hour glow” ☀️ •Comes in a light tone which is a little more pinkish looking and mine is the medium •I’m on the paler side if I haven’t laid out and still looks great. Looks even better when I am tan though 😍

FENTY BEAUTY - Body Lava Body Luminizer - i am so in love with this highlighter! i was on the fence for a long time because it’s quite pricey, but it’s totally worth it. it has the right mix of shimmer and sheen, and it smells like a beach vacation. brown sugar is the perfect shade for me (fenty 420 / nars macao). it also has good staying power, although i do have to reapply if i sweat (e.g., from dancing, being outdoors).

Himalayan salt crystal
I saw this these crystals in a small store called Robin Blu in my hometown. I love Himalayan salt, crystals and Geodes in general. I bought these for $10 and it came in a pack of 3. Claims~ stimulate circulation soothe sore muscles hydrate detoxify My Thoughts~ I only used one salt rock just because the others were too pretty to use. I used the other 2 as decoration in my bathroom helping to create a spa like atmosphere. The one I used did leave my fingers and hands feeling super soft because I keep playing with it in the bath while it melted. I didn’t see any other benefits to using, but again I only tried one salt crystal. I might buy more for decoration, but can’t honestly recommend them for any of the above health benefits they claimed other than leaving your skin feeling soft. I gave this 3/5 ⭐️ just because I love the look of them so much #Geo central - Himalayan rock salt[products]#[ThreeStars] .GEOCENTRAL - Himalayan Salt Rocks
